Abstract

The research entitled improving the speaking skills of class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bungan Mayang, east OKU regency in online learning (online) based on e learning with digital storytelling media which aims to describe the application of storytelling on aspects og speaking skills in each cycle of learning Indonesia for class X students of SMK Negeri 1 east OKU Bunga Mayang. This research is an action research to improve student learning outcomes and improve the learning process in the classroom. The results showed learning outcomes in terms of knowledge, ini increasing learning in each learning cycle there was an increase in students mastery and absorption, namely completeness in cycle I 70.58%, absorption capacity 52.35%, and cycle II 70.58%, completeness level 88.23%, and absorption rate of 76.76%. Similarly the skill aspect increased in the first cycle 76.47% completeness and 55.88% absorption. In the second cycle it increased again 88.23% completeness and 77.35% absorption. Then, learning outcomes increased during learning in class X TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bunga Mayang OKU Timur, students speaking skills developed from cycle I to cycle II as well as skills in cycle I reached 76.47% and increased to 77.35%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian PTK yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik Teks Argumentasi Menggunakan Media Dadu Edukatif Berbasis Culturally Responsive Teaching Pada Kelas XI Ikhwan di SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang. Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI Ikhwan SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang terhadap memahami materi teks argumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa ada peningkatan pada hasil belajar peserta didik pada prasiklus 28,57%, Siklus 1 50%, dan Siklus 2 100%. Peningkatan ini menandakan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan dalam siklus 2, seperti penggunaan media dadu edukatif dan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT), dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi teks argumentasi.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve the learning interest of eleventh-grade social science students at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang in the Indonesian Language subject through the use of the Educaplay technology-based learning media. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Data collection was carried out through observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' learning interest based on observations and questionnaire results. In the pre-research stage, the observation results showed that students' learning interest was still low (48%). After implementing Educaplay in cycle I, the observation results of students' learning interest increased to 70% (moderate), and in cycle II, it increased to 85% (high). Meanwhile, based on the questionnaire, students' learning interest in cycle I was in the moderate category (71%), and in cycle II, it increased to 83% (high). It can be concluded that the use of the Educaplay learning media can improve the Indonesian language learning interest of eleventh-grade social science students at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of novel review writing for students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang through the use of mind mapping learning methods. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The results showed an increase in students' ability to write novel reviews after applying the mind mapping learning method. In the first cycle, the average score of students was 80 with a classical completeness percentage of 53%. In the second cycle, the average score of students increased to 87 with a classical completeness percentage of 94%. The obstacles faced in the first cycle, such as students' difficulties in developing themes and keywords using mind maps, as well as converting the results of mind maps into coherent narratives, could be minimized in the second cycle through improvements to the lesson plan. Overall, the use of mind mapping learning methods can improve the ability to write novel reviews for students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang. This method is able to assist students in developing their ideas, thoughts, and thoughts in a structured manner so that they can be expressed in the form of well-organized and systematic novel review writings.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach assisted by animated videos to improve student learning outcomes in descriptive text material in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle involves planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Trial research subjects in class VII.2 research at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang with a total of 35 students. Collection of observation data, learning results tests, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it can improve the learning outcomes of class VII.2 students at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I by 71% and in cycle II by 88%. The average value of students' abilities in cycle I was 75.14 and in cycle II 84.85. So it can be concluded that applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach assisted by animated videos in descriptive text material is able to improve student learning outcomes in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna yang terdapat dalam tradisi perang ketupat yang dilakukan masyarakat desa Tempilang. Penelitian ini juga berupaya mengungkapkan makna simbolik dengan menggunakan kajian semiotik di balik tradisi perang ketupat berikut dengan sejarah yang melatarbelakangnya penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah mengunakan metode observasi atau pengamatan untuk mendapatkan informasi, wawancara dengan narasumber , rekaman dan dokumentasi. Dan analisis data ini secara deskriptif kualitatif. Tradisi ini bermula pada tahun 1883 yang dilakukan di Benteng Kota oleh kepala suku bernama Dimar untuk melawan bajak laut dan dilaksanakan 3 minggu sebelum bulan syaban. Hal ini para tokoh adat melakukan ritual taber kampong. Tujuan ini terhindar dari musibah, adapun sebagai bentuk persatuan dan kesatuan yang kokoh dan bersifat gotong royong. Hasil dari penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan tiga belas simbol dan lima ritual dalam proses perang ketupat yang memiliki makna konotasi dan denotasi. Disamping itu para leluhur telah mewariskan tradisi yang berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

