Abstract

Tanggung jawab pendidikan perlu ditekankan agar para pemegang tanggung jawab tersebut dapat menjalankan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik. Ketika para pemegang tanggung jawab Pendidikan menjalankan wewenangnya dengan baik, maka Pendidikan akan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Artikel ini menyajikan tanggung jawab Pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam. Melalui kajian kepustakaan, dapat disajikan beberapa hal terkait dengan tanggung jawab Pendidikan dari aspek para pemegang tanggung jawab dalam perspektif Islam. Orangtua sebagai pemegang tanggung jawab pendidikan bagi anak-anaknya dalam hal menanamkan aqidah, membina akhlak yang baik, dan membina perkembangan fisik, psikis, dan sosialnya. Pendidik beranggung jawab untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai yang bermanfaat serta membina akhlak peserta didik. Pemerintah bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan pealayanan pendidikan, meningkatkan akses pendidikan, meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk menimba ilmu, membantu pendanaan pendidikan.

Abstract

This article delves into the contemporary phenomenon of Islamic radicalism with a specific emphasis on its connection to the religious doctrine of the Khawarij. The Khawarij, as a group that emerged in the early history of Islam, holds significant influence in comprehending the roots of radicalism in the modern Islamic world. The research aims to analyze and identify the common thread linking the religious doctrine of the Khawarij to the development of contemporary Islamic radicalism. Through a textual and historical analysis approach, the author explores key Khawarij concepts that remain relevant in shaping the mindset and actions of modern radical groups. Furthermore, the article highlights efforts for the prevention and mitigation of Islamic radicalization by detailing strategies that can be adopted by society, government, and religious institutions. Thus, it is anticipated that this article will contribute to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of contemporary Islamic radicalism and provide valuable insights for mitigation efforts.

Abstract

Islamic education has been rapidly growing in Indonesia. This development can be attributed to the diverse institutional roles of Islamic education in the country. Through literature reviews and content analysis of existing literature, it has been discovered that the roots of Islamic education in Indonesia trace back to the introduction of Islam in the region. The dissemination of Islamic education initially began through informal educational institutions like mosques, surau, langar, and similar places, along with the spread of Islamic teachings in general. These informal educational institutions later evolved into non-formal educational institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). Non-formal educational institutions, in turn, developed into formal educational institutions like madrasahs and other Islamic schools. All of these Islamic educational institutions play a vital role in the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. It can be firmly stated that the institutional aspects of Islamic education are crucial for its advancement in the country.

Abstract

In practice and reality, legal positivism tends to be detrimental to justice seekers, legal positivism is formal and can only realize justice procedurally. This study uses normative legal research to inventory positive law, find legal principles and doctrines, with several approaches, the first is the Legislative Approach, Second, the conceptual approach is carried out by examining concepts, theories and opinions of experts that are related to the object being studied. Third, the comparative approach is a way of comparing to understand the law. The results of the study show that the law itself is always viewed as written law (law as it written in the books) in the text of legislation or law is law (law is law) only, even though the law itself should also be seen from the facts that occur in the field, for example those processed in court hearings. However, in positive law, the police, prosecutors and judges or other formal legal institutions cannot be blamed because they only fulfill and implement the formulation of the law which does not provide an opportunity for law enforcement officers to act according to their conscience. Even though judges are given freedom according to their conscience, if faced with complete evidence, there is no reason for the judge not to decide the case. Therefore, in the author's opinion, legal positivism is seen as unable to realize substantively just law for justice seekers but is only able to realize formal legal certainty and procedural justice in the implementation of the criminal justice system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mekanisme restrukturisasi pembiayaan murabahah dalam upaya pemulihan nasabah bermasalah di PT. BPRS Maslahat Dana Syariah Nusantara Bengkulu. Permasalahan nasabah bermasalah menjadi tantangan serius bagi kelangsungan operasional bank syariah, terutama di tengah tekanan ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kemampuan bayar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa restrukturisasi dilakukan melalui tiga mekanisme utama yaitu penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), dan penataan kembali (restructuring), yang seluruhnya dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip syariah tanpa mengandung unsur riba. Proses restrukturisasi dilakukan secara selektif dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi nasabah dan diawasi oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah. Tantangan yang dihadapi bank mencakup kurangnya pemahaman nasabah, dampak ekonomi yang mempengaruhi kemampuan bayar, serta risiko moral hazard. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, bank menerapkan seleksi ketat, memberikan edukasi kepada nasabah, dan melakukan pemantauan pasca restrukturisasi guna memastikan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program restrukturisasi.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of marketing and promotional communication strategies on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the moderating variable. The study used primary data sourced from research questionnaires. The population in this study are customers at PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Tbk, especially the KCP Diski work unit, amounting to 14,021 people. Then the sample used in the study was 100 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that the Marketing Communication Strategy had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty using BRI bank products. Promotion has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty using BRI bank products. Customer satisfaction is not able to be a moderating variable of Marketing Communication Strategy on Customer Loyalty using BRI bank products. Customer satisfaction is not able to be a moderating variable of the level of promotion of customer loyalty using BRI bank products. Thus, the customer satisfaction variable cannot be an independent variable or an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi penggunaan Platform belajar Bamboozle dalam Personalized Learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kondisi sekolah berbasis pesantren, di mana sebagian besar guru masih menerapkan metode ceramah konvensional yang membuat peserta didik kurang aktif dan kurang termotivasi. Oleh karena itu, media digital interaktif seperti Bamboozle digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan individual peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Bamboozle dalam personalised learning mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Pembelajaran berbasis permainan membuat peserta didik lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, serta termotivasi untuk memahami materi. Dengan demikian, media Bamboozle terbukti mampu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di sekolah lingkungan pesantren yang tengah beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

