Abstract

Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is an approach used in decision making to select the best alternative from a number of given criteria or attributes. This research aims to apply the TOPSIS method in selecting the best marketing staff so that it can become a reference and benchmark for companies in selecting the best marketing staff using a decision support system model. The results of the ranking of the selection of the best marketing staff who got rank 1 with a value of 0.644, namely Ahmad, rank 2 with a value of 0.539, namely Hermawan, rank 3 with a value of 0.529, namely Santoso, rank 4 with a value of 0.443, namely Jayanti, rank 5 with a value of 0.399, namely Heru.

Abstract

UKOT Biovina has a Vision and Mission for empowering women in the development of natural medicines. To produce natural medicine owned by CV. Biovina, used open drying using solar heat to dry raw materials so that they can be used as medicinal products of natural materials. Problems that occur in CV. Biovina is damage that occurs to the dryer they have, a dryer that was previously not suitable for use as CPOTB. So that hygienic is replaced with an electric oven to dry raw materials. This is done because drying using an electric oven is more hygienic, but the use of large electricity causes production costs to increase even though Biovina has not been able to take more profit from sales because several times giving products for free as one of the promotional media. The urgency of the problems in UKOT Biovina is in terms of drying hebal products and also marketing products that are ready to sell. By looking at the existing problems, the PKM proposer team provides solutions to overcome problems according to their respective expertise, namely: ( ( ( to repair damaged dryers so that they can be reused with a closed dryer design so that they are more hygienic, (2) to make sample dryers with much lower electrical energy that can be used indoors to replace electric ovens so that production costs can be reduced, (3). creating a website that can be used as a digital marketing medium so that it can help Biovina in marketing their products. ABSTRAK UKOT Biovina mempunyai Visi dan Misi untuk pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pengembangan obat bahan alam. Untuk memproduksi obat bahan alam yang dimiliki oleh CV. Biovina, digunakan pengeringan terbuka dengan menggunakan panas matahari untuk mengeringkan bahan baku sehingga dapat digunakan menjadi produk obat bahan alam. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada CV. Biovina adalah kerusakan yang terjadi pada alat pengering yang mereka miliki, alat pengering yang sebelumnya sudah tidak layak pakai sebagai CPOTB. Supaya higienis diganti dengan oven listrik untuk mengeringkan bahan baku. Hal tersebut dilakukan karena pengeringan dengan menggunakan oven listrik lebih higienis, namun penggunaan listrik yang besar menyebabkan ongkos produksi menjadi naik padahal Biovina belum bisa mengambil keuntungan lebih dari hasil penjualan karena beberapa kali memberikan produk secara gratis sebagai salah satu media promosi. Urgensi dari permasalahan yang ada di UKOT Biovina adalah dalam hal pengeringan produk hebal dan juga pemasaran produk yang sudah siap jual. Dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada, tim pengusul PKM memberikan solusi mengatasi masalah sesuai kepakaran masing-masing yaitu:( (1) untuk memperbaiki alat pengering yang rusak agar dapat digunakan kembali dengan rancangan alat pengering yang tertutup sehingga lebih higienis, (2) untuk membuatkan alat pengering sampel dengan energi listrik yang jauh lebih rendah yang dapat digunakan di dalam ruangan guna menggantikan oven listrik agar ongkos produksi dapat berkurang, (3). pembuatan website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pemasaran digital sehingga dapat membantu Biovina dalam pemasaran produk mereka. Abstract

