Abstract

In the current era of globalization the business world is growing day by day so companies will not be separated from competition and are required to provide a good marketing system. The problem of product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction is the determining factor so it needs to be investigated. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 60. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. A hypothesis test was also conducted using the F test method and the t test. The results showed that simultaneously and partially product quality, service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. It is recommended to evaluate to find information that makes consumers comfortable and satisfied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the motorcycle rental sector in Bandung using the ISO 31000 Framework and the Risk Management Matrix. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations on several MSME motorcycle rental actors. The analysis is carried out based on the stages of ISO 31000, namely context determination, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk management. The results of the study indicate that the main risks faced by MSME motorcycle rentals include operational risks such as vehicle loss, late payments, and unit damage, as well as external risks such as regulatory changes and economic conditions. Based on the risk matrix, most risks are in the medium to high category, which requires mitigation strategies through improving security systems, implementing stricter rental agreements, and using vehicle tracking technology (GPS). This study is expected to be a reference for MSME motorcycle rental actors in developing an effective risk management system to improve business sustainability..

Abstract

Community empowerment based on product quality as a form of community service. The method used is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a participatory approach is used in this activity through counseling using lectures, mentoring, instruction, question and answer, discussion, simulation and practice methods. Activities carried out include: transfer of financial management knowledge; transfer of packaging knowledge; various marketing models; transfer of quality and production capacity of nutmeg as well as providing motivation and utilizing business opportunities and financial management information. This community service program is a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education for Djuanda University with the work results of lecturers being used by the community.

Abstract

Abstrak Disiplin kerja merupakan faktor kunci dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja serta pencapaian target organisasi. Namun, permasalahan kedisiplinan masih ditemukan pada perusahaan holding di sektor jasa dan distribusi otomotif, yang berdampak pada kinerja penjualan serta koordinasi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan berdasarkan indikator absensi, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, dan ketaatan terhadap standar kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi terhadap perilaku disiplin kerja karyawan, wawancara informal dengan manajemen dan karyawan, dokumentasi data absensi dan penjualan tahun 2024, serta studi pustaka untuk memperkuat landasan teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian penjualan rata-rata hanya mencapai 60% dari target sebesar 300 unit per bulan, sementara tingkat absensi tercatat sebesar 6%, yang melebihi standar nasional sebesar 5,2%. Bentuk pelanggaran disiplin yang dominan meliputi keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran tanpa alasan jelas, kurangnya konsistensi dalam penggunaan sistem absensi serta kurangnya keterampilan karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Secara keseluruhan, disiplin kerja karyawan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap rendahnya kinerja penjualan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pengawasan, penerapan sistem reward dan punishment secara konsisten, penggunaan sistem absensi yang konsisten, serta pelatihan untuk penguatan disiplin kerja karyawan guna meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja Karyawan, Absensi, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract Work discipline is a key factor in Human Resource Management (HRM) that plays an important role in enhancing work effectiveness and achieving organizational targets. However, disciplinary issues are still found in holding companies in the automotive services and distribution sector, affecting sales performance and operational coordination. This study aims to analyze employee work discipline based on indicators such as attendance, compliance with regulations, and adherence to work standards. The research methods employed include observation of employee disciplinary behavior, informal interviews with management and employees, documentation of attendance and sales data for 2024, and a literature review to strengthen the theoretical foundation. The results indicate that average sales achievement reached only 60% of the target of 300 units per month, while the absenteeism rate was 6%, exceeding the national standard of 5.2%. The most common disciplinary violations include tardiness, unexcused absences, inconsistent use of the attendance system, and insufficient employee skills in performing their tasks. Overall, employee work discipline significantly contributes to low sales performance. These findings emphasize the importance of enhanced supervision, consistent implementation of reward and punishment systems, consistent use of the attendance system, and training programs to strengthen employee work discipline, thereby improving organizational performance. Abstract

