Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi keahlian siswa pada praktikum pemisahan alkohol setelah diterapkan model direct instruction kelas X Kimia Industri SMK-SMTI Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 18 siswa, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan cara purposive sampling. Kompetensi keahlian terdiri dari 5 kompetensi yaitu persiapan kerja, proses distilasi, hasil kerja (uji produk), post proses, dan laporan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar penilaian kompetensi keahlian. Hasil analisis data tiap kompetensi keahlian rata-rata persentase kompetensi siswa yang diperoleh adalah persiapan kerja 94,44% (kompeten), proses distilasi 88,89% (kompeten), hasil kerja (uji produk) 83,33% (kompeten), post proses 94,44% (kompeten), dan laporan 72,22% (kompeten).   Kata kunci: Model Direct Instruction, Kompetensi Keahlian Abstract: This study aims to determine students' competency skills in practical separation of alcohol after be applicated direct instruction model of grade X Chemical Industry SMK-SMTI Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method. The sample as many as 18 students, using purposive sampling method. Competency skills consist of 5 competences that work preparation, process of distillation, work result (product testing), post-process, and reports. Instrument this study use competency skills assessment sheet. Results of the data analysis of each competency skills average percentage of students’ competency who obtained work preparation 94.44% (competent), 88.89% process of distillation (competent), work result (product testing) 83.33% (competent), post-process 94.44% (competent), and reports 72.22% (competent). Abstract

Abstract: This experiment aims to produce assessment instrument in acid-base practicum in contextual learning on class XI. Form of research is Research and Development. The development model is procedural development. Data collected by using a feasibility questionnaire and teachers’ product responses questionnaire. Results of feasibility analysis of questionnaire data obtained by the average percentage feasibility assessment instrument of 92.49% with criteria very high. Results of the data analysis of teachers' questionnaire responses obtained an average percentage of 91.25% teachers' response to the very high response criteria. Assessment instruments developed can be used as an assessment tool to assess the psychomotor and affective aspects with an average value of 96.35 and psychomotor aspects of the average value of the affective aspects of 95.83. Keywords: development, assessment instrument, contextual learning Abstrak: Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian dalam praktikum asam basa berbasis kontekstual di kelas XI yang layak digunakan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah  penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan prosedural. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket kelayakan produk dan angket respon guru. Hasil analisis data angket kelayakan diperoleh persentase rata-rata kelayakan instrumen penilaian sebesar 92,49% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat tinggi. Hasil analisis data angket respon guru diperoleh persentase rata-rata respon guru sebesar 91,25% dengan kriteria respon sangat tinggi. Instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat penilaian untuk menilai aspek psikomotor dan afektif dengan nilai rata-rata aspek psikomotor sebesar 96,35 dan nilai rata-rata aspek afektif sebesar 95,83. Kata kunci: pengembangan, instrumen penilaian, pembelajaran kontekstual.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa kelas XI MA Darul Ulum dalam praktikum titrasi asam basa. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan teknik observasi langsung dan teknik komunikasi langsung. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA MA Darul Ulum Kubu Raya Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 26 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan psikomotorik pada aspek menyiapkan dan merangkai alat titrasi berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 42,3%, aspek membilas buret dengan benar dan mengisi titran ke dalam buret berada pada kategori baik sekali dengan presentase 11,53% dan 19,23%. Keterampilan melakukan titrasi dan menentukan titik akhir titrasi memberikan presentase 46,15% dengan kategori baik sekali.   Kata kunci: keterampilan, psikomotorik, titrasi, asam-basa Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the psychomotor skill of XI IPA students of MA Darul Ulum in acid-base titration. This study was designed as a descriptive study. The data were collected through direct observation and direct communication technique. The subjects of this study were students of XI MA Darul Ulum Kubu Raya in academic year 2015/2016 consisting of 26 students. The results showed that psychomotor skills in preparing and arranging titration instruments  aspect was  good category with 42.3%,  rinsing burette and filling titrant burette correctly aspect was in a very good category with  11.53% and 19.23% and skills in titration and determining was in a good category with 46.15%.  Keywords: skills, psychomotor, titration,  acid-base

