Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis konsumsi bahan bakar RON 90 dan RON 92 yang digunakan mesin mini cultivator dalam proses pengolahan lahan, (2) Menganalisis waktu olah lahan yang dibutuhkan mesin mini cultivator dalam proses pengolahan lahan, (3) Menganalisis kemampuan kerja mesin mini cultivator dalam proses pengolahan 1 hektare lahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil kinerja mesin mini cultivator berbahan bakar RON 90 dengan putaran mesin 2500 rpm pada 1 hektare lahan dengan konsumsi rata-rata bahan bakar 5,9 liter, untuk bahan bakar RON 92 konsumsi rata-rata bahan bakar 4 liter. Berdasarkan hasil dari waktu pengolahan dengan luas 1 hektare lahan menggunakan mesin mini cultivator dengan menggunakan bahan bakar RON 90 waktu yang dibutuhkan mesin adalah 3,40 jam, dan pada penggunaan bahan bakar dengan RON 92 waktu yang diperlukan adalah 4 jam. Dalam hasil penelitian kemampuan kerja mesin dalam proses pengolahan lahan dengan menggunakan bahan bakar RON 90 kemampuan kerja yang dihasilkan mesin dalam kondisi baik. Untuk penggunaan bahan bakar dengan RON 92 kemampuan kerja yang dihasilkan mesin mengalami penurunan. Kata kunci: RON90 dan 92, mini cultivator Abstract This study aims to (1) analyze the fuel consumption of RON 90 and RON 92 used by mini cultivator machines in land processing, (2) analyze the time required for cultivating land using mini cultivator machines in land processing, (3) analyze the capability mini cultivator machine work in processing 1 hectare of land. The method used is an experimental method with quantitative descriptive analysis. The performance results of the mini cultivator engine fueled by RON 90 with engine speed of 2500 rpm on 1 hectare is finished with an average fuel consumption of 5.9 liters, for RON 92 fuel the average fuel consumption is 4 liters. Based on the results of processing time with an area of ??1 hectare of land using a mini cultivator machine using RON 90 fuel, the time needed for the machine is 3.40 hours, and when using RON 92 fuel, the time needed is 4 hours. In the results of research on the workability of the machine in the process of processing land using RON 90 fuel, the workability produced by the engine is in good condition. For the use of fuel with RON 92 the performance of the resulting engine has decreased. Keywords: RON90 and 92, mini cultivator

Abstract

Tumbang Rungan merupakan Kelurahan tertinggal dan masyarakatnya menggantungkan hidupnya dari hasil menangkap ikan di sepanjang DAS Kahayan–Tumbang Rungan. Permasalahan yang urgen dan prioritas untuk diselesaikan saat ini adalah peran kelompok nelayan belum berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang perawatan, perbaikan mesin dan penambalan perahu masih kurang. Melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan kelompok nelayan, tujuan PkM ini adalah (1) mendampingi kelompok nelayan melalui pelatihan manajemen kelompok, (2) memberikan pengetahuan tentang perbaikan mesin, (3) memberikan pengetahuan tentang teknik penambalan perahu menggunakan resin non-sag epoxy, dan (4) bantuan peralatan utama untuk perawatan dan perbaikan mesin. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahapan PkM ini meliputi : persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dalam 3 sesi, yaitu sesi 1 dinyatakan ada peningkatan terkait manajemen kelompok. Manajemen dalam hal administrasi kelompok sebelum pelatihan “tidak ada”, menjadi “ada” setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan. Demikian halnya sesi 2 dinyatakan ada peningkatan pada aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawatan serta perbaikan mesin klotok atau mesin CS. Sesi 3 dinyatakan ada peningkatan pada aspek pengetahuan serta keterampilan penambalan perahu klotok.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Analyzing the ergonomics of mini cultivator tools based on the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method, and (2) Analyzing the ergonomics of mini cultivator tools based on the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method. The method in this study was experimental, and the data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method. The research sample amounted to 5 farmers. The results showed that in the initial posture, namely the upright back position, a score of 1122 category 1 was obtained, which means that the posture is not dangerous and does not need to be improved. In the work posture when running the mini cultivator tool, a score of 2173 category 3 is obtained, which means that the straight work posture must be improved immediately. The results of filling out the NBM questionnaire show that farmers still feel "a little sick" in straight work postures. Meanwhile, the turning posture obtained a score of 4173 category 3 which means that immediate improvement is needed. The results of filling out the NBM questionnaire show that farmers still feel "very sick" in the turning posture. Thus, the mini cultivator tool still needs improvement in several aspects of ergonomics and is discussed in the results of this study

Starting from the limitations of learning media on renewable energy material, the idea of developing a Solar Cell Trainer (SCT) was sparked. The purpose of this research is to develop a SCT as a learning media on renewable energy material that can help the learning process become easy and fun. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) which aims to produce a SCT and test its effectiveness. The effectiveness of the SCT trainer is seen from the aspects of Content, Learning Communication Media, Implementation Power and User Response. The R&D procedure is divided into 3 stages, namely: preliminary studies, product development, and evaluation and revision. The object of research involved 1 media expert lecturer and 35 students as users. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which then the results were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the content and media aspects of learning communication were in the good category with a score of 82.5; while the implementation power and user response to the SCT media were in the good category with a score of 80.9. The conclusion of this research shows that SCT media is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

