Abstract

Abstract       Technology is the result of the development of science, which occurs in the world of education. Therefore, it is appropriate that education itself also utilizes technology to assist the implementation of learning. With the development of this technology, it is easier for students, teaching staff and even parents to understand information about education, both formal and non-formal. Through this internet development, education in remote areas is able to obtain accurate information and is able to compete with the world of education, so that it can produce intelligent, responsible and disciplined students. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based violation and student achievement system application to assist the school in monitoring students and improving student discipline in complying with school rules and regulations and motivating students to excel. The Waterfall method is a classic model that is systematic, the waterfall method is serial in nature which starts from the process of planning, analysis, design and implementation of the system. This method is carried out starting from the system requirements stage and then moving on to the analysis, design, coding, testing/verification and maintenance stages. Based on the test results obtained, the design of the violation application system and student achievement was as expected. Keyword: Monitoring; Violation; Achievement; waterfalls; Website Application Abstrak       Teknologi merupakan hasil dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, sudah selayaknya pendidikan sendiri juga memanfaatkan teknologi untuk membantu pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi ini membuat peserta didik, staf pengajar bahkan orang tua lebih mudah memahami informasi seputar Pendidikan baik bersifat formal maupun non formal. Melalui perkembangan internet ini, Pendidikan di daerah terpencil mampu mendapatkan informasi yang akurat serta mampu bersaing dengan dunia Pendidikan, sehingga bisa melahirkan peserta-peserta didik yang cerdas, bertanggung jawab serta disiplin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi aplikasi sistem pelanggaran dan prestasi siswa berbasis web guna untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam memonitoring siswa dan memperbaiki kedisiplinan siswa dalam mematuhi peraturan tata tertib sekolah dan memberikan motivasi siswa dalam berprestasi. Metode Waterfall adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, metode waterfall bersifat serial yang dimulai dari proses perencanaan, Analisa, desain dan implementasi pada sistem. Metode ini dilakukan mulai dari tahap kebutuhan sistem lalu menuju ke tahap analisis, desain, coding, testing/verification dan maintenance. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang diperoleh, menghasilkan rancangan sistem aplikasi pelanggaran dan dan prestasi siswa ini sudah sesuai yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Monitoring; Pelanggaran; Prestasi; Waterfall; Aplikasi Website

Abstract

The Maudu Lompoa celebration is held once a year by the Cikoang community. During the Maudu Lompoa celebration in Indonesian (Maulid Great Prophet Muhammad SAW). In the village of Cikoang, Mangara Bombang District, Takalar district, many outsiders come to visit this village. The opportunity is to be able to promote merchandise or handicrafts when there is a lot of crowd. Moreover, at this time, the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic has paralyzed all activities, which will result in family income. The fact as stated above interested our to empower the community regarding the manufacture of textile circuit products that can be marketed on the Maudu Lompoa holiday and become a source of income during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period, where people who came from outside came to this village while promoting goods , use of technology online marketing. Solutions Problems that are generated according to the planned activities are as follows: 1) Increased knowledge of teenagers dropping out of school in taking advantage of opportunities and increasing income of the family through making Textile Circuit 2) Increased knowledge of out of school youth in making Motif Designs and Embroidering Techniques Textile Circuit 3) Increased knowledge of school dropouts in the use of 3D printing technology makes it possible to order online and according to the wishes of consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic and the New Normal Era 4) Skilled teenagers who have dropped out of school in conducting E-Marketing activities. Expected results Activity 1. Introduction and opening of the activity, the first meeting is held inside with the opening of the activity, introductions between the organizing committee, field assistants and partners (trainees) and continued with the presentation of training material Activity 2. Abstract

