Abstract

Community nursing or community health nursing is the practice of maintaining and improving public health using knowledge from nursing, social sciences and public health sciences. Another definition of community nursing is a form of professional service based on nursing knowledge and tips aimed primarily at high-risk groups to improve community health status by emphasizing efforts to improve health, disease prevention and not neglecting curative and rehabilitative (Kholifah & Widagdo, 2016). In RW 04 Kelurahan Periuk Jaya, which is a village with densely populated residential houses with houses attached to one another, the average building in Pabuaran village has new buildings but is not well maintained and settlements are dominated by old buildings. own property, in terms of the environment the area of ​​the house has a yard, there are several cattle pens around the settlement. The characteristics of the area and health problems that arise in RW 04 Periuk Jaya Village are information about prevention and diet for Hypertension, Gout Arthritis and ISPA. To carry out this task requires a person nurses who are competent in providing community nursing care, to get optimal results requires experience in addition to knowledge. Abstract

This Community Service aims to determine the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at JNE. Job satisfaction is the attitude of workers towards their work, which arises based on an assessment of the work situation. Factors that influence job satisfaction or dissatisfaction are: type of work, coworkers, benefits, fair treatment, job security, opportunities to contribute ideas, salary/wages, performance recognition, and opportunities for growth. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of implementing motivation and job satisfaction at JNE. This article was prepared by observing and collecting data. The results of this research show that motivation and job satisfaction at JNE are very important to obtain maximum work results in the future.

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Indonesian students need to possess the qualities and skills outlined in the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) in order to succeed in the classroom and in society after graduation. There are still problems with the Pancasila Student Profile implementation process, such as teachers' not being competence to interpret P3 in relation to it. Teachers still struggle to determine when P3 should be implemented, and they don't seem creative when it comes to making a project to the unique needs of the chosen students. They also seem to believe that all projects must result in a finished output. The goal of the project seminar, which is a type of community service activity, is to help social studies teachers in the city of Parepare understand how to use Pancasila students (p5) in the classroom as a way to develop students' character. The seminar is focused on raising the profile of Pancasila students (p5) in the junior high school level in the social studies field. Observing teacher needs through surveys and interviews, planning, and seminar execution are the first steps in the implementation process employed for this community activity. The findings of the questionnaires completed by seminar attendees after the activity are used to assess the degree of success of the service. According to the computations from the questionnaire, 93,86% of respondents fell into the very good category. The results of this evaluation indicate that the activities carried out were able to increase teachers' knowledge regarding P3, increase understanding in implementing P3, and motivate teachers to implement P3 in schools well. As a result, it is strongly advised that service projects be conducted often to help teachers become more successful at applying the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi pada materi bagian-bagian busana; meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi bagian-bagian busana; dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan media game edukasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Sampel berjumlah 30 siswa Kelas X BS4 ditetapkan secara Total Samling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes, untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa dan observasi untuk mengamati aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mendapat nilai rata-rata 65,3% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,13%. Nilai ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I hanya 10% dan terjadi peningkatan hingga 80% pada siklus II. Hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran pada siklus I mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,6 (kategori sangat baik) dan pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 0,26% dengan nilai rata-rata 3,86 (kategori sangat baik). Sedangkan hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 3,5 (kategori sangat baik) dan pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata meningkat 0,11% menjadi 3,61 (kategori sangat baik). Respon siswa terhadap penerapan media game edukasi memperoleh nilai keseluruhan 87,06% dengan kategori sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa melalui media game edukasi terjadi peningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas X BS4 SMK 3 Banda Aceh pada materi bagian-bagian busana. Disarankan agar sebaiknya guru dapat menerapkan media game edukasi pada materi lainnya.Kata Kunci: game edukasi, media pembelajaran, siswa SMK

Abstract

Plastic waste is the largest source of waste. Plastic waste in Indonesia has polluted the ocean. There are many products made from plastic, one of which is straws. Plastic waste is waste that has a bad impact on the environment, countermeasures are needed to help reduce waste and environmental pollution for a healthy, clean and comfortable life for the community. One of the movements and innovations to reduce plastic straw waste is the emergence of the No Plastic Straw Movement or the movement without plastic straws. . Plastic straws are now being replaced with iron straws or stainless steel straws. However, there are still pros and cons to its use. Stainless steel helps reduce plastic waste, but using iron in its manufacture can also result in environmental pollution. This article is here to see how effective the use of stainless steel is in people's lives.

Abstract

Abstract. The United States has a written constitutional system in the form of a republic with clear boundaries of power between the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. In contrast, the United Kingdom has an unwritten constitution based on various sources, such as statutes, conventions, and court decisions, with a constitutional monarchy and parliament playing key roles. Second, the state upholds civil rights and individual freedoms, and has an impact on the political and legal systems for the implementation of human rights. Through a comparative approach, this article provides further understanding of the differences and similarities between the constitutions and systems of government of the two countries in upholding the principles of democracy and human rights, and the consequences of these differences on national and international politics.

Abstract

Gen Z is a generation of individuals that were born and raised in an era where technology was prevalent and accessible from a young age, making them highly proficient in digital skills. This generation has a certain quality when it comes to acquiring English language skills. This study seeks to examine strategies for enhancing the reading proficiency of Generation Z through the incorporation of technology and learner-centred instructional approaches. This research employed a literature review methodology to summarise and synthesise theories from reputable academic sources. The aim of this research was to address the challenges and opportunities that Gen Z teachers face when teaching English reading skills. In addition to discovering and investigating efficient techniques for enhancing English reading proficiency, The research utilises many scholarly sources, such as journal articles, conference proceedings, books, and theses, in the domain of English language teaching and learning. The findings of this literature review indicate that using technology and adopting a learner-centred approach are crucial for stimulating the interest and engagement of Generation Z in English reading instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the improvement of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes on Q.S At-Tin material by using the Problem Based Learning learning model. The form of this research is class action research (PTK), where the object of the researcher is only centered on the learning process by using the Problem Based Learning learning model and audio visual media. As for the data collection method using observation and test methods. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis where the author describes the symptoms that occur in the object of research consisting of 22 class V students. This research was conducted in three stages, namely cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. In the knowledge aspect, the average scores in cycle I, cycle II and cycle III were 71.91; 85.45; and 92.72 respectively. The increase in learning from cycle I to cycle II was 13.54 points, while from cycle II to cycle III was 7.27 points. Meanwhile, in the skill aspect, the average scores in cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III were 66.82; 81.91; and 87.05, respectively. The increase in learning from cycle I to cycle II was 15.09 points, while from cycle II to cycle III was 5.14 points. Keywords: Learning Model; Problem Based Learning; Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Public awareness of prevention at the individual level is also still low. There are still many people who neglect to wash their hands using soap and clean running water. Even many of them after leaving the house without washing their hands properly. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between age, education and knowledge with community behavior in preventing Covid-19. The design of this research is analytic, with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the entire community, amounting to 225 people. The number of samples as many as 69 respondents was determined by using accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted on July 12 to July 17, 2021. The analysis was carried out using a computerized process through the chi-square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the age group was in the 26-45 year category by 39.1%. Education is in the middle category of 42.1%. Public knowledge about Covid-19 prevention is in the high category of 43.5%. Community behavior in preventing Covid-1 is in the good category at 58.0%. The results of the p-value < = 0.05, this proves that there is a relationship between age, education and knowledge with community behavior in preventing Covid-19.
