Abstract

The prevalence of fried snack consumption in our surroundings has become a widespread phenomenon. These fried snacks, commonly relished by many, are frequently served as side dishes with our main meals and are also a popular choice for satisfying quick hunger cravings. By utilizing the client-server communication method, this device can be assisted in its operation. The device employs ESP8266 as both the transmitter and receiver, while a smartphone serves as the control and monitoring tool. The primary purpose of this setup is to enhance the efficiency of oil-based food consumption, promoting healthier habits. The data collected from the device is split into two categories. Firstly, the communication data consists of the average RSSI (-52dBm) measured at a distance of 1 meter, with RSSI values increasing and becoming more susceptible as the distance grows. Secondly, the machine was tested for oil drainage in food, resulting in a weight decrease of 2.6% after 60 seconds of device usage, and the percentage of weight reduction increased with the given time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Pendampingan On Boarding Bank Indonesia 2020 pada UMKM kopi di Kota Malang dan mengetahui dampak dari Program Pendampingan On Boarding Bank Indonesia 2020 pada UMKM kopi di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Model pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa program telah terlaksana sesuai dengan tujuan awal program yaitu meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi dan pengendalian inflasi namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kekurangan. Namun secara keseluruhan kegiatan Program On Boarding Bank Indonesia ini memiliki dampak yang nyata dan dirasakan oleh mitra binaan khususnya UMKM Kopi di Kota Malang baik dari segi kuantitas perkembangan usaha maupun kualitas diri pengusaha.Kata kunci: umkm, pendampingan, bank indonesia, kota malang, kopi.

Abstract

Newspaper readers continue to decline and slowly shift to using digital media platforms to obtain information. This happens along with the development of information technology where many online media, social media and so on have emerged. The task and challenge of the print media is to expand its presence into the realm of new media, while continuing to guard the accuracy, credibility and trust that have been the hallmarks of mainstream media. The proliferation of the internet, which is increasingly accessible, has made the media convergence movement grow in particular. Media convergence also occurs in Radar Banten as one of the media that exists in the national arena. This research aims to find out the strategy of Radar Banten Daily to transform itself towards media convergence. The study, which is a qualitative research adopting a constructive paradigm, collected data through interviews and literature review. This research investigates the application of media convergence concept by Radar Banten in facing modern media transformation. Three convergence models, namely newsroom convergence, news gathering convergence, and content convergence, are analyzed as an effort to unify media operations through a holistic approach. The result of the research shows that the 3M strategy (multimedia, multichannel, multiplatform) allows Radar Banten to increase its content coverage, create inter-platform synergy, and strengthen their position in the midst of technological development. The editorial work pattern underwent significant changes, with projection meetings conducted online and deadline adjustments to support online and social media. Overall, this research concludes that Radar Banten is progressively adapting and innovating to stay relevant amidst mass media changes. The continuity of this effort is the key to their success in facing the dynamics of modern media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap makanan olahan ayam yaitu fried chicken. Fried chicken merupakan makanan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan usaha fried chicken setelah peneliti melakukan pengamatan selama 4 tahun terakhir di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken yang berada di Cikarang Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu metode sampling jenuh dengan semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel, Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pengusaha fried chicken di Cikarang Usaha. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan observasi yang kemudian hasilnya akan di uji melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kreativitas dan inovasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada fried chicken di Cikarang Utara. This research was motivated by the high public interest in processed chicken food, namely fried chicken. Fried chicken is a food that is in great demand by the public, this is evidenced by the increasing growth of fried chicken business after researchers made observations for the last 4 years in North Cikarang. This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, creativity and innovation on the business success of fried chicken in Cikarang Utara. This research is a quantitative study. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling method in which all populations were used as samples. The samples used in this study were 80 fried chicken entrepreneurs in Cikarang Utara. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and observation, then the results would be tested through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted showed that the variables of motivation, creativity and innovation had a positive and significant effect on the success of fried chicken in North Cikarang.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of various programs at Muhammadiyah Sumbang Middle School with a focus on several programs such as bibliophile, clever at numeracy, my dream school, PHBS and madding project. The research result showed that after this program there was a significant increase in student understanding with 60% of students showing better post-test result compared to 40% in the pre-test. This program also fosters the development of student's social skills such as communication and cooperation. Overall, the implementation of these programs has succeeded in improving the quality of learning both in terms of academics and student character development as well as creating a more interactive and supportive environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine marketing strategies using social media Instagram at the Ciasem Sport16 Subang Store with regard to product, price, promotion and location. Method using qualitative research with this type of research descriptive approach used is a case study for this research using source triangulation techniques and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that using the Instagram marketing strategy prioritizes product quality in its product range so that it can produce high-quality sports equipment, the price combination (price) is carried out at the Ciasem Sport16 Subang Shop.