The digital transformation of health is one proof of technological developments in health services. The implementation of health digitalization in the Surabaya City environment has started on November 10 2014 and in 2020 it will be ready to transform into an Electronic Health Record (EHR). The implementation of EHR began with the implementation of RME at Surabaya City Health Centers since March 2022. However, RME implementation is still not optimal, so research needs to be carried out on the completeness of RME at East Surabaya Regional Health Centers. This research method uses a type of quantitative research that collects data in the form of numbers using an observational approach. The population used is RME patients at Community Health Centers in the East Surabaya Region, namely Menur Health Center and Keputih Health Center, while the research sample will be taken using the Cochran Formula. The results of the identified data will be processed using Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis and will be presented in table form to describe the object. The results of the research show that incomplete filling in of patients' RME at the East Surabaya Community Health Center General Polyclinic is found in the Identity, Important Reports and Authentication components, while the Documentation component is 100% complete. It can be concluded that the incompleteness of RME filling at the East Surabaya Community Health Center reaches 70%, the data is not complete.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya merupakan salah satu rumah sakit swasta yang sudah menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) yang sudah berjalan dari bulan Februari 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan RME dalam menunjang penggunaan SIMRS dengan menggunakan metode HOT-Fit. Metode HOT-Fit memiliki beberapa variabel yaitu: human, organization, technology, dan net benefit (manfaat). Subjek dan Metode: Subjek dalam penelitian ini 15 petugas rekam medis, 12 perawat rawat jalan, dan 12 refraksionis dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah reponden 39. Variabel yang diteliti adalah unsur dari metode HOT-Fit. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada petugas rekam medis, perawat rawat jalan, dan petugas refraksionis melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode cross sectional. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang diperoleh peneliti dapat diketahui bahwa belum adanya sosialiasi dan belum dilakukan evaluasi terkait penerapan penggunaan RME, variabel human merupakan faktor yang harus segera diperbaiki dengan nilai kurang baik sebesar 54%, cukup baik 31%, dan sangat baik 15%. Variabel organization menunjukkan keadaan kurang baik 15%, cukup baik 79%, dan sangat baik 21%. Pada variabel technology dinilai cukup baik sebesar 79% dan sangat baik 21%. Net benefit (manfaat) dapat dikatakan cukup bermanfaat sampai sangat bermanfaat dengan hasil cukup baik sebesar 62% dan sangat baik 31%. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini evaluasi penerapan RME di Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, namun pada variabel human yang perlu mendapatkan pehatian.

Abstract

Predicting timely graduation brings numerous benefits not only to students but also to the university LAZISMU is a national-level zakat institution dedicated to community empowerment through the productive use of zakat funds, waqf infaq and other charitable funds from individuals, institutions, companies and other agencies. Founded by PP. Muhammadiyah in 2002 was subsequently confirmed by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia as a national amil zakat institution through Decree No. 457/21 November 2002. With the enactment of Law on Zakat number 23 of 2011, Government regulation number 14 of 2014, and Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 333 of 2015. LAZISMU as a national amil zakat institution has been reconfirmed through the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic Indonesia number 730 of 2016. This study attempts to explain the distribution strategy by mapping Zakat funds to Mustahik and how the decision-making analysis process is actually carried out by the amil zakat institution Lazismu Makassar. The success of zakat management is judged by the productivity and welfare of mustahik. So it is very important to present this study so that it can provide examples, lessons, and solutions to the problem of how to distribute zakat and become a role model. This study also looks at the comparison of mustahik and muzakki in each region so that the number of amil in that region can be determined. This research is qualitative in nature and relies on extracting non-participant observational data from each process. Keywords: Flow of System, K-Means, Input, Validitas, Output.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Berdasarkan regulasi terbaru di Indonesia maka seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) maka diperlukan penilaian kesiapan untuk melaksanakan RME. Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya saat ini dalam tahap peralihan yaitu pada pelayanan rawat inap dari paper atau manual ke rekam medis elektronik. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan penerapan RME berdasarkan metode DOQ-IT. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner guna memperoleh data tingkat kesiapan penerapan RME, jumlah sampel penelitian 24 responden yaitu petugas rekam medis, perawat rawat inap, petugas gizi, dan petugas farmasi. Variabel yang diteliti adalah aspek sumber daya manusia, buadaya kerja organisasi, tata kelola dan kepemimpinan dan infrastruktur Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kesiapan pada aspek sumber daya manusia mendapat nilai skor rata-rata 16 dengan kategori cukup siap, kesiapan pada aspek budaya kerja organisasi mendapat nilai skor rata-rata 16 dengan kategori cukup siap, kesiapan pada aspek tata kelola dan kepemimpinan mendapat nilai skor rata-rata 15,8 dengan kategori cukup siap, kesiapan dari aspek infrastruktur mendapat nilai skor rata-rata 15,3 dengan kategori cukup siap. dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya sangat siap dalam penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil telaah dari empat variabel Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya berada pada kondisi sangat siap dalam penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik.

