Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi karyawan BPRS Maslahat Dana Syariah Nusantara terhadap fasilitas kerja berbasis prinsip-prinsip syariah serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja yang disediakan telah memenuhi prinsip keadilan, kebersihan, kenyamanan, serta dukungan spiritual sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Faktor-faktor seperti kebijakan perusahaan, penghargaan terhadap kontribusi karyawan, dan dukungan terhadap pengembangan diri juga berperan dalam membentuk persepsi karyawan terhadap fasilitas kerja. Fasilitas berbasis syariah yang diterapkan berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, meningkatkan motivasi, loyalitas, serta produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas kerja yang selaras dengan prinsip syariah guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif.

Abstract

Mirror Beach is one of the potential tourist areas in Serdang Bedagai Regency. As the tourism area is synonymous with tourism, the community service activity in this proposal is to develop English-language tourism jargon in the Al-Hidayah recitation group in Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai District. Al-Hidayah Study Group consists of mothers who live around the tourist destination, Pantai Cermin. As one of the tourist destinations, this location is often visited by foreign tourists. The mothers who are included in this study group are dominant traders who sell around the beach. However, their ability to communicate in English is still minimal. This is due to the lack of understanding of English and the limited vocabulary in English so that they have difficulty communicating in English. The final goal to be achieved in this service is to increase the ability of mothers to communicate using English. The solution offered is to teach English-language tourism jargon so that their vocabulary increases. And also teaching about simple English so they can use it in daily communication. With increasing vocabulary and understanding of English, it is hoped that they will increase their competence and confidence.

Abstract

This Community Service activity is understanding English terms during the Covid-19 pandemic to Teachers and Students of the Raudhatul Ulum Riduan Education Foundation, Hamlet XII, Celawan Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. As it is known that in early March 2020, the Corona Virus (Covid-19) outbreak began to spread to Indonesia. The epidemic, which originally came from China, is an epidemic that spreads easily, so the WHO (World Health Organization) has issued many recommendations and instructions to the world to curb this epidemic. Because WHO is a world health organization, the terms issued are of course in English. For people in Indonesia, especially those who do not understand English, of course these terms sound foreign. Even though these terms contain important information and advice in this Covid-19 pandemic situation. The final goal to be achieved in this service is the understanding of teachers and students of these English terms so that they can fully implement the suggestions and instructions contained in these English terms.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19, perubahan terjadi dalam sistem pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan tatap muka menjadi sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring. Pola Komunikasi yang sesuai menjadi salah satu syarat untuk mencapai keberhasilan pada proses belajar mengajar melalui jaringan. Penggunaan komunikasi verbal maupun komunikasi nonverbal diperlukan untuk membangun pola komunikasi yang baik agar pesan yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik. Tentunya proses pembelajaran jarak jauh bukanlah hal yang mudah apalagi bagi Sekolah Khusus Autis Multi Intelligence Transforming School yang menangani murid yang berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi yang terbentuk serta mengidentifikasi hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi pada proses belajar mengajar secara daring di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi yang terbentuk antara guru dengan murid autis peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Teori Interaksi Simbolik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pola komunikasi yang terbentuk dalam proses belajar mengajar secara daring di Multi Intelligence Transforming School ialah pola komunikasi primer dan pola komunikasi sekunder. Hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi baik hambatan secara teknis seperti kehilangan sinyal internet yang berakibat hilangnya suara juga gambar ketika kelas sedang berlangsung. Hambatan dari lingkungan juga menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab hambatan terjadi. Keluarga harus berperan dalam menyiapkan semua yang dibutuhkan murid untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar secara daring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the literacy of the community before and after the implementation of education on the optimization of cash waqf management so that it can encourage the welfare of the people of Riak Siabun I Village, Seluma Regency about the optimization of cash waqf. The method used is the Community Based Research (CBR) approach. The sample of this research amounted to 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of cash waqf in increasing interest in waqf based on the pretest results is still diverse. In addition, only some of them understood about cash waqf but not so far understood and only some of them were interested in waqf money. However, the posttest results showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding based on the results of the post-test, 100% already knew clearly about cash waqf. Efforts to increase the understanding of Riak Siabun I Village, Seluma Regency regarding cash waqf were successful.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, social norms, and social networks on marketing through innovationin Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was conducted in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. the population is all ornamental plant farming farmers in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, namely 160 farmers. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 84 farmers was determined. To determine the effect of trust, social norms, and social networks on marketing through innovation in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, statistical analysis was used with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct significant effect between the variables of trust, social norms and social networks on innovation in Ornamental Plant Farming in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Directly there is a significant influence between the variables of trust, social norms, social networks and innovation on marketing in Ornamental Plant Farming in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Directly or indirectly the variables of trust, social norms and social networks through marketing have a significant influence on innovation, meaning that innovation can mediate between social norms and marketing.