Proses pengarsipan surat di Kantor Kelurahan Kleak masih dilakukan secara manual. Surat dicatat  di buku besar dan disimpan dalam bentuk hardcopy yang semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu, membutuhkan tempat penyimpanan yang besar serta waktu yang ekstra untuk mencari surat yang diperlukan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan dilakukannya pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar melalui sistem pengarsipan berbasis website. Tujuan dibangunnya sistem pengarsipan surat berbasis website ini adalah untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan proses pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar dan juga meminimalisir adanya kehilangan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem ini dibangun dan dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengodean atau implementasi, pengujian, operasi dan pemeliharaan. Website pengarsipan ini memiliki dua entitas yaitu Sekretaris sebagai pengelola yang dapat melakukan proses login, input, edit, hapus, lihat dan cari surat sedangkan Staff dapat melakukan proses login, lihat, dan cari surat yang dibutukan. Sistem ini dapat mempermudah dan membantu perangkat di Kantor Kelurahan Kleak dalam proses pengarsipan serta meminimalisir rusak dan hilangnya surat-surat yang ada dan juga membantu proses pencarian surat yang telah diarsipkan Kata Kunci : Sistem Pengarsipan, Arsip Surat, Website, Waterfall. The process of archiving letters at the Kleak Subdistrict Office is still being done manually. by recording them in a ledger, and the storage of letters is in hardcopy form, which increases over time and requires a large storage space as well as extra time to find the required letters. With technological advancements, it is now possible to archive incoming and outgoing letters through a web-based archiving system. The purpose of building this web-based letter archiving system is to simplify the process of archiving incoming and outgoing letters and also to minimize the risk of losing them. The system is built and developed using the waterfall method, starting from analysis, design, coding or implementation, testing, operation, and maintenance. This archiving website has two entities: the Secretary, who is the administrator and can perform login, input, edit, delete, view, and search for letters, while the Staff can perform login, view, and search for the required letters. This system can facilitate and assist the personnel at the Kleak Subdistrict Office in the archiving process, as well as minimize the damage and loss of existing letters, and also help in the search for archived letters Keywords: Archiving System; Mail Archive; Website; Waterfall

Abstract

Margo Jadi Village, Mesuji Timur District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung Province is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) groups in the category of micro businesses engaged in selling marning corn. Marning corn is a snack that is consumed after going through a simple processing. MSME Corn marning Mesuji is managed by an industrial house consisting of several houses, namely Mr. Sahid, Mrs. Lina, Mr. Sumarnak Mrs. Maryati, Mrs. Mislah and Mrs. Sudarsih which were established in 2000. Every member of the MSME marning also cooperates with each other in all matters relating to marning production. Every MSME production of Mesuji marning corn can reach 100 kg per week to be sent out of town such as Jambi city. The production of marning is carried out with inadequate tools, to dry corn which is still conventionally boiled, that is, relying on sunlight. The team provided training on automatic fruit dryer technology which can dry wet corn quickly, not affected by the weather, the water content in boiled corn will be reduced to the maximum and make the drying process more awake and organized. With MSME partners dryers can dry marning corn more hygienic and protected from dust or dirt because corn is dried in a closed room

Abstract

The Head of Warehouse has the main responsibility to manage and supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispensing goods. In addition, the warehouse head is responsible for leading the warehouse staff team, providing the necessary direction, training, and supervision to ensure efficiency and safety in warehouse operations. This study aims to select warehouse heads by applying a combination of MOORA and PIPRECIA methods, as well as GRA and PIPRECIA. The combination of MOORA and PIPRECIA as well as GRA and PIPRECIA will be compared based on the final ranking of the two methods used. Based on the ranking results on the MOORA Method, the highest value with a value of 0.40017 was obtained by FHY with rank 1, a value of 0.36637 was obtained by AGL with rank 2, and a value of 0.35721 was obtained by YLS with rank 3 Based on the rating results on the GRA Method, the highest value with a value of 0.12164 was obtained by AGL with rank 1, a value of 0.12017 was obtained by FHY with rank 2, and a value of 0.1054 obtained by TAN with rank 3. Ranking differences between Multi-Method Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) can arise due to differences in approaches in evaluating and comparing alternatives. The results of the conformity test can be concluded in the selection of warehouse heads who recommend the GRA method compared to the MOORA method, because the results of the conformity level of the GRA method get a value of 99.99919% higher than the MOORA method.

