Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Woo Shin Garment Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa tanggapan karyawan terhadap variabel stres kerja dan turnover intention berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, sedangkan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori cukup baik dan cukup puas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh stres kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu mengelola stres kerja dan meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan menekan turnover intention karyawan.

Introduction: Bilateral pneumothorax is a rare case which happens in 1.3 to 1.9 percent of all cases ofÂ pneumothorax.1 In breast carcinoma patients, it is due to lung metastasis and first selected conservative therapy.2 Lung metastasis can be found in the appearance of pulmonary nodules called cannon-ball metastases in chest X-Ray (CXR).3 Method: Case report based on findings in chest X-Ray. Result: A 42 year-old female came to ER with sudden shortness of breath and pleuritic pain. She was diagnosed with breast carcinoma 3 years prior the ER visit and had undergone mastectomy on breasts and chemotherapy. Physical examination showed bilaterally decreased breath sounds. CXR AP postion showed bilateral pneumothorax and multiple nodules varied in size indicated lung metastases. Chest tubes with water-sealed drainage were inserted in both side of the lungs. CXR after the insertion showed reduction of the volume of pneumothorax in both side of the lungs and cannon-ball metastases in both sides of the lungs. CXR was performed serially until hospital discharge. Discussion: Bilateral pneumothorax which develops in patients who have history of breast carcinoma is considered very rare.It is caused by the metastatic process and treatment.2 CXR can be used to detect the metastasis and its complications such as pneumothorax.4 Conclusion: Bilateral pneumothorax is rarely seen in patients with breast carcinoma. Early detection of lung metastasis and appropriate therapy of tumor can prevent complications such as pneumothorax.Keywords: bilateral pneumothorax; lung metastases; breast carcinoma; chest X-Ray

Islamic teachings recommend zakah as a tangible kind of social protection. It can act as a means of bridging the wealth gap between rich and impoverished Muslims, as well as between muzakki and mustahik. Therefore, there is no monopoly or wealth accumulation in a small number of Muslim groups. The goal of this study was to ascertain how income, literacy, and level of religiosity affected people's awareness of paying zakah in BAZNAS Tangerang City. This kind of study employs a quantitative methodology and a survey method with 100 participants. The traditional assumption test, which comprises the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test, is used in the data analysis process. Considering the testthe Coefficient of Determination's (R2) findings. As can be observed, the adjusted R square value is 67.2%. This indicates that the dependent variable's variance can be described by the independent variable in 32.8% of cases, whereas 15.5% of the variance may be explained by other factors. Additionally, the F test results show that income, literacy, and religiosity all have a substantial beneficial impact on zakah awareness, with a level of significance less than 5%. While religiosity has a strong favorable impact on zakah awareness, the t test only partially supports this. Zakah awareness is significantly influenced positively by literacy and positively by income

Currently, the global economy is shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the preliminary study at the partner's location, it has economic limitations, including the availability of food supply which has an impact on non-productive communities, including farmers and tenant farmers around Taman Asoka Asri Housing, Tanjung Selamet, Medan Tuntungan, Medan, North Sumatra. All activities that will be carried out by the USU PPM proposing team will of course follow and pay attention to the Covid-19 prevention protocol. The implementation of this community service is carried out in the vicinity of the Taman Asoka Asri Housing, so the activity plan that will be carried out is the use of rice fields for farmers and cultivators in the environment around the Taman Asoka Asri Housing. The area of â€‹â€‹paddy rice fields managed by smallholders around the Taman Asoka Asri Complex, Tanjung Selamet, Medan Tuntung, Medan an average of 2,725 m2 (0.2725 ha). Rice field management areas that have been successfully managed by partners have become productive areas that can increase income and profits for smallholders.

The village has an important role and position in national development because the concentration and other natural resources are in the village. Planning for village development activities must be harmonious and sustainable, so the need for data and information is very important. Lubuk Kertang Village, Pangkalan Brandan District, Langkat Regency is one of the villages with a lot of potentials that can be used as capital in village development. However, the potential data has not been compiled in a database that can be accessed, manipulated, and updated systematically. Therefore, it is necessary to compile a database of village potential to support significant development planning to be directed and achieve goals. The application of spatial technology to build a database on village potential is currently integrated with the internet network. It can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. Exploration of potential data shows that Lubuk Kertang village has the potential for agriculture, fisheries, forestry, small industry, and ecotourism spread across five hamlets. To manage this village potential database, training data administrators in exploring data, inputting data, and updating data is an important factor in managing the village potential database. Village government officials are very interested and can manage their village potential database