The adoption of electronic money through the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) is an important innovation in supporting transaction digitalization, promoting financial inclusion, and strengthening the economic growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) introduced QRIS as a sharia-compliant payment instrument; however, its implementation still faces challenges at the mosque-based MSME level. This study aims to analyze the impact and obstacles of using BSI QRIS among MSMEs in the Al-Munawar Mosque community in Ternate City, focusing on how its application influences business activities and consumer satisfaction. A qualitative descriptive method was employed with four informants consisting of two MSME actors and two consumers, using Miles and Huberman’s interactive data analysis model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that before using QRIS, MSMEs experienced difficulties such as losing potential customers due to limited payment options, slow cash transactions, and challenges in separating personal and business finances. After adopting BSI QRIS, MSMEs benefited from increased sales, time efficiency, stronger brand awareness, and improved transaction recording. The only obstacle reported was internet connectivity issues during unfavorable weather conditions, while no significant challenges were found in the registration or transaction process. These results highlight the importance of BSI QRIS as a sharia-based financial inclusion instrument that can enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in the midst of globalization has brought significant changes, especially in the field of information, especially making it easier to place orders independently. Healing cafes engaged in the culinary field are one example of a culinary business that can benefit from a self-order system. This research aims to design a QR code-based self-order system that can improve service efficiency at Healing cafes by reducing errors and improving the ordering process and making it easier for customers to order independently. This system design uses the waterfall software development method which consists of analyzing the needs of the system, system design, designing the system in the form of a program, system testing, system implementation and maintenance of the system after use. This self-order system has three main components, namely the user (customer), kitchen, and admin (cashier) whose ordering stages start when the user scans the QR code installed on the table, order data enters the kitchen system, is forwarded to the cashier system for bill printing and transaction completion. Designed without the need for a user authentication process, and supporting recurring transactions for one payment at each table are the advantages of this self-ordering system. This self-order is expected to be able to provide innovative digital solutions in managing food and beverage orders.

Abstract

Waste management in Indonesia is still characterized by a high volume of improperly managed waste and low source-level segregation, causing recyclable materials to mix with other waste streams and reducing their recovery value. This situation calls for a sorting system that is effective, fast, and affordable, while also providing real-time operational information to support on site decision-making. This study presents an integrated computer vision approach using YOLOv8 deployed on a Raspberry Pi 5 with a Camera Module 3, connected to a real-time information system via Server-Sent Events (SSE) for monitoring and analytics. The methodology includes constructing a labeled dataset in YOLO TXT format, training a YOLOv8n model, deploying edge inference, and developing a backend API to receive detection outputs and stream them to a dashboard in real time. The system is evaluated using mean Average Precision (mAP), precision–recall, frames per second (FPS), and end-to-end latency from the camera to the dashboard. The prototype achieves an mAP@0.5 of 98.5% with precision–recall above 97%, an average throughput of 8.3 FPS at 640×640 resolution, and a median SSE communication latency of 0.5–0.6 ms, demonstrating the feasibility of a cost-effective solution for automated waste sorting. The system also provides logging, operational statistics, an offline queue, and an idempotency mechanism to support reliable operation in real-world deployments.
