Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, masyarakat banyak sekali dikejutkan dengan berbagai tidak kriminal yang terjadi di berbagai tempat baik perkotaan maupun perdesaan. Tidak dipungkiri kembali, tindakan kriminalitas yang terjadi banyak sekali melibatkan anak remaja yang bermula dari kenakalan remaja pada umumnya. Namun, dengan perkembangan yang sangat pesat, kenakalan remaja pada era ini sudah mulai menggeser kualitas kenakalan yang menjuru pada tindakan kriminalitas seperti pencurian, tawuran, pembegalan, pemerkosaan bahkan hingga kasus pembunuhan. Dengan mencermati berbagai tindakan yang banyak terjadi di sekitar kita, penulis mencoba mengkaji dari berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan tindakan kriminal pada remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari kajian literatur dan studi kasus di sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terkait remaja dan psikologis di umurnya serta berbagai faktor penyebab dari kenakalan remaja. Oleh karena itu, dalam menangani kenakalan remaja ini, perlu adanya kerja sama dari berbagai elemen yang terkait, baik pemerintahan selaku penegak hukum dan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat untuk membiasakan hidup tentram dan damai dalam melakukan segala sesuatu sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku di masyarakat, dengan melihat sisi psikologis individual pelaku, pola asuh keluarga, komunitas dan masyarakat secara luas

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation used to increase employee productivity at LPP RRI Medan and the efforts made by organizations or companies to motivate their employees. The research results show that LPP RRI Medan provides motivation to its employees in two ways, namely materially and non-materially, but when implemented, it is inconsistent in providing work motivation to its employees. This incident resulted in many employees who were not motivated to do their jobs well. Efforts taken include not being too harsh in criticizing and correcting employees, for example, when an employee makes a mistake, the head of the company should reprimand them properly and direct the employee to make improvements. Then often carry out controls during working hours so that employees feel cared for and they feel motivated by the presence of the head of the company or organization. This study uses a qualitative method. Research is carried out directly in the field or object where all data is collected by observation and interviews.

Abstract

This research aims to increase sales of fashion products such as sandals, flat shoes, and heels from the Koaki Medan brand from an Islamic perspective. The results of this research show that fashion sandals, flat shoes, and heels products from the Koaki Medan brand carry out a digital marketing strategy using two methods, namely by utilizing social media and using e-commerce such as Shopee from an Islamic economic perspective. By using this strategy, it is easy for businesses or entrepreneurs to introduce their products to their target market. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by observing through social media a local brand from Medan, namely the brand name Koaki. This research also uses previous research related to the required research problem. This method helps researchers answer the problem topic being researched.

Abstract

Group guidance and counseling is one of the important services provided in schools. However, at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, the implementation of group guidance and counseling faces several obstacles. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that there are several inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, including lack of support from the school, lack of knowledge and skills of the BK teachers, and lack of student participation and motivation. Abstract

AbstractThe Shafi'i school plays a significant role in the thinking and establishment of Islamic law in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the existence of the Shafi'i School as a paradigm in the thinking and establishment of Islamic law in Indonesia. This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach and referring to various literature sources and related empirical studies. The concepts and principles of the Shafi'i School are presented, including its history and development as well as the contributions of the Shafi'i scholars to Islamic legal thought. Apart from that, the differences between the Shafi'i School and other schools of thought are also studied, especially in the methodology of ijtihad and the approach to sources of Islamic law. This research also highlights the advantages and relevance of the Shafi'i School in the Indonesian context, including its influence in the establishment of Islamic law in this country. However, criticism and challenges to the Syafi’i Mazhab are also considered, such as the limitations of adaptation and the plurality of schools in Indonesia. In order to strengthen the role of the Shafi'i School, this article recommends efforts to understand and further research on the thinking and application of Islamic law based on the paradigm of the Shafi'i School in Indonesia. AbstrakMazhab Syafi'i memainkan peran penting dalam pemikiran dan pembentukan hukum Islam di Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan Mazhab Syafi'i sebagai paradigma dalam pemikiran dan pendirian hukum Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitik dan mengacu pada berbagai sumber literatur dan studi empiris terkait. Dipaparkan konsep dan prinsip Mazhab Syafi'i, termasuk sejarah dan perkembangannya serta kontribusi para ulama Syafi'i terhadap pemikiran hukum Islam. Selain itu juga dipelajari perbedaan mazhab Syafi'i dengan mazhab lain, terutama dalam metodologi ijtihad dan pendekatan sumber hukum Islam. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti keunggulan dan relevansi Mazhab Syafi'i dalam konteks Indonesia, termasuk pengaruhnya dalam penegakan hukum Islam di negeri ini. Namun kritik dan tantangan terhadap Mazhab Syafi’i juga diperhatikan, seperti keterbatasan adaptasi dan pluralitas mazhab di Indonesia. Untuk memperkuat peran mazhab Syafi'i, artikel ini merekomendasikan upaya untuk memahami dan meneliti lebih lanjut pemikiran dan penerapan hukum Islam berdasarkan paradigma mazhab Syafi'i di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan platform dan alat digital seperti Capcut dapat menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan validitas video pmbelajaran dengan aplikasi Capcut pada materi Khalifah Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan 4-D (Four-D Model) yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebarluasan (disseminate) namun penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran dengan aplikasi Capcut dinilai layak dan dapat diujicobakan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan efektif.

