Abstract

Administrasi desa yang masih dikelola secara manual sering menjadi hambatan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola desa yang modern, efisien, dan transparan. Aparat Desa Kotandelu masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, terutama dalam penyusunan dokumen resmi dan pembuatan desain publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran aparat desa melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi desain Canva dan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) sebagai upaya modernisasi administrasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan tahapan observasi awal, pelaksanaan pelatihan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya penguatan peran aparat desa dalam melaksanakan administrasi dan publikasi dengan lebih cepat, efisien, dan mandiri. Canva memudahkan aparat desa menghasilkan media informasi tanpa bergantung pada pihak luar, sedangkan AI membantu mempercepat penyusunan dokumen administratif dengan akurasi tinggi. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menegaskan bahwa literasi digital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja aparatur desa dan kualitas layanan publik. Dengan demikian, pelatihan Canva dan AI terbukti menjadi strategi sederhana namun tepat sasaran dalam mendorong penguatan peran aparat desa di era digital. Ke depan, penguasaan teknologi digital diharapkan dapat diperluas agar aparat desa semakin adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi serta mampu menghadirkan layanan administrasi yang lebih profesional, transparan, dan inovatif.

Abstract

Kegiatan mitigasi bencana merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan siswa terhadap ancaman bencana alam, khususnya gempa bumi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 03 September 2025 di Aula SDK Kotandelu dengan peserta seluruh siswa dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 6. Sebelum kegiatan dimulai, guru terlebih dahulu mengarahkan siswa untuk berkumpul, mengingat mereka belum pernah memperoleh materi terkait bencana alam sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, simulasi gempa bumi, serta pemutaran lagu edukatif tentang mitigasi bencana. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, siswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, baik saat menerima materi maupun saat mengikuti simulasi. Beberapa siswa juga aktif bertanya mengenai penyebab terjadinya gempa bumi, yang menunjukkan adanya rasa ingin tahu dan pemahaman yang berkembang. Hasil ini sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu yang menegaskan bahwa edukasi bencana melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan simulasi nyata dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan anak-anak di sekolah. Dengan demikian, kegiatan mitigasi bencana ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan baru, tetapi juga membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dasar dalam menghadapi gempa bumi secara lebih tenang dan terarah.

Abstract

Kesehatan remaja merupakan aspek penting dalam keberlanjutan pembangunan masyarakat, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 1992 tentang Kesehatan yang menekankan pentingnya kesehatan anak dan peserta didik untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Masa remaja adalah fase transisi yang rentan terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan, baik fisik maupun mental, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan promotif dan preventif melalui program terintegrasi. Posyandu Remaja hadir sebagai inovasi layanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat yang memberikan edukasi mengenai gizi, kesehatan reproduksi, kesehatan mental, serta pencegahan stunting.Sosialisasi Posyandu Remaja di Desa Kotandelu, Kecamatan Paga, Kabupaten Sikka yang dilaksanakan pada 21 Agustus 2025 bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran remaja tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, kolaborasi dengan kader posyandu dan bidan desa, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari remaja, peningkatan pemahaman tentang manfaat Posyandu Remaja, serta terbentuknya motivasi untuk aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan rutin.Dengan adanya sosialisasi ini, diharapkan Posyandu Remaja di Desa Kotandelu dapat berjalan secara berkelanjutan, menjadi wadah pembinaan, komunikasi, serta pencegahan masalah kesehatan remaja, sehingga tercipta generasi yang sehat, produktif, dan mampu berkontribusi bagi kemajuan desa. Dampak nyata yang terlihat adalah meningkatnya kedisiplinan remaja untuk hadir secara rutin di posyandu, kesadaran terhadap pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan sejak dini, serta tumbuhnya perilaku hidup sehat seperti mencuci tangan, menjaga kebersihan diri, mengonsumsi makanan bergizi, dan menghindari perilaku berisiko. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial remaja terhadap lingkungan dan teman sebaya. Secara keseluruhan, sosialisasi Posyandu Remaja di Desa Kotandelu mampu membentuk generasi muda yang sehat, produktif, percaya diri, dan berdaya saing, serta diharapkan berkontribusi bagi kemajuan desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource (HRM) management in building a collaborative work culture in MSMEs in Makassar City. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to explore the practices, challenges, and strategies implemented by MSMEs. The research sample was purposively selected based on the criteria of small and medium-sized MSMEs with 10–100 employees and having been operating for at least three years. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners, HR managers, and employees; direct observation in the workplace; and policy documentation and organizational reports. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis methods, which included data reduction, grouping by theme, and data triangulation. The results show that MSMEs in Makassar implement strategies such as strengthening internal communication, teamwork training, implementing participatory leadership, and using technology to support collaboration. However, obstacles such as limited resources, individualistic work patterns, and minimal government support remain key challenges. Nevertheless, MSMEs that successfully implement a collaborative work culture demonstrate increased efficiency, innovation, and employee motivation. This study concludes that HRM plays a strategic role in building a collaborative work culture. Leadership support, investment in employee development, and collaboration between teams are the keys to success in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of reading interest on the reading comprehension ability of sixth-grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 11 Bara baraya. This research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The sample consisted of 22 students selected from the entire sixth-grade population. Reading interest data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 10 Likert-scale statements, while reading comprehension ability was measured through an objective test comprising five items. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, a linearity test using residual scatterplots, and simple linear regression analysis. The normality test showed that both variables were normally distributed (p > 0.05), allowing regression analysis to be conducted. The linearity test indicated that the relationship between the two variables was linear. Regression analysis revealed a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05) and produced the regression equation Y=6.182+0.540X, indicating that reading interest has a positive and significant effect on reading comprehension ability. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.374) shows that 37.4% of students’ reading comprehension ability can be explained by reading interest. Thus, this study concludes that increasing reading interest contributes significantly to the improvement of sixth-grade students’ reading comprehension ability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of candidate experience in participating in virtual recruitment on candidate satisfaction and trust at PT PLN (Persero), with the background of increasing use of digital recruitment systems in State-Owned Enterprises, which requires companies to ensure that virtual selection processes are able to provide a good experience for candidates. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis technique through SPSS on candidates who have participated in PT PLN (Persero) virtual recruitment. The results show that candidate experience affects candidate satisfaction, while candidate experience does not affect candidate trust. Overall, this study confirms that the success of virtual recruitment depends on the company’s ability to create experiences that can increase candidate satisfaction. Therefore, improvements are needed in communication quality, transparency, and the stability of the digital recruitment system at PT PLN (Persero).