Abstract

Tugu Perang Dunia II, yang dirancang oleh Ir. C.K. Uit den Bosch dan dibangun pada tahun 1946 sebagai penghormatan bagi para korban perang, telah lama menjadi peninggalan sejarah yang sangat berharga. Namun, sayangnya, bentuk asli dari tugu ini telah lenyap akibat proses renovasi dan perbaikan yang telah mengubahnya secara drastis. Kini, masyarakat sulit untuk membayangkan atau mengingat bagaimana tampilan asli dari bangunan ini, karena bukti berupa foto dan dokumen yang dapat mengungkapkannya sangat sulit untuk ditemukan. Dampak dari hilangnya identitas visual asli Tugu Perang Dunia II ini sangat signifikan, terutama dalam konteks pelestarian bangunan bersejarah di Kota Manado, yang juga kaya akan bangunan-bangunan berarsitektur kolonial yang unik. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi 3 dimensi (3D). Dengan bantuan teknologi ini, kita dapat mengembalikan bentuk asli dari tugu ini secara virtual, sehingga generasi masa kini dan masa depan dapat menghargai dan memahami sejarahnya dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perbandingan antara jumlah titik data yang dikumpulkan pada bagian bawah dan bagian atas tugu, yang memiliki tinggi mencapai 40 meter. Dengan batasan sebanyak 150 gambar, perbandingan ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa pengambilan gambar yang lebih banyak di bagian atas akan menghasilkan representasi objek 3D yang lebih akurat dan jelas jika dibandingkan dengan gambar yang lebih banyak di bagian bawah. Ini menjadi langkah penting dalam usaha melestarikan sejarah Tugu Perang Dunia II dan juga menjadi contoh bagaimana teknologi modern dapat digunakan untuk memelihara warisan bersejarah..

Abstract

Problems in selecting the best staff often involve complex challenges such as difficulty finding candidates with good performance. The problems faced in the selection of the best are only based on the assessment of discipline and productivity of performance carried out by the staff, so the assessment process does not use aspects of criteria that are considered important in selecting the best staff.  This study aims to determine the best staff based on predetermined criteria and in determining the selection of the best staff using the Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) decision model while in determining the weight of criteria using the Simplified Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA-S) model so that the weight of the resulting criteria is not based on assumptions from decision makers. The results of the best staff assessment ranking using the Gray Relational Analysis method and the Simplified Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment weighting method obtained the results, namely for Rank 1 obtained by Denis Irawan with a final Gray Relational Analysis value of 0.243014. The results of data processing in the TRITAM Model test for the best staff selection application were adjusted to the conclusion of the overall results of the TRITAM Model criteria for technology acceptance, the results were good at 82.56%.

Abstract

Customer loan eligibility recommendations are an important step in the risk and financial assessment process. To ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction, it is important for financial institutions to consider several key factors. Problems in determining lending include various aspects that include credit risk that is difficult to assess appropriately, insufficient information about potential borrowers, potential fraud that can harm lenders. Regardless, financial institutions must ensure sound risk management and comply with applicable regulations and compliance standards to minimize potential losses and maintain fairness in decision-making related to lending. Cooperatives act as institutions that provide access to loans with more flexible terms than conventional financial institutions. The loan application process involves evaluating the customer's eligibility, which includes an analysis of financial condition, credit history, and repayment capacity. The contribution of this study provides a recommendation for savings and loan cooperatives in lending to customers using a decision support system model. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare customer loan feasibility using a combination of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, namely Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Pivot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment (PIPRECIA). This study aims to determine the ability of both methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of loan feasibility by considering a number of relevant criteria. The results of the customer loan eligibility rating recommend rank 1 with a final value of 0.5127 obtained by Customer K, rank 2 with a final value of 0.432 obtained by Customer I, and rank 3 with a final value of 0.3559 obtained by Customer F.

Abstract

Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is an approach used to evaluate and select alternatives based on several criteria or factors. The purpose of this study is to apply the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method in determining the winner of the coffee roasting competition using criteria namely fragrance, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, sweetness, balance, and cup to profile. With the help of the MABAC method, it will make it easier for the competition committee to determine the winner of the coffee roasting competition. The ranking results using the final results of the MABAC method for rank 1 were obtained with a final score of 8,525 on behalf of participant William, rank 2 was obtained with a final score of 5,525 on behalf of participant Firman, and rank 3 was obtained with a final value of 2,525 on behalf of participant Aditya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemberian pakan ayam otomatis menggunakan modul ESP32 dan penimbangan pakan otomatis. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan presisi dalam memberikan pakan kepada ayam. Modul ESP32 digunakan sebagai otak utama sistem, memfasilitasi komunikasi nirkabel untuk mengatur waktu dan jumlah pakan yang diberikan kepada ayam. Penimbangan pakan otomatis yang terintegrasi membantu mengukur dan mengontrol jumlah pakan yang disalurkan, sehingga mengoptimalkan asupan nutrisi ayam
