Abstract

PT. Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta Airport branch office provides facilities in the form of an Automated People Mover System (APMS) or Skytrain. The facility is an unmanned flyover that functions as a facility in moving between terminals at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The Automated People Mover System (APMS) facility is connected to the airport train through an integrated building, making it easier for passengers to go to or from the Soekarno Hatta airport terminal. The purpose of this study was to determine the criteria for public interest in the use of the Automated People Mover System (APMS) based on the criteria used by researchers. The criteria of the research are aspects of ease/accessibility, comfort, security and time efficiency. The study used a mixed method approach in the form of collecting data from filling out questionnaires and interviews with a number of sources, namely experts in charge of service and facility Automated People Mover System (APMS). The methodology in this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis tool super decision software version 2.10.0. The results of the study indicate that the criteria for public interest in the use of the Automated People Mover System (APMS) is to prioritize the convenience criteria over other criteria. The weight or value of the criteria used is the highest criterion is the comfort aspect with a weight of 37%, then the security aspect 22%, then the ease/accessibility aspect 21% and the time efficiency aspect 19%.Keywords - APMS, Soekarno Hatta Airport, Facility, AHP, Super Decisio

Abstract

This study discuss the impact of Murabahah, Musyarakah, and Qardh Financing on Profitability (ROA) at Bank BTPN Syariah for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data, with a total sample of 46 samples. The data collection technique is by documentation from the financial reports of PT Bank BTPN Syariah which are published on the OJK website and the Bank BTPN Syariah website. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 26 application to process the data. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that murabahah financing has a significant positive effect on profitability. Musyarakah financing is proven to have a significant negative effect on profitability. Qardh financing is proven to have a significant negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 Year 2002 on Broadcasting was born after the political struggle in Indonesia. It gave birth to the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) to equalize the ownership of radio and television, thus creating a diversity of content. But now KPI's authority is weaker after the House of Representatives passed the UU Cipta Kerja. KPI's role is only like an NGO. Now the Broadcasting Law will be revised by the House of Representatives. The Program is in the form of broadcast content, who supervises it, what is the role of KPI after the Undang-undang Cipta Kerja. Instead of being an independent institution, KPI now seems to be a broadcasting Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). This research uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted by interviewing KPI commissioners in various regions in Indonesia. The authority of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) as an independent body must remain firm and robust, standing as the leading regulator for broadcasting institutions, both radio and television, as well as for digital media content. For social justice in Indonesia, media ownership diversity must be regulated in the revised Broadcasting Law. Ensuring media ownership diversity across various regions and sectors is essential to prevent media ownership monopolies, which could result in only a few entities controlling television and radio broadcasting.

Abstract

In this modern era, technology has become part of human needs, even in everyday life many people cannot be separated from technology. With technology, information is very easy to access and obtain. Various kinds of systems are made to make it easier to get and operate, one of which is by using the web. The village application system is a village administration service system that is converted from a conventional / computerized system to an information technology system in the form of a website. In this research, the village system is intended to improve the performance of village officials within the Pematang Serai Village government. The system is implemented using the MVC method which uses a native php programming model, with a combination of CSS and bosttrap. The website that was built was implemented at the Pematang Serai Village Office and was evaluated directly by the village staff to find out the shortcomings of the system to be used. With this village system, it is hoped that it can help village officials, especially the Pematang Serai Village office, in serving the administration of requests for cover letters submitted by the Pematang Serai Village community

Abstract

Alun-alun Bandung, sebagai salah satu ruang terbuka publik utama, telah mengalami berbagai perubahan bentuk dan fungsi sejak pertama kali dibentuk pada tahun 1800 hingga 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada Alun-alun Bandung, baik dari segi bentuk fisik maupun fungsi sosial dan budaya, serta untuk menganalisis bagaimana perubahan tersebut mencerminkan dinamika perkotaan dan masyarakat. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada elemen-elemen pembentuk ruang terbuka seperti taman, jalur hijau kota, furnitur taman, dan jalur pejalan kaki, serta tipologi ruang terbuka. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji perspektif fungsi yang meliputi kapasitas administratif dan sosial budaya yang terkait dengan alun-alun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan. Data perubahan bentuk dianalisis dengan mengolah gambar menjadi suatu penilaian yang dapat diukur, sementara perubahan fungsi dianalisis berdasarkan transformasi fisik yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan bentuk dan fungsi Alun-alun Bandung sering terjadi sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan sosial, budaya, dan administratif kota, yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi pengalaman masyarakat dalam menggunakan ruang publik tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, profitability, and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies for the period 2019–2023. This study uses an associative quantitative design to test the effect of inflation, profitability (ROA), and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies with secondary data from the IDX and Stockbit, involving 11 sample companies during 2019–2023. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with classical assumption tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests to measure the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on stock prices. The test results are intended to evaluate the strength and direction of the relationship between independent variables and stock prices, with the coefficient of determination (R²) as an indicator of variable contribution. The results show that inflation and profitability have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of LQ45 companies.

