Abstract

This study analyzes employee engagement, satisfaction, and commitment among BPJS Kesehatan employees through an employee opinion survey in 2024. The survey conducted at BPJS Kesehatan showed positive results in several aspects but also identified areas that require attention. The Employee Engagement Index (EEI) reached 86.88%, indicating a high level of engagement, particularly among managerial positions. The Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) also reached 87.77%, reflecting a very positive work environment for most employees. However, the survey found that 28.8% of employees experienced dissatisfaction, with excessive workload, policy changes, and organizational structural adjustments as the primary causes. Meanwhile, the Employee Commitment Index (ECI) reached 90.88%, showing strong commitment to the organization. This study emphasizes the importance of addressing employee welfare and recognition issues to significantly improve job satisfaction, especially in entry-level and mid-level positions. The survey reflects positive sentiment among BPJS Kesehatan employees regarding engagement, satisfaction, and commitment. However, it also highlights critical areas that need improvement to address dissatisfaction and enhance job readiness. By focusing on these areas, BPJS Kesehatan is expected to improve the overall work experience and productivity and create a more supportive work environment for all employees.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of various programs at Muhammadiyah Sumbang Middle School with a focus on several programs such as bibliophile, clever at numeracy, my dream school, PHBS and madding project. The research result showed that after this program there was a significant increase in student understanding with 60% of students showing better post-test result compared to 40% in the pre-test. This program also fosters the development of student's social skills such as communication and cooperation. Overall, the implementation of these programs has succeeded in improving the quality of learning both in terms of academics and student character development as well as creating a more interactive and supportive environment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cattle breeders in Tambun Village in processing local green fodder through fermentation technology. The main problems cattle breeders face are the limited availability of quality feed during the dry season and the minimal use of feed processing technology. The implementation method includes socialisation, theoretical training, practice of fermenting green fodder based on elephant grass and gamal leaves, and evaluation of fermentation results. The activity results indicate increased livestock breeders' understanding of fermentation technology, success in producing fermented products suitable for livestock, and high enthusiasm among farmers to develop independently. This activity has had a positive impact in the form of increasing human resource capacity in the livestock sector, opening up opportunities for further development through direct application in livestock maintenance and strengthening the institutionalisation of livestock breeder groups in Tambun Village.

Abstract

Objective -The aim of the research is to analyze Leader Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Employee Engagement at the BPJS Health Head Office. Methodology/approach –Using quantitative methods and conducting surveys on employees, after that SEM analysis is used to model causal relationships between complex variables and test existing theories or hypotheses. Meanwhile, researchers used the Partial Least Square (smart-PLS) application version 3.2.9 PLS to process the data.  results found that Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Perceived Organizational Support has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Leader Member Exchange and Perceived Organizational Support also have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Employee Engagement as a Mediating Variable.

Abstract

Citra beresolusi tinggi merupakan generasi terbaru dalam teknologi penginderaan jauh yang menawarkan daya tarik lebih besar, memberikan peluang baru, dan memungkinkan pemetaan serta estimasi area tutupan lahan dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan citra beresolusi menengah maupun rendah. Klasifikasi citra adalah sebuah proses yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan model peta tematik berdasarkan data citra satelit. Tema yang dihasilkan dapat mencakup berbagai kategori, seperti: lahan, vegetasi, dan air permukaan untuk gambaran umum wilayah pedesaan, hingga klasifikasi yang lebih spesifik. Ekstraksi fitur adalah suatu teknik yang digunakan untuk memperoleh atribut atau karakteristik spesifik dari sebuah objek, di mana hasil dari proses ini akan dianalisis lebih lanjut pada tahap selanjutnya. Kajian ini memusatkan perhatian pada proses ekstraksi fitur dari dataset citra, yang kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk mengklasifikasikan objek berdasarkan jenis tutupan lahannya. Kajian ekstraksi fitur dilakukan dengan menggunakan data citra satelit Pleiades. Interpretasi visual dilakukan dengan menggunakan komposit band merah, band hijau, band biru serta band NIR yang dipadukan dengan band pankromatik. Nilai piksel menjadi data input dalam proses interpretasinya. Hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode ekstraksi fitur efektif untuk mengklasifikasi tutupan lahan sesuai dengan kelas yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, profitability, and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies for the period 2019–2023. This study uses an associative quantitative design to test the effect of inflation, profitability (ROA), and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies with secondary data from the IDX and Stockbit, involving 11 sample companies during 2019–2023. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with classical assumption tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests to measure the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on stock prices. The test results are intended to evaluate the strength and direction of the relationship between independent variables and stock prices, with the coefficient of determination (R²) as an indicator of variable contribution. The results show that inflation and profitability have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of LQ45 companies.

