Abstract

Pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Bungin. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya perbaikan faktor-faktor tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kinerja operasional. Studi tersebut menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki dampak paling tinggi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan merekomendasikan peningkatan efektivitas kepemimpinan, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Bungin dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap pegawai sebesar 0,421 dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Selain itu, koefisien pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai 0,319 dengan p-value sebesar 0,007 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Koefisien pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,234 dengan p-value sebesar 0,005 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Nilai beta tertinggi diantara variabel-variabel tersebut adalah kepemimpinan yaitu sebesar 0,628 yang menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Milad ke-111 Muhammadiyah dan Pengukuhan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah (PCM dan PCA) Bungin yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Desember 2023 di Kecamatan Bungin Kabupaten Enrekang Sulawesi Selatan merupakan momentum penting bagi Muhammadiyah di Bungin. Acara ini dihadiri oleh 1.000 orang, terdiri dari anggota Muhammadiyah, masyarakat umum, dan tokoh-tokoh agama. Melalui pelaksanaan Milad ke-111 Muhammadiyah dan Pengukuhan PCM dan PCA Bungin, dapat dicapai beberapa ketercapaian yaitu meningkatnya ukhuwah Islamiyah dan kebangsaan antaranggota Muhammadiyah, Masyarakat umum dan tokoh-tokoh agama. Peningkatan pemahaman agama melalui ceramah dari Sekretaris Umum Pimpinan Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang ajaran Islam. Peningkatan motivasi berorganisasi melalui pengukuhan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah dan Aisyiyah Kecamatan Bungin memberikan motivasi bagi anggota Muhammadiyah untuk lebih aktif berorganisasi

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship Expo is an activity designed to buid entrepreneurial character, increase student creativity and innovation. This activity provides students with the opportunity to showcase their products and creative ideas, build networks with entrepreneurs and get feedback and awards. The Entrepreneurhip Expo has several benefits, including building an entrepreneurial character who dares to take risks, never gives up and has a leadership spirit. Increase creativity and innovation by thinking creatively and being innovative in creating new products and ideas. Provides opportunities to present products and ideas and increase competitiveness. The method of implementing the Entrepreneurship Expo includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning includes forming a committee, determining themes and objectives as well as carrying out promotion and publications. Implementation includes exhibition stands, seminars and award giving. Evalution includes identifying weaknesses and strengths as well as formulating recommendations for improvement. The results and achievements show an increase in student interest in entrepreneurship, the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit, increased creativity and innovation, the creation of innovative products, the establishment of networks and increased competitiveness. The Entrepreneurship Expo can help students to become future leaders who are able to answers various global challenges.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi, sertifikasi halal menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Konsumen semakin sadar aan pentingnya mengomsumsi produk halal, dan sertifikasi halal menjadi bukti kredibilotas produk. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha lokal, terutama UMKM masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal. PKM ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi dan memfasilitasi pelaku usaha lokal, khususnya UMKM, dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar domestik dan global.PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan metode sosialisasi tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal, pendampingan dalam proses pendaftaran sertifikasi halal, fasilitasi pembiayaan sertifikasi halal, pembinaan dan pelatihan sistem jaminan produk halal (SJPH) dan promosi dan pemasaran produk lokal bersertifikat halal. PKM ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan beberapa hasil antara lain meningkatnya jumlah pelaku usaha lokal, yang memiliki sertifikat halal, meningkatnya daya saing produk lokal di pasar domestik dan global. Meningkatnya pendapatan dan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha lokal dan meningkatnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk lokal. PKM ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal melalui pendampingan dan fasilitasi sertifikasi halal. Dengan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan pelaku usaha lokal dalam memperoleh sertifikasi halal, diharapkan produk lokak dapat bersaing di pasar global dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh MTs Al-Ikhlas, serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan informan pendukungnya adalah tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, siswa dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah MTs Al-Ikhlas. Hasil peneltian ini menujukan bahwa MTs Al-Ikhlas telah menerapkan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang cukup baik, yaitu 1) beberapa program dan pelayanan yang ditawarkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat; 2) kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan sekolah cukup baik dan dibentuk tim khusus untuk mempromosikan pendidikan; dan 3) Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan sekolah yaitu memasang spanduk, menyebar brosur, memasang iklan dan sosialisai ke sekolahan lain. Faktor pendukung pemasaran pendidikan, yaitu 1) memiliki biaya yang terjangkau; 2) kualitas tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang baik; dan 3) Lokasi yang strategis. Faktor penghambatnya, yaitu 1) ketatnya persaingan; dan 2) kurangnya dana untuk promosi pendidikan.

