Abstract

This research is entitled influence, financial distress, and profitability of changing auditors in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The purpose of this study is to find out how financial distress and profitability of auditor changes. This study uses logistic regression by analyzing the factors that have occurred. This study uses secondary data with a population of 52 companies and a sample of 23 companies, namely companies in the consumer goods sector on the IDX. This research produces interesting findings, including financial distress which has a significant effect on auditor turnover. Meanwhile, the profitability variable has no effect on auditor turnover. The impact of the results of this study is the determination of the variables used by 37.5%, there are still 62.5% of other variables that can be used as further research such as corporate governance variables, operational complexity, ownership structure.

Abstract

Investors will see dividends as a signal about a company's future prospects. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of Lagged Dividend, Profit Growth, and Company Growth on Dividend Policy and how the Capital Structure affects the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables in banking industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. This research used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with software, namely the SmartPLS 2.0 application. The results that have been obtained in the form of the variable Lagged Dividend (X1) have a positive and also significant influence on Dividend Policy, Profit Growth (X2) has a negative and also significant influence on Dividend Policy, Company Growth has a positive and also significant influence on Dividend Policy. Capital Structure manages to moderate the relationship between lagged dividends and dividend policy. The capital structure failed to moderate the relationship of profit growth and company growth to dividend policy. This study obtained an Adjusted R-Square result of 0.526 which describes the variables Lagged Dividend, Profit Growth, Company Growth, and Capital Structure as moderation variables with an effect of 52.6%, then the remaining 47.4% is influenced by variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge of zakat, income level, level of faith, trust in the motivation of oil palm farmers in paying zakat from plantation yields (Case Study of Farmers in Bengkalis-Riau Regency). This research was conducted in Bengkalis Regency. This research uses the Structure Equation Model (SEM) Smart Pls by analyzing the facts that have occurred. In this study, primary data were collected using a questionnaire with the Slovin sampling method totaling 99. Respondents in this study were oil palm farmers in Bengkalis Regency. This study produced interesting findings, including knowledge of zakat has a significant effect on motivation to pay zakat, income level has a significant effect on motivation to pay zakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Patient Satisfaction Mediating the Effect of Service Quality and Hospital Sharia Compliance on Patient Loyalty atSharia Hospitals in Riau Province in an Islamic Perspective. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample useduses random sampling techniques where sample withdrawal occurs randomly, namely making samples when meeting with anyone whenconducting research with a sample size of 400 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the Partial Least Square(PLS) approach with SmartPLS 4 software tools to test the relationship between variables. The results obtained in this study show that servicequality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at Islamic hospitals in Pekanbaru city, hospital Sharia compliance has apositive and significant effect on loyalty at Islamic hospitals in Pekanbaru City, Service Quality has no significant effect on Sharia HospitalPatient Loyalty in Pekanbaru  city,  Sharia  Compliance  has  a  positive  and  significant  effect  on  patient satisfaction at Islamic hospitals in Pekanbaru city, Significant Effect Satisfaction can mediate service quality on patient loyalty at Islamic hospitals in Pekanbaru city, significanteffect Satisfaction  can  mediate  sharia  compliance  on  patient  loyalty  at  Islamic  hospitals, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effecton loyalty at Islamic hospitals in pekanbaru city.