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk miskonsepsi dan penyebab miskonsepsi siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 27 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 14 bentuk miskonsepsi siswa meliputi sub konsep pengertian reduksi dan oksidasi berdasarkan pelepasan dan pengikatan elektron, pengertian reduksi dan oksidasi berdasarkan perubahan bilangan oksidasi, penentuan bilangan oksidasi unsur, menentukan persamaan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi berdasarkan pelepasan dan pengikatan oksigen, penentuan persamaan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi berdasarkan pelepasan dan penangkapan elektron, penentuan persamaan reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi berdasarkan perubahan bilangan oksidasi, reduktor dan oksidator, serta tata nama dan rumus kimia senyawa yang melibatkan bilangan oksidasi. Penyebab miskonsepsi siswa adalah pemikiran asosiatif siswa, prakonsepsi yang salah, intuisi yang salah, dan kemampuan siswa.   Kata kunci : miskonsepsi siswa, penyebab miskonsepsi, reduksi oksidasi   Abstract: This research aims to determine types of misconception and cause of misconception in grade XII SMA Negeri 1 Sambas. The research method that used descriptive. The research sample which had been used was 27 students. The result of research showed that there were 14 types of student misconception, consist of definition of reduction oxidation based on gain and loss of electron, definition of reduction oxidation based on oxidation number, determine oxidation number, determine reduction oxidation equation based on gain and loss of oxygent, reduction oxidation equation based on gain and loss of electron, reduction oxidation based on oxidation number change, reducing and oxidizing agent, determine nomenclature and formula of chemistry compound that involving oxidation number. Cause of student misconception in grade XII SMA Negeri 1 Sambas were mind-association, praconception error, intuition error, and student capability. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang literasi sains siswa kelas XI IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada materi laju reaksi di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah siswa yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 28 orang kelas XI IPA 2. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan untuk mengukur literasi sains siswa adalah tes hasil belajar dan LKS praktikum. Literasi sains yang diukur meliputi konten sains, proses sains, dan konteks sains. Tes hasil belajar digunakan untuk mengukur konten dan konteks sains, sedangkan LKS praktikum digunakan untuk mengukur proses sains. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains siswa kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak sebesar 82,14% yang tergolong kategori sedang. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat melatih kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Kata kunci: literasi sains siswa, model inkuiri, laju reaksi Abstract: The aim of this research is to describe the science literacy of eleventh-grade of science class in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak, which used inquiry model on reaction rate subject matter. The method of this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The technique of collecting sample is purposive sampling with number of participants are 28 students. The instruments that be used to collect the data to measure students science literacy are learning outcome test and student practical worksheet. Science literacy that be measured are science content, science process, and science context. The learning outcome test is used to measure the content and context of science. While the student practical worksheet is used to measure the science process. The analysis of the data shows that students science literacy of eleventh grade of science class in SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak is about 82,14%, it belongs to average category. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: 1) Perbedaan motivasi dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD disertai positive reinforcement dengan siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada materi struktur atom 2) pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD disertai positive reinforcement pada materi struktur atom. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan terdiri dari tes hasil dan angket motivasi belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan antara hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD disertai positive reinforcement dengan hasil dan motivasi belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada materi struktur atom. Pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD disertai positive reinforcement pada materi struktur atom kelas X  di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya memberikan pengaruh sebesar 49,48 % terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.   Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STAD, Positive Reinforcement,                                Struktur Atom Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate: 1) The difference of motivation and learning outcome among students which were thought with cooperative learning type STAD with positive reinforcement to the students by conventional teaching in atomic structure’s material 2) The influence of cooperative learning type STAD with positive reinforcement in atomic structure’s material. The form of the research was quasy experiment with nonequivalent control group design. Sample selection technique was random sampling technique. Instrument of the research consisted of test and questionnaire motivation.The result showed that there was a difference between students’ learning outcome and learning motivation by cooperative learning type STAD with positive reinforcement students’ learning outcome and learning motivation by using conventional learning in atomic structure’s material. Learning using cooperative learning type STAD with positive reinforcement on the atomic structure of materials tenth grade of SMAN 1 Sungai Raya giving the influence of 49.48% against an increase in student learning outcomes.   