The commemoration of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday is not only a spiritual momentum but also serves as a learning medium to shape student character, especially in time management and productivity. This community service program aims to integrate the Islamic values taught by the Prophet into students' lives through creative activities based on the Prophet's birthday. The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves students actively in problem identification, activity implementation, reflection, and evaluation. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Sangatta Selatan, and it included various activities, such as inspirational lectures, creative competitions, and joint reflections. Results showed that students experienced increased understanding and motivation in using time productively. The post-activity survey noted changes in students' positive attitudes towards time management, contributing to their Islamic character building. This research contributes to the development of Islamic values-based character education approaches, particularly in addressing the challenges of young people in the digital era who often experience problems in time management.

This study aims to examine the integration of multicultural values in maintaining social harmony amid cultural and religious diversity in Sangatta, East Kutai. Sangatta is recognised as a multicultural area inhabited by various ethnic groups and adherents of different religions, making it essential to understand how its community preserves social cohesion in daily life. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings reveal that harmony in Sangatta is fostered through interreligious and intercultural social interactions, community cooperation (gotong royong), early education on tolerance, community deliberation, and open communication. However, several challenges persist, including limited interaction among specific ethnic or religious groups, the lack of informal intercultural activities, and low youth participation in interfaith engagements. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the roles of social institutions such as the Interfaith Harmony Forum (FKUB), increase youth involvement, and organise sustainable intercultural programs. These efforts are vital to reinforcing the foundations of harmony and positioning Sangatta as a model for peaceful multicultural coexistence

This research aims to describe the management of school climate, state heads of schools in managing school climate, and challenge the management of school climate in primary education institutions. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. The results are: In managing the school climate, the principal formulates ethical values, inspires enthusiasm, adjusts school goals, and fosters commitment, mutual respect and trust, and cooperation. Then, the principal's strategy in managing the school climate is carried out by setting an example, increasing motivation, and increasing discipline, and commitment. Meanwhile, the challenges in managing the school climate are absenteeism, matching the teacher's educational background, and communication between parents and teachers in the learning process.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning methods on learning outcomes and students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) subjects for Class VIII at MT Hubbul Wathon Sangatta Selatan. This study uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research type using a non-equivalent control group design. The study population was 48 students of class VIII A and VIII B, with a sample size of 44 students, each class consisting of 22 students from the experimental class and the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests (pre- and post-tests), observation, and recording. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain tests, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). The results showed that the average learning outcomes of students in the experimental class increased from 61.14% in the previous class to 84.09% in the next class, while in the control class increased from 63.41% to 77.73%. The results of the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed and the homogeneity test showed that the variances of the two groups were identical. The t-test results showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. Thus, the cooperative learning method has a positive and effective effect in improving student learning outcomes and understanding in the Islamic Religious Education subject for Class VIII MT Hubbul Wathon Sangatta Selatan.

This study aims to examine the transformation of Islamic Boarding School Management in the digital era by focusing on the integration of traditional values and technological innovation at Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, South Sangatta. A qualitative field research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation for data collection. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with a thematic approach. The findings reveal that digital transformation occurs in a gradual and adaptive manner, encompassing the digitalization of administration, the enhancement of technology-supported learning, and the strengthening of digital communication integrated into managerial functions. Digitalization is found to be complementary (augmentative) rather than substitutive, where technology reinforces rather than replaces traditional practices, with Islamic values such as adab (ethics), akhlaq (morality), and the authority of the kyai serving as the core guiding principles. However, the transformation process faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among human resources, and cultural resistance. This study proposes the Value-Embedded Adaptive Digital Transformation Model, which emphasizes the integration of core values, digital innovation, and adaptive management as key determinants of successful transformation. The findings contribute theoretically to the development of Islamic education management and provide practical implications for pesantren governance in the digital era.

