Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan survei ekuitas merek dilakukan pada tahun 2011, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Adi Husada Undaan Wetan-(AH-UWH) terpilih sebagai salah satu rumah sakit terbaik di Surabaya, di samping Rumah Sakit PHC. Dengan demikian, dalam pemahaman yang lebih baik ekuitas merek RS PHC, ekuitas merek diukur dengan masuknya Rumah Sakit AH-UW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki ekuitas merek PHCH. Penelitian dilakukan di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, khususnya di daerah-daerah yang sectional menyeberang antara PHCH dan AH-UWH. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta yang tinggal di Kabupaten Sidotopo Wetan dan Kabupaten Kemayoran. penelitian kuantitatif ini berlangsung pada bulan Agustus-September 2013 dengan 57 peserta / sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Young dan BrandAsset® Penilai (BAV) Model Rubicam ini. Muda dan Rubicam ini BrandAsset® Penilai (BAV) adalah salah satu model penilaian merek yang paling dihormati yang telah digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan besar. BAV khusus ini dirancang untuk menjelaskan bagaimana merek tumbuh, penurunan, dan memulihkan dan memetakan posisi merek (s) di jaringan listrik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa posisi PHCH di jaringan listrik terletak di kuadran kedua yang merupakan niche / belum direalisasi potensial. Ini berarti bahwa rumah sakit memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan merek dan menargetkan konsumen khusus / spesifik. Rumah sakit ini juga memiliki kapasitas untuk berpindah dari kuadran ini ke kuadran kepemimpinan. Posisi AH-UWH adalah di kuadran kepemimpinan dalam jaringan listrik. Ini berarti bahwa rumah sakit telah memperoleh persepsi merek yang sangat baik dari para peserta. Selain itu, kekuatan merek dari dua rumah sakit dianggap memiliki posisi merek yang sehat. Ini didukung oleh nilai-nilai diferensiasi rumah sakit 'yang lebih tinggi dari nilai-nilai relevansinya. Ini berarti bahwa kedua rumah sakit telah memperoleh persepsi positif dari peserta tersebut. Merek bertubuh menandakan persepsi peserta dari kinerja merek saat ini. Dalam penelitian ini, perawakannya merek dari kedua rumah sakit menunjukkan bahwa mereka berada dalam posisi merek yang baik. Ini ditopang oleh nilai-nilai harga diri dan nilai-nilai pengetahuan. nilai-nilai harga diri dua rumah sakit yang lebih tinggi dari nilai-nilai pengetahuan mereka. Hasil ini diklasifikasikan sebagai pola yang sehat. Nilai-nilai pengetahuan, bagaimanapun, menunjukkan kebutuhan mereka untuk dukungan lebih lanjut. Dalam hal ini, upaya branding yang harus dialokasikan untuk menciptakan pengetahuan merek yang lebih solid untuk konsumen dan calon konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in Overcoming Exploitation of Street Children in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique was carried out through source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research results obtained show that (1) The role of the Social Service as Facilitative has facilitated RPTC (Trauma Center Shelter Homes) for PMKS. (2) The role of the Social Service as Education seeks to provide informal education in accordance with established regulations. (3) The Role of the Office of Social Affairs Social Service as a Representative cooperates with Polres/Polda, Satpol PP, BLK, TKSK and the community (4) The role of the Social Service as a Technical has special officers to collect and analyze data regarding PMKS.

Abstract

The digital transformation within the healthcare sector necessitates an elevation in digital health literacy, particularly among boarding school adolescents who are susceptible to the perils of inaccurate health information. This community service initiative sought to enhance the digital health literacy of students at Al-Rifa’e Islamic Senior High School through an educational framework that amalgamates technology, health content, and Islamic values. The methodologies employed encompassed participatory lectures, contextual discussions, and a questionnaire-based evaluation composed of five fundamental indicators. Results indicated that 88% of participants attained a high level of literacy, 8% demonstrated moderate proficiency, and 4% exhibited low literacy. A remarkable 96.15% were adept at identifying non-credible sources of health information, while 92.31% were capable of determining appropriate responses when confronted with dubious health content. Nevertheless, 19.23% of participants still encountered difficulties in discerning health-related hoaxes, highlighting a significant challenge within the learning continuum. The findings suggest that, despite elevated levels of digital literacy, the competencies associated with evaluation and decision-making remain inadequately developed. The incorporation of Islamic values, such as the principles of tabligh (conveying truth) and tabayyun (verification), proved instrumental in reinforcing students’ comprehension of digital information ethics. This program exemplifies that contextual digital health education, interwoven with religious and cultural values, can effectively cultivate a generation of youth who are both physically healthy and digitally discerning.

