Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam metode konseling berbasis kearifan lokal di SMA1 Madapangga. Dalam konteks pendidikan, konseling memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung perkembangan siswa, baik secara emosional, sosial, maupun spiritual. Dengan menggabungkan nilai-nilai agama dan kearifan lokal, diharapkan metode konseling dapat lebih relevan dan efektif dalam menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa di era modern ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru konseling, siswa, serta orang tua, serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai agama, seperti toleransi, kejujuran, dan kerja sama, sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses konseling. Hal ini menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung bagi siswa untuk merasa aman dan nyaman dalam menyampaikan perasaan dan masalah mereka. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ada peningkatan signifikan dalam kesejahteraan emosional siswa setelah penerapan metode konseling yang berbasis nilai-nilai agama dan kearifan lokal. Statistik menunjukkan bahwa 75% siswa merasa lebih percaya diri setelah mengikuti sesi konseling yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama. Selain itu, 80% siswa melaporkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih terhubung dengan teman-teman mereka dan lebih mampu mengatasi stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis nilai dapat memberikan hasil yang positif dalam perkembangan siswa.

Abstract

The aging process has caused various health problems, including limited physical mobility due to muscle weakness, joint stiffness, and certain chronic disease conditions. Efforts to maintain the health of older people can be done through Range of Motion (ROM) exercises, with the family as caregivers having an essential role in doing so. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge of elderly caregivers by providing education and simulations on ROM exercises for older people. A total of 41 caregivers from Melinggih Village, Gianyar Regency and Pedungan Village, Denpasar City were involved in this activity in March 2025. The activity was carried out using the education and simulation method, with stages using the PARE (Preparation, Action, Reflection, and Evaluation) approach. The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained a p-value < 0.001 with Z = - 3.65, which showed a significant difference in the level of caregiver knowledge about ROM exercises in older people before and after the activity. Good knowledge increased from 63% to 100%, and poor knowledge decreased from 31.7% to 0%. This shows that community service activities with education and simulation methods have successfully increased caregivers' knowledge and practical abilities in performing ROM exercises for older people. ROM exercises can be an easy choice for caregivers as an effective way to maintain the health of older people in the community, support long-term care programs, and thus improve the quality of life for the older people in the community.

Abstract

Physically demanding tasks in long-term care, such as lifting and repositioning patients, increase caregivers' risk of musculoskeletal disorders, highlighting the need for empowerment through targeted education and skills training to ensure safe practices. This community service aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an educational training program for caregivers, focusing on working posture management and technique in transferring older people to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. A pre- and post-intervention design was used to assess cognitive improvement and participant satisfaction among 41 caregivers in community setting. Results showed a marked increase in correct responses across all questionnaire items following the training, indicating improved knowledge and satisfaction throughout the training. The increased to 95.1% after the training was found, indicating a significant gain in knowledge about the basic concepts of transfer techniques. Participants expressed high satisfaction, with simulation-based learning identified as the most effective instructional method. The findings suggest that targeted, practical training can enhance caregivers’ competencies and contribute to safer caregiving practices. Despite these positive outcomes, limitations included a participant bias, limited follow-up, or the socio-economic context of the participants in short-term evaluation. Future programs are recommended to include follow-up assessments and wider community involvement to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by Social Sciences (IPS) teachers in the learning process of Sociology subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Langgudu. The focus of this study is to identify factors that inhibit the effectiveness of learning, both from the internal aspects of teachers and external school environments and students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of six IPS teachers selected using purposive sampling techniques, namely teachers who actively teach Sociology subjects. The data analysis procedure uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the main difficulties faced by IPS teachers include limited mastery of information technology, the absence of school policies that require the use of IT-based media, and the diversity of student characteristics that affect the achievement of learning objectives. In addition, teachers experience obstacles in adapting the Merdeka Curriculum and time constraints in implementing project-based learning (P5). These findings indicate that improving teacher competency, school policy support, and curriculum implementation assistance are important aspects in overcoming obstacles to Sociology learning in schools.

