Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has brought many developments, the era of automation has been implemented in several sectors to make activities more effective and artificial intelligence is the driving force in this era, which promises many conveniences in various fields. Based on the results of research entitled "Perceptions and Prospective Analysis of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on Human Resources in the Indonesian Industry 4.0," Human Resources in Industry is a crucial variable in changes in Indonesia's movement to prepare for industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 can be interpreted as an industrial era in which all entities or devices within it are made able to communicate with each other in real time at any time by utilizing internet technology, in order to achieve the goal of creating new value or optimizing existing value from every process in the industry. . The results of the pre-test and post-test on 8 respondents showed an increase after the pre-test of 87.5%, which was dominated by housewives in the digital entrepreneurship strategy workshop. Based on the results of 2 studies, it was found that there is a need for training that can apply digital technology to help them professionally by adapting to the demands of industry 4.0 and the role of university teaching staff to engage with the community in empowerment who have experience not only as academics, but also as practitioners who have pedagogical, professional and social competency abilities so that they attract more interest.

Abstract

This service aims to advance the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 4 (Quality Education) and 10 (Reducing Equality) with a focus on developing the competence of foreign volunteers and improving the management of the Widya Guna Disability Foundation. Collaboration between the UPI Tasikmalaya Digital Business Program, the Bali Institute of Tourism and International Business, and PT Medika Nusantara (Medi-Call) is the main vehicle for this activity. The main theme of the service is "Building Global Connections: International Volunteer Tourism, Education, and Health," which involves information sessions, focus group discussions (FGD), as well as the active participation of foreign volunteers from various countries. It is hoped that the results of this service can contribute to increasing access to education for individuals with disabilities (SDGs number 4) as well as encouraging social and economic inclusion (SDGs number 10) through strengthening the management of the Widya Guna Disability Foundation. This kind of collaboration strengthens the spirit for sustainable positive change at the global level and inspires closer cooperation in the future. Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4. 0, the integration of automation and artificial intelligence has led to significant changes in various sectors, offering the potential for promising advances in efficiency and develop. Research on perception and prospective analysis of artificial intelligence and its impact on human resources in Indonesia's industry 4.0 highlights the central role of human resources (HR) in the adaptation process of Indonesia in today's industrial era. Even as artificial intelligence brings about significant technological advances, the fundamental role of human values ​​promoted by HR remains an important factor in this transformation. Faced with this challenge, the role of teachers in higher education environments becomes important as change agents capable of integrating theoretical knowledge with real-world practical experiences. To cope with these changes, specific training courses have been designed to enhance the skills of students and teachers, especially in the areas of character building and the use of digital technology.  This training includes the use of social media and multimedia as educational tools, as well as applying the three dharma principles of higher education through community service activities. Through this effort, we hope universities can play an active role in preparing human resources capable of adapting and responding to global changes while preserving the values and importance of people in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The pandemic of Covid 19 requires teachers to guide their students through distance or online learning. Effective learning should always be explored so that students' learning outcomes does not decrease during this pandemic. It is certainly not easy to carry out effective and fun learning for students. Teachers keep always try the latest ideas every single time. Interactive video is one of the most appropriate strategies to solve learning problems in the classroom. This study aims to find out: 1) the percentage of students who responds positively to animative-interactive learning videos; 2) the percentage of students who does not respond to animative-interactive learning videos; 3) the percentage of students who responds negatively to interactive learning videos. This data was gained from 104 students of elementary school throughout in District of Tasikmalaya and Majalengka who learned Social Studies. Overall results analyzed through percentage form based on the students' response qualifications. The study was conducted by three observers who researched in different primary schools. Through this research, it was obtained that the use of Animative-interactive learning videos was effectively implemented as a learning strategy during this pandemic covid 19. The use of this media was also appropriate to be applied in the subjects of primary school of class of VI, because it was able to increase interest and explore the creativity of students. Through suitable analysis of the characteristics of learners, this type of media would be a reference for teachers to the implementation of learning that should use learning media that was fun and liked by students.

