Abstract

GMIBM Syaloom Imandi Church is a community service organization under the GMIBM Synod headquartered in Kotamobagu. However, its information management system remains uncomputerized, leading to inefficiencies in church services, such as managing congregational data, worship schedules, church inventory, and ongoing programs. These tasks rely on physical archives and announcements during worship, posing challenges in data retrieval and increasing the risk of data loss. To address these issues, a management information system is proposed to improve the accessibility and reliability of church-related information. The management information system is developed using the Spiral Model and implemented with PHP programming and MySQL database. It provides updated information, managed by the Church Secretary, including the church's history, organizational structure, vision and mission, worship schedules, activities, congregation data, offerings, inventory records, correspondence, and church-related news. The system is web-based, ensuring easy access for users anytime and anywhere. The study resulted in a web-based church management information system that facilitates the Church Secretary in efficiently delivering essential information to the congregation, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. This system ensures seamless communication and better management of church resources and activities.

Abstract

Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) is an important tropical fruit tree in Indonesia, but the supply of uniform and vigorous planting material for orchard establishment remains limited. Polyembryony in duku seeds offers a potential source of clonal seedlings, yet the effects of different polyembryonic seed types and handling methods on seedling vigor are not well documented. This study evaluated early seedling growth of duku derived from zygotic and polyembryonic seeds under farmer managed nursery conditions in Eris Village, North Sulawesi. A randomized complete block design was used with five seed treatments and four replications: zygotic seed with a single embryo (Z1), intact polyembryonic seeds with two embryos (PU2), intact polyembryonic seeds with three embryos (PU3), polyembryonic seeds cut into two sections (PB2), and polyembryonic seeds cut into three sections (PB3). At the end of the nursery phase, number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, and root weight were recorded and analyzed by analysis of variance followed by the least significant difference test at the five percent level. Seed type significantly affected all traits. Zygotic seeds produced seedlings with the highest leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, and root weight. Seedlings from cut polyembryonic seeds (PB2 and PB3) showed intermediate performance, with stem diameter and root weight close to those of zygotic seedlings. In contrast, seedlings from intact polyembryonic seeds with three embryos (PU3) had the lowest leaf number, leaf area, and root weight. These findings indicate that zygotic seeds remain the best option for producing vigorous duku seedlings, while sections of polyembryonic seeds, especially PB2 and PB3, can provide acceptable alternatives when zygotic seeds are limited or when clonal propagation is desired.   Keywords: duku; Lansium domesticum; polyembryonic seeds; seedling vigor; rootstock; nursery management

Abstract

This study develops a decision support system to recommend microcontroller and IoT learning devices for schools, universities, and training centers under realistic budget constraints while considering both technical capability and educational suitability. The alternatives are grouped into three budget tiers and evaluated using nine criteria covering price, CPU frequency, Flash, RAM/PSRAM, connectivity, usable GPIO, ease of learning, learning resources/community, and local availability/warranty. Objective criterion weights are computed using the Entropy method, and tier-wise rankings are produced using Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) through utility scores relative to an ideal alternative. Indicative local price and availability information are compiled from Tokopedia, while qualitative criteria are scored using consistent rubrics to support reproducibility. The results identify ESP32-CAM + baseboard as the top recommendation in Tier 1, LILYGO T-Display S3 in Tier 2, and M5StickC Plus2 in Tier 3; across tiers, Entropy assigns the largest weights to the most discriminative criteria, particularly RAM/PSRAM and, in higher tiers, Flash. The study is limited by market price volatility, approximations in usable GPIO values, and rubric-based qualitative scoring, and it also reflects the tendency of Entropy to concentrate weights on highly dispersed criteria, potentially amplifying outlier advantages. Overall, the proposed tier-aware Entropy–ARAS framework provides a transparent and actionable approach for educational institutions to justify device procurement and usage decisions based on budget, functionality, and learning readiness.

Abstract

This study proposes a decision-support approach for selecting prepaid mobile data packages in Ambon City that balances price, main quota, and validity period. Twelve packages from Telkomsel, XL, Indosat IM3, and Tri were evaluated using four criteria: price, main quota, validity, and price per main gigabyte. TOPSIS was used for ranking, and Entropy and CRITIC were compared as objective weighting methods to examine the effect of weighting choice. Entropy emphasized the main quota, producing a quota-focused evaluation. CRITIC gave greater weight to price and price efficiency, accounting for data variation and criterion correlations. Both methods selected Tri Happy 70GB as the best option. The overall rankings were highly consistent, with a Spearman rank correlation of 0.8741, although some alternatives changed positions within the top group. The analysis is limited to a single time snapshot based on published package attributes and excludes measured network performance in Ambon City. In practice, the framework is transparent, replicable, and can be extended with constraints such as maximum budget and minimum validity requirements. The study contributes a controlled comparison of Entropy and CRITIC effects while keeping TOPSIS constant.

Abstract

This study examines the roles of digital service quality and perceived ease of use in shaping adoption intention toward digital wealth management among millennial farmers. Drawing on a service marketing perspective and technology acceptance logic, the study also positions trust as a key mechanism that links service perceptions to adoption intention. A structured questionnaire was administered to 236 millennial farmers (aged 20–39), and the proposed model was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with bootstrapping. The descriptive results indicate that perceived ease of use is generally high, reflecting respondents’ familiarity with smartphones, while perceptions of service quality and trust vary more substantially. The structural model shows that digital service quality strongly predicts trust (β = 0.991, p < 0.001) and that trust strongly predicts adoption intention (β = 0.810, p < 0.001). Digital service quality also has a small but significant direct effect on intention (β = 0.183, p = 0.012), indicating partial mediation. The indirect effect of digital service quality on intention through trust is large and significant (β = 0.803, p < 0.001), confirming that trust transmits most of the impact of service quality. Perceived ease of use shows statistically significant but small effects on trust and intention, suggesting usability functions primarily as a baseline enabler for digitally capable millennials. The model explains substantial variance in trust (R² = 0.979) and intention (R² = 0.981). Discriminant validity diagnostics indicate strong overlap among service quality, trust, and intention, suggesting that respondents may form a holistic evaluation of the platform; this limitation should be addressed through construct refinement in future research. Practically, the findings imply that increasing digital wealth management adoption in agricultural communities should prioritize trust-building service quality cues, including reliability, transparency, security assurance, and responsive support.
