The use of technology in the industrial revolution era 4.0 is a challenge as well as an opportunity to improve the quality of learning. One of the uses of technology in learning is the creation of schoology media . This study aims to developing shoology–based solids learning media wich are valid, practical, and effective to improve the fifth year elementary school students’ learning outcomes.This study used a research and development method with Plomp model wich consisted of three stages: preliminary research, development and prototype phase and assessment. This study was conducted in SDN 08 Padang Besi, Padang. The data were collected using test and no-test techniques. The results of this study indicate that developed learning media is valid with a validity level of 88,02% and practicality students respons with a practicality level of 95% and teacher respon with a practicality level of 95,83%. Furthermore, it was found using schoology media has a significants impact on the students’ learning outcomes. The results of the t-test show that > , or 8,026 > 2,145. Moreover, the effectiveness of schoology media makes 80% of the students reach KKM.

The objective of the study was to describe the planning, the implementation, and the increase of the learning outcome of geometry characteristics oriented to Van Hiele theory in the fifth grade of Public Elementary School number 11 Indarung of Padang. The type of the study was a clasroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were the teacher and the 23 students. The result of the study showed that there was an enhancement from cycle I to cycle II as following: (a) the planning in cycle I increased by 10,7% in cycle II, (b) the implementation of the teacher and the students aspects in cycle I increased by 15% in cycle II, (c) the learning outcome in cycle I increased by 10,5 in cycle II.Key words: geometry characteristics, Van Hiele theory

This study aims at developing QR-Code-based data presentation learning media which are valid and practical to improve the learning outcomes of the fourth year elementary school students. This study used a research and development (R&D) model consisting of such stages as analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this study included 2 experts, 2 teachers and 26 students at class IV-B of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Padang. The instrument used in this study included expert validation sheets and questionnaires distributed to the teachers and students. The results indicate that (1) the use of QR-Code-based data presentation learning media to improve the learning outcomes of the fourth year elementary school students is valid according to the material expert and very valid according to the linguistic expert and media expert with the validity average of 95,41; (2) based on the response of the teachers and students, the use of QR-Code-based data presentation learning media to improve the learning outcomes of the fourth year elementary school students is very practical with the average of 95% and 88%.

AbstractThis research is to find out the correlation which positive and significant between study habits with learning outcomes in mathematics of fourth grade students in model school No. 02, Bukittinggi. This research used quantitative approach with correlation research design. The research population consist of 102 students with 81 students as the research sample. The sampling technique used is a propotional random sampling. Collection methods are a study habits questionnaire and learning outcomes in mathematics documentation. Analysis prerequisite test used normality and linearity. Hypotheses testing used Pearson Product Moment with sig.5%. The result showed that the study habits and learning outcomes in mathematics are categorized as moderate. The hypotheses test results also showed the r-value bigger than the r-table value, with 0,820 > 0,218. Thus, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant correlation between study habits with learning outcomes in mathematics. This study aims to describe the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve mathematical communication skills in the presentation of data in Grade IV Elementary School. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were teachers and 24 students in the fourth grade of elementary school 20 Kalumbuk. The results showed an increase. In the first cycle the results of the RPP observation from 82.1% to 92.9% in the second cycle. The implementation in the aspects of teachers and students in the first cycle was 71.9% to 93.8% in the second cycle. The average assessment of mathematical communication skills of students in the first cycle of 73.82 to 90.00 in the second cycle.

This research purpose to compare of the cooperative learning models of the Make A Match type and Numbered Heads Together type to the fractional learning outcomes. This research is an experimental research design with Quasi Exsperimental with pretest-posttest non-equivalent comparison-group design. The sample in this research is class IV1 and IV2. The calculation result of research data used was obtained t-test to = 8,92135 > 1,67469 = table at α level of 0.05. With it can be concluded that there is significant comparison between cooperative learning models Make A Match type and Numbered Heads Together type to the fractional learning outcomes of class IV SD IV Gugus IV Padang Utara.Key Word : MAM, NHT, Fractional Learning Outcomes

This study aims to develop student worksheets to solve problems related to fraction counting operations based on Contextual Teaching and Learning. This research is a development research with 26 research subjects and carried out in SD N 15 Ulu Gadut Kota Padang. This development research uses the stages of analysis, design, development, implementationand evaluation. The average number of overall validations is 3,48 in the valid category. The results of the practicality questionnaire of the teacher's response were 93,75% with a very practical category, while for the student questionnaire the response was 96,76% with a very practical category. Based on the results of the validation and practical results it was stated that the developed student worksheets was valid and very practical. Thus, it can be concluded that the material student worksheets resolves problems related to the operation of fraction counting based on Contextual Teaching and Learning in grade V has been declared valid and very practical in learning.Keywords: development, student worksheet, Contextual Teaching and Learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa menggunakan Model Polya Dengan Model Problem Based LearningDi Kelas V Gugus I Kenagarian Baruah Gunuang Kecamatan Bukik Barisan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen, dan desain penelitian quasy eksperimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang, pengambilan data sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes essay. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa thitung > ttabel yakni 3,2425> 2,101 dengan α =0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima. Rata-rata hasil posttest pada kelas PBL 88,9 dan kelaPolya77,9. Sehingga Ha diterima yaitu terdapat Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa menggunakan Model Polya Dengan Model Problem Based LearningDi Kelas V Gugus I Kenagarian Baruah Gunuang Kecamatan Bukik Barisan. The objective of this study is to describe the improvement of the learning results of adding fractions with different denominators using Pendidikan Matematika Realistik approach on the 5th grade students of SDN 08 Campago Ipuh Kota Bukittinggi. This study is a classroom action research, and employs qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research object is the 5th grade students of SDN 08 Campago Ipuh Kota Bukittinggi. The results showed several improvements, including: a) the implementation of the lesson plan in cycle I has an average score of 87.5% (Very Good), while the average score for cycle II is 92.86% (Very Good); b) the teaching stages (the teacher’s activity) has an average score of 76.6% (Good) in Cycle I, while the average score in cycle II is 93.75%(Very Good); c) The learning implementation (the student’s activity) has an averge score of 76.6% (Good) in cycle I, and it increase to 93.75% (Very Good) in Cycle II; d) the learning results has an average score of 66.59 (Fair) in Cycle I and it increase to 86.17 (Very Good) in Cycle II. This study concludes that the implementation of Pendidikan Matematika Realistik approach significantly improves the learning results of adding fractions with different denominatorsof the 5th grade students in SDN 08 Campago Ipuh Kota Bukittinggi.Keywords: adding fractions with different denominators, Pendidikan Matematika Realistik approach

This research aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Learning model (PBL) on students' mathematical problem solving skills in primary school in Bukittinggi.. The type of this research was experimental research with True Exsperimental design. The sample in this research were 2 classes, they are class IVA and class IVB SDN 02 Percontohan Bukittinggi. The calculation results of research data used was t-test obtained tcount 2.852> ttabel 1.671 at the level of α 0.05. Thus can be concluded that there was significant problem based learning model (PBL) to the students' mathematical problem solving skills of primary school in Bukittinggi.
