Abstract

Blended learning, which combines face-to-face and online learning, has become widely adopted in higher education to enhance flexibility and accessibility for students. However, challenges in interactive communication remain, particularly in complex subjects like Macroeconomics Theory at FKIP Universitas Jambi. This study explores the implementation of ethical approaches in teaching skills within blended learning environments. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data were collected through a survey of 200 students. The results indicate significant challenges in interactive communication, with 80% of students reporting difficulties, yet overall satisfaction and learning outcomes were high. This finding underscores the importance of integrating ethical principles in digital teaching to improve interaction quality and student understanding. Conclusions highlight the necessity of ongoing support for students and lecturers in ethical digital communication. Future research should consider longitudinal studies and qualitative approaches to provide deeper insights into the long-term effects and experiences of blended learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Pura Langkat and its impact on shaping students' character. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the PAI learning process at SMP Negeri 3 is designed with a focus on character development, integrating values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and tolerance. The implementation of learning is carried out using various methods, such as congregational prayer, short lectures, group discussions, and educational games. Evaluation is carried out through continuous assessment of students' academic and behavioral development, including daily observations and attitude assessments. This study concludes that PAI learning at SMP Negeri 3 has succeeded in making a positive contribution to the development of students' character, and the results can be a reference for other schools in implementing effective PAI programs. This study emphasizes the importance of cooperation in achieving optimal student character development through PAI.

Abstract

Abstract Learning process, as schools serve as a microcosm of society. This study aims to develop and implement an inclusive Islamic religious education learning model to instill a sense of religious moderation in students at SMPN 8 Tebing Tinggi. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) following the Borg & Gall model, starting from preliminary studies and data collection, formulating an inclusive learning model, expert validation and revision of product implementation, and field testing. Then the learning model is poured into the Merdeka Curriculum learning module with learning techniques that support inclusivity such as Student Teams Achievement (STAD), Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Project-Based Learning (PjBL). After the model is formed, expert validation is carried out, followed by an initial trial on a number of students to identify potential improvements and adjustments. At the development stage, the learning model is perfected. The results of this study prove that the inclusive learning model can instill a sense of religious moderation in students. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, Inclusive Model, Religious Moderation Abstrak Sekolah merupakan tempat yang tepat untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, terutama melalui proses pembelajaran, karena sekolah berfungsi sebagai miniatur dari kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplemen tasikan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis keberagamaan inklusif guna menanamkan sikap moderasi beragama bagi siswa di SMPN 8 Tebing Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengikuti tahapan Borg & Gall, dimulai dari studi pendahuluan dan pengumpulan data, merumuskan model pembelajaran inklusif, uji validasi ahli dan revisi implementasi produk serta uji lapangan. Kemudian model pembelajaran dituangkan pada modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka dengan teknik pembelajaran yang mendukung inklusivitas seperti Student Teams Achievement (STAD), Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Project Based Learning (PjBL). Setelah model terbentuk, dilakukan validasi ahli kemudian dilakukan uji coba awal terhadap sejumlah siswa untuk mengidentifikasi potensi perbaikan dan penyesuaian. Pada tahap pengembangan, model pembelajaran disempurnakan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran inklusif dapat menanamkan sikap moderasi beragama bagi siswa. Abstract

This research develops a web-based information system for managing partnership data in Linjamsos at the Social Service Office of Aceh. The manual process, which relies on spreadsheets, has been found inefficient, prone to errors, and difficult to monitor in real-time. The web-based system is designed to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and ease of access for both the Social Service staff and partner organizations. The development process follows the Waterfall model, including stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Test results show that the system meets functional, performance, security, and usability criteria. Additionally, the system accelerates data management, provides transparency, and simplifies access for all stakeholders involved in Linjamsos partnerships. With the implementation of this new system, the management of social assistance and inter-agency collaboration in Aceh can be more structured and effective.

Abstract

Desa Wasampela merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Buton, yang masih menjadi kekurangan di Desa Wasampela adalah sistem pemerintahannya dalam memberikan informasi pada masyarakat masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu dengan cara masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi tentang Desa Wasampela akan datang langsung ke Kantor Desa Wasampela atau bertanya kepada masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini tentu kurang efektif bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi karena akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, menguras tenaga dan juga informasi yang didapatkan terkadang tidak akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membanguninformasi desa berbasis web dan untuk menguji dengan mempermudah penyampaian informasi terkait desa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Aplikasi ini di uji menggunakan black box, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQ. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan sistem informasi desa dan menampilkan informasi atau berita-berita yang ada di desa wasampela, selain itu penduduk dapat melengkapi data pada detail penduduk.