Abstract

Since 2022, primary healthcare facilities in Surabaya have adopted electronic medical records for patient admission services. However, an evaluation of the implementation of the program has never been conducted. Therefore, the objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of integrating electronic medical records in the admission department of basic healthcare institutions in Surabaya. The evaluation is performed utilizing the DeLone and McLean methodologies. The characteristics assessed in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user happiness, and perceived net benefit.   The research was carried out using a descriptive approach and incidental sampling. The respondents of this study are nine admission officers from nine primary healthcare facilities in the city of Surabaya. The result of this study indicates that all variables are in good to excellent condition. The system quality is in excellent condition, with a rating of 55.56%. The information quality, use, and perceived net benefit are also excellent, with a rating of 66.67%. Meanwhile, service quality is at a satisfactory level of 66.67%, and user satisfaction is at a satisfactory level of 89%. The conclusion is that the implementation of electronic medical records has been highly successful, at 78%. It requires a step to implement to enhance the functionality of electronic medical records, including the incorporation of universal consent and the inclusion of patients' electronic signatures.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology that has spread to various sectors of life including health can result in the development of a computer-based medical record system. Computer-based medical records or better known as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) have been used in various hospitals in the world as a complement or replacement for paper-based health records so that they can facilitate the process of managing, accessing, and distributing data or information. Based on the results of brief interviews with health workers working in health centers, it turns out that medical records for obstetric cases are still hybrid. The purpose of this study was to implement the application of Electronic Medical Records using the Hot-Fit method in East Surabaya Health Centers Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive research using a questionnaire sheet as a research instrument. The results of the study obtained data that the application of Electronic Medical Records in East Surabaya Health Centers from system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, organizational structure, facility conditions, and net benefits were categorized as good while for user satisfaction it was suggested to be satisfied and support was suggested to be supportive. So it can be concluded that the application of EMR was given well. Suggestions for the Health Center are the need to improve the system and network, the need to complete the information in the EMR in detail, the need to provide training to health workers in the use of EMR, and the need for socialization by superiors regarding the policy on the use of EMR.

Abstract

Proper implementation of electronic medical records (EMRs) is essential to increase health worker satisfaction, which in turn improves the quality of health services. However, the use of EMR can also cause dissatisfaction, in part due to limitations in sentence format when completing medical assessments in the EMR system. This study aims to explore the relationship between the use of EMR and the satisfaction of health workers in the emergency room of RSMM (Rumah Sakit Mata Masyarakat), East Java. With a quantitative analysis approach, this research used a cross-sectional design with 19 participants selected through a total sampling method. This research focuses on two main variables: officer satisfaction (free) and EMR use (bound). Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, and statistical analysis was carried out using the Spearman test. Findings showed that 63.2% of respondents were satisfied, with 78.9% expressing confidence in the quality of EMR use. The Spearman test produced a significant p-value of 0.006 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between the use of RME at RSMM East Java. RSMM East Java is committed to continuing to increase personnel satisfaction by continuously improving the EMR system based on feedback.

Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan organisasi di dunia kerja modern. Karyawan yang sehat dan nyaman cenderung lebih produktif dan inovatif. Namun, postur tubuh yang buruk saat duduk dapat menyebabkan kelelahan, nyeri punggung bawah, serta penurunan produktivitas. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, teknologi pemantauan postur duduk berbasis computer vision semakin berkembang. Salah satu metode yang efektif adalah MobileNet Single Shot Detector (SSD), yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan menganalisis postur duduk. MobileNet SSD dapat mengenali berbagai pose duduk secara cepat dan memberikan umpan balik instan kepada karyawan mengenai posisi duduk yang ergonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur akurasi MobileNet SSD dalam mendeteksi gerakan duduk yang baik dan buruk, serta untuk menganalisis potensi penerapan teknologi ini dalam lingkungan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MobileNet SSD memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dalam mendeteksi postur duduk, yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan merancang strategi kerja yang lebih efisien di masa depan.

Abstract

Penjualan bahan bangunan merupakan bidang usaha yang memiliki prospek menjanjikan dengan permintaan yang terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan populasi dan pembangunan. Namun, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh toko bahan bangunan, khususnya UD KIKI FATMALA, adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap minat pembeli, yang dapat menyebabkan penumpukan stok barang dan memperlambat perputaran modal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Naïve Bayes untuk memprediksi penjualan bahan bangunan berdasarkan data historis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan teknik data mining sebagai pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan barang yang memiliki potensi penjualan tinggi guna mengoptimalkan stok dan meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data penjualan, preprocessing data, pembagian data menjadi training dan testing, serta penerapan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Model yang dibangun dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix untuk menilai tingkat akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Naïve Bayes mampu memprediksi penjualan bahan bangunan dengan akurasi sebesar 84%. Implementasi model ini dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data awal dan Jupyter Notebook untuk analisis lebih lanjut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode Naïve Bayes dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk memprediksi produk yang memiliki peluang besar untuk terjual, sehingga membantu pengelolaan stok yang lebih optimal di UD KIKI FATMALA

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death, requiring early detection for prompt and accurate treatment. This study aims to develop a heart disease prediction model using ensemble learning methods, specifically the Adaptive Boosting (AdaBoost) technique. This method combines several weak models to improve the accuracy of heart disease classification based on patient data. The results show that applying the ensemble learning technique with the AdaBoost method produces a highly accurate model, especially after adding demographic features such as gender and age. The model's accuracy increased from 93.75% to 100%, with precision, recall, and F1-score reaching a perfect score of 1.00 for both classes. With these excellent results, the AdaBoost method has proven to be effective in detecting heart disease at an early stage, providing opportunities for more timely and effective medical interventions. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of early heart disease detection technology and improve patient quality of life through more accurate diagnoses.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, jumlah data teks online meningkat signifikan, mencakup ulasan produk, komentar media sosial, dan artikel berita. Analisis sentimen, yang penting untuk memahami opini masyarakat, membutuhkan praproses teks dengan menghapus stopwords tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan algoritma TF-IDF untuk menghasilkan stopwords kontekstual dan membandingkan pengaruhnya terhadap akurasi model analisis sentimen dengan stopwords standar. Hasil menunjukkan TF-IDF membantu mengidentifikasi kata-kata kurang penting, namun stopwords Sastrawi lebih baik mengenali konteks. Evaluasi dengan rasio pembagian data yang berbeda (90:10, 80:20, 70:30) menunjukkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 0.789 pada rasio 80:20, meskipun ada ruang untuk peningkatan. Studi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja model analisis sentimen dengan daftar stopwords yang lebih sesuai.