In the world of children, physical activities are a vital key to their development, and play becomes a crucial aspect in this process. Utilizing play equipment, children's learning and interaction can be facilitated. Through the Community Engagement initiative conducted by the Mechanical Engineering Education at Bakuwu Kindergarten, Universitas Palangka Raya (UPR), innovative principles are integrated into the creation of children's play equipment. The primary objective of this initiative is to gain insights from both teachers and parents regarding the produced play equipment. The research methodology employs a mixed-methods design, incorporating Pareto analysis. The results reveal that maintenance and upkeep of the play equipment constitute a predominant issue, contributing to 34% of the overall problems. It can be concluded that the maintenance of play equipment is a critical element in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of activities. Sustained development and improvement have long-term benefits for children, educators, and the community. Recommendations for enhancement encompass heightened awareness, regular maintenance, and the implementation of continuous improvement cycles, aligning with the Pareto analysis principles that emphasize addressing the most significant issues for optimal outcomes.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis online yang mudah dimanfaatkan adalah Edmodo. Edmodo dapat membantu guru dalam membangun sebuah kelas virtual sesuai dengan kondisi pembelajaran, dimana dalam kelas tersebut terdapat pilihan penugasan seperti: kuis, diskusi, agenda pembelajaran, tugas terstuktur, pemeriksaan tugas, dan pemberian nilai pada akhir pembelajaran. Atas dasar pemikiran kurangnya pemahaman guru Sekolah Dasar terhadap pemanfaatan media pembelajaran online Edmodo, maka tim abdimas menyelenggarakan pelatihan pemanfaatan media e-learning Edmodo untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran. Tujuan yang dicapai dari program pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis online Edmodo bagi guru Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru. Untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman peserta, diberikan kuesioner. Berdasarkan kuesioner tersebut diketahui bahwa 61,5% guru menyatakan sudah cukup paham terhadap materi yang disampaikan; 30,8% lainnya menyatakan sangat paham terhadap materi yang disampaikan, sedangkan 7,7% sisanya menyatakan masih kurang paham terhadap materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

The high price of raw materials for making fish feed (pellets) has an impact on the decreasing productivity of partner fish farming. There needs to be an alternative innovation that is easy and cheap. The purpose of PkM is to provide (1) information to partners about Maggots as raw materials for pellets, (2) knowledge and skills to partners on how to make pellets using a portable printing machine using easy and cheap raw materials, and (3) assistance to partners on catfish farming in drums. The stages of the activity include Preparation, Machine Making, Implementation, Evaluation and Reporting. The success of the program is seen from the increase between the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis uses the t-test, assisted by SPSS. The results of PkM concluded that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in (1) knowledge about Maggots as raw materials for pellets, and (2) knowledge and skills in making pellets. The significance of each variable is less than 0.05 (sig. <0.05). The n-gain value of each variable is 0.73 and 0.83 in the high category.

Abstract

This study experimentally examines how integrating a convex (Fresnel) lens and a reflector affects solar cell output performance, analyzing impacts of variations in lens distance, illuminance, and associated temperature changes. Experimental methodology involved testing various lens-to-cell distance configurations under both natural sunlight and artificial lighting. Results under direct sunlight demonstrate significant enhancement: a Fresnel lens positioned at an optimal 10 cm distance achieved a peak power output of 0.939 W, a 199.04% increase compared to baseline power (0.314 W) measured without optical components. Reflector use proved beneficial by redirecting unabsorbed light onto the solar cell's active surface and promoting more uniform distribution of concentrated light. This potentially reduces severe localized temperature gradients (hot spots), even as overall cell temperature increased due to high illuminance levels from light concentration, although specific temperature correlation analysis warrants further study. However, system effectiveness was negligible under tested artificial lighting conditions, highlighting a dependency on natural sunlight characteristics. These findings underscore potential for utilizing simple, cost-effective optical components to substantially optimize solar energy harvesting, particularly for applications in environments with consistent sunlight exposure, thereby advancing sustainable renewable energy solutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh permainan ular tangga terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak kelompok B di RA An-Najah Desa Dasan Agung Kecamatan Selaparang. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest pada anak usia 5–6 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dengan instrumen lembar observasi perkembangan kognitif. Analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan uji N-Gain. Hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata skor 42,3 sedangkan posttest meningkat menjadi 79,7 Uji  sebesar 3,464 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,00< 0,05, yang berarti terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada perkembangan kognitif anak setelah perlakuan. Nilai N-Gain rata-rata sebesar 64,83 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang, menunjukkan efektivitas media permainan ular tangga dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak. Dengan demikian, ada pengaruh permainan ular tangga terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak kelompok B di RA An-Najah kota mataram kecamatan selaparang.
