Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of the use of mini ponds to the productivity of cocoa plants by providing organic fertilizer of goat manure and POC of goat urine and to determine the response of the control treatment without the use of mini ponds on the productivity of cocoa plants. This experiment was carried out in Widoro Hamlet, Bunder Village, Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The altitude is 550 m above sea level (asl), the type of soil is gromosol, with a soil pH of 5.5-6.7, the average temperature is 22o C-31oC, and the rainfall is 1,564.00 mm/year. This research was conducted in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments, namely treatment T0 control without ponds, Treatment T1: Goat dung fertilizer was directly given to the tree and POC was directly given to the tree, Treatment T2: Goat dung fertilizer was directly given to the tree and POC Treatment is given directly to the pond, Treatment T3: goat manure is directly applied to the pond and POC is directly given to the trees, Treatment T4: goat manure is directly given to the pond and POC is directly given to the pond and each treatment is repeated five times. Analysis of the results of observations using a 5% level of variance followed by the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) distance test at a level of = 5%. The results showed that the use of mini ponds and the application of goat manure and goat urine POC had no significant effect on crown height, number of branches, leaf width, number of flower buds, number of nipples, number of nipple wilts, number of harvested fruits, number of large fruits, number of fruits. small size, number of diseased fruit, weight of harvested fruit, weight of skin, weight of fresh seeds and weight of dry seeds. However, the use of mini ponds and the application of goat manure and goat urine POC had a significant effect on stem circumference, leaf length and light intensity.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendalami strategi kepemimpinan transformasional yang dapat diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah guna meningkatkan partisipasi keluarga di sekolah. Dengan memanfaatkan studi literatur dan analisis pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi beragam teori dan konsep yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan transformasional serta peran keluarga dalam proses pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, yang ditandai oleh kemampuan untuk menginspirasi, memfasilitasi, dan memberdayakan, memiliki potensi besar dalam mendorong partisipasi keluarga. Beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan keluarga, melibatkan mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta menyediakan berbagai program dan aktivitas yang melibatkan partisipasi keluarga. Diharapkan, peningkatan partisipasi keluarga ini akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, prestasi siswa, dan terciptanya iklim sekolah yang positif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah merupakan faktor kunci dalam membangun kemitraan yang solid antara sekolah dan keluarga, sehingga hal ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari para pemimpin di bidang pendidikan. Abstract

Abstrak: Hasil belajar memiliki tiga ranah yaitu kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik, merupakan bagian peting dari suatu proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat tujuan pembelajaran, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas modul berbasis inquiry based instructions pada materi sistem ekskresi terhadap hasil belajar Siswa di SMA XI IPA. Penelitian kuasi eksperimen mengunakan pre-test and post-test control group design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 36 siswa XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan modul dan 36 siswa XI IPA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol mengunakan metode ceramah. Data dikumpulkan mengunakan tehnik tes berupa 30 soal pilihan ganda. Data dianalisis dengan uji t-test mengunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan uji t-test di kelas ekskperimen di peroleh probalitas (p) -7,285 (p<0.05), jadi H0 ditolak. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan postest siswa yang menggunakan modul dengan gain skore sebesar 0,45. Hasil belajar pada kelas kontrol juga meningkat namun tidak sebesar pada kelas eksperimen gain skore sebesar 0,24. Dapat disimpulkan IBI modul meningkatkan hasil belajar Siswa di SMA kelas XI IPA. Abstract

Supportive communication from best friends plays a role in providing emotional support for patients. This research aims to describe the supportive communication process of best friends toward major depressive disorder patients in an effort to provide emotional support. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews. This research applies a purposive sampling technique to get subjects that are in accordance with the research objectives. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses credible subject competence, namely a person with their best friend who is a patient with depressive disorder with a diagnosis from a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. The results showed that the supportive communication process can take works well because of the supportive behaviors applied in the friendship relationship. However, the best friend informants of partners I and II are not the same in applying supportive behavior. Best friend in the first pair can apply all supportive behaviors to patient, in the form of: description, problem orientation, spontaneity, empathy, equality, and provisionalism. While best friend in pair II apply four supportive behaviors in the form of: problem orientation, spontaneity, empathy and equality.