Abstract

In Banten Province, news portals or online media are growing rapidly. There are hundreds of active online media, including; Mainstream media such as the Jawa Pos Group, Radar Banten, Banten Raya Pos, and Kompas, namely the Tribune Network. The research approach was carried out qualitatively, with descriptive analysis techniques. The data was obtained from in-depth interviews with informants who are online journalism practitioners in Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, Serang City and Tangerang City, Banten Province. To convince the fact from the interview, the researcher conducted a literature study related to the locus of problems in this study. In addition, this study applied the elaboration of theory from Peter Berger and Thomas Luckmann through their book entitled The Social Construction of Reality: A Treatise in The Sociology of Knowledge (1996). The results of this study highlighted the condition of mass media companies which must be able to adapt to developing technology, including the working pattern of journalists. Online journalism demands Human Resources (HR) that are in accordance with the internet operating system because apart from journalism-based online media there is also social media whose operating system grafts onto conventional journalism. Journalists in Banten Province still adhere to the Basic Press Law Number 40 of 1999 and cyber media guidelines in their work. In addition, journalists in Banten still uphold professionalism by prioritizing ideaslime based on Akhlakul Karimah (good behaviour) when working.

Abstract

Culture and humans can be seen as inseparable because both shape life.    The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which the tradition of rain handlers in community beliefs can be intervened through the integration of values in the verses of the Qur'an and reviewed through the maqashid sharia point of view. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving 138 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The main instrument used was a questionnaire, and data collection was conducted in compliance with research ethics. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques. In Indonesia, culture is defined as different behaviors that are passed down through generations. In terms of cultural misconceptions, Indonesia has diverse cultural qualities, such as the culture of rain handling. This is common during major events, and rain handlers are instructed to shift the wind and clouds. And in its operation it still causes controversy. The concept of maqashid sharia does not influence the legal basis of the rain handler tradition. The rain guide tradition is based on mutual benefit and maslahat mursalah. The practice of the rain guide tradition can also be inspired by the munasabah verse of the Qur'an, so that the rain guide tradition still has a position in its implementation, and the local culture of the rain guide tradition includes aspects of living habits that involve the scope of sociology and cultural anthropology

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa strategi pengembangan literasi ekonomi berbasis digital terhadap regulasi pemberdayaan perilaku sosial dan sumber daya manusia di era industry 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berbasis perpustakaan atau library research dengan menggunakan 50 artikel yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Ekonomi yang menggunakan inovasi teknologi digital di Indonesia adalah salah satu kemajuan teknologi terbaru yang sering disebut dengan Financial Technology dan membantu meningkatkan stabilitas dan efisiensi keuangan. Untuk mengimplementasikan Financial Technology dibutuhkan data pribadi sehingga perlu adanya perlindungan data pribadi yang mampu menjamin privasi masyarakat. Perkembangan di bidang sains dan teknologi selama revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan sebuah keuntungan sekaligus tantangan, hal ini di karenakan mesin sebagai alat dalam teknologi yang mampu mengamati pola prilaku dan mengambil keputusan atas hal tersebut. Ditengah merebaknya penggunaan marketplace saat ini belum diimbangi dengan perlindungan data pribadi masyarakat yang baik. Masyarakat harus mampu memahami literasi ekonomi sebagai tindakan preventif dalam kebocoran data peribadi. Strategi dalam pengembangan literasi ekonomi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat di era digital melalui aksi sosial yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemandirian kepada para pelaku usaha agar dapat berkembang di era ekonomi digital, dengan berkolaborasi bersama berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah, swasta, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penggunaan akuntansi syariah dalam bisnis secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Beberapa bisnis telah menggunakan akuntansi syariah. Mengenai efek aktual dari penerapannya terhadap nilai perusahaan, masih ada kekhawatiran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi akuntansi syariah yang ada, pengaruh adopsi akuntansi syariah terhadap nilai bisnis. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh penerapan akuntansi syariah terhadap nilai perusahaan dalam konteks perkembangan akuntansi syariah saat ini dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen seperti ketaatan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah, akses pasar, pengungkapan informasi syariah, dan ketaatan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah. Seiring dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, akses pasar, keterbukaan informasi, dan standar akuntansi syariah, standar akuntansi syariah sedang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperjelas hubungan antara penggunaan akuntansi syariah dan nilai perusahaan dalam siklus ekonomi saat ini.
