Abstract

Colostrum is a thick yellow liquid whose role is to provide the first nutrition to the calf as a passive immune transfer,  so, it must always be available. Frozen colostrum is one of the efforts used to extemd the shelf life by providing colostrum reserves. Frozen colostrum doesn’t always maintain good colostrum quality, sometimes it causes a decrease in the colostrum quality. This research aim to analyzed the effect of freezing storage bovine colostrum on pH, total bacteria, and immunoglobulin levels. This research was using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 long storage treatments (P1 (Day-0), P2 (Day-7), P3 (Day-14), P4 (Day-21), dan P5 (Day-28) dan 4 repetition. The data obtained were analyzed by Anova and Ortogonal Polinomial tests. The result showed that freezing storage (-28° C) bovine colostrum had an effect on decrease in pH and had the quartz regression pattern in the equation Y = 0,000007 + 0,0105 – 0,0973 6,7075 with a determination coefficient of = 0,9739. Meanwhile, it hadn’t effect on total bacteria and immunoglobulin G levels, so it hadn’t respons and pattern of polinomial ortogonal. It can be concluded that the average each treatments of pH, total bacteria, and IgG levels is still classified as good quality.

Abstract

Mastitis adalah penyakit yang dapat mengganggu sistem perambingan pada sapi perah. Penyakit mastitis dapat digolongkan menjadi mastitis ringan dan berat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi terhadap susu yang dihasilkan. Kualitas fisik dan kimia menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kualitas susu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tampilan kualitas fisik yang meliputi warna, aroma dan rasa  serta kualitas kimia yaitu kadar lemak, protein dan laktosa di CV Ben Buana Sejahtera (BBS Farm) Kecamatan Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel susu diambil dari sapi yang terjangkit mastitis ringan kemudian sampel diambil 100 mL dimasukkan pada coolbox untuk dilakukan pengujian sifat fisik dan kimia susu. di Laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat fisik susu yang terkontaminasi mastitis ringan warna putih kekuningan, aroma agak tengik, dan rasa sedikit manis sedangkan sifat kimia kadar lemak susu 4,34%, protein 3,02%, dan laktosa 4,13%. Kesimpulan menunjukkan Kualitas fisik dan kimia susu yang terdampak mastitis ringan masih menunjukkan kualitas yang normal.Kata kunci: kualitas fisik, kualitas kimia, susu, mastitis ringan, BBS Farm

Abstract

Kefir is a processed product made from milk fermented with various bacteria. In general, kefir is often substituted with plants such as dragon fruit, but it turns out that kefir can also be substituted with grains, one of which is sunflower seeds. However, the optimum storage length of kefir when stored at low temperatures is unknown. This study determined whether storage duration is affected by substituting sunflower seed extract on pH, total lactic acid bacteria, and total yeast. This research was conducted using an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments based on the length of storage consisting of P1 (No storage), P2 (Day 7), P3 (Day 14), and P4 (Day 21). The data were then analyzed using variance analysis, and the orthogonal polynomial test was continued. The results showed that the length of storage of kefir with substitution of sunflower seed extract at refrigeration temperature for 21 days showed that the pH value was not significantly different, while the total bacteria and total lactic acid were significantly different with a cubic regression pattern y = 0.0003x3 - 0.0142x2 + 0.1755 + 8.164x for total lactic acid bacteria and y = 0.0005x3 - 0.017x2 + 0.1796x + 8.3634 for total yeast so that the optimum storage length of kefir with sunflower seed extract substitution is obtained on day 8.

Abstract

Kefir merupakan minuman fermentasi susu yang dihasilkan dari proses penambahan starter berupa kefir grain yang mengandung kumpulan bakteri asam laktat dan yeast. Pemanfaatan protein dan serat larut dari biji ketapang, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan BAL, disertai dengan penurunan pH dan jumlah yeast yang optimal dalam produk kefir. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dihasilkan dari substitusi ekstrak biji ketapang pada kefir susu kambing terhadap nilai pH, total BAL dan total yeast. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yaitu perbandingan 80:20% (P1), 60:40% (P2), 50:50% (P3), 40:60% (P4), dan 20:80% (P5). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi kefir susu kambing dengan ekstrak biji ketapang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pH, namun berpengaruh terhadap total bakteri asam laktat dan total yeast. Substitusi kefir susu kambing dengan perbandingan konsentrasi 50:50% pada produk kefir memberikan hasil terbaik, dengan nilai pH 3,95, total bakteri asam laktat 18,86 x 107 cfu/ml, dan total yeast 17,36 x 108 cfu/mL.

