Abstract

Morse code is a system of representation of letters, numbers, punctuation marks and signals using a code of dots and lines that are arranged to represent certain characters in the alphabet or certain signals (signs) that are agreed upon for use throughout the world was studied by nilas[1]. This code was coined by Samuel F.B. Morse and Alfred Vail in 1835 was studied by ming[2]. This research aims at how to apply the Background Subtraction method in the design of the morse sign language receiver in the invisible light. Build an Android-based application for recognition of Morse sign language by keeping messages sent using Morse sign language secret through infrared light from the sight of those who can read the message. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the level of accuracy of testing using the False Match Rate (FMR) obtained a success percentage of 65% from the 26 character data tested. From the 26 character data tested, it was obtained data with the number of characters that were successfully counted correctly, namely 17 characters, while the character data that failed to be counted was 9 characters with a detection result of 26 characters.

Abstract

Abstract—Home Security Alarms in today's modern society only use CCTV that can only see the person without any notification that goes into the cellphone in dealing with the theft that occurred. To help the community in dealing with the theft that enters the house, a Home Security Alarm was made using WEMOS D1 and HC-SR501 Sensor with Telegram Notification. The whole tool is divided into several parts which consist of HC-SR501 Sensor, WEMOS D1 and Buzzer. This tool works when the WEMOS D1 microcontroller processes the pear sensor as a motion detector and buzzer as a sound alarm if motion is detected, then the notification automatically enters into the Telegram Application, With this tool can monitor directly if anyone enters the house while being left.

Abstract

Based on the test results of the National Standardization Agency (BSN), as much as 66% of the gas cylinders tested were found to be unfit for use was studied by zhang[1]. Along with the increasing use of LPG gas, the quality of gas cylinder products has decreased, and the need for supervision of gas cylinder products from the manufacturer, so it cannot cause danger was studied by dae[2]. Gas leaks most often come from the gap between the mouth of the tube and the regulator so that it can cause pollution to the polluted room. This is due to the seal that serves as a sealing gap between the gas cylinder valve and the regulator not working was studied by saeed[3]. This seal serves to close and isolate the gap between the regulator and the upper mouth of the gas cylinder so that gas leakage can be avoided, or it could also be caused by rat bites on the hose which can cause gas to leak. For this reason, a LPG gas leak detection device can be made remotely. Created a LPG gas leak detection system based on Wemos D1 microcontroller using telegram notification. The whole tool is divided into several parts which consist of mq-6 sensor, ESP8266-01S module, wemos d1 microcontroller, and buzzer. This tool works when the ESP8266-01S module searches for the nearest internet network and the mq-6 sensor detects lpg gas, from the ESP8266-01S module and mq-6 sensor then to the Wemos D1 microcontroller to process, from the Wemos D1 microcontroller then activates the buzzer as a warning alarm that then transfer data through the ESP8266-01S module to the website and give notification of a gas leak to the smartphone of the user of the device. The mq-6 sensor functions if the gas content value is above 80. The results show that the gas content value is more than 80 as detected lpg gas, because it has tested the system and when there is no lpg gas the gas content value is less than 80.

Abstract

For aquarium owners, sometimes their daily activities are busy with other busy activities was studied by nusantara[1]. With this density of activity it often makes it difficult for fish aquarium owners to provide fish with the feeding process, which is usually done manually when at home was studied by pasha[2]. From this problem, a smart aquarium device was designed to feed aquaculture fish automatically, namely Smart Aquarium Design Using Android-Based Raspberry Pi, designed to provide convenience in the process of maintaining fish in an aquarium. This aquarium can perform several actions such as fish feeding automatically can be done using Android via the internet network and control the aquarium decorative lights. To move the fish feeding valve, it uses a servo motor to drive the fish feeding valve and also uses a relay as an on / off aquarium decorative light. Fish feed machines can feed fish on a scheduled basis if the user forgets to feed fish. Smart aquarium is also equipped with a water filter so that aquarium water does not need to change water.

