Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between humans and God as depicted in the myth of the tomb of Aermata Ratuh Ebuh. The data used in this study are audio/video recordings, images, and notes obtained from direct observation and interviews. This myth has an important role in describing spiritual relationships, connecting the divine dimension with deep social practices. People who believe in this myth consider tombs to be sacred places with divine powers, where individuals can feel God's presence through various rituals and traditions. The discussion includes several aspects: the symbolism of the tomb that marks the presence of God, the rituals and practices that strengthen spiritual relationships, and the moral and ethical values contained in this myth. In addition, the research also explores the challenges faced by this tradition in the modernization era. The findings show that the myth of Aermata Ratuh Ebuh remains relevant as a bridge between humans and God, despite being faced with significant social change. Overall, the relationship between humans and God in the context of the myth of Aermata Ratuh Ebuh remains important and valuable, with the potential to be adapted and maintained despite the changing times. This myth is not just a cultural heritage, but also a spiritual source that enriches human life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yangterkandung dalam setiap dialog dari para tokoh dalam film pendek berjudul “Aldy”karya Hady Ramnit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan studi pustakamelalui jurnal dan buku. Data diperoleh melalui analisis film pendek berjudul “Aldy” dikanal Youtube Hady Ramnit menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Teknikpenganalisisan data; 1) identifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam yang dilakukanoleh tokoh-tokoh dalam adegan di film berjudul “Aldy” karya Hadi Ramnit; 2) analisisdata yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai agama islam menurut Imam Al-Ghazali; 3)Pengklasifikasian data; 4) pemaparan data; 5) penyimpulan data. Hasil dari penelitianini adalah; 1) nilai-nilai akidah sesuai dengan teori Imam Al-Ghazali yang memilikirelevansi dengan dalil Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadis, 2) nilai-nilai syariat sesuai dengan teori Imam Al-Ghazali yang memiliki relevansi dengan dalil Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadis, 3)nilainilai akhlak sesuai teori Imam Al-Ghazali yang memiliki relevansi dengan dengan AlQur’an dan Al-Hadis. Peserta didik dapat menggunakan nilai-nilai pendidikan islamdalam film “Aldy” sebagai landasan dalam berkehidupan di sekolah maupun di rumah.Saling tolong menolong antar sesama dan menghormati orang tua adalah akhlak yangharus terus dilestarikan seiring perkembangan zaman yang memudarkan budayakesopanan. Perilaku tercela yang ditampilkan dalam film “Aldy” merupakan gambaranperbuatan yang tidak boleh dilakukan.

Abstract

A movie is one of oral literature that is a major literary goal for connoisseur of literature. One of the films that became an object of this study was the Merindu Cahaya De Amstel movie that had a storied life on a continent in Europe. Merindu cahaya de amstel movie reveals many of the problems that often occur in daily life, but it has become interesting to study because of the sincerity values it contains. The study hopes that learning about the value of the sincerity held by Merindu cahaya de amstel will be a study and reference to a millennium child knowing the value of the sincerity that is then a role model in life, thus shaping children's character, attitudes, and behavior today. In the value of sincerity that will be discussed in this study rests upon the value of sincerity with two categorically as: 1) grace in the worship of god almighty and 2) grace in the pursuit of god's reward. The research he obtained was: That is 1) showing people's attitude is alive with the only will of god whatever he does all acts of kindness, 2) showing that people is obedient to a command that god has ordained, and 3) showing that they are conscious of all their good deeds and their charitable acts It was attitude that showed the value of sincerity in merindu cahaya DE amstel movie. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore how the main character, known as "Bujang", shows an ego-focused personality by referring to Sigmund Freud's personality theory in the novel Pulang written by Tere Liye and published by Republika in 2015. This research method involves the following steps: preparation, including reading the novel thoroughly to gain an in-depth understanding as a primary source, and reading related research as supporting data; data collection, where the researcher identifies information related to the character's personality characteristics based on Sigmund Freud's theory; and data analysis, using a psychoanalytic approach, especially personality theory according to Sigmund Freud, focusing on the ego of the main character. In data analysis, researchers highlighted the dominance of ego elements in the personality of the main character, namely Bujang. Bujang is able to control the desires of his id, so that the actions and decisions he takes are based on the reality he experiences.

