Abstract

As it is known that tax is a source of income and is an important aspect for the national development of a country, with the aim of increasing the welfare of a just and prosperous society. The issue of taxpayer compliance is an important issue throughout the world, both in developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax at the Soreang Office. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that taxpayer compliance in paying motorized vehicle taxes at the Soreang Samsat Office is quite good, but there are still some taxpayers who have not complied. This can be caused by several influencing factors such as understanding of the tax collection system, service quality factors, educational level factors, and income factors. In additional, there are two additional factors that can influence, including psychological factors of the taxpayer and also the habit of the taxpayer. Abstract

Corn chip MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Banyu Urip Village have untapped economic potential due to limitations in technology, management, and marketing strategies. This study aims to develop the human resource capacity of corn chip MSMEs through community-based mentoring to enhance the competitiveness of local products. The method used is participatory qualitative, involving field observation, interviews, training, and direct mentoring integrated with courses on MSME Empowerment & Village Digitalization, Technology Application, as well as Leadership and Community Communication. The results indicate a significant improvement in the capacity of MSME actors in business management, product innovation (taste diversification), packaging design using digital applications (Canva), and basic understanding of digital marketing. The application of appropriate technology increased production efficiency, while the participatory approach and collaborative leadership strengthened institutional capacity and business sustainability. It is concluded that holistic and contextual human resource development can drive the transformation of traditional MSMEs into more competitive and digitally adaptive businesses.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah memberikan banyak manfaat di berbagai sektor, namun juga menimbulkan risiko keamanan akibat potensi penyalahgunaan sistem AI. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem peringatan dini berbasis machine learning untuk mendeteksi aktivitas AI berbahaya secara proaktif melalui prompt berbasis teks. Sistem ini menerapkan pendekatan klasifikasi teks menggunakan algoritma Logistic Regression, Linear Support Vector Classifier (SVC), dan Random Forest dengan ekstraksi fitur TF-IDF. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh model menghasilkan performa yang kuat dengan tingkat akurasi di atas 95%. Model Random Forest menunjukkan performa tertinggi dengan akurasi sebesar 95,64% dan nilai ROC-AUC 95,64%, sementara Linear SVC dan Logistic Regression memberikan hasil yang stabil dan kompetitif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan efektif sebagai mekanisme peringatan dini dalam mendeteksi prompt AI berbahaya sebelum terjadi eskalasi ancaman.

Abstract

The increasing integration of advanced technology in education has created new opportunities to enhance teaching practices. However, evaluation systems still dominated by traditional methods have not been able to fully represent students' applicative competencies. This study explores the implementation of metaverse technology, specifically through the use of FrameVR, in formative assessment at the Vocational High School (SMK) level in Indonesia. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative survey data from 38 students with qualitative interviews to evaluate the impact on student motivation, collaboration, and engagement. The findings indicate a significant positive impact of the metaverse-based assessment environment on student participation and interest. Students reported higher motivation and stronger collaboration skills when completing tasks within the immersive virtual environment. This research highlights the potential of metaverse platforms to transform traditional assessment into an interactive, engaging, and skills-oriented experience, aligning with the demands of the modern workforce. Implications for future research and educational policy are discussed, particularly concerning infrastructure, digital equity, and teacher readiness in adopting immersive learning technologies. The successful implementation of the metaverse in education is highly dependent on infrastructural preparedness, financial support, enhancement of teacher competencies through training, and robust data security and privacy guarantees.

Abstract

Keluarga adalah unit terkecil dalam masyarakat maupun Gereja yang memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan kehidupan iman dan keharmonisan. Meski demikian, masih banyak pasangan muda yang belum memahami secara mendalam arti penting perencanaan keuangan dalam keluarga sehingga dibutuhkan suatu pelatihan yang berfokus pada pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dalam konteks nilai-nilai Kristiani. Kegiatan pelatihan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Maret 2025 di Paroki Santo Petrus Palembang, pemberian materi dilakukan secara tatap muka. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi 3 bagian pokok : (1) Persiapan meliputi penyusunan materi dan koordinasi dengan mitra, (2) Pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan dalam bentuk tatap muka dan diskusi kelompok dan (3) Evaluasi mencakup penyusunan laporan dan penilaian dampak kegiatan. Aspek yang dinilai oleh peserta mencakup: ketertarikan terhadap topik kegiatan (31,43% setuju dan 68,57% sangat setuju), ketertarikan terhadap materi kegiatan (28,57% setuju dan 71,43% sangat setuju), kejelasan penyampaian materi (20% setuju dan 74,29% sangat setuju), ketertarikan umum terhadap bentuk kegiatan ini (34,28% setuju dan 65,71% sangat setuju), serta manfaat kegiatan tersebut (17,14% setuju dan 82,86% sangat setuju). Beberapa saran dari peserta seperti membuka kelas privat dan kegiatan dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of mobile wallet promotions on consumer purchase frequency in e-commerce, considering the mediating roles of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using a survey method involving 116 active mobile wallet users of GoPay, OVO, and DANA in Indonesia. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results reveal that mobile wallet promotions have a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and consumer purchase frequency, both directly and indirectly. The R² value of 0.642 indicates that promotional, usefulness, and ease variables explain 64.2% of the variance in consumer purchasing behavior. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus–Organism–Response (S–O–R) framework as robust theoretical bases for understanding digital purchasing behavior. Practically, the study offers insights for e-commerce platforms and digital wallet providers to design sustainable and personalized promotion strategies that enhance user satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines employee retention challenges among Generation Z in the post-pandemic SME food and beverage sector. It aims to analyze the effect of career development on employee loyalty and the mediating role of job satisfaction at Roti Gembong Panglima Samarinda. Using an explanatory quantitative design, data were collected from all 30 employees and analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results indicate that career development significantly affects job satisfaction and employee loyalty, with job satisfaction acting as a dominant complementary mediator. The findings imply that SMEs should implement transparent and satisfaction-oriented career systems to strengthen emotional commitment and reduce turnover risk.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) represents a company's commitment not only to achieving economic objectives but also to addressing social and environmental concerns as part of sustainable development efforts. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Community Development CSR Program (Bina Lingkungan) conducted by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang in 2025. The evaluation is based on the Triple Bottom Line framework, which encompasses the dimensions of People, Planet, and Profit. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while source triangulation was applied to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the implementation of the CSR Community Development Program has been carried out systematically through several stages, including proposal submission, administrative verification, field surveys, assistance determination, fund distribution, and accountability reporting. During 2025, PT KAI Regional Division III Palembang successfully implemented 81 assistance programs across its operational areas in South Sumatra Province. These programs covered the development of public infrastructure and facilities, educational assistance, religious facility support, and community social activities, all of which generated tangible benefits for local communities. However, the implementation process encountered challenges related to incomplete administrative requirements in submitted proposals, which occasionally delayed aid distribution. From the Triple Bottom Line perspective, the CSR initiatives have contributed to improving community welfare, supporting environmental quality, and strengthening the company's reputation and operational sustainability. Therefore, the CSR implementation of PT KAI Regional Division III Palembang can be considered effective in supporting sustainable development objectives.