Key Word : Cooperative Learning type STAD, Positive Reinforcement,                                     Atom’s Structure.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dan yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional serta besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yaitu eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel berjumlah 28 orang di kelas kontrol dan 30 orang di kelas eksperimen. Hasil analisis data posttest menggunakan uji statistik U Mann Whitney dengan taraf nyata ?=5% berbantuan software SPSS 17.0 for windows diperoleh Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains dan yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 48,17%. Selain hasil belajar, ternyata saat penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis literasi sains juga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa. The type of this research is Quasy Experiment with Non Randomized-Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The samples of this research are 28 students from control class and 30 students from experiment class. The result of posttest data analysis used U Mann Whitney statistic with one tailed test, ?=5% assisted software SPSS 17.0 for windows obtain the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000. The result showed that there was the different between students learning outcome with learning based on scientific literacy and with conventional learning. Learning based on scientific literacy gave influence to the increasing of students learning outcome 48,17%. Abstract

AbstractThis aim of this research was to know the influence of chemcrossword puzzle on student motivation and study result. Method of this research is quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control grup design. Populations of this research are VIII grade student of Smp N 16 Pontianak academic year 2014/2015. This research used purposive sampling technique to select the experiment class and control class. Tool of data collecting is motivation questionnaire and tes. Based on data analysis, it has been found that there is a difference in control class motivation of 58.86% with sufficient categories and experimental class of 78.30% with strong categories. Analysis of posttest data using the U-Mann Whitney test obtained in the sig (2-tailed) 0f 0.003 asymp, this indicates that there are differences in experimental class student learning outcomes with the control class. chemcrossword give influenced by 27,34% towards the increasing in students learning outcomes in zat adiktif dan psikotropika solutions material at SMP N16 Pontianak.  keywords: chemcrossword puzzle

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this research are to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes between students who are taught by Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) practicum-based  with students who are taught with conventional learning, and determine the influence of learning CTL  practicum-based on liquid waste course toward learning outcomes of eleventh grade students of Cinta Bumi Khatulistiwa (CBK) Pontianak. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method, with a non equivalent control group design. The sample of this study was of eleven students of the SMK CBK Pontianak. Data collection tool in this study were a learning outcome test in the form of essays and interview guidelines. Based on data analysis using Mann Whitney U-test with  = 5%, the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value was 0.047 <0.05 which indicates that there are differences in learning outcomes between students taught using the learning by CTL practicum-based with students who are taught with conventional learning on liquid waste course. The influence of CTL practicum-based learning has an effect of 34.61% on learning outcomes on liquid waste course of eleventh grade study of SMK CBK Pontianak.  Keywords: Learning outcomes, liquid waste course, CTL practicum-based.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the difference in student learning outcomes between students who tought by practicum using everyday materials and conventional methods as well as knowing the influence of practicum methods using everyday materials against learning outcomes eleventh grade student of SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap. Form of research was quasy experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The technique of sampling was saturated sampling. Data collection technique were observation, measurement techniques and direct communication.. Based on the results of U-Mann Whitney of toward learning after obtained that there is a difference in the activity of students tought by practicum methods using everyday materials and conventional methods with a value Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.0004, while the test U-Mann Whitney of toward learning after obtained there is a difference in students learning outcomes that are tought by practicum methods using everyday materials and conventional methods with a value Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,012. Based on the calculation of effect size model of the learning method of teaching using everyday materials exert influence of 28,23% against the results of student learning material on reaction rate SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap. Keywords: practicum, activities, learning outcomes, reaction rate, everyday materials