Abstract

The research entitled Social Aspects of the Novel Jilbab Traveler Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia (Literary Sociology) aims to describe social aspects using Wellek &; Warren's theory of literary sociology. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method using literature review, note taking and interviews. The data used are quotes and texts on the objects studied, which explain the sociology of literary works. The data source used by researchers for this research is the novel Jilbab Traveler Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia, as well as references to journal articles, proceeding articles, and others. The data collection technique that the researcher used was reading the novel carefully. Data analysis was carried out using objective hermeneutics, namely giving meaning to the quotes studied and recording them. Researchers conducted this research by identifying, introducing, categorizing, describing and analyzing the social aspects contained in the novel Jilbab Traveler Love Sparks in Korea by Asma Nadia based on Wellek &; Warren's literary theory. The results of the research prove that the social aspect in Wellek &; Warren's literary sociology theory which focuses on the sociology of literary works has a positive meaning, which can be implemented in life, namely religion and education.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the moral actions contained in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye using character education according to Thomas Lickona. Sources of data and research data are words, sentences, paragraphs and dialogue in the novel Selamat Selamat By Tere Liye. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research is on the moral actions of the characters in the novel Selamat Selamat by Tere Liye. The data collection method uses reading and note-taking techniques. The content analysis method is used as a data analysis method. The moral actions of the characters in the novel reflect the findings of this research as follows: (a) competence, (b) desires, and (c) habits. The results of this research can provide information that is useful for society in improving moral actions and can help the government in making policies regarding the cultivation of character education in the form of moral actions in society in Indonesia, and it is hoped that this research can significantly advance scientific understanding and improve the quality of human life.

Abstract

This research analyzes the function of dialogue in Ivan Bunin’s short stories. The analysis identifies the purposes for which dialogue is used, including strengthening character relationships, conveying social and cultural values, and referencing symbolic or philosophical contexts. Understanding the role of dialogue in a pragmatic context allows readers to interpret the deeper meaning of character interactions, providing insights into the intricate world created by Bunin. Using a descriptive qualitative method and a pragmatic analysis approach, this study examines how dialogue contributes to Bunin’s storytelling. The conclusion highlights the significance of this research in deepening our understanding and appreciation of Bunin’s literary artistry, as well as the ethical and aesthetic considerations intertwined with his works.

Abstract

AbstractTeaching materials are an important component to influence the motivation and interest of BIPA learners. This study aims to describe the use of teaching materials based on concept maps containing the legend of Surabaya based on the results of problem analysis and needs analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, observations, and interviews with teachers, students, and the head of BIPA, Surabaya State University. The data analysis technique used the Miles Huberman model. The results of the study showed that teachers agreed to the use of teaching materials based on concept maps. Concept maps are recognized as an effective graphic tool in language learning. Utilization of concept maps using Canva. BIPA students responded positively to the use of concept maps using Canva media. The legend of Surabaya was chosen as the content of teaching materials because the history of Surabaya is important to be used as a topic for developing teaching materials as a means of promoting the city of Surabaya and Surabaya State University itself. The use of teaching materials based on concept maps with the content of the Surabaya legend will be applied to level 3 reading classes at Surabaya State University.

Abstract

Pesantren is known as a traditional educational institution with the yellow book. However, with all its traditionalism, pesantren have been in contact with the development of science. Thus, pesantren emerged that integrated their traditional Islamic education with science and technology, such as Pesantren Sains Tebuireng Jombok and Pondok Putri Pesantren Tebuireng Kesamben Jombang. Then, this can be linked to the role of pesantren in helping to realize the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045, welcoming 100 years of Indonesia. This research aims to document, describe, and understand how these two institutions integrate Islamic education and science to create an excellent generation toward the Golden Indonesia 2045. In addition, it is also to provide inspiration for other pesantren institutions, that the intersection of science with pesantren is not a taboo. The research approach is descriptive qualitative with an observational research method. Active and full participatory observation (total participant observation) was chosen with the aim of having the researcher as the main instrument or tool of the research, directly and fully involved in every process and activity related to the research subject.
