Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and motivation in improving employee performance and to examine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research employed a quantitative causal approach with data collected through questionnaires. The study involved 50 respondents determined using a saturated sampling method. The analytical technique applied was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Findings: The results reveal that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, leadership style significantly and positively influences employee performance, as does work motivation. However, job satisfaction shows a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, nor between work motivation and employee performance. Research Implications: The findings highlight the importance of effective leadership and strong work motivation in enhancing employee performance in the public sector, particularly at the Kerinci Tourism Office. Nevertheless, job satisfaction does not serve as an effective mediating factor in strengthening these relationships. Therefore, organizations need to design participative leadership strategies and more targeted motivation policies to improve employee productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Strategi Promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung dengan Minat Mengunjungi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan menyebarkan kuesioner dengaan sampel 64 responden. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS V.3.2.9 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis (Direct Effect) atau pengaruh secara langsung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat mengunjungi. Tidak terdapat signifikan strategi promosi terhadap minat mengunjungi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan strategi promosi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat mengunjungi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (Indirect Effect). Minat mengunjungi dapat memediasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Minat mengunjungi tidak dapat memediasi strategi promosi terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Saran dari penulis untuk peneliti selanjutnya di harapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan cara menambahkan indikator dan variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Affiliate Marketing dan Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dengan Harga sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa yang menggunakan TikTok Shop. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 responden, kemudian dianalisis dengan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Affiliate Marketing dan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mahasiswa UPI YPTK yang menggunakan TikTok Shop, sementara Brand Image juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga. Meskipun Affiliate Marketing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli, pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan, berbeda dengan Brand Image dan Harga yang keduanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Selain itu, Harga terbukti memediasi pengaruh Affiliate Marketing terhadap Minat Beli, sehingga meningkatkan signifikansinya. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Image dan Harga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan Minat Beli mahasiswa pengguna TikTok Shop, sementara Affiliate Marketing membutuhkan faktor tambahan untuk dapat lebih berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

The influence of reward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at dr. Hospital. Reksodiwiryo Padang City "under the guidance of dr. YULASMI, SE, MM and Mr. BAYU PRATAMA AZKA, SE, MM This research aims to test how big the influence of rewards and punishment is on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital, Padang city. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents. This population is employees at dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital. As times progress in the current era of globalization, rivalry and competition are becoming increasingly tighter and wider. Because of this, all human resource potential influences the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Work discipline can be enforced by providing rewards and punishment. This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of reward and punishment on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable.This research uses quantitative research, which emphasizes testing theories on variables in the research with numbers and analysis. The measuring tool for this research is a questionnaire. The objects of this research were employees of dr. Reksodiwiryo Hospital with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample determination method used was simple random sampling. The data analysis test tool in this research is Smart PLS. The research results show that reward and punishment do not have a direct influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, there is an indirect influence of reward and punishment variables on employee performance through work discipline.