This study analyzes risk management in Uswhoose, a micro enterprise selling thrifted footwear, using a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews and supporting data. The findings reveal four main risk categories: market, operational, human resource, and financial risks, driven by trend changes, inconsistent product quality, limited employee skills, and unstable cash flow. SWOT analysis shows strengths such as competitive pricing and flexible sales channels, while weaknesses include product inconsistency and limited HR capacity. Opportunities arise from the growing thrift market and digital platforms, whereas threats include intense competition. Risk mitigation is strengthened through SOP implementation, employee training, and improved financial control.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of ISO 31000–based risk management at Garsela Laundry, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the laundry service sector. The research aims to identify, analyze, evaluate, and formulate appropriate risk treatment strategies to support business sustainability and service quality. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews with the business owner, field observations, and document analysis. The risk identification process revealed 26 risks classified into six categories: operational, human resources, marketing, market, financial, and legal risks. Risk analysis using a 5×5 likelihood and impact matrix indicated several high-level risks, including clothing damage or stains, intense business competition, unstable income, increasing operational costs, and customer complaints. Risk treatment focused on high and medium risks through the development of standard operating procedures, improvement of employee discipline and skills, service quality enhancement, cost efficiency, and simple marketing strategies. The findings indicate that systematic implementation of ISO 31000 can minimize risk impacts, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen the sustainability of laundry MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management based on ISO 31000:2018 in Umi Tailor, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the clothing tailoring service sector, to enhance business sustainability and service quality. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, using in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. The risk management process is conducted systematically through risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and risk treatment in accordance with the ISO 31000 framework. The results indicate that Umi Tailor faces various risks originating from production, marketing, financial, human resources, and legal aspects. High and very high risk levels are mainly associated with unstable cash flow, dependence on a single skilled tailor, rising raw material prices, work fatigue, and limited production capacity. The application of ISO 31000 enables the enterprise to prioritize risks and develop practical mitigation strategies suited to MSME capabilities, such as establishing standard operating procedures, strengthening digital financial records, regulating working hours, and optimizing digital marketing. This study is expected to serve as a practical reference for tailoring service MSMEs in implementing effective and scalable risk management practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the level of performance and importance of product quality in order to design a marketing strategy for Nutmeg Juice Products. The research population consists of consumers of nutmeg juice products, with a sample size of 75 respondents. This study uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study show that consumer expectations of nutmeg juice products focus on the uniqueness of the logo, attractive product appearance, and the accuracy of the flavour description on the packaging. Meanwhile, consumers perceive the product performance to be good in terms of ease of storage, health benefits, and long shelf life. Based on IPA analysis, it was found that the three product quality indicators that are the top priorities for improvement are performance, reliability, and quality of conformance. These three indicators are considered very important by consumers, but their performance still does not meet expectations. To achieve an effective marketing strategy, manufacturers can make efforts to improve ease of maintenance, product uniqueness, and aesthetics.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi disiplin kerja karyawan pada perusahaan konveksi. Disiplin kerja karyawan meliputi kepatuhan terhadap jam kerja, perintah pimpinan, dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), yang berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas operasional serta pencapaian target produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, diskusi, analisis, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan masih bersifat fluktuatif, yang ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata keterlambatan sebesar 18% per bulan serta tingkat absensi yang tidak konsisten sepanjang tahun. Selain itu, masih terdapat karyawan yang kurang mematuhi prosedur kerja, menunda penyelesaian tugas, serta melakukan aktivitas di luar pekerjaan selama jam operasional, sehingga berdampak pada kelancaran proses produksi dan produktivitas tim. Perusahaan telah menerapkan sanksi progresif dan sistem absensi sebagai upaya peningkatan disiplin kerja, namun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan, pembinaan, motivasi, serta partisipasi karyawan perlu dikombinasikan agar disiplin kerja dapat berjalan lebih konsisten. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan disiplin kerja secara efektif melalui kombinasi sanksi, reward, dan pendekatan partisipatif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, serta keberlanjutan perusahaan. Abstract This study aims to determine the condition of employee work discipline in a convection company. Employee work discipline includes compliance with working hours, adherence to supervisors’ instructions, and observance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which significantly influence operational effectiveness and the achievement of production targets. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, discussions, analysis, and documentation. The results indicate that employee work discipline remains fluctuating, as reflected in an average monthly tardiness rate of 18% and inconsistent absenteeism throughout the year. In addition, some employees do not fully comply with work procedures, delay task completion, or engage in non-work-related activities during operational hours, which negatively affects the smoothness of the production process and team productivity. The company has implemented progressive sanctions and an attendance system to improve work discipline; however, the findings suggest that supervision, coaching, motivation, and employee participation need to be integrated to achieve more consistent discipline. The implications of this study indicate that effective management of work discipline through a combination of sanctions, reward, and participatory approaches can enhance productivity, work quality, and company sustainability.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kesesuaian upah karyawan dengan UMR, dan bonus yang belum terstruktur. Penulis melakukan kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah masih belum sesuai UMR Kabupaten Sukabumi tahun 2025. Penulis merekomendasikan penyesuaian upah berbasis penerapan sistem bonus transparan agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, perbaikan kompensasi mampu mendukung kinerja UMKM, agar dapat meningkatkan kompensasi
