<![CDATA[Indonesia needs leaders who are able to face complex challenges in various fields, such as political, economic, social, and environmental. However, the quality of leaders in Indonesia is still far from expectations, especially in terms of integrity, effective leadership, and the ability to tackle complex problems. Education is one of the important factors in shaping the generation of qualified leaders. This study aims to analyse leadership education strategies in schools that are effective in shaping a generation of quality leaders. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that leadership education in schools is an important strategy in building a generation of qualified leaders. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive and integrated programme is needed in the school curriculum such as instilling leadership values early on, providing leadership training to students, creating mentoring and self-development programmes, and encouraging students to be involved in leadership activities at school. Teachers and school staff should have the knowledge and skills in guiding students in developing their leadership abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education plays a vital role in the development of children's mature personalities. The lack of adequate character education strengthening in schools is an issue that requires attention. As facilitators, companions, and sources in the process of conveying knowledge to students about the importance of character education in elementary school, teachers must play a crucial role in the development of children's character. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in assisting elementary schools in implementing strategies for improving elementary school students' understanding of character education in order to provide benefits in terms of understanding the obstacles in the application of character education in elementary schools and strategies that can be implemented, particularly for teacher-student communication. Using a literature review, this study determines the elements and tactics that can be implemented in primary schools to improve character education for pupils. Recommendations were made for schools based on the findings, including employing active learning techniques and incorporating character education values into all learning materials. Reflection and evaluation should also be conducted to assist students in comprehending and improving their character education-related behavior. To reach the true aims of character education, it is necessary to overcome obstacles such as schools' lack of preparedness, educators' lack of comprehension, and ineffective learning techniques.]]>

<![CDATA[Student productivity in higher education is still a problem. In the digital era, technology is increasingly developing and provides convenience for doing various things, including in terms of learning. The purpose of this study will be an analysis of the role of ChatGPT in helping to improve the quality of student productivity. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study concludes that ChatGPT can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of student productivity. This language model can help students in various ways, such as providing useful information and resources, helping to improve language skills, facilitating collaboration, increasing time efficiency and effectiveness, and providing support and motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan paper ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tantangan pada pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi pada era disrupsi serta kesiapan Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau analisa konten dalam mengelaborasi temuan penelitian. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang ada di bidang pendidikan era disrupsi di Indonesia, diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan serta kemampuan dibidang teknologi melalui pendidikan dengan menciptakan operator pendidikan yang handal sebagai pendukung kemajuan pendidikan yang ada pada era teknologi informasi di negara Indonesia dalam menghadapi Industri 4.0 yang senantiasa berkembang pesat. Inovasi massif pada pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan masa yang terus terjadi perubahan, khususnya di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Era ini membawa pengaruh yang begitu banyak di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Oleh karenanya lulusan intitusi pendidikan kita di indonesia wajib memiliki keterampilan abad 21 dalam menghadapi kebutuhan, tuntutan serta tantangan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah muncul. Supaya bisa bersaing di era disrupsi ini diperlukan inovasi serta pembaharuan pada sistem, kemampuan SDM, kurikulum, prasarana dan sarana, etos kerja, tata kelola, budaya serta lainnya. Jika tidak dilakukan maka pendidikan bakal semakin usang serta tertinggal. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sejumlah langkah konkret pada pendidikan di Indonesia agar dapat bersaing di zaman ini termasuk dengan ikut mendisrupsikan diri.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mempelajari serta menggambarkan (1) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X, (2) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan emosional (EQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X, serta (3) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X. Subjek pada kajian ini ialah 50 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta wawancara, serta dianalisa dengan pendekatan eksplanatori memakai metode deskriptif. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan intelektual di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X tergolong "baik", (2) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan emosional di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X juga tergolong "baik", serta (3) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan spiritual di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X juga tergolong "baik".]]>

