Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency of Bone Bolango Regency. This research data was obtained from research questionnaires, observations and literature studies related to research objectives. This research uses quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses simple linier regression analysis using the SPSS application. The total sample was 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The calculation results obtained a calculated t value 0f 4.324 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. the regression coefficient of 0.633 states tha every additional 1 reward will is 1, it is predicted tha work motivation will decrease by 0.633. the research results show tha the reward variable has a significant effect on employee work motivation at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

The growing of young entrepreneurs in the digital era reflects a new dynamic in the entrepreneurial landscape, particularly with the rise of digital transformation that has reshaped how businesses operate. However, behind this growth, many young entrepreneurs face challenges in managing their ventures effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial skills on the success of young entrepreneurs in the digital era, by considering the mediating role of business networks. A quantitative approach was applied using a sample of 52 MSME actors. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that managerial skills have no direct significant effect on business success (T-statistic = 0.127; P-value = 0.899). However, managerial skills significantly influence business success through the mediation of business networks (T-statistic = 5.207; P-value = 0.000). These findings highlight the crucial role of digital business networks as a bridge between managerial competencies and business performance. The study provides essential implications for digital entrepreneurship development programs that emphasize the synergy between managerial skills and networking strategies.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) serve as the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment absorption. However, MSMEs continue to face major challenges, such as limited access to capital, technology, markets, and a low adaptive capacity in responding to the dynamic business environment. In this context, social entrepreneurship and adaptive leadership emerge as innovative approaches with great potential to enhance the resilience and inclusivity of MSMEs. Social entrepreneurship emphasizes the simultaneous creation of social and economic value, while adaptive leadership enables organizations to innovate amid uncertainty. This study aims to comprehensively analyze how the integration of these two approaches can strengthen inclusive MSMEs in Indonesia, using a systematic literature review method of accredited national journals. The findings reveal that their integration generates a strong synergy, promoting financial sustainability alongside social impact, such as empowering vulnerable groups and increasing business resilience. Practically, MSME actors are encouraged to adopt impact-based business models and develop adaptive leadership capacities. Meanwhile, policymakers are advised to formulate support frameworks that foster innovation and inclusion. Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on inclusive entrepreneurship by proposing an integrative model that aligns with the context of developing countries. Further empirical research is recommended to validate the proposed model.

Abstract

By creating jobs and improving people's welfare, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in economic development. Limited capital, lack of innovation, traditional marketing, inefficient financial management, poor branding, and lack of utilization of online marketing due to not understanding technology are some of the challenges often faced by MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to help small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) compete in the market. This study used literature research. In this situation, an aggressive growth-oriented strategy is suggested. Combining digital marketing elements such as content marketing, blogs, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and branding with community empowerment through training, demonstrations, and mentoring is one relevant alternative strategy.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of regional financial management including budget planning, budget execution, budget reporting/accountability and evaluation of performance accountability of the local government of Boalemo Regency. This research method uses quantitative research with an observation process. The results of the study show that budget planning, budget execution, budget accountability and budget evaluation have a significant effect on the performance accountability of the Boalemo District Government. In terms of financial management, especially in terms of budget planning to focus more on budgets that support the agreed program and performance targets.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has emerged as a significant force in addressing societal challenges through entrepreneurial approaches aimed at creating sustainable solutions. Despite its growing interest, the conceptual framework of social entrepreneurship remains complex and multifaceted, with diverse interpretations and applications. This paper conducts a systematic bibliometric analysis to map the landscape of social entrepreneurship concepts, elucidating key themes, trends, and intellectual connections within the literature. Through advanced bibliometric techniques, including network analysis and thematic clustering, the study identifies seminal works, influential authors, and emerging research topics in the field. The analysis reveals shifts in research focus over time, from foundational concepts to the integration of technology and crowdsourcing methods. Furthermore, potential emerging research areas are identified, offering opportunities for future inquiry. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the conceptual landscape and intellectual structure of social entrepreneurship research, informing scholarly inquiry, policy formulation, and practical interventions in the field.

Abstract

Bina Mandiri University Library (UBM) Gorontalo has made progress in terms of services both conventionally and digitally. However, not all academic communities are interested in using the system, in the sense that there are still library users who need a conventional or manual service system. Therefore, a Hybrid library service policy is needed that combines the two systems. This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction as service users for the implementation of the Hybrid Library service policy at UBM Gorontalo. The method used is quantitative descriptive using the General Guideline approach for the Preparation of Community Satisfaction Survey by Permenpan RB 2017. The results showed that the implementation of the Hybrid library service policy at UBM Gorontalo as a whole, the assessment of service elements was on average assessed by respondents with good and very good categories. The dominant service element is the compatibility between the service product and the service aspect; The competence of service personnel is quite adequate and has experience in various libraries; and prompt and precise handling of complaints

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam konteks perekonomian lokal yang semakin berkembang. Di era digitalisasi yang pesat, UMKM menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kesulitan dalam bersaing dan memasarkan produk secara efektif. Selain itu, untuk membantu pelaku UMKM meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan dan workshop yang fokus pada teknik pemasaran modern, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta manajemen bisnis yang efisien. Dalam program ini, peserta diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat langsung diterapkan dalam usaha mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan motivasi pelaku UMKM. Sebanyak 85% peserta melaporkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun jaringan kolaboratif antar pelaku UMKM, mendorong mereka untuk saling mendukung dan berbagi pengalaman. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja usaha mereka, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi lebih besar terhadap perekonomian lokal dan nasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediator. Gaya kepemimpinan efektif diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Melalui pendekatan naratif review, kajian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur terkini yang relevan guna mengidentifikasi hubungan ketiga variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional juga partisipatif berdampak positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja berfungsi sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter cenderung menghasilkan kepuasan kerja rendah berdampak negatif pada kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajer atau pemimpin organisasi dalam mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi pendorong utama perubahan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk mampu mengadopsi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi secara strategis guna meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen dan kinerja akademik. Namun, fenomena ini belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan kesiapan institusi dalam mengelola proses transformasi secara holistik. Berbagai tantangan muncul, mulai dari keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya kompetensi SDM, hingga lemahnya kepemimpinan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam hubungan antara transformasi digital, integrasi manajemen teknologi, dan kinerja akademik di perguruan tinggi melalui pendekatan narrative review. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai jurnal nasional terakreditasi dan jurnal internasional bereputasi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja akademik sangat bergantung pada kemampuan institusi dalam mengintegrasikan sistem manajemen teknologi secara strategis. Faktor kunci yang mendukung proses ini meliputi penyediaan infrastruktur digital, kompetensi teknologi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, serta komitmen kepemimpinan terhadap inovasi digital. Meskipun sejumlah studi telah membahas topik ini secara parsial, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam pengembangan model integratif yang mengaitkan semua elemen tersebut secara sistematis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual berupa kerangka kerja yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk implementasi transformasi digital berbasis manajemen teknologi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, khususnya di Indonesia.
