Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation on the development of MSME Bengkel Market in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were MSME's players in the Bengkel Market in Serdang Bedagai Regency. The sampling method uses a nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique to provide questionnaires directly / by chance to meet respondents who are said to be suitable and feasible with existing research. Due to limited time, cost, other things, the number of research samples was 35 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by means of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained partially and simultaneously, it shows that environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant effect on the development of MSME's. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.928 (92.8%). This shows that the variables that environmental factors and entrepreneurial orientation are able to explain the development of MSME's by 92.8%, while the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Discovery Learning model and its influence on teacher self-efficacy and the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in Kecamatan Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, involving 27 PAI teachers from 9 clusters as key informants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies.The results show that 30% of the teachers have successfully implemented Discovery Learning, demonstrating high self-efficacy and improving learning quality by actively engaging students in the concept discovery process. However, 52% of teachers are aware of the model but do not implement it optimally, leading to varying self-efficacy and learning quality. The remaining 18% of teachers neither know about nor apply the model, continuing with conventional teaching methods, which yield unsatisfactory results.Challenges in implementing Discovery Learning include limited training, inadequate facilities, and insufficient time for lesson preparation. Nevertheless, teachers who received intensive training were able to overcome these obstacles, improving their self-confidence and learning quality. This study concludes that a good understanding and application of Discovery Learning positively impacts PAI teacher self-efficacy and learning quality. Therefore, more efforts are needed to enhance teacher training and mentoring to optimize the implementation of Discovery Learning across elementary schools in Kecamatan Leuwiliang.

Abstract

Human resource capabilities are a key factor in increasing employee work productivity, so research needs to be carried out. The aim of this research is to find out whether work workload and work stress partially have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Primafood International. To find out whether Workload and Work Stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Primafood International. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis, namely testing and analyzing data by calculating numbers and then drawing conclusions from the test using descriptive statistical and correlation test tools, data processing using SPSS statistical software. From the partial research results, there is no influence of workload on employee work productivity at PT. Primafood International. There is a positive and significant influence of work stress on employee work productivity at PT. Primafood International. There is a positive and significant influence of work workload and work stress on product work productivity at PT. Primafood International.

Abstract

Profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia is one of the important aspects in assessing the performance and sustainability of sharia-based financial institutions. One of the indicators used to measure the level of profitability is Return On Asset (ROA). ROA is the ratio between profit after tax to total assets. This ratio reflects the ability of bank management to use its investment resources to increase revenue. This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The research sample consists of quarterly data on economic growth and inflation from 2015 to 2019, as well as quarterly financial reports from 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia that meet the criteria for complete annual financial reports during the period of 2015-2019, totaling 220 data points. The analytical technique used to interpret and analyze the data in this study is the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) panel data regression, operated using Eviews 9.0 software. In a partial analysis, the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability variable. The liquidity variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability variable. The bank size variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability variable. The inflation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the profitability variable. The economic growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the profitability variable.