Abstract

Employee work performance is influenced by many factors, one of which is employee satisfaction. Satisfaction is very important to improve work performance indirectly. Job satisfaction reflects a person's feelings towards his job. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, work engagement and tapping premiums on work performance mediated by employee job satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Sarang Giting Employees. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research population is PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III rubber tappers (tappers) workers in Sarang Giting Gardens totaling 229 people, sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 93 tappers. The results of this research show that there is an influence of leadership on the work performance of Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is no influence of work engagement on the work performance of Kebun Sarang Giting Employees employees, there is no influence of tapping premium on the work performance of Kebun Sarang Giting Employees employees, there is no influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is an influence of work engagement on employee job satisfaction at Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is an influence of tapping premium on job satisfaction of Kebun Sarang Giting Employees employees, there is no influence of leadership on work performance which is mediated by employee job satisfaction at Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is an influence of work engagement on work performance is mediated by employee job satisfaction at Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is no influence of the tapping premium on work performance mediated by employee job satisfaction at Kebun Sarang Giting Employees, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee work performance at Kebun Sarang Giting Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the political contribution of the Ternate Sultanate to the regional government of North Maluku province. The Ternate Sultanate has an important role in the dynamics of political power that occurs in the Maluku Kieraha region whose territory stretches across the Maluku Islands, Sulawesi, Papua, and borders of the Philippines, Australia, and Papua New Guinea. In this region, four sultanates ruled, namely Ternate, Tidore, Bacan and Jailolo. From 1999 to 2019, the Ternate Sultanate was at a crossroads along with the political dynamics in the Republic of Indonesia after the reformation. The results of this study indicate that during the observation period, the Ternate Sultanate contributed to resolving horizontal conflicts that occurred in Maluku and North Maluku, playing a role in strengthening regional autonomy in the North Maluku province, laying down a good democratic and development order for the development of the Maluku Kieraha region.

Abstract

This paper explores the impact of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Employee Performance and Sustainability in the hospitality industry. The paper further explains how integrating Big Data and AI can optimize operations, enhance employee efficiency, and promote sustainable practices. The research uses SmartPLS to analyze the relationships between these variables, with a focus on how Big Data and AI influence Employee Performance, which in turn contributes to Sustainability efforts. The findings, show that both Big Data and AI have significant positive effects on Employee Performance, with Big Data demonstrating a stronger impact. Moreover, Employee Performance mediates the relationship between Big Data, AI, and Sustainability, indicating that improvements in employee performance lead to better sustainability outcomes, such as resource optimization and waste reduction. The study findings align with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), highlighting the potential of technology to drive both economic and environmental sustainability in the hospitality sector This research contributes to understanding how the application of Big Data and AI can help hospitality businesses achieve long-term success through improved operational efficiency and sustainable practices.

Abstract

One of the factors that can hinder the achievement of the targets of a construction project is work accidents. According to BPJS Employment statistical data, the number of work accidents in 2019 reached 129,111 cases. Most of the work accidents or about 69.59% occurred inside the company while working, while 10.26% occurred outside the company and 20.15% were traffic accidents experienced by workers.. The object to be discussed is the level of work accidents in residential construction projects. From this object, the level of work accidents in housing construction projects will be analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and assisted with supporting applications, namely Expert Choice. The population used in this study are all parties involved in each housing construction project, such as contractors, planning consultants, workers, and developers of each housing construction project. Based on the data obtained, it is known that there are 3 contractors, 3 planning consultants, 43 workers and 6 developers from each housing project.
