Abstract

Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado merupakan Gereja Katolik yang berada di Jalan Sam Ratulangi, Karombasan Utara, Kecamatan Wanea, Kota Manado, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado saat ini memiliki bangunan yang berjarak sekitar 18 kilometer dari Bandar Udara Sam Ratulangi dan 6 kilometer dari Pelabuhan Manado dengan lokasinya yang strategis Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado mudah dijangkau oleh turis untuk beribadah. Meskipun Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado memiliki lokasi yang berada di pusat kota Manado, namun masih kurangnya informasi mengenai lingkungan gereja, jadwal ibadah, dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Hal ini dapat menjadi hambatan bagi orang-orang yang ingin mengunjungi gereja ini serta bagi umat Katolik yang ingin berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan di Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan. Informasi yang diberikan dapat disampaikan dengan mudah melalui teknologi website yang aman, yang sangat cocok untuk melakukan promosi dan penyampaian informasi tentang Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Manado tanpa harus melaksanakan sosialisasi atau pemasaran langsung kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya website resmi gereja, informasi tentang sejarah, ajaran, jadwal ibadah, dan fasilitas yang tersedia di gereja dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh semua pihak, baik umat Katolik setempat maupun wisatawan yang ingin mengunjungi gereja ini. Untuk lebih memperkuat penjelasan tentang fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado, teknologi yang sesuai adalah dengan menggunakan teknologi foto 360 derajat. Dengan foto 360 derajat, orang-orang dapat mengenal suatu lokasi secara menyeluruh dan detail. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah membuat sebuah media informasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pengenalan gereja kepada masyarakat luas, baik dalam konteks lokal maupun global. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM menyelenggarakan pengembangan aplikasi "Website Profil Dengan Foto 360" untuk Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado. Dengan harapan bahwa website ini dapat memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan akurat kepada umat Katolik dan juga turis yang tertarik untuk mengunjungi dan memahami keberadaan dan makna spiritual dari Gereja Katolik Hati Kudus Yesus Karombasan Manado

Abstract

Gorontalo Province, located at the northern tip of Sulawesi Island, has high tourism potential due to its natural and cultural richness, making it an attractive destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. However, to manage and promote this tourism potential effectively, accurate and easily accessible mapping is needed for tourists and related parties. The use of a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) is an efficient solution in presenting complete information about tourist attractions in Gorontalo because changes to the data made can be more easily accessed with the dashboard menu. The goal is to improve the promotion and service of Gorontalo tourism through the development of this information system, actively contribute to improving the management and promotion of Gorontalo tourism, and become a guideline for the development of similar systems in other tourism sectors. The test results obtained using Blackbox testing obtained good test results and had a success rate of 96% so that the application can be used properly. It is hoped that the creation of a Gorontalo tourist attraction mapping information system will continue to be developed so that it is easily accessible to local and foreign tourists

Abstract

GMIBM Syaloom Imandi Church is a community service organization under the GMIBM Synod headquartered in Kotamobagu. However, its information management system remains uncomputerized, leading to inefficiencies in church services, such as managing congregational data, worship schedules, church inventory, and ongoing programs. These tasks rely on physical archives and announcements during worship, posing challenges in data retrieval and increasing the risk of data loss. To address these issues, a management information system is proposed to improve the accessibility and reliability of church-related information. The management information system is developed using the Spiral Model and implemented with PHP programming and MySQL database. It provides updated information, managed by the Church Secretary, including the church's history, organizational structure, vision and mission, worship schedules, activities, congregation data, offerings, inventory records, correspondence, and church-related news. The system is web-based, ensuring easy access for users anytime and anywhere. The study resulted in a web-based church management information system that facilitates the Church Secretary in efficiently delivering essential information to the congregation, enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. This system ensures seamless communication and better management of church resources and activities.

Abstract

Problems in choosing marketing media for MSMEs are often related to limited resources and knowledge. One of the main challenges is in choosing the right media platform according to the characteristics of their target market. Due to the large selection of social media and other digital channels, MSMEs often struggle to determine where they should focus or allocate their marketing budgets effectively. The application of a combination of ROC and SAW weighting methods in media marketing recommendations for MSMEs can provide more accurate and relevant results in the selection of promotional media. With this approach, MSMEs can more easily identify the most effective marketing media based on various factors such as cost, audience reach, and promotion effectiveness. The implementation of this combination of methods helps MSMEs in optimizing their marketing budgets, increasing the visibility of products or services, and ultimately, encouraging faster and more sustainable business growth Media marketing is essential for MSMEs to increase the visibility and sales of their products. Through the right combination of media marketing strategies, MSMEs can build strong brands, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately achieve sustainable business growth. The results of MSME media marketing recommendations using a decision support system approach using the ROC and SAW weighting methods show that the first rank with a final score of 0.7919 was obtained by Email Marketing, the second rank with a final score of 0.7314 was obtained by Tiktok Ads, and the third rank with a final score of 0.6908 was obtained by Facebook Ads.

