Abstract

This research is conducted to disclose the role of Islamic economics education in university in term of its contribution to support the Indonesian Islamic economy masterplan 2019-2024. This study is conducted using qualitative approach, to elaborate the problems in Islamic Economic education provider in Indonesia. The case of IAIN Gorontalo as one of the providers of Islamic Economics education in Gorontalo is presented in this paper. The presented data are retrieved using library research. This study found that IAIN Gorontalo through the implemented curriculum is in line with the masterplan of Islamic Economic Masterplan 2019-2024. The courses in the existing curriculum are already relevant to support the national Islamic development planning. The challenge ahead for Indonesian Islamic economic education provider are to provide for the digital literate human resources and to encourage the entrepreneurship skill in the learning process.

Abstract

This research evaluates the effectiveness of playback TV media in improving students' listening skills at SD 012 Kampung Panjang. Qualitative methods with classroom observations were used to collect data related to student interactions with this media. The research results show that rotating TV can increase students' motivation and involvement in listening learning. This media offers an interesting and realistic learning experience, even though there are obstacles. This research suggests the use of rotating TV and active interaction after listening as effective strategies in language learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is so that the environment of Batu Bersurat Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency can become a clean and uncontaminated environment from cow dung. Cow dung can be processed into compost. Compost is an organic fertilizer made from animal waste that has undergone a fermentation process. The advantage of this compost is that it is environmentally friendly, can increase the income of farmers, and can increase soil fertility by repairing physical damage to the soil due to excessive use of inorganic (chemical) fertilizers. Batu Bersurat Village is an area with potential in agriculture, plantation and animal husbandry. The existence of cattle owned by the community has the potential to be used as compost which can be used for agriculture as well as for the fertility of plantation crops. However, the lack of knowledge of residents about the methods and benefits of making compost from cow manure causes cow manure to be thrown away, therefore people still use chemical fertilizers as a medium for the fertility of their plants. Therefore, a practice was held to make use of compost from cow manure in Batu Bersurat Village, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model project-based learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Gowa pada materi sistem pernapasan. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Gowa dengan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik tes dan non tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model project-based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa, hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya model project-based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Gowa pada materi sistem pernapasan. Kata kunci: Project Based Learning, PjBL, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

North Sumatra is the best producing region for tobacco leaves which has a high reputation in plantations and has an influence on the economy of the city of Medan, North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through literature study. Researchers also use steps in historical research such as (1) topic selection, (2) heuristics or source collection, (3) source verification or criticism, (4) interpretation and (5) historiography or historical writing. The research results show that the North Sumatra region is one of the regions that has an important position in the history of plantations in Indonesia from the colonial to post-colonial period.

Abstract

This paper compared the return on mudharabah deposit (ROMD) and the return on equity (ROE) in Indonesian Islamic banks to unveil the differences and factors that affect them. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the profit and loss sharing mechanism in Islamic banking through the return on mudharabah deposit and on equity. The quarterly financial report from 10 Islamic banks within the period of 2011 to 2016 are processed using independent t-test to compare means and panel regression method to disclose the variables affecting the behavior of ROMD and ROE. The results show that the ROMD and ROE are statistically different, with ROMD tend to be lesser than ROE. It also found that ROA, total equity/total asset, total total deposit/total asset, total financing/total asset, bank size and total of mudharabah deposit accounts are affect the variability of ROMD, and the same variables,exclude the mudharabah deposit account, affect the ROE. Following this result, Islamic banks in Indonesia need to evaluate the governance to treat the mudharabah contract as a mode of equity participation in nature, as like as the contract with the shareholders, in order to comply with Islamic economic framework through the presence of the fairness in banking business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan Dedi Mulyadi selama 3 bulan pertama sebagai Gubernur Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari media massa dan sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dedi Mulyadi memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang proaktif dan berorientasi pada tindakan, dengan fokus pada penanggulangan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Jawa Barat. Ia juga menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan daerah. Kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil, seperti penanggulangan banjir dan penataan Kali Bekasi, menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam menangani masalah-masalah yang kompleks. Namun, beberapa kebijakan juga menuai kritik dan perdebatan, seperti kebijakan tentang pendidikan dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang gaya kepemimpinan Dedi Mulyadi dan implikasinya terhadap pembangunan daerah Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tetang gaya kepemimpinan Dedi Mulyadi dan implikasinya terhadap pembangunan di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya tentang kepemimpinan dan pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

Perilaku self-harm berbahaya bagi fisik dan mental dan saat ini fenomena tersebut semakin banyak terjadi di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa dimensi self -harm dalam pandangan Islam dan penanganannya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. Terdapat empat dimensi utama dari perilaku self-harm yaitu dimensi kognitif, lingkungan, biologis dan dimensi afektif. Dalam pandangan Islam perilaku menyakiti diri sendiri termasuk kedalam tindakan zalim karena menganiaya diri sendiri. Pandangan Islam memberikan anjuran agar menjauhi perilaku menyakiti diri sendiri dengan berzikir, senantiasa bersyukur, bersabar dan sholat. Masing-masing dimensi memiliki penanganan bidang konseling masing-masing dan dapat bersinergi cara pandangan Islam yang lebih menyorot pada pencegahan perilaku self-harm tersebut. Diharapkan dengan memahami self-harm dengan pandangan Islam dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya remaja untuk menghindari self-harm dan mendorong upaya untuk menyediakan sumberdaya yang diperlukan dalam menanganinya. Abstract

The areas traversed by the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road, including Duri City, have experienced various dynamics. Duri, once known as a transit and rest city for drivers from different regions, has seen a decline in its role since the toll road became operational. Drivers now bypass Duri, heading directly to their destinations. This study aims to evaluate hotel service and tax growth in Duri City following the operation of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road. The study focuses on the UPT Regional Revenue Office in Mandau District as the primary unit of analysis. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews with 2 key informants and secondary data obtained from documentation held by the UPT. The findings indicate that the operation of the Pekanbaru-Dumai Toll Road has significantly impacted the number of visitors to Duri City, which in turn has affected hotel tax revenue growth. The hotel tax growth rate in Duri City has dropped dramatically, from 46.9% in 2020 to 18.2% in 2023. This decline in growth rate has automatically reduced the contribution of hotel taxes to the region's own-source revenue (PAD), ultimately affecting the stability of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD), which is intended to promote public welfare and regional development. The implication is that Duri City, once known as a Transit and Petrochemical City, is undergoing changes due to the decrease in visitors who stop to rest there. Abstract

This article discusses the simulation of planetary movements in the solar system using a linear system-based approach. Mathematical models of solar systems often involve non-linear differential equations, which include the complexity of gravitational interactions between planets and other celestial bodies. However, to simplify the calculation and analysis process, a linear approach can be used with certain assumptions. In this study, the motion of the planets is modeled using Newtonian mechanical principles adapted into a linear equation system. The simulation is carried out by utilizing numerical computing software to calculate the position and speed of the planet in a certain time span. The simulation results show that the linear system approach is able to represent the basic motion of the planet with an adequate degree of accuracy on short time scales, but it shows limitations in predicting complex dynamics, such as orbital resonance or the gravitational influence of small bodies. This approach is suitable for educational applications, where visualization of planetary movements can help understand the basic principles of orbital dynamics. These findings emphasize the importance of choosing the right simulation method according to the purpose, both for scientific and educational purposes. The study suggests the development of a hybrid model that combines a linear approach with non-linear elements to improve accuracy without losing computational efficiency.