Abstract

Developing an Islamic boarding school requires thorough guidance and mentoring. One successful form of learning mentoring is through spiritual learning. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis employed the theory of Milles and Huberman. The purpose of this study was to explore the biography of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair and the characteristics of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair's spiritual learning in developing the Darul Mustaighitsin Islamic Boarding School in Lamongan. The results of this study, first, are the biography of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair. Kyai Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair was born in Kediri on May 9, 1949. He studied at the Jampes and Lirboyo Islamic Boarding Schools, and served as a servant. He is the grandson of Mbah Kyai Kholifah Mudjenair. Kyai Mais'ud passed away on October 26, 2021. Second, the characteristics of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair's spiritual learning regarding religious values. The implementation of religious values can be carried out through several activities such as habituating the tadarus Al-Qur'an, tahlil, istighosah, manaqib, reciting the Al-Barzanji sholawat, and congregational prayer. Third, the characteristics of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair's spiritual learning regarding moral values. The implementation of moral values applied includes honesty, responsibility, and politeness. Fourth, the characteristics of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair's spiritual learning regarding the value of sincerity. The implementation of the value of sincerity applied is a form of devotion at the Darul Mustaighitsin Islamic Boarding School in Lamongan. Sincerity in carrying out duties solely because of the hope of Allah's pleasure. Fifth, the characteristics of KH. Mais'ud Al-Mudjenair's spiritual learning regarding the value of istiqomah. The implementation of the value of istiqomah applied is the istighosah activity every Monday night because this activity is the core of the Darul Mustaighitsin Islamic Boarding School. In essence, whatever the circumstances, istiqomah must be maintained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of liquid organic fertilizer with different doses to the growth of cocoa seedlings. This study was conducted in Kalangkangan Village, Galang District, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The study was conducted from April to July 2018. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatment levels, namely: No treatment (P0), liquid organic fertilizer dose of 1 ml / liter of water (P1), liquid organic fertilizer dose of 2 ml / liter of water (P2), liquid organic fertilizer dose of 3 ml / liter of water (P3), liquid organic fertilizer dose of 4 ml / liter of water (P4), and liquid organic fertilizer dose of 5 ml / liter of water (P5). Each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 18 research units. The results showed that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer dose of 2 ml / liter of water gave better results on the growth of cocoa seedlings, both in the root length parameter, which was 51.53 cm. Likewise, in the root volume observation parameters, the provision of liquid organic fertilizer with a dose of 2 ml/liter of water also gave better results, namely an average of 11.00 ml, compared to other liquid organic fertilizer dose treatments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medapatkan gambaran sikap terhadap Lingkungan Prototypical da-lam memprediksi perilaku ramah lingkungan pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Jahab, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 orang dan terdapat 3 orang informan yang telah dipilih sesuai dengan karak-teristik yang penulis tetapkan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik An-alisa data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, serta membuat kesimpulan dan virifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Jahab dilaksanakan dengan cara melakukan gotong royong yang rutin dilakukan setiap 1 bulan sekali, masyarakat di Desa Jahab selalu membagi tugas antara laki-laki dan perempuan pada saat gotong royong, kepercayaan masyarakat di Desa Jahab terhadap ritual gugut tahun yang telah diturunkan secara turun temurun dari leluhur terdahulu, dimana gugut tahun itu sendiri memiliki arti memperbaiki tahun untuk menjadi lebih baik di tahun selanjutnya. Ritual gugut tahun hanya dilakukan untuk keadaan darurat, seperti halnya ketika kemarau panjang, dan ritual gugut tahun dilakukan untuk meminta turun hujan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan tingkat literasi budaya pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Mulawarman. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa psikologi angkatan 2017 Universitas Mulawarman dengan jumlah sampel 32 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya setelah diberikan perlakuan psikodrama dengan t hitung = -5,762 < t tabel = 2,042 dan ? = 0,000 (? > 0.05). (2) tidak ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya pada post test dan follow up setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa psikodrama dengan t hitung = 1,017 < t tabel =2,042 dan ? = 0,325 (? > 0.05). (3) ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa mendengarkan rekaman suara psikodrama dengan t hitung = 4,267 > t tabel = 2,042 dan ? = 0,000 (? > 0.05). (4) ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya post test dan follow up diberikan perlakuan berupa mendengarkan rekaman suara t hitung = -0,328 < t tabel =2,042 dan ? = -0,188 (? < 0.05). (5) tidak ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya pada post test antara perlakuan berupa psikodrama dan mendengarkan rekaman suara dengan t hitung = 1,230 < t tabel = 2,042 dan ? = 0,228 (? > 0.05). (6) tidak ada perbedaan tingkat literasi budaya pada post test antara perlakuan berupa psikodrama dan mendengarkan rekaman suara dengan t hitung = 1,119 < t tabel = 2,042 dan ? = 0,272 (? > 0.05).
