Abstract

PT Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi (BBT) has its own uniqueness as a corporation. This company only provides communication services outside PT Telkom for industrial areas in Batam and Bintan which are being developed by the Salim Group. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of employees PT BBT, in relation to the influence of motivation, discipline and work stress. The study was conducted on 40 employees of the Company through data collection processed with SPSS version 24. The results of the analysis prove that motivation (X1) shows a positive influence on employee performance. Likewise regarding the influence of discipline (X2) on performance and work stress (X3) on employee performance.

Abstract

The reason for this study was to examine the impact of Self-Control, Self-Concept, and Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior in Online Shopping on Students of Batam University. The method applied in this study is the quantitative method . The populace utilized in this study were students of Batam University with a total of 2,814 students at 2022, while the sampling was 97 respondents. Data collection primarily involved administering questionnaires to the participants. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. Results from the partial t-test revealed that self control and lifestyle significantly influenced consumptive behavior in online shopping, whereas self concept did not demonstrate a significant effect. However, when these factors were considered together, they collectively showed a considerable impact on consumtive behavior in online shopping. The worth of R Square on self control, self concept, and lifestyle factors influrncing consumtive behavior in online shopping is 20.9% and the remaining 79.1% are explained by others relevant variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determinane the effect of dependent variable Y (employee performance). Meanwhile, the independent variables are X1 (digital banking), X2 (motivation), X3 (training) and X4 (leadership) at PT. Bank Central Asia Batam Branch. The population is all employees of PT Bank Central Asia Batam Branch, totaling 135 employees. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with an e value of 5% so that the samples processed in the research were 100 employees. The data analysis technique was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program application. The results of data analysis produced a multiple linear regression equation Y=11.529+0.247X1+0.464X2 - 0.010X3+0.147X4 + e. The value of each independent variable, namely digital banking, is 0.168 > 0.05, motivation is 0.000 < 0.05, training is 0.933 > 0.05 and leadership is 0.181 > 0.05. The results of the regression analysis show that the digital banking, training and leadership variables have a partial positive and insignificant influence, while motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Independent variable simultaneously provides a positive and significant contribution to Y (employee performance) with a degree of significance (Sig F) of 0.000 on employee performance < 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Promosi terhadap keputusan klien untuk menggunakan layanan transportasi PT Pos Indonesia KCU Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan sampel sejumlah 100 responden yang merupakan klien PT Pos Indonesia Pusat Batam (2024). Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, dengan alat uji analisis SPSS versi 26 sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keputusan untuk menggunakan layanan pengiriman Pos KCU Batam terutama dipengaruhi oleh promosi. Sedangkan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan.Namun, keputusan untuk menggunakan layanan pengiriman Pos KCU Batam dipengaruhi oleh efek kumulatif yang signifikan dari Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, dan Promosi.

Abstract

In the world of education, it is very important to improve the quality of human resources. Because with good quality human resources in the world of education, it is a government program to achieve Golden Indonesia in 2045. The vision of high school students about higher education is good and open to choosing education in higher education. On this basis, SMA Islam Nabilah held a visit to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Which was attended by 23 students and 5 accompanying teachers. The purpose of this visit is to improve the quality of human resources in education, by broadening horizons and understanding the choice of majors according to students' talents and interests. The visit was conducted on April 15-16, 2025. And received by a team from UTM consisting of 5 people.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pajak penghasilan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap kewajiban perpajakan. Dalam kegiatan ini, diberikan penjelasan terkait kewajiban pajak penghasilan (PPh) Final UMKM, ketentuan tarif, cara pelaporan, dan pembayaran pajak secara daring. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 50 pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor usaha di RT 002/RW 007 Teluk Mata Ikan, Kelurahan Sambau-Nongsa Kota Batam. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap aspek perpajakan, khususnya PPh Final UMKM. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat mendorong kepatuhan pajak serta memperluas basis pajak nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation, and commitment in an organization towards the Teacher’s Performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. In this research, the population is 50, with 35 respondents taken as a sample with purposive sampling method. The research population ranges from varied education background (from Associates Degree to Masters Degree), employee’s age ranging from 25 years to above, and minimal 5 years of duty with the rank/category ranges from 2nd grade (golongan II). The measurement is done with likert scale resulting to 7 alternatives of answer. The instrument tests done in this research are validity and reliability test, whereas the model test done in this research is co-efficiency determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test. Hypothesis test used in this research is done with regression analysis with the t-count. The hypothesis assessment uses t count for the frequency distribution towards significance rate (α) 5%. The result of the research shows that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment of organization works simultaneously to influence the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. However, with the t-test, not all Sig t results below 0,05. Based on the research result, there are some conclusions taken which are: (1) The motivation provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (2) The compensation does not provide significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation. (3) Organizational commitment provides significant and positive influence towards the teacher’s performance in Tunas Karya Pangkalpinang Foundation.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of career development of civil servants in the Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Karimun Regency. The number of respondents used as samples in this study was as many as 65 people. The results showed that: (1) Education has a significant effect on career development, Education has a significant effect on Job Promotion, (2) Training does not significantly affect the Promotion of Positions, (3) Promotion of Positions has a significant effect on career development, (4) Mutations have a significant effect on the Promotion of Positions, (5) Mutations have a significant effect on the career development of employees in the office of the Planning, Research and Development Agency of karimun district.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the challenges and opportunities during the (COVID-19) pandemic situation. In this study, we give a different view that shows how this Coronavirus affects our personal and professional lives, and how HRM (human resource management) helps their employees during this complete lockdown situation. This study is divided into three parts, the first part that shows how Coronavirus creates an opportunity for all the employees by doing their work through a digital platform or we can say that through work from home, second part show what are the challenges faced by the employees during this pandemic, and the third part is how HRM help their employees to overcome their stress as well growth of the organization. In this study, we tried to examine all the aspects during this (COVID-19) pandemic situation, also how HRM plays their role to overcome the employees stress and to balance continence in work through this entire pandemic situation.

Abstract

Globalization is the tools of the growth of humans life on nowadays. As we know, it is not only controlled the human aspects, but it is also manage the humans activity as economy system. The economy system are controlled by the technology. These technology not only for manage the outcome or income of Indonesian people. But, it is also for the source of economy growth in humans life. The source of technology on nowadays are used is digital marketing. The words of digital marketing are taken from digital where its meant as technology and marketing as the economy of business of investor or the people. The purpose of this research aimed to know the effect of digital marketing towards the economy system. Further, the economy system on nowadays are not used the humans effort anymore. The methodology research that used on these research are used qualitative design. The design that applied on these research because the data and the sample of these research are based on the journals and the books quotation without any steps on analyze of the data. The steps of conducting the research are following; a) the formulation of topic, where it coming from the idea or the source of reading the books; b) data collection, after the topics are founded to be the topics of read, then the data are collecting of the theory, quotation or another aspect of economy or digital marketing from the journal or the books; c) the hypothesis determination, these steps are coming from the reading the book or the quotation; d) recycling the result, these steps is the main steps on the research to know the result of the idea or the things on the human’s aspect of the management economy system. After the result are founded, there were the result of these research as following : 1) the consideration of human’s effort being low; 2) the transaction of marketing being bigger; 3) improving the creativity of human skill.