Abstract

This studi aims to analyze the determinants that cause customers to cancel pilgrimage deposits. This research was examined using a type of descriptive qualitative research in the field (field research). The instrument for collecting data used field observation techniques by going directly to see field conditions and followed by structured interview techniques. The results of this study explain that there are two factors that cause customers to cancel hajj deposits, namely internal factors originating from customers such as health problems and urgent needs. While external factors originating from outside the scope of the customer, namely the long waiting period for hajj departure, old age, issues that cannot be confirmed, such as the inability to depart for prospective pilgrims aged 60 years and over and issues regarding sudsidy policies being abolished, there is hajj furoda program and died.

Abstract

Before rice became widely known in its current form, sago was the staple food of Indonesian people. Sago is eaten in the form of papeda, a type of porridge, or other preparations. Sago is unique as a source of carbohydrates because it is produced in wetlands, a natural habitat for straw. This condition has benefits for the environment but is less economical and more difficult to distribute. Sago is popular among many people in Kitakagiri, and many foods are made from it. Dhadak is a typical food from the Masamba area in Kitakagiri district. Not many people know about this food. However, not many people know about Dhadak, a food made from sago and coconut. Dhadak is a typical Masamba regional dish and is one of the traditional dishes. This product is rarely available on the market and almost non-existent. Apart from being used as food and a complementary ingredient, sago has been proven to provide significant benefits to the ecological chain. Like the sago area, this area is a breeding ground for various types of living creatures, including wild boars, snakes, beetles and birds. Apart from that, from a health perspective, sago is one of the best plants that is able to convert the sun's photosynthetic energy through its leaves and channel it to nature. This means that being around trees can help people avoid lung disease and asthma.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IX Literasi SMP Negeri 1 Palu melalui penggunaan media interaktif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, yang masing-masing terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media interaktif dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat belajar siswa secara signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, meskipun ada peningkatan, namun belum optimal, dan pada siklus kedua, perbaikan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan keaktifan dan minat siswa dengan hasil yang lebih baik. Media interaktif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup video animasi, kuis interaktif, dan panduan teknis yang memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif siswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan agar penggunaan media interaktif dijadikan bagian dari strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

Community participation in environmental protection is increasingly crucial in facing global environmental challenges. This article outlines the essence of community participation and its responsibilities in providing protection for the environment, from the individual to the community level. It emphasizes the importance of community awareness, knowledge, and concrete action to achieve sustainable development. The research method used is normative or doctrinal research. Normative research methods are legal research methods that involve reading documents related to the problem to be researched. This research method refers to legal standards and principles contained in statutory regulations. The essence of community participation in environmental protection is increasing community awareness and taking active action to preserve the environment, including increasing awareness, independence, empowerment, cooperation, ability and leadership, supervision, and local culture. Community responsibility in providing protection for the environment involves various very important aspects. society's primary responsibilities in terms of understanding and awareness, reduction of ecological footprint, participation in sustainable development, reporting and monitoring, education and extension, and participation in environmental movements. Community responsibility in environmental protection is implemented in the form of concrete actions.