The changing landscape of education in the digital era demands that teachers not only be pedagogically competent, but also adaptable to technology and inspiring in values. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve the quality of education at the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School in South Sangatta through integrated digital literacy training that encompasses professional, spiritual, and ethical aspects. The implementation method uses a participatory training approach with hands-on practice involving 25 teachers and educational staff. The training was carried out in three main stages: delivering conceptual material, practicing using digital tools (Canva for Education, Google Workspace, and Padlet), and professional reflection. The results of the activity showed significant improvements in digital literacy aspects (48%), understanding of the role of inspirational teachers (35%), and awareness of digital ethics (29%). Participants were able to integrate technology into learning in line with the Islamic boarding school's character values and spirituality. In addition to individual improvement, the Al-Munawwir Digital Inspirational Teacher Community (GIDA) was also formed as a forum for sustainability and collaboration after the training. These results reinforce Prensky's digital wisdom theory and support Fullan & Quinn's deep learning framework, which emphasizes the balance between knowledge, skills, and character in education. This activity contributes to the development of an integrative-holistic training model for Islamic boarding school teachers that combines digital skills and value modeling. These findings are expected to be replicated in other faith-based educational institutions to strengthen the professionalism of inspiring, adaptive teachers in responding to educational changes in the digital era.

Natural disasters in Indonesia not only cause ecological damage but also profound social and spiritual impacts on multireligious communities. In Aceh and Sumatra, post-disaster recovery processes demonstrate that environmental reconstruction is inextricably linked to religious and multicultural dynamics. This study aims to analyze the role of interfaith dialogue in post-disaster ecological recovery using a multicultural ecotheology framework. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach grounded in conceptual literature, analyzing academic works, theological documents, and socio-religious practices that have developed in the context of Aceh and Sumatra. The results indicate that interfaith dialogue functions as an ecotheological praxis that shapes collective ecological awareness, strengthens social solidarity, and integrates religious values with local wisdom in environmental recovery efforts. Collaborative interfaith practices such as reforestation, faith-based ecological education, and shared reflective rituals create a shared spiritual space that supports simultaneous social and ecological reconstruction. This study argues that the interfaith approach can be understood as a form of practical ecological theology that contributes to the development of socio-ecological peace in post-disaster communities. This research makes a theoretical contribution by offering a model of interfaith, multicultural ecotheology that is relevant to the development of contextual theology and ecological restoration policies in pluralistic societies.

Pendidikan dasar merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembangunan individu dan masyarakat. Kualitas pendidikan dasar memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan generasi masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur, proses peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur melalui implementasi manajemen strategik, dan problem serta solusi peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan di MIN 1 Kutai Timur. Metode Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. dan analisis datanya menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu: mutu lembaga pendidikan MIN 1 Kutai Timur telah mencapai mutu yang baik, walaupun masih terdapat kekurangan yang masih terus dibenahi. Adapun proses peningkatan mutu dilakukan melalui implementasi manajemen strategis yang terdiri dari: pembaharuan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, investasi teknologi dan meningkatkan kemitraan. Sementara problemnya adalah: keterbatasan sumber daya, anggaran dan fasilitas; kurangnya pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional, pelibatan orang tua siswa dan komunitas lokal. Solusinya adalah melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional untuk guru, revisi kurikulum, investasi dalam fasilitas dan sumber daya, keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas, dan manajemen keuangan yang efisien. Solusi-solusi ini juga dapat membantu lembaga untuk menjadi pusat pembelajaran yang inklusif, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada hasil.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of records management, its impact on improving the quality of administrative services, and the problems and solutions of archive management at SMK Islam Nurul Hikmah Sangatta. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal and administrative staff and were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that records management has been implemented through systematic recording, classification, and storage of archives, although it is still managed manually and has not been supported by digitalization. The implementation has positively contributed to the improvement of administrative service quality, particularly in terms of speed, efficiency, and accessibility of information. However, several obstacles remain, including limited facilities, the absence of digital systems and data backup, and the lack of written guidelines. Therefore, strengthening a standardized digital-based records management system is necessary to improve the quality of administrative services effectively and sustainably.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the school library in building a positive image of educational institutions and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors at SMP BP Daarussholah Sangatta Selatan. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the Head of Library and the Vice Principal for Curriculum. Data analysis used the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the library marketing strategy was implemented through the Literacy Friday program, integration with learning activities, student motivation, and reward systems. Supporting factors include school policies, BOS funding, literacy programs, external cooperation, and positive student responses. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities and infrastructure, inadequate book collections, low reading interest influenced by technology, and budget constraints. The strategy has contributed positively to the school's image but still requires a more systematic and integrated development.