Abstract

Chronic kidney failure is a global health problem with increasing incidence, prevalence and mortality rates. Hypertension is one of the causes of kidney failure. So far there is no known research conducted regarding factors related to the prevalence of kidney failure. This research method is descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach, this research was conducted in the inpatient room of Prof Dr WZ Johannes Hospital in April-August 2023. The sample size was 100 respondents using consecutive sampling technique. Statistical tests are univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The result is that the relationship between age and kidney failure shows a p value = 0.129 > 0.05. relationship with gender p value = 0.687 > 0.05, relationship with blood pressure p value = 0.356 > 0.050, cholesterol level with p value = 0.374 < 0.05, relationship with LDL levels p value = 0.783 > 0.05, The relationship with HDL levels is p value = 0.096 > 0. Meanwhile, the education factor has a relationship with kidney failure with a p value = 0.002 < 0.05 and the treatment history factor has a relationship with p value = 0.356 > 0.050. The conclusion is that educational factors and treatment history are the dominant factors in controlling blood pressure, thus preventing the occurrence of complications of chronic kidney failure in hypertensive patients. c kidney disease in hypertensive sufferers. Abstract

Hypertension is a chronic non-communicable disease which, if not treated properly, will cause cardiovascular complications which are the cause of disability and death in communities throughout the world. Patient behavior that does not follow hypertension management guidelines is a major factor in the risk of cardiovascular complications in hypertensive patients in the community. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of a health behavior module based on transcultural nursing in preventing cardiovascular complications and its impact on hypertensive patients in the community. The research design was a quasi experiment with a pre-post-test control group design. The sample size was 100 hypertension patients divided into 50 treatment groups and 50 control groups. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined inclusion criteria. The research data were analyzed descriptively, homogeneity test using Levene Statistics, Wilcoxon pre-post difference test for each group, simultaneous pre-post difference test for both groups with Mann-Whitney, and correlation test with Spearman Rho. Results of the test for equality of respondent characteristics p-value = > 0.05, Wilcoxon test in the treatment group p-value = 0.000, control group p-value = > 0.05, Mann Whitney test pre test p-value > 0.05, post test < 0.05, and the Spearman rho test obtained a p-value < 0.05. Conclusion: The behavioral module intervention to prevent cardiovascular complications based on transcultural nursing has proven to be effective in increasing efforts to prevent cardiovascular complications in hypertensive patients, and efforts to prevent cardiovascular complications based on transcultural nursing have a significant relationship in reducing systolic, diastolic blood pressure and cholesterol levels in hypertensive patients in the community. It is hoped that this module can become a health promotion media that can be used to increase efforts to prevent cardiovascular complications in hypertensive patients in the community