Abstract

Perkembangan TIK yang begitu pesat memberikan dampak yang besar diberbagai sektor kehidupan. Pendidikan merupakan sektor yang menerima dampak secara langsung. Digitalisasi dalam bidang pendidikan semakin masif dilakukan. Pemanfaatan media berbasis TIK menjadi tulang punggung proses bembelajaran di masa kini. Guru harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembagan TIK agar proses pembelajaran dapat dilaukan semakin maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi digital serta mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik personal berupa sikap dan minat, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kompetensi digital guru Sekolah XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru sekolah XYZ sebanyak 204 responden, yang tersebar dibeberapa kota di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui microsoft office form. Data diolah dengan melakukan Uji T dan Uji F untuk melihat perbedaan kompetensi digital diantara kelompok. Analisis regresi linear digunakan untuk melihat pegaruh setiap variable bebas terhadap variable terikatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan kompetensi digital guru berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman mengajar dan latar belakang pendidikan. Namun terjadi perbedaan signifikan antara guru mengajar SMP dengan SMA. Hasil uji regresi menemukan bahwa karakteristik personal dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi digital guru sekolah XYZ. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of: 1) the managerial ability of the madrasa principal on teacher performance, 2) the example of the madrasa head on teacher performance, 3) the effect of managerial ability and the example of the madrasa principal simultaneously on the performance of teachers at Private MTs Pondok Aren District. This research is quantitative research using survey method and analytic descriptive approach. The population that became the object of research were all private madrasah tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers with a total sample of 145 teachers. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is correlation and regression techniques. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) there is a significant effect of the managerial ability of the madrasah head on teacher performance of 33.68%, 2) there is a significant effect of the exemplary head of the madrasa on teacher performance of 7.08%, 3) there is an effect of managerial ability and the simultaneous example of the madrasah principal on teacher performance is 40.8%, the better the managerial ability and exemplary principal of the madrasah, the teacher's performance will increase. These findings imply that the managerial ability and example of the madrasah principal are two factors that have an influence on teacher performance, but there are many other factors that influence the performance of MTs swasta teachers in Pondok Aren District.

Abstract

This research examines how the Pancasila Student Profile (PSP) is put into practice at SDN 03 Koto Tangah. The PSP, similar to the Character Education (PPK) framework from the 2013 curriculum, aims to nurture students who are lifelong learners. Its core purpose is to develop students with strong moral character, the ability to compete globally, sharp critical thinking skills, and innovative ideas, all in line with its established benchmarks. Specifically, this study looked at the degree to which the PSP was implemented at the school. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study was conducted at SDN 03 Koto Tangah. Primary data was collected from teachers, while secondary data came from students and the principal. Data was gathered through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis involved reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data. The results showed that the PSP aspect averaged 72%, which was classified as "Very Developed." Student surveys on their perceptions of the PSP also averaged 72%, indicating it was "Developed" overall. The highest score, 77%, was for the "Faith, piety to God Almighty, and noble character" aspect, showing considerable success in fostering spiritual and moral values. While the "Independent" and "Creative" aspects were slightly lower at 69%, they were still considered "Developed." Interestingly, no major differences in perception were found between male and female students. Factors supporting the PSP's implementation included teachers having significant autonomy in their teaching. However, a key obstacle was the curriculum's absence of a specific subject for the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile and Work Culture (P5BK), which meant teachers couldn't fully concentrate on delivering the PSP content.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (ICB) Study Program as they strive to improve their English public speaking skills and to explain the strategies employed by both students and lecturers in overcoming these challenges. This study was motivated by the gap between English language learning, which previously focused on grammar and reading, and the real needs of ICB students in public speaking in the context of Islam and media. This study used a qualitative approach with a classroom-based research design involving 31 students in the study program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis and analyzed thematically. The study findings demonstrate three main findings: (1) learning public speaking based on professional contexts opens up great opportunities to increase student participation, self-confidence, and communicative abilities, (2) main challenges include speaking anxiety, limited vocabulary, and lack of authentic exposure, and (3) effective strategies include a task-based approach, the use of digital technology, and active collaboration between lecturers and students. This finding confirms the need to develop a contextual and integrative English for specific purposes (ESP) curriculum for ICB students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterlibatan dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dalam pembelajaran konvensional yang cenderung pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan STEAM terhadap keterlibatan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), serta mengkaji respons berdasarkan gender. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol nonekuivalen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 034 Kampung Bugis, melibatkan 53 peserta didik kelas IV. Sampel dibagi menjadi kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif STEAM QUEST meliputi tahap Question (pertanyaan ajaib), Understand (berburu jawaban), Explore (membuat model), Solve (uji coba), dan Tell (bagikan cerita), kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Data kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir, sedangkan data keterlibatan dikumpulkan menggunakan angket pada akhir penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendekatan STEAM memberikan pengaruh signifikan dan lebih unggul pada ketiga variabel. Terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam keterlibatan dengan nilai p = 0,002, peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan N-Gain 0,41 kategori sedang di kelas eksperimen berbanding 0,26 di kelas kontrol serta nilai p = 0,032, dan hasil belajar dengan nilai p = 0,002. Analisis gender menunjukkan pendekatan ini menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dengan menyempitnya kesenjangan gender. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis STEAM secara signifikan lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan aspek-aspek tersebut dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional, serta mendorong partisipasi yang lebih seimbang antar gender.

Abstract

This qualitative study explored the integration of the Talaqqiyan Fikriyan method and the Sorogan model in Qur'anic education at Islamic Center eLKISI, Mojokerto, East Java. The study employed observation, interviews, and documentation over a period of three months to gather comprehensive data on the implementation and outcomes of the integrated method. The results indicate improvements in students' discipline, honesty, empathy, and spiritual awareness. The integration of reflective thinking and individualized instruction led to improvements ranging from 18% to 33% in students’ moral and spiritual indicators. Teachers also observed stronger student motivation and improved teacher-student interactions. These findings underscore the relevance of traditional Islamic pedagogy in enhancing character-based education.
