Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the Pangku Paliare tradition in Muara Dua Village, Bengkulu Province, as well as to identify the religious values contained within and their role in internalizing values for early childhood. Pangku Paliare is an annual tradition held every 1st of Muharram as a form of gratitude to God for safety and sustenance. This tradition involves the entire community, including children, who participate in various customary activities as a means of teaching life and spiritual values. The researcher employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that this tradition has three main stages: preparation, the main event, and closing, all of which are rich in religious and social values. Values such as honesty are reflected in elders' advice; gratitude is expressed through communal prayers on the 10th of Muharram; and mutual cooperation and togetherness are evident in activities preparing for the Mlemang procession. The involvement of children in all series of activities makes this tradition an effective medium for character education based on local wisdom.

Abstract

Windsor Central Coffee Shop is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Batam City which was founded in 2003 and is managed directly by Mrs. Kha Tiang with 3 employees. During its 20 years of operation, this MSME does not have a food menu or digital marketing. The aim of this activity is to help the Windsor Central Coffee Shop develop a digital marketing strategy and create a food menu in QR Code form. The results of this activity provide significant changes compared to before the implementation activity, this is evidenced by Instagram and Facebook insight data, the number of consumers who sent messages on WhatsApp Business, and reviews from consumers regarding the implementation of the QR Code for food menus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) as proxied by Market Value to Book of Assets (MVBVA), and Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA) on Earning Quality in primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia (IDX) for the period 2018- 2021. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data types, the number of samples used is 25 companies with a total of 100 data selected using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS version 20 application. The results of the F test, namely the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), and Profitability (ROA) simultaneously have a simultaneous effect on Earning Quality. The partial test (t test) shows that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has a significant effect on Earning Quality while Profitability (ROA) has a negative effect on Earning Quality. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 14.45 which means that Earnings Quality can be influenced by the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Profitability (ROA) variables. And the remaining 85.6% is influenced by other factors..

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has put extraordinary pressure on medical personnel, especially nurses who work in critical wards. They are faced with high health-related risks as well as constant psychological stress. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the level of spirituality of nurses and the level of burnout syndrome they experience during the pandemic. This research was conducted using a survey method and data collection through questionnaires (SWBS (Spiritual Well Being Scale) and MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Service Survey)) which were given to 55 nurses who work in critical rooms selected using total sampling techniques. Research data was analyzed using Chi-square with Fisher's Exact Test. The research results showed that almost all nurses had a high level of spirituality (85.5%) and the majority of nurses did not experience burnout syndrome (60.0%). The calculated statistical value obtained a sig (2-tiled) value of 0.007 (p<0.05) meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of spirituality of nurses and the level of burnout syndrome they experience. Nurses with higher levels of spirituality tend to experience lower levels of burnout. This indicates that aspects of spirituality, such as strong beliefs and regular spiritual practices, act as protective factors in reducing the risk of burnout syndrome. Apart from that, it is also important to include a holistic approach that pays attention to spiritual aspects in care and support for nurses during pandemics and other critical situations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah atau Model Problem Based Learning dalam menulis teks berita pada siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Garawangi Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan memiliki pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil wawancara dengan guru bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas VII C tentang proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dalam menulis teks berita di kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Garawangi Kuningan terlaksana sesuai dengan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Hal ini terlihat pada tahapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah, yaitu. dalam mengorientasikan siswa terhadap masalah, mengorganisasikan siswa, mengarahkan penelitian, mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil kerja, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah. APPLICATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL IN WRITING NEWS TEXT AT SMPN 2 GARAWANGI KUNINGAN ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to describe how to apply the problem-based learning model or Problem Based Learning Model in writing news texts for class VII C students at SMP Negeri 2 Garawangi Kuningan. This type of research is descriptive and has a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is the result of interviews with Indonesian language teachers who teach in class VII C regarding the learning implementation process. The results of the research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning Model in writing news texts in class VII C of SMP Negeri 2 Garawangi Kuningan was carried out in accordance with the steps of the problem-based learning model. This can be seen in the problem-based learning stages, namely. in orienting students to problems, organizing students, directing research, developing and presenting work results, analyzing and evaluating problem solving processes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in enhancing customer engagement on e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The research focuses on examining how various elements of digital marketing, including social media activities, visual content, promotional personalization, and technology-based interactions, influence consumer engagement in digital environments. The study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 350 respondents who are active users of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada within the past year. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each variable. The results indicate that digital marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on customer engagement, particularly in terms of content personalization and real-time interactions through features such as live chat and push notifications. These findings emphasize that the success of e-commerce platforms in enhancing consumer engagement is strongly influenced by their ability to optimize relevant and user-centered digital strategies. This study contributes to the development of more adaptive and competitive digital marketing practices within the 2025 digital business landscape.
