Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Regional Government Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research uses field research methods to study the background of the current situation and the social interactions within it. The research object was carried out in this environment by taking 45 employees as samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale for quantitative analysis. The analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, this research uses the F test, Coefficient of Determination test, and T test. The research results show that leadership style and work discipline do not have a significant influence on employee performance, while compensation has a positive and significant influence. This research suggests that future research can expand literature or articles as a reference to facilitate research, as well as adding other variables that have the potential to influence employee performance. It is also hoped that future research will use more holistic methods and integrate quantitative and qualitative approaches to gain a deeper understanding of the complexity of organizational dynamics. Thus, future research is expected to provide more comprehensive and relevant insights for the development of effective human resource management strategies in complex and dynamic work environments.

Abstract

The inquiry discovery method was tested on 18 students/I level XII IPA consisting of 11 boys and 7 girls through 2 face-to-face trials. From the results of the evaluation experiment, there is a range of values between 55 – 60 which is 44.44% while the range of values 60.01 – 70.00 is 55.55% (before implementation). Furthermore, the percentage of learning achievement from the 70-80 score range is 72.22% and the 80-90.00 range is 27.77% (after implementation). While the results of the evaluation analysis using the Liliofers Test were found to be not normally distributed, while the analysis using the Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test found that there were significant differences in the results of the evaluation before and after treatment. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that repetition of the inquiry discovery method can increase scientific thinking independently so that achievement and completeness during the educational process can be directed according to the learning implementation plan for SMA CENDANA PEKANBARU.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik kinerja keuangan pengelolaan alokasi dana desa berdasarkan rasio efektivitas dan rasio efisiensi di Desa Tegalluar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rumus Rasio Efektivitas dan Rasio Efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja keuangan pemerintah Desa Tegalluar Kecamatan Bojongsoang Kabupaten Bandung sudah baik dalam mengelola keuangan Alokasi Dana Desa. Dimana rasio efektivitas dana desa Desa Tegalluar selama tahun 2022-2023 dikategorikan efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemerintah Desa Tegalluar dalam mencapai target Dana Desa sudah berjalan dengan baik. Desa Tegalluar menilai bahwa ketika kegiatan yang diprogramkan telah terealisasi dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, maka kegiatan tersebut dinilai efektif. Pelaksanaan anggaran Desa Tegalluar pada tahun 2022 dan 2023, secara keseluruhan telah berjalan dengan efisien.

Abstract

This study questions the response of the Khawārij sect in interpreting the verses that speak of blasphemy. The study will focused on exploring the results of the Khawārij interpretation of the blasphemy verses in the Tafsīr Haimayan al-Zād Ilā Dār al-Ma’ād by Yusuf Wahbi, this book was chosen because it became a reference often used by the Khawārij sect to this contemporary period. For this reason, the author tries to use the Gadamer-style hermeneuticsubjectivist approach so that the ideological dimension in the interpretation can be properly embodied. The results of the study indicate that Khawārij tends to be textual and put forward their ideology in interpreting the verses of blasphemy. This is evidenced by the existence of a bid'ah instrument which is used as a benchmark to set a ban on sitting with the perpetrators such as the prohibition of sitting with people who deny and insult the Qur'an as in QS. Al-Nisa ': 140. In addition, the results of the interpretation of Khawārij have reduced the preventive principle contained in QS. Al-An'am 108 and their interpretation of QS. Al-Taubah: 12 has indirectly opened the opportunity for the creation of excessive arrogance against religious offenders.

Abstract

This research aims to design an e-booklet about Palembang's traditional cakes sold by Palembang Harum to support Palembang's culinary tourism. The problem in this paper is how to design E-Booklet as promotion media of Palembang Harum as a culinary tourism in Palembang. The purpose of this paper is to design E-Booklet as promotion media of Palembang Harum as a culinary tourism in Palembang. The writer used the research and development (R&D) method. This method has 3 steps, namely preliminary studies, model development, and final product testing. The writer relates these steps to the 7 stages of manuscript development. Based on the findings, the writer created a 46-page e-booklet containing Palembang Harum as a culinary tourism in Palembang. It is concluded that there are 7 steps in designing an e-booklet, namely: background research and investigation, concept, pitching, treatment, first draft, revision, and final draft.

