Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict the population of Kediri Regency in the year 2030. Kediri Regency was selected because the region hosts an industry with national and international scale. The research method employed in this study is a literature-based approach utilizing population data obtained from the official website of the Government of Kediri Regency. The modeling approach applied is based on differential equations, specifically the Bernoulli growth model. The result of this study shows that the predicted population of Kediri Regency in 2030 is 1,590,753 people. When compared to the population in 2020, this result indicates a decrease of 44,541 people. Nevertheless, the predicted population remains relatively high, so when linked to government policy, several adjustments are required, similar to those implemented during the period from 2010 to 2020. The results of this study are important for the regency government as a basis for formulating policies, particularly in the industrial sector. Regions that develop as industrial areas require data-based planning, so the results of mathematical equation calculations can be used as objective references. Through appropriate policies, it is expected that local communities, especially local residents, can work and build their careers within their own region. Thus, the potential of local human resources can be maintained and utilized optimally. In addition, this study can also be applied by researchers or local governments in other regions to predict population size and adjust policies according to the conditions of their communities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran hadis harian pada anak usia dini merupakan fondasi strategis dalam pembentukan karakter religius di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam mengajarkan hadis harian di RA Ummi, menggambarkan penerapan metode murojaah, serta menganalisis pemanfaatan media digital sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terutama terhadap guru kelas, kepala sekolah, wali murid, dan anak. Analisis data dilakukan melalui model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran hadis dirancang secara tematik dan kontekstual, didukung metode murojaah yang konsisten melalui pengulangan di sekolah dan rumah. Pemanfaatan media digital berupa video dan audio terbukti meningkatkan antusiasme, fokus, dan daya ingat anak. Sinergi guru dan orang tua menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan, meskipun masih ditemui kendala teknis dan keterbatasan waktu. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi dan pengembangan media digital yang lebih interaktif untuk pembelajaran hadis anak usia dini.

Abstract

Basic Science learning requires practicum modules that facilitate systematic, structured, and learning-outcome-oriented experimental experiences. However, the modules used so far have not fully met the aspects of independent learning, clarity of work steps, and integration between concepts and practice. This study aims to develop experiment-based practicum modules for Basic Biology, Basic Physics, and Basic Chemistry using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The development stage involved validation by five experts, namely experts in biology, physics, chemistry, media, and language, as well as student response tests. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive quantitative analysis, involving calculating percentages of validation scores and student responses, which were then interpreted against predetermined validity criteria. The validation results showed a highly valid category across almost all aspects, with 88–93% in material validation, 88–95% in media validation, and 81% in student responses. The student response test involved 25 respondents, who were selected to assess the practicality and usability of the developed practicum module. Revisions were made based on validator input, such as improving image quality, refining language, and standardizing the practicum structure. Overall, the developed module was deemed feasible and effective as teaching material to support Basic Science practicum learning. This study also recommends further development through the integration of interactive digital media and trials on a larger scale. Keywords: development, experimental modules, basic science

Abstract

This study examined of lecturer interaction on students’ learning outcomes, with learning motivation serving as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative explanatory design using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study was conducted in the Tadris Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (TIPA) Study Program at UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri and involved 22 fifth-semester students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire measuring lecturer interaction, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. The results showed that lecturer interaction did not have a significant direct effect on students’ learning outcomes. However, lecturer interaction had a significant positive effect on learning motivation, and learning motivation significantly influenced learning outcomes. The mediation analysis further revealed that learning motivation significantly mediated the relationship between lecturer interaction and learning outcomes. These findings indicate that lecturer interaction contributes to student learning outcomes indirectly by strengthening learning motivation. The study highlights the importance of creating meaningful lecturer–student interaction in higher education as a way to foster student motivation and improve academic achievement. Therefore, efforts to enhance learning outcomes should focus not only on instructional delivery but also on building supportive and motivating academic interactions.

Abstract

This research aims to increase students’ knowledge and skills in producing environmentally friendly liquid dish soap while developing entrepreneurial aspects. The process of making this soap uses chemicals such as texapon, salt, citric acid, and other ingredients that are processed with structured methods to produce quality and environmentally safe products. The results showed that this eco-friendly dish soap is not only effective in cleaning dirt, but also has economic value that can be developed as a business opportunity. This product has the potential to become a business with high competitiveness because it offers environmentally friendly advantages that are in demand by the market. In addition, this innovation also equips students with entrepreneurial skills, such as production management and marketing, which can help them achieve economic independence. Thus, this research has a positive impact both in terms of economy and environmental preservation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif, minat belajar, dan aktivitas siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan Kahoot pada materi usaha dan energi. Hasil belajar kognitif dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada kemampuan siswa dalam menguasai, memahami, dan menerapkan konsep IPA yang mencakup proses berpikir dari tingkat rendah hingga tinggi (C1–C6). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada 22 siswa kelas VIII MTs SA Jabal Nuur, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, angket, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang konsisten, di mana nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 65,2 pada pra-siklus menjadi 72,4 pada siklus I dan 82,1 pada siklus II, ketuntasan klasikal dari 40,9% menjadi 86,4%, minat belajar dari 2,8 menjadi 4,1, serta aktivitas siswa dari 45% menjadi 85%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TGT dengan Kahoot mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis gamifikasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan serta hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot yang diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam seluruh sintaks TGT, bukan hanya sebagai alat evaluasi, menjadi keunikan yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Hasil belajar mahasiswa banyak yang rendah, oleh karen itu berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa membutuhkan sumber belajar yang meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan mahasiswa berupa sumber belajar pada mata kuliah endokrinologi. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan berdasarkan tahapan pertama dari model ADDIE yaitu Analisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Biologi. Sampel dipilih bagi yang pemintaan Kesehatan.Kuesioner diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang telah mengambil mata kuliah endokrinologi dan dosen endokrinologi. Hasil analisis angket dosen dan mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memerlukan bahan ajar tambahan berupa e-modul berbasis penelitian yang memuat contoh-contoh kontekstual. Hal ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa Biologi belum memiliki bahan ajar e-modul berbasis penelitian yang memuat contoh konkrit/kontekstual, sehingga perlu dikembangkan sumber belajar berupa e-modul.

Abstract

Hakikat sains yang mencakup produk, proses, dan sikap ilmiah dimuat dalam inquiry-based learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah inquiry-based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Jawa Timur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa calon guru IPA yang berjumlah 40 orang yang terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 35 perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes hasil belajar aspek kognitif tentang materi perubahwan wujud zat yang berjumlah 20 soal dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa pada pretest yaitu 16,85 dan meningkat menjadi 18,72 pada posttest. Jumlah mahasiswa yang mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar pada kategori sedang yaitu 77,5 %. Hasil analisis rata-rata N-gain yaitu 0,43 yang juga menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan inquiry-based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru IPA.