Abstract

In an effort to foster a reading culture, the Indonesian government has launched various initiatives to improve literacy, particularly among the younger generation. Schools, as formal educational institutions, play a strategic role in shaping students' intellectual and moral development. In this context, school principals hold a central role as leaders—not only in promoting literacy culture but also in instilling Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, and the pursuit of knowledge as a form of worship. This study aims to examine the role of school leadership in enhancing the literacy culture at SMP Negeri 21 Batang Hari. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving principals, teachers, the head librarian, and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the principal plays a key role in mobilizing, guiding, motivating, and setting an example in fostering literacy at school. Islamic values are integrated into activities such as reading as a form of reflection (tadabbur), building unity (ukhuwah) through shared reading sessions, and modeling appropriate reading manners (adab). The study concludes that effective, inspirational leadership rooted in Islamic values is essential in creating a school environment that holistically and meaningfully supports the development of a literacy culture.

Abstract

In today's technological era, social media has had an impact on everyday life, both positive and negative, and almost all levels of society use social media. Some behaviors that are prone to being done by students, especially high school students, in social media such as cyberbullying, spreading hoaxes, uploading inappropriate content, spreading personal data, hate speech and addiction to social media. It is important to provide an understanding of the ethics of using social media so that there is no behavior that violates norms and can also be avoided from sanctions from the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE). For this reason, participants are equipped with an understanding and skills in utilizing or using social media wisely and responsibly. There are 7 stages that are carried out starting from observation, implementation plan, proposal preparation, activity implementation, evaluation, reporting and publication.

Abstract

Beton adalah salah satu material konstruksi yang paling diminta karena harganya relatif murah dan dapat dicetak dalam bentuk apapun, meskipun kekurangannya adalah mempunyai nilai kuat tarik dan kuat lentur yang rendah. Pengunaan serat alam berupa serat sisal dalam campuran beton diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai kuat tarik dan kuat lentur beton. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat sisal dalam campuran beton. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah campuran beton yang ditambahkan serat sisal dengan variasi 0%, 0,5%, 0,75%, 1%, 1,25% dan 1,5% dicetak dalam bentuk balok dengan ukuran 15x15x60 cm yang selanjutnya dibebani secara melintang dengan dua titik pembebanan untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat lentur. Pada balok tersebut juga dipasang strain gauge untuk mengukur nilai regangan beton terhadap beban yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan serat sisal dalam campuran beton menyebabkan penurunan nilai kuat lentur beton. Sementara untuk hubungan beban dam regangan pada beton yang campurannya ditambahkan serat sisal menunjukkan peningkatan tingkat daktilitas beton yang semakin baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of school-based management at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research uses interviews and documents to collect data. There were seven participants in this research, including the principal, school committee, deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, school treasurer, two teachers, and students. The results of this research are that the appointment of School Based Management at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City has been carried out well. First, starting from planning, namely student affairs arrangements from student registration to various activities that can be carried out in the student affairs department. Furthermore, curriculum management and school teaching programs are given the freedom to develop the curriculum. Furthermore, financial management and financing can be seen from the orderly determination of the school budget, the existence of financial transparency. Second, the implementation of SBM for educational staff at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City is good because they have expertise in their respective fields. Facilities and infrastructure management can be seen from the school's efforts to provide facilities and infrastructure, maintenance and development so that it can help the teaching and learning process run smoothly. Third, the financial planning evaluation is conveyed to the school community and the school committee by holding a parent meeting. Abstract

Critical thinking skills are important for students today. Teachers play an important role in developing students' abilities in the classroom. However, it is often found that students' critical thinking skills are low, due to the use of inappropriate learning models. Therefore, this study aims to design an IPAER learning model as an alternative to dealing with these problems. This research is a research and development, referring to the ADIIE model. Data collection uses a needs analysis instrument, IPAER learning model feasibility instrument, IPAER learning model practicality instrument, and IPAER learning model effectiveness instrument in improving critical thinking skills. The results showed that the IPAER model had been declared valid by experts and had been adjusted to empirical theory.
