Abstract

Abstract Changes in the economic field can be felt in that financial activities are carried out more easily and instantly, thereby saving time and effort. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Lifestyle, Cashless Society, and e-WOM simultaneously on the decision to use the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code payment system. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019 who had used QRIS among students of the Islamic University of Malang. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that partially Lifestyle and Cashless Society had a significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system, while electronic word of mouth had no significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system. Simultaneously Lifestyle, Cashless Society, and e-WOM have a significant effect on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard payment system. Keywords: Lifestyle, Cashless Society, e-WOM, Consumer Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, perceived price and product quality on purchasing intentions of ivory mas cooking oil. This research uses consumer studies at the Hadi Jaya store in Malang City. The data obtained in this study by distributing questionnaires to consumers of ivory mas cooking oil at the Hadi Jaya shop. This study used a purposive sampling method using the slovin formula to determine the number of samples and it can be seen that the number of samples is 90 respondents. The analytical method in this study is the research instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test, t test) and processing determination coefficient test the data used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price perceptions and product quality simultaneously influence the purchase intention of ivory cooking oil. Meanwhile, brand image, price perception and product quality simultaneously and partially affect the purchase intention of ivory mas cooking oil. Keywords:: Brand image, price perception and product quality.

Abstract

Abstract In this research, the researcher aims to determine the existence of influence brand image, lifestyle and quality product on purchasing di decisions. This type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study used non-probability sampling which was obtained from the number of consumers who bought Iphone products at Billphone Malang from February to July 2023 as many as 215 consumers. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with the slovin method and a total sample of 68 respondents who had made purchases at Billphone Malang was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained by researchers that partially brand image influences purchasing decisions, lifestyle influences purchasing decisions and product quality influences purchasing decisions of Malang Billphone customers. Meanwhile, it was simultaneously found that brand image, lifestyle and product quality had an influence on the purchasing decisions of Billphone Malang customers.  Keywords :Brand Image, Lifestyle, Product Quality and Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, product quality and brand trust on repurchase (case study on Wardah consumers at Bravo Tulungagung Store). In this study, the number of the population is unknown. Therefore, this study uses the Lemeshow formula to determine the number of samples, with a result of 100 respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data sources as well as data collection methods using online questionnaires (Google From). For data analysis, SPSS Version 25 software was used to analyze instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of this study show that the variables of brand awareness, product quality and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. The brand awareness variable had a significant effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. Product quality variables have a significant effect on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. However, the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on the repurchase of Wardah products at the Bravo Tulungagung Store. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Product Quality, Brand Trust, Repurchase

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of viral marketing, endorsements, and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are city residents who use Geamoore perfume and the exact population size is not yet known. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 95 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that viral marketing, endorsements, and brand ambassadors simultaneously and partially influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Viral marketing, endorsement, brand ambassador, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of ease of use, usability, and trust on users' decisions in using e-wallet (DANA). Technological advances have changed people's needs for safe and fast payment systems. Along with the increase in internet users via smartphones, various payment applications have emerged which have become a trend among society, especially the younger generation. E-wallets have become a very popular digital payment option in Indonesia, one of which is DANA. The research methodology used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research focused on people living in the city of Malang, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. To test the research hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The test results showed that both simultaneously and partially, perceived ease of use (X1), usefulness (X2), and trust (X3) had a positive and significant influence on usage decision (Y). Keywords: Perception Ease of Use, Usefullness, Trust, Decision to Use

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken, Tlogomas Branch. The total population in the study reached a total of 600 consumers with a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique approach. This research source uses primary data sources and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. This research was tested using instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that service quality, product quality and price have a simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken, Tlogomas Branch. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality, customer loyalty, brand equity on Xioami smartphone users. The research used is a descriptive quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study is the people of Mangunan Village, Udanawu District, Blitar Regency with a total population of 3,589. While the sample formula used is using the slovin formula with a purposive sampling approach with a total of 98 samples. The sample that is focused in this research is Xiaomi smartphone users. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used is instrument test; validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis test, hypothesis test: partial t test, Sobel test. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that perceived quality (perceived quality) has an indirect effect on customer loyalty (consumer loyalty) through brand equity (brand equity) as an intervening variable or intermediate variable. Keywords: Perceived Quality, Customer Loyalty, Brand Equity

Abstract

Abstract Social media functions as a medium for communication and socialization but can also be utilized for various purposes. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing, word of mouth, and product quality on brand awareness of the Davi Mbois Store Malang's products. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a Likert scale, resulting in 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires.The results show that digital marketing, word of mouth, and product quality simultaneously (F) significantly impact brand awareness. Partially, the variables of digital marketing (X1) and product quality (X3) have a significant effect on brand awareness (Y), while word of mouth (X2) does not have a significant partial effect (t). The simultaneous test results indicate that variations or changes in brand awareness can be explained by digital marketing, word of mouth, and product quality. The partial test results show that digital marketing and product quality significantly affect brand awareness, while word of mouth does not significantly affect brand awareness. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Word of Mouth, Product Quality and Brand Awareness

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of operational time, service quality, product variety and price on customer satisfaction among grocery store buyers. This research uses a quantitative description method. The respondents for this research were 94 respondents as customers at the Lowokwaru District grocery store who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the maholtra formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire consisting of 2 variables, namely operational time, service quality, product variety, price and customer satisfaction. Data obtained from respondents was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Operational time, service quality, product variety and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (2) Operational time has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (3) Service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (4) Product variety has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers.