Abstract

Pada saat pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto menunjukkan bahwa guru masih mengajar dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Dari hasil wawancara kepada guru produktif mata pelajaran mekanika teknik sebelum dilaksanakan remidi masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum mencapai KKM sebesar 75. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil belajar setelah menggunakan metode Trial and Error melalui pengajaran langsung (Explicit Instruction) pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah True Eksperimental Design dengan model pretest &ndash; posttest control group design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/ 2015 di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Teknik Gambar Bangunan sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TGB 1 berjumlah 34 orang dan kelas X TGB 2 berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik analisis data untuk perangkat pembelajaran divalidasi dianalisis secara deskriptif, pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran juga dianalisis secara deskriptif sedangkan analisis hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t dua pihak. Hasil validasi seluruh perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dibuat dinyatakan layak atau valid sedangkan pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil dengan kriteria baik. Hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol (X TGB 1) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional mendapatkan nilai rata &ndash; rata 74,76 dan dari 25 siswa dinyatakan lulus. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen (XTGB 2) dengan metode trial and error melalui pengajaran explicit instruction mendapatkan nilai rata &ndash; rata 81,34 dan dari 31 siswa dinyatakan lulus dan 4 orang dinyatakan tidak lulus. Hasil uji-t diketahui nilai hasil perhitungan uji-t hitung < t tabel yaitu -2,841 < 2,034 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari hasil belajar kelas kontrol. The purpose of the study is to examine outcomes after using the trial and error method through teaching explicit instruction on the subjects of engineering mechanics. This type of research is True Experimental Design model pretest - posttest control group design. This research was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015 at SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto. The population in this study were students of class X Architecture Engineering while samples in this study were students of class X TGB 1 amounted to 34 and class X TGB 2 amounted to 35 people. Data analysis techniques for learning devices validated analyzed by descriptive, observational study carried out also analyzed descriptively while analysis of student learning outcomes is done with normality test, homogeneity, and t-test two parties. The results of the validation entire learning tools that have been created otherwise feasible or valid while learning accomplished observations show results with both criteria. Control class student learning outcomes (TGB X 1) with conventional learning models gain value - average 74.76 and 25 students passed. While the experimental class student learning outcomes (XTGB 2) the method of trial and error through the teaching of explicit instruction to get value - average of 81.34 and 31 students passed and 4 did not pass. The results of the t-test known value calculation results of test-t <t table is -2.841 <2.034 then Ho is accepted and Ha rejected so that it can be concluded that the experimental class student learning outcomes is greater than the control class learning outcomes. Abstract

The results of the 2022 PISA test indicate that the critical thinking skills of elementary school students remain relatively low. This study aims to analyze the effect of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on students’ critical thinking skills in Science and Social Studies lessons in the sixth grade at UPT SDN Panaikang II. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent group design involving 55 students, consisting of 27 students in the control group and 28 students in the experimental group. The analysis results showed that the mean score for critical thinking skills in the control class increased from 37.50 on the pretest to 47.53 on the posttest, while in the experimental class, there was a more significant increase from 23.66 to 62.05. Furthermore, based on the average scores of all indicators, the control class improved from 34% to 45%, while the experimental class improved more significantly from 20% to 60%. The results of the independent samples t-test showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.031, indicating a significant difference between the control class and the experimental class, which suggests that the implementation of the PjBL learning model has a significant effect on improving students’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of students’ expressions of happiness during the celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day on August 17 at SMAN 7 Maros and to explain the intentions underlying these expressions. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative design. The primary data consist of students’ expressions of happiness, while the data sources are all students of SMAN 7 Maros who actively participated in the Independence Day celebrations, including competition participants, ceremony participants, performers in art performances, and other activities involving social interaction. The data emerged spontaneously during the course of the celebrations. The data were collected through observation, listening techniques, and documentation, and were analyzed using Searle’s theory of expressive speech acts combined with Goleman’s theory of emotional intelligence. The results show that all identified utterances belong to expressive speech acts that reflect the psychological states of the speakers. The forms of students’ expressions of happiness include encouragement, cheerfulness, joy, pride, admiration, satisfaction, congratulating, gratitude, and thankfulness. Expressions of admiration were the most dominant, while expressions of satisfaction, gratitude, and thankfulness were the least frequently found. In terms of intention, expressions of happiness function not only as expressions of positive emotions but also as a means, namely to provide support, convey appreciation, and strengthen togetherness and social relationships among students. These findings indicate that students’ emotional intelligence can be observed through language use in social interactions during the celebration. Thus, language plays a central role as a medium for expressing emotions and building solidarity in the context of Independence Day celebrations in the school environment

Abstract

The Tudang Sipulung tradition represents the crystallization of deliberative consensus values that persist within the agrarian communities of South Sulawesi. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation process of the Tudang Sipulung custom in Marannu Village, Maros Regency. Employing a qualitative research method with a distinct anthropological approach, data were gathered through participant observation and in-depth interviews with key informants. The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.