Community service activity was conducted in July-October 2021. The main event was held on September 4, 2021, and attended by around 33 participants divided into two sessions due to the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). The core activity begins with explaining the history and understanding of hydroponics, the advantages of hydroponics, planting media and potting media, types of hydroponics, stages of hydroponic vegetable cultivation, manufacture of vegetable pesticides, and harvesting. The direct practice of the activity begins with cutting Rockwool, media preparation, and sowing mustard and kale seeds. Transplanting do when the seedlings are 7-10 days old, and after three weeks of transplanting, we can do the harvesting. Each participant filled out a questionnaire for the evaluation. Based on the questionnaire review, most participants had heard of the hydroponic system but had never received the training. Furthermore, after receiving this training, most participants understood the hydroponic system and tended to agree that hydroponic plant cultivation is easy to do and can be a business opportunity. Meanwhile, in terms of costs, participants tend to state that hydroponic systems require high costs.

In this study, the researcher used qualitative research. The type of research in this study uses a qualitative approach, namely describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews, while secondary data is obtained through documentation photos from informants related to the study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the low level of school administration services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih. In order to improve administrative services to be better and understand the factors that contribute to administrative services and analyze the impact of low administrative services to formulate recommendations and strategies for improving administrative services. The results of this study indicate that the low factors that make administrative services low are human resources factors, lack of training in the use of new technology and service facility factors. The impact faced in administrative services at SMA Darul Ulum Banyuputih is the lack of focus on work due to the absence of a clear organizational structure in the field of service administration. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, improvements must be made so that the administrative service process runs well. Increase quality and provide training to employees to maximize performance.

This paper focuses on the discourse on religion as an instrument of peace. The basic idea behind this is the emergence of various discriminatory and violent treatments in the name of religion. This reality contradicts the essence and purpose of religion as a source of inspiration, spiritual, ethical, and moral foundation for the formation of a peaceful global community. After exploring the various views on religion, violence and peace itself, my opinion is that in an effort to become an instrument of peace, religions must abandon their dogmatism and institutional arrogance and even their superiority over other religions. Redefining the essence and purpose of religion, mutual acceptance and recognition of existence are the best paths to authentic peace in Indonesian.

In facing an increasingly strong and tight competitive environment, every company is required to be able to optimize its economic resources in order to increase the competitiveness of its products in the market, and to be able to carry out a series of effective marketing strategies and always develop these marketing strategies continuously and sustainably. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in the city of Bogor. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique in this research uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The number of respondents was 100 people. The subjects of this research are all consumers who have purchased Hori Lamp products in Bogor City, and the objects of this research are product quality, price, promotions and purchasing decisions. The tools used in this analysis are path analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research results show that product quality has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Price has a direct and positive influence on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Promotions have a direct and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Hori LED lights in Bogor City. Product quality has a positive relationship with price. Price has a positive relationship with promotion. Product quality has a positive relationship with promotion.

Lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif dan era persaingan bisnis yang ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Bauran pemasaran menjadi salah satu opsi yang sering dipilih. Dalam bauran pemasaran terdapat elemen promosi, promosi adalah bentuk komunikasi persuasif yang bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran dan preferensi konsumen terhadap suatu penawaran. Tingginya persaingan di industri sepeda motor, perubahan selera konsumen yang cepat mendorong produsen untuk terus berinovasi dan menciptakan produk-produk baru yang relevan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis efektivitas berbagai elemen promosi, seperti personal selling, periklanan melalui media sosial dan promosi penjualan, yang diterapkan oleh PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan penjualan sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data langsung dari lapangan, interpretasi mendalam oleh peneliti, serta kajian mendalam terhadap literatur terkait dan kutipan ahli. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa upaya perbaikan yang telah dilakukan perusahaan dengan mengevaluasi masalah ini, khususnya pada pelaksanaan promosi yang mencakup personal selling, periklanan melalui media sosial dan promosi penjualan. Namun hasil yang di dapat belum optimal, oleh karena itu penulis merekomendasikan beberapa alternatif solusi, di antaranya yaitu dengan mengadakan pelatihan khususnya bagi karyawan marketing, membuat konten-konten menarik di media sosial, berkolaborasi dengan tokoh publik atau influencer dan dengan mengadakan event-event menarik di lokasi strategis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan promosi perusahaan.