Abstract

Fenomena bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan isu sosial yang sangat serius, terutama di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Langgudu Kabupaten Bima, dengan penekanan pada bagaimana kontrol diri dapat mempengaruhi tindakan bullying.  Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 200 siswa dari populasi 373 siswa di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Langgudu Kabupaten Bima. Pengumpulan data dengan skala kontrol diri dan skala perilaku agresi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan laporan KPAI (2025), terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam jumlah kasus bullying di Indonesia, di mana sekitar 70% siswa melaporkan pernah mengalami atau menyaksikan tindakan bullying. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku agresif, termasuk pengalaman buruk di masa lalu, pengaruh teman sebaya, serta dukungan keluarga yang terbatas. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh hubungan yang negatif antar kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresi menunjukan hubungan negatif yang signifikan (r = -0,718, p<0,01). Dengan memahami peran kontrol diri, diharapkan dapat ditemukan strategi yang efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif di kalangan siswa, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih aman dan mendukung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan kecemasan di kalangan mahasiswa semester akhir di STIKES Yahya Bima. Mahasiswa berada pada tahap transisi yang penting, di mana mereka menghadapi tekanan akademik dan sosial yang signifikan. Regulasi emosi dapat didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan seseorang untuk mengelola dan mengarahkan emosi mereka dalam berbagai situasi. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan regulasi emosi yang baik cenderung mengalami tingkat kecemasan yang lebih rendah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 150 mahasiswa semester akhir melalui kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat regulasi emosi dan kecemasan. Hasil analisis korelasi terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dan kecemasan. mahasiswa semester akhir (β = -0.133, p = 0.045), yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan regulasi emosi dapat berpengaruh pada pengurangan tingkat kecemasan di kalangan mahasiswa. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga untuk pengembangan program dukungan psikologis di lingkungan akademik, guna membantu mahasiswa dalam mengelola emosi mereka dan mengurangi kecemasan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Data menyebutkan satu dari tujuh anak berusia 10-19 tahun mengalami gangguan mental, terhitung 13% dari beban penyakit global dalam kelompok usia remaja dan merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan mental. Perilaku yang terkait dengan kesehatan mental yang buruk adalah kurangnya keterlibatan baik dengan kegiatan belajar dan rekreasi serta literasi kesehatan mental. Intervensi pendidikan kesehatan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai konsep kesehatan mental. Intervensi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan partisipan mengenai konsep dasar kesehatan mental. Tujuan setelah dilakukan penelitian dan pendidikan kesehatan diharapkan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Susut Bangli dapat memiliki pengetahuan mengenai konsep dasar kesehatan mental. Dari intervensi ini diharapkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai konsep dasar kesehatan mental bertambah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pendidikan kesehatan. Jumlah siswa-siswa yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan sebanyak 50 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test didapatkan Zhitung = 6,188 > Ztabel = 1,96 dan  nilai p value = 0,000  <  0,05 hasil ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa  di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Susut Bangli sehingga dapat disimpulkan hasil bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan partisipan dalam intervensi literasi meningkatkan kesehatan mental ini. Penerapan IPE dalam pendidikan kesehatan jiwa meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa serta mengembangkan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan jiwa remaja. Perlu usaha yang konsisten dan pendekatan multilevel untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci:  Pendidikan Kesehatan, Literasi Kesehatan Mental, Remaja  ABSTRACT Data indicates that one out of seven children aged 10-19 years experiences mental disorders, accounting for 13% of the global disease burden in the adolescent age group. This group is particularly vulnerable to mental health issues. Poor mental health-related behaviors include insufficient engagement in learning and recreational activities, as well as low mental health literacy. Health education interventions are necessary to enhance adolescent’s knowledge of mental health concepts. These interventions are expected to improve participants’ understanding of basic mental health principles. The goal after conducting research and health education is for students at SMP Negeri 2 Susut Bangli to have knowledge about basic mental health concepts. Through this intervention, it is hoped that adolescent’s knowledge of basic mental health will increase. The activity is carried out using health education methods, with 50 students receiving health education. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test, Z-score = 6.188 > Z-table = 1.96, and the p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that health education has an impact on adolescent’s knowledge of mental health in Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Susut Bangli. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an increase in participant’s knowledge through this literacy intervention to enhance mental health. The implementation of IPE in mental health education enhances students' knowledge and develops the necessary skills in maintaining and improving adolescent mental health. Abstract

Kondisi remaja era sekarang yang gandrung menggunakan media sosial telah menyita waktu dan energi. Kondisi tersebut juga menimbulkan kelelahan fisik dan psikis sehingga berdampak pada jenuh dalam kegiatan belaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu menurunkan kejenuhan belajar peserta didik menggunakan CBT teknik self-instructions. Teknik ini, melatih peserta didik untuk mengenali dan menantang pikiran-pikiran yang merugikan, dan menggantinya dengan pernyataan yang lebih konstruktif dan memberdayakan. Tujuan dari penerapan teknik self-instructions adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, memperbaiki pola pikir, dan mengurangi perasaan kejenuhan yang dialami selama proses belajar. Kejenuhan belajar adalah kondisi psikologis yang ditandai oleh kebosanan, kehilangan minat, dan penurunan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif teknik single subject design, dengan sampel 10 peserta didik yang di pilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner penilaian diri untuk mengukur tingkat kejenuhan belajar sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Intervensi dilakukan selama enam sesi, di mana peserta didik untuk mengelola pikiran negatif dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan signifikan dalam tingkat kejenuhan belajar peserta didik setelah penerapan teknik self-instructions. Rata-rata skor kejenuhan sebelum intervensi adalah 33,4, sedangkan setelah intervensi menurun menjadi 28,8. Hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji t menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 5,225 dengan p-value < 0,001, yang mengindikasikan bahwa teknik self-instructions efektif untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar.