Abstract

This study looks into the intricate connections between leadership style, pay, career possibilities, employee performance, staff retention, and the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative research methodology using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis to gather and examine data from 487 employees of MSMEs in Indonesia. Significant conclusions emerged from the data, including the following: high employee performance positively impacts employee retention and MSME performance, structured career opportunities enhance employee outcomes, remuneration impacts both employee performance and retention, and employee retention impacts MSME performance. These results highlight HRM strategies' role in motivating workers' productivity and retention, boosting MSMEs' overall success in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial competence of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Enrekang (UNIMEN) through a practical learning experience. The program focused on addressing the low interest in entrepreneurship among Indonesian students by providing real-world into business operations. A participatory active method was employed, involving 91 students from three study programs. The program included: 1) students were involved in setting objectives and preparing materials for the visit, 2) an industrial visit to Bachis Pinrang, a successful home-based banana chips produvtion house, where students observed the production process, interviewed the owner, and engaged in discussions, 3) gathering feedback from students to assess the program’s effectiveness. The industrial visit provided students with valuable practical experience and a deeper understanding of business management. It also exposed them to a successful entrepreneurial model, inspiring them to consider entrepreneurship as a career path. Preliminary findings indicate an increase in student’s motivation and practical skills related to entrepreneurship. Further evaluation will be conducted to measure the program’s impact on student’s entrepreneurial knowledge, attitudes, and skills.

Abstract

Tingginya impor buah di Indonesia mengancam keberadaan buah lokal. Konsumen cenderung memilih buah impor karena kualitas dan pasokan buah lokal yang belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian buah lokal.  Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Selanjutnya, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini cukup mengejutkan, karena menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang umumnya dipertimbangkan konsumen, seperti kualitas, keamanan, harga, dan rasa, ternyata tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian buah lokal.

Abstract

In today's digital era, influencer marketing has become one of the main strategies in e-commerce, including on the Shopee platform. This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee, with a focus on the effectiveness of Live Shopping, Product Reviews, and Discounts / Promo Codes. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and correlational approach. Data was collected through a survey of 385 respondents who had made a purchase after seeing an influencer promotion. The results showed that the Live Shopping strategy has the greatest influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation of r = 0.82, followed by Product Review (r = 0.71) and Discount/Promo Code (r = 0.74). Influencer credibility was also found to be a key factor in influencing consumer trust, with 70% of respondents stating that they only purchase products from influencers they deem trustworthy. Regression analysis showed that the combination of influencer marketing strategies can explain 72.3% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions (R² = 0.723). These results are in line with Source Credibility Theory, Media Interactivity Theory, and Time Constraints Theory, which explain how trust and interaction influence purchase behavior. The implications of this study suggest that brands and sellers in Shopee should be more active in utilizing influencers with high engagement as well as optimizing interactive features such as Live Shopping to increase sales conversions.

Abstract

The phenomenon of brainrot, or intellectual decline due to excessive information consumption, has become a serious issue in the digital era. Brainrot affects information literacy, knowledge management, and decision-making. This study employs a qualitative method with non-participatory observation to avoid bias. Data is obtained from social media through observations and screenshots of behaviors, expressions, and interaction patterns in reels, photos, and comments. The instruments used include internet networks, devices, and social media accounts. The research findings indicate that brainrot is triggered by an information tsunami, social media algorithms that prioritize viral content, and low information filtering capabilities. Its impacts include decreased focus, critical thinking, and knowledge management effectiveness at both individual and institutional levels. To address this issue, more adaptive information literacy, better digital time management, and the utilization of artificial intelligence-based technology to filter relevant information are necessary. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the process and effects of brainrot, as well as strategies to overcome it. Structured social media literacy improvement is an essential step in facing digital era challenges and enhancing productivity.
