Abstract

Assistance in Preventing the Covid-19 Virus Against Volunteers of the Fathul Hidayah Pangean Islamic Boarding School aims to help students, teachers and caregivers to cope with the prevention and spread of the Covid-19 virus in the hope that the students are not exposed to the virus that is hitting this country. This type of research is community service. The method of activities carried out through several stages through consolidation, socialization, and education, as well as evaluation of activities and the sustainability of activities. The programs that have been implemented include strengthening material on the prevention of the covid-19 virus and various series of volunteer work programs for the COVID-19 task force at the Fathul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in accordance with the initial objectives. Participation and support from the pesantren is quite high, where the students are actively involved in implementing the program so that the community can take full advantage of it.

Abstract

Cyber ​​attacks have a significant impact on the banking sector. One of the cyber attack incidents occurred at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), including at the BSI Pekalongan Pemuda Branch Office (KC). The attack was marked by disruption of digital services, such as BSI Mobile, ATM machines, and teller services that could not be accessed by customers. This incident reflects the potential for bank negligence in carrying out its obligations to protect customer systems and data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection for customers due to cyber attacks, as well as to examine the legal consequences arising from the negligence of BSI KC Pekalongan Pemuda in anticipating cyber threats. This study is a juridical-empirical study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through field studies, including interviews with related parties at BSI KC Pekalongan Pemuda, as well as literature studies covering legal literature, laws and regulations, and legal doctrines. The conceptual and legislative approaches were used to analyze the legal basis for customer protection and the bank's legal responsibility for cyber attacks. The results of the study show that customers are given the right to file a complaint with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) if they experience losses due to cyber attacks. The cyber attack that occurred at BSI KC Pekalongan Pemuda resulted in various legal and non-legal consequences, namely violations of the Personal Data Protection Act, violations of contractual obligations between the bank and customers, potential sanctions from authorities, the possibility of claims for compensation from customers, and losses to the bank's reputation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of sharia service quality, Islamic values and destination image toward loyalty with visitors’ satisfaction as an intervening variable, a study on the great mosque of Demak tourism. This is field research using a quantitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data taken with survey method. There are three independent variables, namely: (X1) the quality of sharia service, (X2) Islamic values, and (X3) the destination image. The dependent variable (Y1)/loyalty and intervening variable (Y2) are visitor satisfaction. The population of this study is all visitors orpilgrims of the great mosque of Demak in 2018. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 167 respondents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the sharia service quality does not affect the loyalty, (2) the Islamic values have a direct positive and significant effect on the loyalty, (3) destination image has a direct positive and significant effect on loyalty, (4) the sharia service quality has no effect on the visitors’ satisfaction, (5) the Islamic values have no effect on the visitors’ satisfaction (6) the destination image has a direct positive and significant effect on the visitors’ satisfaction, (7) the visitors’ satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on the loyalty, (8) the visitors’ satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the sharia service quality and loyalty (9) the visitors’ satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between the Islamic values and loyalty, and (10) the visitors’ satisfaction mediates part of the relationship between destination image and loyalty.

Abstract

Mayoritas pengusaha Usaha mikro & kecil Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak belum terampil dibidang pengelolaan keuangan khususnya menyusun laporan keuangan bisnisnya. Selama ini mereka belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan hal tersebut, padahaal sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka pelaporan bisnisnya tersebut agar dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan akuntabel Adapun tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta pelatihan tentang laporan keuangan yang terjadi pada bisnisnya para pengusaha Usaha mikro & kecil Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak Teknik PKM dalam bentuk pendekatan participatory training dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah kegiatan.yaitu : penyuluhan, pelatihan dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil PkM adalah pengusaha Usaha mikro & kecil desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan ketrampilan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan bisnisnya secara sederhana.

Abstract

In the latest developments in medical technology, machine learning, especially the application of the Decision Tree algorithm, is becoming an increasingly popular approach for large-scale health data analysis. Decision Tree is known for its ability to identify hidden patterns in clinical data with interpretation that is easy for medical professionals to understand. Through the process of parameter optimization, the accuracy of the model can be significantly improved, allowing for more precise predictions of possible autoimmune reactions due to the use of certain drugs. The use of Decision Tree-based predictive models with optimized parameters not only strengthens clinical decision-making, but also paves the way for more personalized and precise treatment practices. Parameter optimization is used for the execution of all parameter variations that are set through its subprocesses. The final result recorded an optimal predictive performance of 77.50% with 98.28% more precision for the "true=0" class compared to the "true=1" class.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the "Digital-Based Religious Moderation" program implemented at Islamic Boarding School Ittihadul Asna Salatiga. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through focus group discussions (FGD), observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that this program significantly enhances children's understanding of the values of religious moderation and facilitates the use of technology in the learning process. Children exhibit increased attitudes of tolerance and mutual respect, as well as a high interest in the material presented through digital media. Support from the Islamic Boarding School management and village government plays a crucial role in the success of this program. These findings suggest the importance of synergy between educational institutions and the community in creating an environment that supports character education amid social diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reasons behind the fluctuating sales of Pattaya Corner products using price, product quality, and promotion variables to influence purchasing decisions. Primary data was used in this study and distributed through an online questionnaire. The population in this study is people who live in Salatiga, while for the sample itself, namely consumers from Pattaya Corner, Salatiga city, as many as 106 samples. Random sampling does sampling. A quantitative approach is used in this study with validity test, reliability test, T-test and F test. The study results using SPSS version 23 show that the variables of price, product quality, and promotion both have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variable has an impact of 52%. For the product quality variable, it has an effect of 46%. The promotion variable has an impact of 54% and is the most dominant in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadapkinerja pegawai pada SMKN 28 Jakarta Selatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenispenelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik sampling menggunakansampel jenuh sebanyak 63 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan, uji instrumen data, ujiasumsi klasik, regresi linear sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisiendeterminasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Secaraparsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresilinear sederhana Y = 28,729 + 0,308X1.

Abstract

The prevalence of bullying, even among elementary school children, requires serious attention from all parties. In an effort to shape a generation free from bullying behavior, the KKN MIT 18 program in Dempelrejo Village conducted an anti-bullying seminar at SDN 1 Dempelrejo. This program aimed to provide education on the types of bullying, its impact, and prevention strategies. The seminar was met with high enthusiasm from the students, and through the materials and interactive sessions, they are expected to understand and apply anti-bullying values in their daily lives. The results of the activity showed an increased understanding among students regarding the dangers of bullying and the importance of creating a safe and comfortable school environment.

Abstract

Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf is one of the reform products that have received the attention of many researchers. This paper examined the Waqf Law from the perspective of Pancasila, namely to answer whether the values of Pancasila have been actualized in it. This research is a juridical-normative study, by analyzing the contents of Waqf Law with the parameters of Pancasila values in the legislation. The results show that the values of Pancasila are well actualized in Waqf Law. The actualization of Pancasila values is contained in in every norm of Waqf Law.
