Abstract

Latar Belakang : Immobilisasi yang berkepanjangan menyebabkan kerusakan jaringan akibat tekanan terus-menerus pada tonjolan tulang. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pembentukan luka tekan, yang dapat dicegah melalui intervensi pencegahan. Peningkatan hidrasi kulit dan sirkulasi darah perifer merupakan kunci dalam mencegah luka tekan. Minyak kelapa murni yang dikombinasikan dengan massage effleurage berpotensi menjadi terapi non-farmakologis yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas minyak kelapa murni dengan pijat effleurage dalam mencegah luka tekan pada pasien yang terbaring di tempat tidur. Metode : Dilakukan tinjauan literatur menggunakan diagram alur PRISMA melalui pencarian di basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Semantic Scholar. Strategi pencarian menggunakan kerangka kerja PICO: luka tekan dan minyak kelapa murni dan massage effleurage. Kriteria inklusi meliputi pasien yang terbaring di tempat tidur berisiko mengalami luka tekan, intervensi yang melibatkan minyak kelapa murni dengan massage effleurage , studi quasi-eksperimental dan uji coba terkontrol acak, publikasi dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025, serta artikel dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia. Hasil : Analisis enam artikel menunjukkan bahwa minyak kelapa murni dengan massage effleurage secara signifikan mengurangi skor Skala Braden, mengurangi insiden luka tekan, dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien. Minyak kelapa murni diberikan dengan dosis 5-10 ml per area menggunakan teknik massage effleurage selama 10-15 menit, 2-3 kali sehari pada area berisiko. Simpulan : Penerapan minyak kelapa murni dengan teknik massage effleurage telah terbukti efektif, aman, ekonomis, dan mudah diterapkan sebagai strategi berbasis bukti untuk mencegah luka tekan.

Abstract

Reading comprehension remains a crucial skill for EFL students, yet many junior high school learners still experience difficulties in understanding texts. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Listen-Read-Discuss (LRD) strategy and reading interest on students’ reading comprehension achievement, as well as the interaction between both variables. A factorial design was employed involving eighth-grade students of MTsN 4 Musi Banyuasin in the 2025/2026 academic year. The sample comprised control and experimental classes, and the data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and a reading comprehension test. Both instruments were considered valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using Two-Way ANOVA in IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results revealed that the teaching strategy significantly affected students’ reading comprehension, with students taught using the LRD strategy achieving higher scores than those taught using the conventional strategy. Reading interest also showed a significant effect on reading comprehension achievement. However, no significant interaction was found between teaching strategy and reading interest. These findings indicate that the LRD strategy improves students’ reading comprehension regardless of their reading interest levels and can be considered an effective alternative in EFL reading instruction.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is a crucial skill that supports academic achievement, yet it remains a significant challenge for many Indonesian students, particularly when engaging with complex expository texts. Prior studies have shown the effectiveness of the Concept-Oriented Reading Instruction (CORI) strategy in enhancing reading comprehension at various educational levels. However, research focusing on its application among twelfth-grade students is still limited. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the CORI strategy to improve reading comprehension among twelfth-grade students in Sumatera. This research employed a quantitative method with a true experimental design. The population was all of the twelfth-grade students. The sample was selected using convenience sampling. Two groups were involved: the experimental group taught using the CORI strategy and the control group taught using the skimming technique. The data were collected using pre-test and post-test reading comprehension assessments consisting of expository texts. The results were analyzed using paired-sample and independent-sample t-tests through SPSS 27. The findings revealed a statistically significant improvement in the reading comprehension scores of students taught using the CORI strategy. Moreover, there was a significant difference in post-test scores between the experimental and control groups, indicating the effectiveness of CORI compared to the skimming technique. The study concludes that the CORI strategy is effective in enhancing students’ expository reading comprehension and recommends its implementation for senior high school instruction.

Abstract

When many business entity activities start to appear that use the sharia label, the resolution must be carried out by institutions that truly understand sharia economics. So, creating economic products that have the term sharia attached to them is not easy and requires various kinds of adjustments, such as; applicable laws and regulations, contemporary economic developments in global society which tend to be value-free, varied transaction models, and so on. All of this must be able to be adjusted to sharia principles. The problem formulation in this research is: What is the Sharia Economic Dispute Resolution Model seen from Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions? The type of research used is library research, namely by studying and examining sources. written text that is relevant to the discussion material. The results of this research are a model for Sharia Economic Dispute Resolution after the implementation of Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions, a model for resolving disputes through non-litigation (outside of court), namely a model for resolving disputes that is carried out using methods that exist outside of court. usually called an alternative dispute resolution institution.

Abstract

Dismenore merupakan gangguan nyeri saat menstruasi yang dapat menghambat aktivitas sehari-hari dan sering kali memerlukan penanganan. Nyeri biasanya dirasakan di perut bagian bawah, pinggang, atau punggung. Menurut WHO, lebih dari 50% perempuan di seluruh dunia mengalami dismenore. Salah satu metode penanganan non farmakologi yang dapat digunakan adalah konsumsi coklat hitam. (Dark chocolate). Coklat hitam mengandung magnesium yang berperan dalam merelaksasi otot, sehingga dapat mengurangi kontraksi rahim yang menjadi penyebab nyeri. Dalam penelitian ini, 100 gram coklat hitam diberikan saat dismenore mulai dirasakan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pemberian coklat hitam (Dark chocolate) terhadap intensitas dismenore pada remaja putri di SMAN 1 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental design menggunakan metode  pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh siswi kelas X di SMAN 1 Jember yang mengalami dismenore, sebanyak 207 siswi. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dan diperoleh sebanyak 30 siswi. Pengukuran intensitas dismenore dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), kemudian analisis menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0.001 ( 0,005 ) yang berarti ada pengaruh pemberian coklat hitam (Dark chocolate) terhadap intensitas dismenore pada remaja putri. Dimana intensitas dismenore sesudah diberikan intervensi mengalami penurunan rata-rata 1,30. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan coklat hitam dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif non farmakologi untuk mengurangi nyeri dismenore.