Untuk menganaliti konteks sosial pengarang, hubungan sastra dan masyarakat, serta fungsi sosial sosiologi sastra dalam novel karya Arswendo Atmoviloto dengan judul “keluarga cemara” penelitian ini dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan konteks sosial pengarang dalam novel Keluarga Cemara karya Arswendo Atmowiloto, mendeskripsikan hubungan masyarakat karya Arswendo Atmowiloto pada novel Keluarga Cemara dan mendeskripsikan fungsi sosial dalam novel Keluarga Cemara karya Arswendo Atmowiloto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian diambil bahwa ada pada konteks sosial pengarang biografi yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini: (1) menjelaskan bagaimana konteks sosial pengarang Arswendo Atmowiloto dalam novel keluarga cemara (2) menjelaskan bagaimana sasta dan masyarakat karya Arswendo Atmowiloto dalam novelnya keluarga cemara (3) menjelaskan bagaimana fungsi sosial yang terdapat pada novel keluarga cemara karyaArswendo Atmowiloto. Dari pemaparan ketiga aspekyang dibahas dalam tesis kajian sosiologi sastra dalam novel keluarga cemara tersebut diambil kemudian dikajikan berdasarkan analisis dari sumber data buku novel berupa dialog ataupun percakapan – percakapan yang mengenai ketiga aspek yang dibahas dalam novel tersebut.

Abstract

Abstrak-- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : 1) Pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan minat membaca siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Muara Telang. 2) Mekanisme pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan minat membaca siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Muara Telang. 3) Kendala pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan minat membaca siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Muara Telang. 4) Solusi terhadap kendala perpustakaan sekolah untuk menumbuhkan minat membaca siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Muara Telang. Objek/Informan penelitian adalah Wakil Kurikulum, kepala perpustakaan, Pustakawan, dan siswa. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode yang menggambarkan suatu fenomena melalui deskripsi dalam bentuk kalimat dan bahasa yang menggunakan metode alamiah. Teknik pengumpulan data: 1) Wawancara, 2) Observasi, 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan : 1) Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), 2) Data Collection/Pengumpulan, 3) Data Display (penyajian Data), 4) Conclusion Drawing/Verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dilakukan dengan cara: a) mengajak peserta didik untuk belajar di perpustakaan, b) melakukan kerjasama dengan guru mata pelajaran, c) mengarahkan guru mata pelajaran agar dapat mengajak siswa untuk belajar di perpustakaan 2) Mekanisme pengelolaan perpustakaan meliputi : a) proses penyelenggaraan perpustakaan, b) layanan perpustakaan, c) koleksi perpustakaan. 3) Kendala pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah adalah a) Jumlah koleksi buku non fiksi yang masih sedikit, b) Rendahnya minat membaca siswa, c) Kurang maksimalnya proses pelayanan dan kegiatan di perpustakaan, d) Fasilitas perpustakaan yang belum lengkap. 4) Solusi kendala pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah adalah a) Sekolah menambah koleksi buku, b) menambah fasilitas sarana prasana perpustakaan, c) Kepala perpustakaan dan pustakawan mengatur jadwal kunjungan perkelas. d) Membuat program kegiatan perpustakaan, dan memberikan penghargaan kepada siswa, dan pustakawan memberikan promosi kepada siswa yang berkunjung ke perpustakaan akan pentingnya fungsi dari perpustakaan sekolah. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan, Perpustakaan, Minat Membaca.

Abstract

The importance of education quality management in improving the culture of qur'any literacy at Miftahul Ulum Makarti Jaya Islamic School is described in this qualitative research. According to the study's findings, education quality management has a role in producing superior output generation that is inventive, critical, leadership, and creative superior and able to compete well and have more value in religious abilities. Being cultural and literate, as well as critical thinking, are two qualities that can develop outputs that are ready to participate in society.