Abstract

Poster film ini dipilih karena visualnya yang kompleks serta kaya akan simbol dan narasi yang secara mendalam terkait dengan tema utama film, yaitu terorisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggali makna-makna dibalik tanda yang terdapat Pada Poster “Film 13 Bom di Jakarta” dengan menggunakan konsep dan metode semiotika Roland Barthes. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semiotika dari Roland Barthes. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian dengan judul Analisis Semiotika Pada Poster Film "13 Bom di Jakarta" menunjukkan bahwa dalam poster tersebut memiliki makna-makna yang intens dalam penggunaan elemen visual maupun teks. Poster film ini tidak hanya memikat perhatian calon penonton, tetapi juga memengaruhi mereka untuk berpikir akan plot twist dan konflik apa yang terjadi hanya dengan melihat poster film tersebut. Digambarkan oleh elemen visual seperti angka 13 yang dominan, penempatan karakter dalam angka 13 tersebut, pemilihan warna yang kontras untuk menggambarkan genre action, membuat poster film 13 Bom di Jakarta secara eksplisit dan implisit dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang isi cerita tentang terorisme dan menciptakan suasana yang selaras dengan tema film yang ber-genre aksi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the validity of ownership rights to land by foreign citizens (WNA) through nominee agreements. A Nominee Agreement, commonly known as a name transfer or name borrowing agreement, is an agreement made on behalf of another party. The practice of nominee agreements still often occurs, even though foreigners do not have ownership rights by what is regulated in statutory regulations. Foreigners did this to control ownership rights to land in Indonesia and gain personal gain. No specific regulations govern nominee agreements, so law enforcement is not optimal. This research uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and case approach. The research results show that the nominee agreement entered into by foreigners is invalid because it needs to meet the objective elements of the requirements, namely lawful reasons that are already regulated in Article 1320 in the Civil Code.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa bergaya kognitif Field Dependent (FD) dan Field Independent (FI) dalam menyelesaikan masalah turunan fungsii. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua orang siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Batuan yang masing-masing bergaya kognitif Field Dependent (FD) dan Field Independent (FI). Penelitian dimulai dengan menentukan subjek penelitian menggunakan instrumen Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT) dan tes kemampuan awal, setelah didapatkan subjek penelitian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian Tes Pemecahan Masalah (TPM) dan wawancara Data dicek keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada langkah Read and Think, siswa FD dan FI menggunakan representasi verbal. Langkah Eksplor and Plan , siswa FD menggunakan representasi visual dan siswa FI menggunakan representasi visual dan verbal. Langkah Select a Strategy, siswa FD dan FI menggunakan representasi simbolik. Langkah Find and Answer, siswa FD dan FI menggunakan representasi verbal dan simbolik. Langkah Reflect and Extend, siswa FD dan FI menggunakan representasi simbolik dan verbal.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce the innovation of processed sambel green squid as an alternative to a healthy family menu based on local potential in RT 4, Pantai Amal Village. This program is carried out through a participatory approach by involving housewives in training, preparation, and nutrition education related to processed squid. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in processing squid into nutritious, hygienic, and visually appealing dishes. In addition to providing health benefits, this innovation also opens up home business opportunities that support family food security. By making optimal use of local marine products, this program strengthens the economic and nutritional value of the daily consumption of coastal communities.

Abstract

Office facilities and infrastructure refer to all facilities and infrastructure used in the operation of an office. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure and what factors support and hinder the use of facilities and infrastructure of the Parepare City Housing, Settlement, and Land Office. Therefore, this study has significant in identifying the use of facilities and infrastructure that can lead to an effective and efficient work environment in completing their tasks. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The indicators of the use of facilities and infrastructure in this study are office machinery and equipment that are classified as ineffective because they are not adequate enough in existing availability. Inventory equipment is classified as ineffective due to the completeness of inventory equipment in the office that is still lacking. Office supplies, classified as ineffective because there are damaged / exhausted equipment not in accordance with the estimated time period. Office buildings, classified as effective categories because office buildings already include provisions issued by the local area. Transportation equipment is classified as effective in its utilization because the availability of official vehicles is in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This study presents new information by relating detailed theories and research loci different from previous research on the use of facilities and infrastructure so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to advance the use of good and correct facilities and infrastructure.