Abstract

Abstract: Usability testing of online animal adoption systems is important because it is not only related to the comfort and safety of users, but also to the welfare of the adopted animals. So far, usability testing of the animal adoption system on Eidos has not been carried out and there is a problem that there is confusion with the process flow in this animal adoption system. This usability testing uses the Heuristic Evaluation method and the System Usability Scale (SUS), which involves in-depth interviews to obtain results that are not only statistical assessments, but also deeper insights from the user's perspective. The results of the evaluation using Heuristic Evaluation obtained 59 problems, with an average severity rating of 3 or major, whose improvements have resulted in several draft design recommendations. The recommendation design has gone through final testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) which managed to achieve a score of 78, or categorized as good, along with some minor critical feedback for system improvement. Therefore, users as a whole feel very satisfied in using the online adoption system from the results of the existing recommendation design. The implications of the resulting recommendation design have been tested for usability by three UI/UX design experts and users directly so that they can be used as a basis for developing a better online animal adoption system.            Keywords: animal adoption system; heuristic; prototype; system usability scale; usability  Abstrak: Pengujian usability sistem adopsi hewan secara online penting untuk diperhatikan karena tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kenyamanan dan keamanan penggunanya saja, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan hewan yang diadopsi. Sejauh ini, pengujian usability dari sistem adopsi hewan pada Eidos masih belum dilakukan dan ditemukannya masalah bahwa adanya kebingungan dengan alur proses dalam sistem adopsi hewan ini. Pengujian usability ini menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation dan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang melibatkan in-depth interview untuk memperoleh hasil yang bukan hanya berupa penilaian statistik saja, melainkan juga wawasan yang lebih mendalam dari sudut pandang pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan Heuristic Evaluation mendapatkan 59 permasalahan, dengan rata-rata perhitungan severity rating sebesar tiga atau major, yang perbaikannya telah menghasilkan beberapa rancangan desain rekomendasi. Adapun desain rekomendasi tersebut telah melalui pengujian akhir menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang berhasil meraih skor sebesar 78, atau terkategori good, disertai beberapa umpan balik kritis yang bersifat minor untuk peningkatan sistem. Dengan demikian, pengguna secara keseluruhan merasa sangat puas dalam menggunakan sistem adopsi online dari hasil desain rekomendasi yang ada. Implikasi desain rekomendasi yang dihasilkan telah teruji kegunaannya oleh sebanyak tiga ahli UI/UX design dan pengguna secara langsung sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan sistem adopsi hewan secara online yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: heuristik; kebergunaan; prototipe; sistem adopsi hewan; system usability scale

Abstract

Teknologi menjadi bukti kemajuan zaman yang pada hakikatnya diciptakan guna mempermudah aktivitas manusia. Salah satu aktivitas manusia yang biasa dilakukan adalah berbelanja. Aktivitas belanja ini dilakukan untuk menunjang kebutuhan hidupnya. Melihat adanya hal tersebut kini mulai banyak muncul inovasi pada bidang ini yang bertransformasi beralih menjadi versi digital atau dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Dari banyaknya e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia shopee menjadi salah satu e-commerce yang banyak peminatnya, dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian yang berjudul “Korelasi Event Tanggal Kembar Terhadap Daya Minat Beli Masyarakat di Shopee” adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara program tanggal kembar yang diadakan shopee terhadap daya minat beli masyarakat. Dalam eksekusinya metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner model skala likert. Kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan ditujukan untuk seluruh masyarakat yang aktif bertransaksi menggunakan shopee. Dari penyebaran pertanyaan kuesioner didapat 31 responden sebagai populasi dengan uji sampel yang kami lakukan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.012, dimana nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0.05 yang digunakan sebagai indikator dalam penggunaan software SPSS sehingga ditemukan adanya korelasi antara variabel event tanggal kembar terhadap variabel daya minat beli masyarakat. Dalam proses pengolahan dan analisis data didapat juga hasil nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.446 yang artinya memiliki korelasi dengan derajat hubungan korelasi sedang dan bentuk hubungan kedua variabelnya adalah positif, yang artinya semakin sering diadakannya event tersebut berbanding lurus dengan minat beli masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada Kantin Bilmas, bertujuan mengkaji kontribusi kualitas makanan dan layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta memberikan wawasan kepada manajemen untuk meningkatkan layanan. Melalui metode survei kuantitatif dengan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UPI Tasikmalaya dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keunggulan kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, sementara kualitas layanan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan memainkan peran penting dalam memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini menjadi landasan berharga bagi pemilik Kantin Bilmas dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan pengembangan usaha, serta dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi penelitian masa depan dengan mempertimbangkan konteks saat ini

Abstract

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Online learning methods are still the main way to access learning resources. The SPADA UPI platform is essential in supporting the academic and non-academic activities of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. In supporting these activities, user experience must also be considered when using online learning platforms. The results of the user experience survey of UPI students stated that all aspects assessed, such as attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation and novelty, responded poorly. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to redesign the SPADA UPI website to make it an intuitive website. In designing an intuitive website, a design thinking approach is used with output as a prototype of the SPADA UPI website. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) is a user experience evaluation tool that outputs quantitative values. Comparing the UEQ results of the SPADA UPI website and the SPADA UPI website prototype will help determine whether the website prototype design provides a better user experience. The initial UEQ results that have been carried out and compared with the results of the prototype test of the SPADA UPI website show a good increase in value. With initial UEQ results averaging poor or less than 0.8, they improve by providing a score of more than 0.8 or excellent. Therefore, the design thinking approach is beneficial for designing an intuitive product that produces a better user experience.

Abstract

Berita negatif yang mencuat pada bulan Agustus 2023 telah mencoreng reputasi merek Honda. Berita ini bermula dari banyaknya muncul unggahan yang memperlihatkan sepeda motor Honda mengalami patah rangka. Berita ini menyebabkan Honda menerima banyak kritikan di media daring yang menyatakan kekecewaan dan keengganan untuk menggunakan sepeda motor Honda lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh publisitas negatif melalui dua perspektif loyalitas, yaitu sikap dan perilaku. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh eWOM dalam penyebaran berita negatif pada loyalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kauntitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa publisitas negatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas perilaku, namun efektif terhadap loyalitas sikap dan eWOM. Loyalitas perilaku dapat dipengaruhi oleh loyalitas sikap, namun tidak dengan eWOM. Sementara itu, mediasi loyalitas sikap sukses pada hubungan publisitas negatif terhadap loyalitas perilaku, namun tidak dengan mediasi eWOM.