Abstract

AbstractIn operational activities STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru yet fully using information technology-based applications. it would require strategic planning of information systems and information technology to support the success of the vision, mission and goals of the organization in the field of education, especially health, thereby increasing the need for the collection, storage and distribution of information quickly. This study uses a framework of IT/IS ward and Peppard, these stages starting from problem identification, data collection, analysis of the external environment of business and IT/IS, analysis of the internal environment of business and IT/IS, determine a strategy IT/IS included drafting application portfolio , the proposed infrastructure hardware, software and networks, the proposed human Resources IT field and perform gap analysis. Some of the tools used are Pestle, Theory of Five Power Porter, CSF, Value Chain, and analysis McFarlan. This research resulted IS strategy planning, IT strategy planning and IT planning management strategies. (YI) Keywords : IT/IS Strategic Plan, Ward and PeppardAbstrakDalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru belum sepenuhnya menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Maka dari itu diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi dibidang pendidikan khususnya kesehatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kebutuhan dalam hal pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian informasi secara cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework perencanaan strategis SI/TI ward and peppard, tahapan ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa lingkungan eksternal bisnis dan SI/TI, analisa lingkungan internal bisnis dan SI/TI, menentukan strategi SI/TI meliputi penyusunan portfolio aplikasi, usulan infrastruktur hardware, software dan jaringan, usulan SDM IT dan melakukan Gap analysis. Beberapa tools yang digunakan adalah PESTLE, Teori Lima Daya Porter, CSF, Value Chain, dan analisa McFarlan. Abstract

Pekanbaru City Police Department said that the level of crime in security and public order increased in 2017 compared to the previous year. In 2016 there were 1,847 cases, up to 2,043 cases in 2017. Far enough, around 196 cases, or 9.59 percent, were data recorded by the police of Pekanbaru resorts. The most prominent cases were theft with weights (Curat), which were 381 cases. The second is cases of narcotics and illegal drugs with 234 cases. Whereas the third rank is the case of motor vehicle theft (Curanmor) and the hijacking which is currently rife again in the city of Pekanbaru because almost every day there is news about cases of halt that occurred in the City of Pelanbaru. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be presented in the form of desktop applications or web-based applications that can provide an explanation of an event, make forecasting events, and other strategic planning by mapping the position of objects on the surface of the earth. It is very much needed by Pekanbaru people and immigrants to get information and find out about the location of vulnerable criminal areas in the city of Pekanbaru

Abstract

CV Satria Hendra jaya is a trading company engaged in the sale of furniture fixtures household appliances such as tables, chairs, cabinets, beds etc., where the promotion and sale is still conventional. This means that customers have to go to the CV Satria Hendra jaya to be able to purchase the product. Development of the e-commerce sales in the CV Satria Hendra jaya is an effort to increase sales and promotion of products that can benefit the company. The purpose of building an ecommerce sales of furniture, customers can order the products without having to come into the CV Satria Hendra jaya, the company was able to overcome the problem of product processing, booking processing thus providing convenience to consumers to get information about products CV Satria Hendra jaya. The system is built using PHP and MySQL database program and use the notepad ++ editor. The results of this research is to implement an e-commerce CV Satria Hendra jaya can be used as a sales promotion tool that can be accessed anywhere and anytime, the buying process can be directly without having to come to the store

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are an internal part of the learning process that emphasizes meeting student needs, extracurricular activities can be a means to channel talents and interests to encourage the development of potential students. In the extracurricular elections at the Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru is still manual where the extracurricular counselor is still based on self competence, but extracurricular determination is left entirely to students. So that a system is needed to improve the quality of good education. In making a decision there are many methods, and for the decision making for the selection of extracurricular activities at the Satuna Satria Vocational School, the SAW method (simple additive weighting) is used, the SAW method is a method used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The solution obtained is that the application designed is a Decision Support System to Determine Extracurricular Activities Based on Interests and Talents in the Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru. This application can provide several advantages compared to the current system, which is efficient and effective in processing information and data management. With this application, it will help guide teachers and especially for students to choose extracurricular activities quickly and based on the talents and interests of these students

Abstract

Academic Information System is a means of supporting academic activities in STMIK HangTuah Pekanbaru by utilizing web-based technology. However, the application of webtechnology on Academic information System in STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru can notalways run as desired, sometimes the information system cannot be accessed due to technicalconstraints or other factors. Based on these problems, an application was created that couldrun on instant messages and could be used via smartphones or other devices as mediainformation for students, namely utilization of telegram bot based on PHP and MySQL asacademic information at STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. This telegram bot is made using theWebhook method and can run on all operating systems that have Telegram Messengerinstalled. This bot is able to provide academic information including lecture schedules, grades,filling in krs, short semester submissions and research submissions, it is hoped that thetelegram bot will make it easier for students to get academic information through smartphonedevices that can be accessed anytime.
