Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan agar mengetahui dampak brand image, keyakinan merek serta tempat pada pemutusan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 96 responden. Tanggapan konsumen terhadap citra merek dinilai baik, kepercayaan dinilai baik, lokasi dinilai baik serta tanggapan konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian juga dinilai baik. Hasil studi mengatakan jika adanya dampak positif serta signifikasi secara bersama-sama anatara brand image, kepercayaan merek serta lokasi pada ketentuan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka Servis Indonesia, Cileungsi, Bogor. Hasil uji parsial menyatakan bahwa brand image berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian, kepercayaan brand berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian serta lokasi berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pebmbelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of principal leadership behavior and teacher work ethic on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Air Kumbang district. With quantitative research methods. The method used is descriptive quantitative method used to process data characteristics related to the average number, look for percentages, and present interesting, easy-to-read data. Data in the form of a questionnaire is classified as quantitative data. The technique of collecting data in this research is through a questionnaire. The results showed that; (1) there is an influence of principal leadership behavior on teacher performance (2) there is an influence between work ethic on teacher performance. (3) there is an influence between the principal's leadership behavior and work ethic together on teacher performance. These findings provide evidence that an increase in principal leadership behavior and work ethic will have an impact on improving the performance of SD Negeri Air Kumbang District teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of critical care nurses at Dr. Lung Hospital. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua Bogor. The sample in this study was 85 people. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all question items are declared valid and reliable. The research method uses multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The multiple regression analysis of the F test (simultaneous) states that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between training and work motivation on the performance of critical nurses. The results of the t-test (partial) stated that training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of critical nurses and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of critical nurses at Dr. Lung Hospital. M. Goenawan Partowidigdo Cisarua Bogor.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment, and competence on the performance of PT employees. Rentokil Bogor City. The sample of 69 employees was taken using the Taro Yamane formula. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of the research simultaneously show the influence of leadership style, work environment and competence on the performance of PT. Employees Rentokil Bogor City. Partially, leadership style, work environment and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The basic principles of management are a decision-making process related to planning, organizing, directing and monitoring to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, training and communication on the performance of PT Kereta Api Commuter Indonesia employees at Tangerang Station. The sample taken in this study was 60 people using non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Quantitative descriptive and verification are the analytical methods used in this research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. This research uses multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of this research are that motivation, training and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The most dominant factor influencing employee performance at PT Kereta Api Commuter Indonesia at Tangerang Station is motivation. Therefore, companies must pay more attention to factors that can increase employee motivation.

The aim of the research is to analyze and analyze the influence between safety, health, work environment and productivity which can be used as a reference in further research. The method chosen was Explanatory Research. The total sample of employees is 70 people. The research results simultaneously influence all variables on employee productivity. Partially, the variables of work discipline, work motivation and workload influence employee productivity. Safety, health and the work environment each have an important role in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of promotions and prices, both simultaneously and partially, on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria; consumers have purchased Kagumi Kopi Nusantara products at least 2 times and consumers are seen as mature enough to fill out the questionnaire, at least 17 years old. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The test results are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that the promotion and price variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R Square) were 52.8% while the remaining 47.2%. The relationship between promotion and price is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.727.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of Regional Public Service Agency nurses in the inpatient department at the Ciawi Regional General Hospital. The sample in this study was 65 people using a nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, the research method used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all points of the statement are declared valid and reliable. The F test (simultaneous) states that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between training and the work environment on nurse performance. The results of the t test (partial) stated that training had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at the Ciawi Bogor Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

This research is about service quality, brand image and price on consumer satisfaction at the Taman Bukit Palem Resort Bogor Hotel. The method used is descriptive quantitative verification. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests which are processed to produce multiple linear regression equations. The results of this research are that all indicators are simultaneously valid and reliable, the independent variables are proven to significantly influence the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then, partially, it can be seen that the independent variables service quality (X1) and price (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y), while brand image (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor is impacted by workload, training, and motivation. Primary and secondary data make up the study's data 104 employees completed questionnaires that yielded primary data. On the other hand, secondary data came from pertinent company and other sources. This study used a survey approach along with a type of verification and descriptive research methodology. The questionnaire makes use of traditional assumption testing, reliability tests, and validity tests. Prior to doing multiple regression testing, the Likert scale is employed. This is done in order to ascertain how one dependent variable is affected by the four independent variables that were employed. Based on the findings of validity and reliability tests, which demonstrate that all indicators are deemed valid and reliable, the study's conclusions are drawn. Workload (X1), training (X2), and motivation (X3) all have an impact on employee performance (Y) at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor at the same time. Employee performance is impacted by all independent variables, however somewhat.