Abstract

Students with Medical Records and Health Information have a short time to complete their final assignment, graduation demands are determined by an exit exam, so students must move quickly and efficiently in completing their final assignment. Therefore, this social service aims to increase student readiness in completing the final project by utilizing web-based applications. The targets of this activity are fourth and sixth semester students of D3 Medical Records and Health Information. The method in this activity is carried out by screening web-based applications that will be socialized and the implementation stage. The implementation of the activity was carried out on May 20, 2023. As a result of this activity students felt very useful by holding this activity and hoped that there would be activities to strengthen the preparation for the final project in future.

Abstract

Indonesia has entered to the digital health transformation era. One of the transformation is the obligation of health care facilities to organize medical record in electronic form. Peduli Lindungi application, which was originally only for Covid-19 tests and vaccines has now expanded is function as a Health Portfolio or Personal Health Record (PHR) in the Satu Sehat application. The Health Portfolio can be compiled based on the Medical Resume obatained from Health services. The use of medical resume for preparing health portfolio has not been widelu used because many people do not understand the function of medical resume. The aim of this activity is to explain the importance of a complete medical resume so that it can be used as material for preparing a family health portfolio. The method is the online seminar method. The result is a medical resume containing the identity and history of the patient’s illness after receiving health services. Medical resume can be used to build family health portfolio. The conclusion is that a family health portfolio needs to be prepared to help manage diseases that may arise in the future.

Abstract

Skripsi merupakan salah satu persyaratan akhir dalam pendidikan akademis mahasiswa yang harus ditulis sesuai dengan bidang ilmunya. Proses awal dalam pembuatan skripsi adalah pengajuan judul, di mana mahasiswa harus memastikan bahwa judul yang diajukan tidak mirip dengan judul skripsi sebelumnya untuk menghindari plagiarisme. Deteksi kemiripan judul sangat penting untuk mencegah plagiarisme dan meningkatkan akurasi sistem rekomendasi dengan mengidentifikasi judul yang relevan. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, tantangan seperti plagiarisme menjadi lebih kompleks, memerlukan sistem yang efisien untuk mengecek kemiripan judul. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah Support Vector Machine (SVM), sebuah teknik pembelajaran mesin yang efektif dalam klasifikasi teks, termasuk judul skripsi, berkat kemampuannya dalam menangani hubungan non-linear melalui kernel. Penggunaan Support vector machine dalam deteksi kemiripan judul bertujuan untuk memastikan keakuratan dan efisiensi dalam mengidentifikasi potensi plagiarisme. Kombinasi metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Natural Language Processing (NLP), khususnya melalui vektorisasi menggunakan TF-IDF, telah terbukti efektif dalam mendeteksi kemiripan judul skripsi. Proses ini melibatkan pengumpulan data dari database judul_skripsi, diikuti dengan preprocessing yang meliputi tokenisasi, penghapusan kata-kata tidak relevan, dan stemming. Data yang bersih dan terstruktur ini kemudian diubah menjadi representasi numerik melalui TF-IDF, yang memberikan bobot lebih tinggi pada kata-kata yang spesifik namun signifikan. Model SVM yang dilatih dengan data ini berhasil mendeteksi kemiripan dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai.