Abstract

Capture fisheries are an important economic sector for coastal communities in the Manado region. One of the key factors influencing fishing success is the selection of appropriate bait. Choosing the correct bait can significantly improve catch efficiency, while incorrect bait selection may reduce fishing effectiveness. In practice, bait selection among local fishermen still relies heavily on traditional knowledge passed down orally or gained through personal experience, which is not always easily accessible to novice fishermen. This study aims to develop a Rule-Based Expert System that provides bait selection recommendations to support fishing activities around Manado. The system was designed by incorporating practical knowledge from experienced fishermen obtained through semi-structured interviews and field observations. The parameters used in the system include target fish species, water depth, sea current strength, and season. The Rule base was constructed based on various combinations of these parameters and implemented as a web-based application using PHP programming language. Testing results show that the system achieves a 90% accuracy rate in providing recommendations based on validation conducted with local fishermen. Further evaluation indicates that the system is considered easy to use and beneficial as a decision-support tool for bait selection, particularly for novice fishermen. Additionally, the fishermen provided positive feedback for future system enhancements, suggesting the inclusion of additional contextual factors such as weather conditions and lunar phases. In conclusion, the developed Rule-Based Expert System has significant potential to support more efficient and sustainable fishing practices in the waters around Manado and facilitate knowledge transfer to the next generation of fishermen.Perikanan tangkap merupakan sektor ekonomi yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat pesisir di wilayah Manado. Salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan ikan adalah pemilihan umpan yang tepat. Umpan yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan penangkapan, sementara pemilihan umpan yang kurang sesuai dapat menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi usaha penangkapan. Dalam praktiknya, pemilihan umpan oleh nelayan di wilayah ini masih sangat bergantung pada pengetahuan tradisional yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman pribadi atau diwariskan secara lisan, sehingga tidak selalu mudah diakses oleh nelayan pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah Rule-Based Expert System yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan umpan untuk mendukung kegiatan perikanan tangkap di perairan sekitar Manado. Sistem dirancang dengan mengadopsi pengetahuan praktis dari nelayan berpengalaman, yang diperoleh melalui proses wawancara semi-terstruktur dan observasi lapangan. Parameter yang digunakan dalam sistem meliputi spesies ikan target, kedalaman perairan, arus laut, dan musim. Rule base disusun berdasarkan kombinasi keempat parameter tersebut, kemudian diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan tingkat kesesuaian rekomendasi sebesar 90%, berdasarkan validasi yang dilakukan bersama nelayan di wilayah Manado. Evaluasi lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dinilai mudah digunakan, serta bermanfaat sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan terkait pemilihan umpan, terutama bagi nelayan pemula. Selain itu, nelayan memberikan masukan positif terkait pengembangan sistem ke depan, termasuk penambahan faktor-faktor lain seperti kondisi cuaca dan fase bulan. Dengan demikian, Rule-Based Expert System yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung perikanan tangkap yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan di perairan sekitar Manado, serta membantu proses transfer pengetahuan kepada generasi nelayan baru

Abstract

Game development success is often hard to achieve due to various problems such as performance issues, malfunctioning features, and poorly organized program structure. The problems that arise can be prevented by using the design pattern as a game programming architecture from the beginning of development. By implementing a design pattern, the process of developing video games can be made easier and simplified. The development team can focus its efforts on producing better quality video games. In this study, design patterns that would be used are state pattern and finite state machine. The state pattern is implemented by encapsulating the character's behavior in a class called state. Finite state machine will then facilitate the transition of states caused by user/player input or variable value changes. State pattern and finite state machine is tested with test case and game performance is tested with software metric. The result obtained from this study are state pattern and finite state machine have a valid component structure and could improve performance efficiency in video games.

Abstract

This study designed and evaluated a browser-based edutainment prototype for Grade VII science (gravity and Newton’s laws). Usability was examined through task-performance metrics and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Thirty students at SMPN 27, Bandar Lampung, completed an eight-task scenario covering core flows: launching the app, entering and navigating the World Map, starting and stopping gameplay, and accessing Learn and Credits. Core navigation tasks showed high effectiveness with short median times (e.g., launch: 96.7% success, 6.53 s; enter World Map: 93.3%, 7.79 s). The in-level physics puzzle was purposely more demanding (83.3% success, 35.74 s; 0.52 errors per participant), indicating a need for clearer in-level cues. Perceived usability was excellent (mean SUS 87.42, SD 5.02). Overall, the prototype appears classroom-ready; targeted refinements inside levels (first-run micro-tutorials, stronger affordances, on-demand hints) should further smooth first-time play. Future work will examine multi-session learnability, broaden device/browser coverage, and link gameplay to learning outcomes via pretest–posttest designs.