Abstract

Advancements in technology have significantly enriched the learning experience by addressing challenges associated with limited educational facilities. Multimedia in mobile learning has emerged as a pivotal technological adaptation, serving as an effective medium for content delivery. This research employs the initial stages of the ADDIE model, specifically the 'ADD' phases, to guide the development of the multimedia. These stages encompass a comprehensive needs analysis, intricate product design, subsequent development, rigorous validation, and a thorough feasibility evaluation. The culmination of this study presents a multimedia learning tool tailored for mobile learning on the Nearpod platform. This tool, seamlessly compatible with Android and iOS operating systems, incorporates visual aids such as images and videos, pertinent examples, interactive quizzes, and more. Upon evaluation, the multimedia received a media validation score of 96.66%, material validation of 98.33%, linguistic validation of 84.37%, and an overall student response rate of 86%.

Abstract

The prevalence of fried snack consumption in our surroundings has become a widespread phenomenon. These fried snacks, commonly relished by many, are frequently served as side dishes with our main meals and are also a popular choice for satisfying quick hunger cravings. By utilizing the client-server communication method, this device can be assisted in its operation. The device employs ESP8266 as both the transmitter and receiver, while a smartphone serves as the control and monitoring tool. The primary purpose of this setup is to enhance the efficiency of oil-based food consumption, promoting healthier habits. The data collected from the device is split into two categories. Firstly, the communication data consists of the average RSSI (-52dBm) measured at a distance of 1 meter, with RSSI values increasing and becoming more susceptible as the distance grows. Secondly, the machine was tested for oil drainage in food, resulting in a weight decrease of 2.6% after 60 seconds of device usage, and the percentage of weight reduction increased with the given time.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memiliki dampak positif bagi proses pembelajaran, yakni untuk mengatasi kendala yang timbul akibat kurangnya fasilitas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning sebagai sarana penyampaian materi merupakan salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang berfokus pada tahap ADD. Tahapan ADD dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan, melakukan pembuatan desain produk, melakukan pengembangan produk, melakukan validasi produk, dan melakukan uji kelayakan produk. Hasil penelitian berupa multimedia pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning dengan menggunakan platform nearpod. Multimedia pembelajaran dilengkapi dengan gambar atau video serta contoh yang relevan, dilengkapi dengan kuis, dan multimedia yang dapat digunakan pada smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android maupun iOS. Produk multimedia pembelajaran yang dihasilkan mendapat hasil validasi dengan rincian, validasi media sebesar 96,66 persen, validasi materi 98,33 persen, dan validasi bahasa 84,37 persen, dan secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai 86 persen dari penilaian peserta didik. The development of technology has a positive impact on the learning process, namely to overcome the obstacle that arise due to the lack of facilities in learning activitis. The citilization multimedia mobile learning-based as a means of delivering material is one of the uses of technology. Research and development using the ADDIE model that focused into ADD to development the multimedia. The ADD stages are carried out by conducting needs analysis, making product designs, developing product, validating products, and conducting product feasibility tests. The result of this research is a product in the form of multimedia learning based on mobile learning using the nearpod platform. The multimedia is equipped with pictures or videos as well as relevant examples, equipped with quizzes, and multimedia that can be used on smartphones with Android and iOS operating systems. The multimedia gets validation results with details, media validation score is 96.66 percent, material validation score is 98.33 percent, and language validation score is 84.37 percent, and overall gets a score of 86 percent from student responses.

Abstract

The 21st century learning presents significant challenges in the learning process. In this context, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication skills are important skills that students must master. This study aims to explore the implementation of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) integrated with a gamification approach as a solution to improve 21st century skills in students. This research uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method with the inclusion criteria of review articles published within the last 5 years and covers the research area of gamification in Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve 21st century skills. Problem-Based Learning (PBL) provides meaningful learning experiences through learning activities that are relevant to the real world and can encourage students to actively participate in the learning process. However, there are challenges in maintaining the consistency of students' motivation and active involvement in learning. The implementation of PBL with a gamification approach is proven to show a significant increase in students' critical, creative and collaborative skills. However, in this context, educators' skills in designing learning by incorporating gamification elements are important factors in determining the success of gamification. The results of this study are expected to contribute positively to the development of effective and joyful learning models. It is also expected that the results of the research can provide recommendations for the creation of an interactive learning environment and support the achievement of mastery of 21st century skills in students.