<![CDATA[Sebagian besar orang memiliki media sosial baik anak-anak, remaja, orang dewasa bahkan sampai lansia juga memiliki media sosial. Media sosial mudah diakses dimana saja dan memiliki manfaat yang banyak dalam berbagai bidang, media sosial juga mampu membentuk karakter seseorang menjadi lebih baik ataupun sebaliknya. Khususnya karakter anak-anak dan remaja adalah yang paling mudah berubah karena media sosial, banyak dari mereka masih belum bisa membedakan apa yang baik dan buruk, apa yang harus dilihat dan apa yang tidak boleh dilihat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap pembentukan karakter pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 2 di SDN Cipayung 05 Bekasi beserta orang tua siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara, untuk melihat apakah ada peran orang tua saat anak menggunakan media sosial, apakah media sosial memiliki peran dalam pembentukan karakter anak yang baik ataupun sebaliknya dan juga melihat sikap anak baik pada orang tua ataupun pada masyarakat dilingkugannya.]]>

<![CDATA[Finding best practices in human resource management, especially in advancing global tourism, both services and goods, is an exciting topic, mainly when much scientific evidence has been investigated in various advanced provinces in the tourism industry. To obtain valid data to support this research question, we collect several publications which are scientific evidence in the field and analyze them using a phenomenological approach which includes, among others, in-depth data coding systems, in-depth evaluation, and data synthesis and interpretation to obtain valid findings to answer the research problem. We electronically scoured many literary data sources for our data. Next, we made a descriptive qualitative report, in which we looked at various points of view with findings including that the key to tourism success, as in several provinces in Indonesia, lies in the skills and excellence of government and private human resources in managing tourism to make their province the best tourist destination. Those are some reviews from various studies that are scientific evidence to answer this study question. Hopefully useful for further studies.]]>

<![CDATA[As a pluralistic country, peace still seems to be a mere wishful thinking. Because all this time conflicts that are rooted in pluralism have injured and damaged the peace that was actually agreed upon by the founders of the nation. The purpose of this research was to find out the conflict resolution learning model as a strategic effort in building peace in the midst of Indonesia's diversity. The method used in this research was a library method or approach. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation and literature. The data obtained were then analyzed in depth and presented descriptively. The results of this research indicated that strategic efforts to build peace in the midst of Indonesia's diversity are carried out by educational institutions through the application of conflict resolution learning models. The application of the conflict resolution learning model aims to train students' skills in solving critical problems, communication, and interpersonal skills better. Conflict resolution methods can optimize student competence, especially training social values, social sensitivity and problem solving skills. In relation to the diversity of the Indonesian nation, there is a significant influence from the use of conflict resolution learning models on students' multicultural attitudes. The multicultural attitude of students who take part in learning with the conflict resolution learning model obtains good results.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses multimedia's effectiveness for accelerated or post-pandemic low learning at the elementary school level. Very few data findings discuss the effectiveness of post-pandemic technology-based learning. An electronic data search will be carried out on various literature related to the two variables above to overcome this problem. Next, we analyze the data using a phenomenological approach that involves a deep data coding system and high integration and ends with the principle of high validity to answer the issues and problems we have formed above. After going through a series of studies and presentation of existing data, this study is believed to have produced several findings, including the application of multimedia for the elementary level, efforts to accelerate learning loss due to the impact of the Pandemic have proven to be able to provide several conveniences and be innovative in its implementation. The reason is that multimedia attracts learners and allows learning to find new things that cannot be done manually. These findings will be the best contribution to the development of multimedia learning for post-pandemic elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed at interviewing university students of Perbanas Institute Jakarta; through focus group discussion interviews, we have received inputs in the form of accurate information about the advantages and benefits students get when they enroll in the institute's banking and finance department. After collecting the data, we analyzed it to understand which would answer the study problems mentioned above. As for the first process, we read the touchscreen interview results and then tried it so that we were able to compile a data concept according to the question and answer segments. After a series of data analyses, there are some advantages that students get while studying and preparing for a career, among others. Successful banking is certainly backed up by Technology and supported by faith resources who understand banking theory and practice in an era that is now increasingly millennial.