Abstract

Inseminasi buatan (IB) adalah penempatan semen pada saluran reproduksi yang dibantu oleh tenaga inseminator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penampilan reproduksi sapi simental yang di lihat dari Service Per Conception dari hasil Inseminasi Buatan di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Kota Gajah, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan pada bulan juni ─ juli 2023 di Desa Purworejo yang berada di Kecamatan Kota Gajah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sapi Simmental milik peternak minimal satu ekor yang diambil secara porposive sampling di Desa Purworejo, Kecamatan Kota Gajah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dengan jumlah peternak sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian yang berupa data primer maupun data sekunder yang diperoleh yang bersifat kualitatif dipaparkan secara deskriptif, sedangkan yang bersifat kuantitatif di analisis secara statistik yaitu ditentukan nilai rata-rata kemudian di interpretasikan menurut angka statistik tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa penampilan reproduksi ternak sapi simmental yang di inseminasi buatan di desa puworejo kecamatan kota gajah kabupaten lampung tengah dengan persentase S/C sebesar 2,00 dengan kategori baik artinya rata-rata keberhasilan dalam inseminasi buatan sampai terjadi kebuntingan membutuhkan 2 kali kawin.Kata Kunci : Sapi Simmental, Inseminasi Buatan, Service Per conception

Abstract

This paper aims to see the development of the Play Store Al-Qur'an manuscripts inIndonesia as well as to question the discourse on the authority of digital religious texts.This study uses a field research model whose data are taken from various sources withobservation, documentation, and interview techniques. The results of the study found thatthe Play Store Al-Qur'an manuscripts in Indonesia are quite varied and can be divided intothree classifications: (1) Reading Mushaf; (2) Listening Mushaf; and (3) Learning Mushaf.Of the many mushaf applications available on the Play Store, only 10% said it had beenapproved by the LPMQ of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the restdid not mention a clear source. This phenomenon arises because of the lack of strictgovernment supervision of digital Qur'anic mushaf and the absence of special treatment tosuppress the circulation of digital Qur'ans that have not been standardized. This is at leastinfluenced by the policy of digital Qur’anic standardization which has not been stated inPMA Number 44 of 2016 concerning Issuance, Standardization, and Circulation ofQur'anic Mushaf. As a result, the submission of digital Qur'an standardization at LPMQwhile the rules are the same as printing manuscripts.

Abstract

With the large spread of Mixue outlets in Palembang, several problems have arisen, such as product quality and service quality that are felt different and not good. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction mediated by the decision to purchase Mixue products. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who bought Mixue in Palembang. The sample used was an ingenious sampling technique (unintentional/accidental sampling). Data analysis uses the help of SmartPLS 4 by evaluating the measurement model (another model), structural model (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that product quality has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Mixue products, product quality has a significant effect on Mixue consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Mixue products, service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. Purchase decisions have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Mixue products.

Abstract

The failure to optimally apply the PAI curriculum has a significant impact on various aspects of education, including students' understanding of religion, character formation, quality of learning, and academic achievement. This research identified several causal factors, such as teacher perceptions, student interests, infrastructure, family environment, government policy, curriculum format, community support, and quality of human resources. The most prominent impacts are students' shallow understanding of religion, difficulty in reading the Koran, and weak internalization of moral values. Apart from that, the non-applicability of the curriculum also contributes to an increase in deviant behaviour, ethical crises, mental health problems, and a decrease in the overall quality of learning. To overcome this problem, comprehensive efforts are needed involving various parties, such as evaluating and revising the curriculum, improving the quality of teachers, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, collaborating with parents, and effective outreach regarding the importance of religious education.

Abstract

Tik Tok merupakan platform media sosial yang paling populer saat ini, Beberapa orang memberikan ulasan positif bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok membantu orang-orang di sektor bisnis. Analisis sentimen digunakan untuk menganalisis opini yang terdapat dalam ulasan yang ditulis oleh pengguna dengan mengelompokkan ulasan positif dan negatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Model Random Forest yang dioptimalkan mencapai akurasi sebesar 91%, dengan kinerja yang baik dalam mengklasifikasikan ulasan negatif, netral, dan positif. Word Cloud membantu mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang sering muncul dalam ulasan, memberikan wawasan tentang aspek-aspek yang menjadi perhatian khusus pengguna. Penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas teknologi analisis sentimen dalam memahami preferensi pengguna dan memberikan masukan yang berharga bagi pengembang untuk meningkatkan Jawaban Baik dari aplikasi Tiktok.
