Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi dalam pembangunan nilai sosial dan ekonomi adalah Desa Gunung malang Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor. Hal itu karena di desa ini merupakan salah satu desa dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak di Kecamatan Tenjolaya dan memiliki banyak potensi muatan lokal yang variatif yang dapat menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha dari tiap warga didesa gunung malang. Peningkatan nilai sosial dan ekonomi yang diusung dalam kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan yaitu: (1) menumbuhkan nilai sosial terhadap remaja serta anak usia dini, (2) meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pelatihan berwirausaha. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Pendekatan religius (2) Pendekatan organisasi (3) Pendekatan kekerabatan (4) Pendekatan berdasarkan karakter masyarakat

Abstract

KKN Tematik Terintergrasi merupakan KKN yang orientasi program terfokus pada bidang tertentu sesuai dengan permasalahan kemasyarakatan dan arah kebijakan pembangunan yang diselenggarakan pemerintah pada wilayah tertentu (Kabupaten/Kota). KKN memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai exselerasi dan afektivitas program pembangunan yang ditandai dengan semakin baiknya kualitas kehidupan masyarakat, partisipasi dan eksistensi masyarakat dalam program-program pembangunan. Kegiatan KKN dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap, yaitu survey dan observasi ke Desa sasaran, workshop, pendekatan sasaran program, realisasi program, monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan, dan loka karya hasil KKN. Pelaksanaan KKN dimulai dari tanggal 7 Agustus 2019 sampai dengan 5 September 2019 di Desa Sukamaju Kecamatan Cigudeg Kabupaten Bogor. Program KKN kelompok 51 dan 52 di Desa Sukamaju merupakan program yang lebih menekankan kepada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan, pendidikan dan ekonomi. Program kerja fisik kelompok 51 dan 52 yaitu penyediaan tempat sampah, penyediaan media poster kesehatan, dekorasi perpustakaan sekolah, penyediaan sarana air bersih dan renovasi MCK. Dan program kerja non-fisik yaitu penyuluhan penyakit menular, penyuluhan cuci tangan, penyuluhan bahaya sampah, penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi, pendidikan dan pelatihan membuat poster kesehatan, penyuluhan menabung sejak dini, penyuluhan edukasi dasar ekonomi, lomba 17 Agustus, seminar hukum tantang perlindungan anak dan pemberdayaan perempuan, lomba menghias celengan, bimbingan belajar, dan acara perpisahan KKN.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the order of our lives in various aspects. One of the significant impacts is the increased risk of stunting in children. Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive caused by malnutrition and lack of nutrients over a long period of time. Children who are stunted have a shorter height than other children of their age and tend to experience delays in physical and mental development. Stunting can have a long-term impact on a child's quality of life, including problems with health, education and future productivity. Family resilience has a central role in preventing stunting in children. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, an appropriate strategy is needed to reduce the occurrence of stunting, especially in CIjujung village, Sukaraja sub-district, Bogor Regency. The strategies are increasing access to nutritious food and providing training on how to generate additional income so that fulfillment of nutritious food can still be carried out, education on nutrition, good sanitation, routine health checks, exclusive breastfeeding and social support can help families prevent stunting in pandemic period. Thus, the role of the family in providing adequate nutrition and supporting the growth and development of children is very important in maintaining a healthy and strong generation in the future.

Abstract

Waste management is a serious challenge that occurs in several countries. Poor waste management will lead to several problems. One movement that can overcome waste management is the establishment of waste banks. As one of the innovative steps that can overcome waste management problems in a sustainable manner. Waste banks are institutions that provide economic incentives for communities to recycle and utilize waste effectively. Community service activities in Nagrak village saw this phenomenon and made this a mainstay program. It is expected to provide in-depth insight into the contribution of waste banks in managing waste and achieving sustainable development goals. The results of this community service are expected to provide a basis for policy makers, industry players and the general public to improve the implementation and effectiveness of waste banks as an innovative solution in waste management and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Green consumption is now a phenomenon that is not only growing at the global and national levels, but is also beginning to enter urban communities such as the city of Bogor in Indonesia. In an effort to mitigate environmental problems, green consumption behavior offers a strategic and sustainable approach, which is expected to build collective awareness among the community of the importance of an environmentally friendly lifestyle.  The trend of green consumption behavior, driven by awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and self-efficacy to support its implementation, is hampered by several factors. The correlation between the two can be examined using the Theory of Planned Behavior, which explains the relationship between environmental awareness and self-efficacy, which is formed from consumer interactions through attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This study aims to investigate the role of perceived behavior control in helping to accelerate the trend of green consumption among consumers of environmentally friendly products in Bogor City. In this study, data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents selected using purposive sampling. The number of variables observed in this study was 20 indicators, resulting in a sample size of 100.  Respondent demographics were divided into 6 profile categories such as gender; generation; education; occupation; monthly expenditure; and residential area in Bogor City. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM and processed with SmartPLS 4 software. The main findings show that the relationship between self-efficacy and PBC has the most significant pathway. In addition, the role of PBC as a psychological factor has a substantial contribution in bridging self-efficacy and green consumption, making it a key factor in strengthening individual self-efficacy to adopt green consumption behavior.

Abstract

In the digital era, product innovation and digital marketing are vital for enhancing the marketing performance of fashion Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Bogor City, where competition is intensifying. This study aims to examine the influence of product innovation and digital marketing, particularly through social media, on marketing performance. A quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods was employed, using a questionnaire survey distributed to 65 fashion Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Bogor City, selected via purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS software through multiple regression, correlation, and statistical hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that product innovation significantly enhances marketing performance by meeting consumer demands, while digital marketing, especially social media strategies, boosts brand visibility and customer engagement. Both factors collectively account for 60% of marketing performance variance, with social media playing a critical role in promoting innovative products. This study concludes that fashion Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises must integrate innovative product designs with active social media marketing to remain competitive. These insights offer practical guidance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to optimize marketing strategies and strengthen market presence in a dynamic environment.
