Abstract

This study is to determine the actions of the Principal Working Group of SD Negeri in Lumpatan Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency related to planning, organization, implementation, and supervision. The descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that on the planning dimension, the indicators that are less effective are human resources who do not yet have good managerial performance and competence in supporting the preparation of work plans, on the organizational dimension, the indicators for preparing the Principal Working Groups plan and education and training indicators are not running effectively, on the dimension of implementation, what is to be achieved is not running effectively.

Abstract

The target and output of this training is to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, and writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 OKI. The training methods used are 1) lecturing in which the trainer explains to the trainees what and how to write and publish CAR; and 2) evidence-based learning, where training participants are invited to write together and know how to write CAR. The results obtained from this training can make participants (teachers) 1) write the background of the problem; 2) formulate the problem; 3) write a literature review; 4) writing research methodology; 5) write the results of research and discussion; 6) write conclusions, suggestions and bibliography; and 7) writing abstracts and bibliography.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the following relationships: (1) the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance; (2) the relationship between teacher work motivation and teacher performance; and (3) the relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher work motivation combined on teacher performance. This is a quantitative study using the partial correlation approach. This study was carried out in the State Vocational High School in Banyuasin III District, with 80 teachers serving as participants. Questionnaires and documents are used to collect data. Construction and content validity are used in the validity test. Cronbach's Alpha is used in the dependability test. The normality, homogeneity, and linearity tests were employed in the analytical precondition test, and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential data analysis approaches. The findings revealed a partly and concurrently favorable and substantial association between the principal's leadership style and work motivation toward teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of zoning student admissions at SMAN 8 Palembang. This is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were the principal, the curriculum head, the head of the committee for new student admission, the students’ guardians, and the students of SMA Negeri 8 Palembang. Observations, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The results demonstrated that the management of zoning student admission at SMA Negeri 8 Palembang was well-executed. The steps are planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The response of parents to the implementation that they still have difficulty registering the student’s admission zoning route online and have to prepare requirements documents that must be legalized by the local government. As a result, long before the implementation of student admission, socialization and promotion must be carried out. Admission to the zoning pathway is not an impediment for prospective students who live far from SMA Negeri 8 Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and assess the effects of the principal’s leadership style, teacher job satisfaction, and the combination of the two on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Sosoh Buay Rayap District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. There were 90 participants in this study, all of them were elementary school teachers employed by the Sosoh Buay Rayap sub-district. The entire research population is used as the research sample because the overall population is less than 100. Using surveys, observation, and interviews as data collecting methods. The findings demonstrated that the principal’s leadership style had an impact on teacher performance, as indicated by the t-count = 2.845, t-count > t-table 1.960. It is possible to conclude that the relationship with subordinates and their performance will improve as a result of greater leadership. 46.4% of teachers said that their job satisfaction at school affects their performance. The F-count score is 12.420 > F-table, indicating that the principal’s leadership style and work satisfaction have a considerable impact on teacher performance, according to the principal’s leadership style and contentment with teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, identify, and describe the impact of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Rambutan District, as well as to simultaneously analyze, identify, and describe the impact of both factors on those teachers’ performance. This study used a quantitative methodology. This approach allows researchers to quantify the impact of work motivation and work discipline on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. The study’s findings indicate that work discipline has a favorable and significant impact on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. In terms of population and sample, 114 people were included in the study population, while 94 people made up the actual research sample. The trial sample, which might include up to 20 persons, is meant to be a sample for evaluating research tools to establish the reliability of the assembled tool. Questionnaires and documentation are the methods used to gather research data. The work discipline variable’s influence contribution is categorized under “low influence.” In Cluster 1, Rambutan District, there is a positive and significant relationship between job motivation and the effectiveness of public elementary school instructors. The work motivation variable’s influence contribution falls within the “fairly high influence” group. Workplace motivation and discipline both have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Rambutan District.

Abstract

This study aims to describe language skills which are very important, one of which is the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten teachers, because in communicating, all teachers are required to use polite language. In building character one of them is language, both forms of obedience and violations that exist in the utterances spoken by the teacher at the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten. This study examines the pragmatic aspects of teacher language politeness in the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten, the research examines speech when teachers converse during non-formal hours that take place at school and based on the types of maxims used. Language politeness was chosen because it will be used as an evaluation of the language used by the teacher. The results of this study indicate that the utterances in Al Ittifaqiah Islamic Kindergarten obtained 20 utterances consisting of 14 utterances containing politeness maxims and 6 utterances that deviate from politeness maxims. Of the 14 utterances of the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten teacher's utterances which contain politeness maxims, namely: 3 utterances of wisdom maxim (21.42%), 2 utterances of generosity maxim (14.28%), 1 utterance of praise maxim (7, 14%), the maxim of humility is 1 utterance (7.14%), the maxim of response or apology is 3 utterances (21.42%), the maxim of agreement is 2 utterances (14.28%), the maxim of sympathy is 2 utterances (14.28%), Of the 6 utterances of the Al Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten teacher who deviated from the politeness maxim, namely: the maxim of humility was 4 utterances (66.67, the maxim of sympathy was 2 utterances (33.33%).

Abstract

Classroom Action Research is one of the efforts that can be taken by teachers/researchers to test the effectiveness of a learning method and measure students' abilities in their treatment in a research class. Based on the low language skills of students in the Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten students, where in initial observations only 25% of my students had fairly good language skills, the researcher then conducted PTK using the storytelling method. The research was carried out for two cycles in which two actions were carried out in each cycle. Based on the results of the first action of cycle I, an increase of 60% was achieved, which was then followed by the second action of cycle I, which achieved an increase of 85%. In the first action cycle II, the research target of 90% was exceeded to 95% or leaving 1 student who had not reached the specified KKM. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the storytelling method is successful in improving the language skills of Ittifaqiah Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of creativity and competence on the performance of Early Childhood Teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sample size taken was 53 early childhood education program (PAUD) teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely, where the respondents who were taken were some PAUD teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 90 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is an influence of teacher creativity on teacher performance. Second, there is an influence of teacher competence on teacher performance. Second, there is a simultaneous influence of teacher creativity and teacher competence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of the Spensa Pacak Learning House in online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Koba, Central Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The sample collection technique used a purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that the Spensa Pacak Learning House played an important role in supporting online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Koba. Most teachers and students use the Spensa Pacak site provided by the school to support the learning process. With the Spensa Pacak Learning House, online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Koba can be carried out effectively and efficiently, thus providing positive benefits for students and teachers, although there are still several obstacles in its use, such as technical problems, limited internet access and minimal role of people. old. The supporting factor is that it can be used anywhere, and for an unlimited time.