Abstract

The objective of this community service project is to explore and strengthen the role of mosques as ecological agents in mitigating climate change through the innovative “Compost Waqf” initiative. Conducted at Nurul Amin Mosque in Metro City, this study employed a Community-Based Research (CBR) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving 120 participants, including mosque administrators and congregants. This program integrates Islamic teachings with practical solutions for managing organic waste, enhancing environmental literacy, and fostering climate action awareness among mosque attendees. By focusing on waste segregation and composting, the initiative significantly reduced organic waste, minimized greenhouse gas emissions, and provided sustainable economic benefits for mosque operations and community empowerment. This study demonstrates how integrating Islamic environmental values with sustainable practices transforms mosques into centres of ecological education and local climate action. The Compost Waqf initiative bridges spiritual responsibility with environmental stewardship, providing a scalable and replicable model for mosques to address global climate challenges while fostering collective awareness and behavioural change within communities. The research highlights the strategic role of mosques in promoting ecological resilience, positioning them as key actors in climate change mitigation efforts.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Keberlangsungan suatu usaha tidak lepas dari hubungan mitra kerja. Hubungan ini harus dijaga agar terus mendukung performa kinerja perusahaan. Komunikasi menjadi dasar dan sekaligus celah dalam mempengaruhi hubungan mitra kerja. Analisis terhadap komunikasi interpersonal perlu dilakukan agar kita paham bagaimana komunikasi ini berperan dalam mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam terkait peran komunikasi interpersonal dalam menciptakan hubungan kerja yang berdampak bagi keberlanjutan usaha. Metode : Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis studi literatur. Menganalisis dari berbagai sumber jurnal dan artikel ilmiah serta e-book yang berkaitan dengan tujuan penelitian tentang peran komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi yang efektif, dan dampanya terhadap keberlangsungan kerjasama. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kerjasama yang berkelanjutan dipengaruhi oleh peran komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dengan hubungan kerjasama yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memperhatikan aspek pendukung dalam proses komunikasi, sehingga hubungan yang harmonis akan terjalin dalam jangka panjang. Kesimpulan : Komunikasi Interpersonal berperan penting dalam membangun kerja sama yang berkelanjutan. Unsur seperti keterbukaan, empati, saling menghargai, dan umpan balik meningkatkan kualitas hubungan. Keterbukaan dan empati memperkuat pemahaman, sementara saling menghargai menciptakan suasana positif. Umpan balik membantu perbaikan hubungan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, komunikasi yang efektif memperkuat sinergi dan komitmen bersama dalam kerjasama.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Di Indonesia pengguna smartphone paling tinggi di didominasi oleh anak muda terutama mahasiswa. Salah satu merek smartphone yang mengalami peningkatan minat pembelian dari tahun ke tahun di Indonesia adalah Xiaomi, dan selalu pada posisi 5 besar pertumbuhan pasar. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh value proposition, digital marketing, dan brand image terhadap purchase intention khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Bandung. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Bandung yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan meliputi analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 30. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial value proposition tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention, sedangkan digital marketing dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Dan secara simultan value proposition, digital marketing dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar perusahaan, khususnya Xiaomi, memperkuat proposisi nilai produknya, mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat sasaran, serta menjaga citra merek yang positif di mata konsumen.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pada subsektor telekomunikasi, peningkatan pendapatan digital selama 2019–2023 tidak selalu diiringi pertumbuhan laba yang stabil. Hal ini mendorong perlunya analisis pengaruh rasio keuangan seperti TATO, DER dan CR terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan subsektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019–2023. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 10 perusahaan selama 5 tahun. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI dan situs resmi Perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TATO dan DER secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, sedangkan CR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Adapun Secara simultan TATO, DER dan CR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kesimpulan : Pertumbuhan laba yang baik mencerminkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan juga baik, maka semakin tinggi laba yang dicapai perusahaan, mengindikasikan semakin baik kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Coastal communities in Pekon Way Jambu, Pesisir Barat, Lampung, are exposed to tsunami and coastal erosion risks, yet residential development continues in hazardous zones, thereby raising concerns about public awareness and preparedness. This study investigates the perceptions of coastal communities in Pekon Way Jambu, Pesisir Barat, Lampung, regarding disaster mitigation and the ecological and economic functions of mangrove ecosystems. Using a quantitative approach, data were gathered from 75 purposively selected respondents through a validated Likert-scale questionnaire assessing perceptions of coastal settlement, disaster preparedness, mangrove knowledge, and awareness of mangrove benefits. Findings reveal that while the community recognizes it inhabits a coastal area, understanding of tsunami mechanisms and spatial risks is limited. Preparedness is also poor, with little evidence of emergency kits, warning systems, or evacuation routes. However, respondents show moderate to good knowledge of mangroves, particularly their ecological role in wave attenuation and coastal protection. In contrast, awareness of their economic potential—such as for fisheries and ecotourism—remains low. The study highlights the importance of environmental education and community-based initiatives to enhance disaster awareness and ecosystem conservation. Strengthening theoretical and practical knowledge of sustainable mangrove use could serve dual purposes: increasing both community resilience and livelihood opportunities. These findings contribute to the design of ecosystem-based disaster mitigation models relevant to areas like Way Jambu, offering a foundation for collaboration among policymakers, educators, and conservation practitioners working on integrated coastal sustainability.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has made the internet an essential part of modern life. In addition to serving as a source of entertainment and information, the internet also plays a significant role in marketing activities. One of the products that has experienced growing interest in Indonesia is sunscreen. Many brands take advantage of content marketing strategies and competitive pricing to attract consumers. Therefore, content marketing and price have become important factors influencing purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of content marketing and price on purchasing decisions of Azarine sunscreen, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a descriptive-verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population consists of students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, class of 2021. A total of 88 respondents were selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study employed multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results show that content marketing and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The adjusted R square value of 60.4% indicates that these two independent variables explain the majority of the variation in purchasing decisions.
