This research aims to improve the short story writing skills of second semester PGSD UNHASY students in the literary appreciation course using a contextual learning model. Through this research, it is hoped that in the learning process in Indonesian language courses, obstacles during the learning process, student achievement before and after using the contextual learning model and its effectiveness in improving short story writing among students. This research uses a type of classroom action research (PTK). The steps for implementing the research were carried out in four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The subject of this research is the process of learning to write poetry in the Indonesian language course, while the research object is second semester students majoring in PGSD, Hasyim Asy'ari University Jombang. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, tests, documentation and field notes. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative data. The indicators of success in this research are first, student activities in literary appreciation lectures on short story writing material using a contextual learning model. The results of the recapitulation of completion in cycle I and cycle II can be concluded that the contextual learning model has been successful in increasing the active and enthusiastic role of students in writing short stories.

In the digital era, a teacher or lecturer will not find it difficult to find literature through the internet or the digital world. A teacher or lecturer who does not read many books or literature, they lack ideas or ideas that are poured into writing scientific papers so that they consider writing scientific papers difficult. The purpose of the Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMAN in Jombang Regency which includes: (1) techniques for writing scientific papers published in Sinta National Journals 1-5 and (2) techniques for writing scientific papers published in International Journals. Changes in government policy make teachers no longer able to interest in making journal articles, from this activity intern retrain the enthusiasm of teachers in writing scientific articles with the help of technology in the modern era. The target of community service is MGMP Indonesian language teachers in the Jombang area. The priority program that has been agreed by the PKM Team with MGMP is to increase the knowledge and skills of writing scientific papers of Indonesian language teachers in Jombang Regency so that their articles can be published in national and international journals. The methods used in the PKM are discussions and assignments. The PKM results published the work of teachers who had been given training in the SINTA 5 journal, namely the DISASTRI UNHASY journal.

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and skills for Jombang teachers which include: (1) techniques for writing scientific articles published in indexed national journals, (2) techniques for writing scientific articles published in indexed international journals, and (3) practice of writing computer-based scientific articles. The specific target to be achieved by this activity is that the teachers in Mojoagung sub-district, Jombang Regency are able to: (1) techniques for writing scientific articles published in indexed national journals, (2) techniques for writing scientific articles published in indexed international journals, and (3) practice writing computer-based scientific articles. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, assignments, and practice writing scientific articles using a computer. This PKM activity has been carried out with very good and smooth results. The implementation of this PKM was carried out at SMAN Mojoagung, Jombnag, attended by 78 people. Participants felt very happy with this activity because the material was very interesting about the technique of writing scientific articles that are ready to be published in national and international journals.

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and skills to the students of Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang which includes: (1) Indonesian spelling, (2) sentence writing, (3) translation techniques, and (4) skills in using computers in the translation process. The specific targets to be achieved are that the students can (1) translate Arabic text into Indonesian using good and correct Indonesian (2) can use computers in the process of translating Arabic text into good and correct Indonesian. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers, assignments, and practice translating Arabic text into Indonesian using a computer. The results of this PKM activity are that the students of Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng Jombang have mastered and have skills that include: (1) Indonesian spelling, (2) sentence writing, (3) translation techniques, (4) translating Arabic text into Indonesian using good and correct Indonesian, and (5) being able to use computers in the process of translating Arabic text into good and correct Indonesian.

Pemanfaatan cerita interaktif digital sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa yang inovatif telah menjadi topik penting dalam pendidikan modern. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran bahasa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi cerita interaktif digital. Pendekatan ini menawarkan pengalaman pembelajaran yang aktif dan terlibat, serta memungkinkan personalisasi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu. Cerita interaktif digital juga meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa melalui aspek visual dan audio yang kuat serta tantangan dan reward yang terintegrasi. Meskipun cerita interaktif digital menawarkan berbagai manfaat, penggunaannya juga menghadapi tantangan seperti aksesibilitas teknologi dan integrasi dalam kurikulum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut potensi, tantangan, dan implikasi praktis pemanfaatan cerita interaktif digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran bahasa di era digital ini. Dengan memahami urgensi pemanfaatan teknologi ini, penelitian yang mendalam dan menyeluruh tentang topik ini menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa di era digital.

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of students in Grade II Elementary School State Diwek 1 Jombang by using the Learning media time board for mathematics material material time and duration. At the elementary school level, students have difficulty in capturing abstract explanations, so an introductory learning tool is needed. Time board Media can be used to facilitate educators in the learning process and can be applied manually by students, so as to facilitate students in understanding how to calculate time and can improve student learning outcomes. This study uses quantitative methods with quasi experimental design and the design used is one group pretest postest design. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS 23.00 for windows. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the application of time board media in the learning process can increase the value of student learning outcomes by an average of 9.50. By comparing the value of pre-test and post-test student learning outcomes have increased significantly.

Teachers have an important role during the learning process in the classroom or at school. Teachers must be able to make class conditions conducive and more active or lively, and be able to make learning activities more interesting and not boring. Using appropriate learning media in the learning process can help improve student learning outcomes. Learning media is a tool used in the teaching and learning process to assist teachers in explaining material and helping students understand the material presented by the teacher. Image media is a learning medium in visual form, in the form of 2 dimensions, image media does not have sound elements but its beauty can be enjoyed. The aim of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the application of image media on learning outcomes. In this research, student learning outcomes increased. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely a method that relies on data results from pretest, posttest, and observation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengetahui respon mahasiswa mengenai penggunaan platform media berbasis teks sebagai implementasi keterampilan menulis mahasiswa Pascasarjana jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia angkatan 2023 di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil survei mahasiswa Pascasarjana jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia angkatan 2023 di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dan teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform media berbasis teks, seperti media sosial, forum diskusi, dan layanan blog memiliki potensi yang beragam dalam mengembangkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa. Penggunaan platform belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan oleh semua responden, sebagian besar menilai platform tersebut efektif dalam membantu pengembangan kemampuan menulis responden. Penggunaan platform media berbasis teks, seperti blog, forum diskusi, dan media sosial yang berfokus pada tulisan, memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis mahasiswa. Platform ini memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengekspresikan ide, berbagi pandangan, dan berlatih menyusun argumen secara tertulis. Melalui interaksi dengan pembaca dan penulis lain, mahasiswa dapat menerima umpan balik yang konstruktif, yang membantu mereka memperbaiki gaya penulisan, tata bahasa, dan struktur narasi. Pesantren is known as a traditional educational institution with the yellow book. However, with all its traditionalism, pesantren have been in contact with the development of science. Thus, pesantren emerged that integrated their traditional Islamic education with science and technology, such as Pesantren Sains Tebuireng Jombok and Pondok Putri Pesantren Tebuireng Kesamben Jombang. Then, this can be linked to the role of pesantren in helping to realize the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045, welcoming 100 years of Indonesia. This research aims to document, describe, and understand how these two institutions integrate Islamic education and science to create an excellent generation toward the Golden Indonesia 2045. In addition, it is also to provide inspiration for other pesantren institutions, that the intersection of science with pesantren is not a taboo. The research approach is descriptive qualitative with an observational research method. Active and full participatory observation (total participant observation) was chosen with the aim of having the researcher as the main instrument or tool of the research, directly and fully involved in every process and activity related to the research subject.
