Abstract

Permasalahan yang timbul di Apotek Emilia Jakarta adalah masalah penggajian pegawai, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keragaman perhitungan gaji yang berbeda pada setiap pegawai. Absensi yang dilakukan masih terhitung manual dengan cara foto ditempat lalu dikirimkan via whatsapp kepada admin sehingga admin harus merekap absensi foto karyawan setiap harinya selama satu bulan periode gaji, hal ini tidak efektif karena menyulitkan admin dalam proses perekapan data sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya human error atau kesalahan penulisan dan duplikasi data. Melihat kesulitan yang dihadapi Apotek Emilia Jakarta, membuat penulis menginisiasi program pembuatan sistem informasi penggajian pegawai yang terintegrasi dengan absen online via website. Dimana pada program ini admin tidak perlu lagi repot merekap daftar absensi harian karena dengan absen online pegawai akan melakukan absensi secara mandiri dengan mobile via website kemudian data akan terekam secara otomatis oleh sistem sehingga memudahkan admin dalam merekapitulasi data daftar hadir pegawai dan data perhitungan gaji pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara berbisnis secara signifikan, mendorong perusahaan untuk memperhatikan arsitektur perusahaan sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk mengelola kerumitan sistem informasi dan teknologi. PT. Bebs Trend Indonesia, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi makanan ringan. Seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis dan peningkatan jumlah cabang. Perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi yang ada. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah ketidakakuratan data, tidak adanya sistem yang menjadi penghubung antara proses bisnis divisi finance , warehouse , marketing, dan distribusi, permasalahan dalam pengolahan data dan kontrol dari masing-masing divisi, kesulitan mencari riwayat transaksi data yang sudah lewat serta pengarsipan yang berantakan, informasi yang didapatkan kurang sesuai, proses pembuatan laporan dan persetujuan yang membutuhkan waktu lama, dan sistem keamanan yang kurang baik karena belum terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, skripsi ini membahas perancangan arsitektur enterprise untuk divisi marketing , warehouse , finance , dan distribusi pada PT. Bebs Trend Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang arsitektur enterprise untuk divisi marketing , warehouse , finance, dan distribusikan pada PT Bebs Trend Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) dengan menggunakan TOGAF Architecture Development Method . Hasilnya adalah perancangan arsitektur enterprise yang terintegrasi, terdiri dari lapisan bisnis, aplikasi, data, dan teknologi, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bisnis di keempat divisi tersebut.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia teknologi informasi saat ini melaju semakin pesat, berbagai macam kegiatan telah dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan atau yang sering disebut SPP merupakan suatu proses administrasi keuangan yang harus dibayar siswa setiap bulannya. Proses pembayaran SPP yang terjadi di SDIP Roudhotun Nur masih menggunakan proses manual, sehingga masih dikatakan kurang efektif dimana saat pencatatan transaksi pembayaran masih menggunakan kertas dan data pembayaran di rekap secara manual. Dengan sistem yang berjalan saat ini akan memperlambat dalam proses pelayanan pembayaran SPP sehingga akan terjadi proses perhitungan yang tidak akurat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perubahan sistem yang lama, dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi pembayaran spp berbasis web dapat membantu petugas dalam melakukan pengelolaan data pembayaran SPP secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat terbangunnya sistem pembayaran spp berbasis web. Dengan adanya permasalahan penelitian terkait pengelolaan pembayaran SPP diatas diperlukan cara atau sistem untuk merubah pengelolaan administrasi pembayaraan SPP sekolah yang manual menjadi pendataan yang terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made people compete to create new digital-based business models, one of which is digital invitations. With the digital invitation, it is expected to reduce waste from paper and plastic produced from conventional invitations in general. In building the application, the author uses the Agile Development Method because this method can provide values faster with better quality and predictions. The Agile Development method in building this application also allows changing needs in the middle of the application Development process, because one of the properties of this method is flexibility. The author uses the Ionic Framework and Elementor in the application Development process because this Framework can produce applications that are easy, fast and have an attractive appearance. We develop this digital invitation application with the hope that people who want to organize events can take advantage of existing technology with digital invitations, instead of using conventional invitations which increase paper and plastic waste. In addition to this, the author's goal in building this application is to create business opportunities, namely by pioneering information technology companies/startups. The results of this study are a Mobile-based digital invitation application that can be downloaded on the Google Play Store which can be used by smartPhone users to create digital invitations

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan agar mengetahui dampak brand image, keyakinan merek serta tempat pada pemutusan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 96 responden. Tanggapan konsumen terhadap citra merek dinilai baik, kepercayaan dinilai baik, lokasi dinilai baik serta tanggapan konsumen mengenai keputusan pembelian juga dinilai baik. Hasil studi mengatakan jika adanya dampak positif serta signifikasi secara bersama-sama anatara brand image, kepercayaan merek serta lokasi pada ketentuan pembelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka Servis Indonesia, Cileungsi, Bogor. Hasil uji parsial menyatakan bahwa brand image berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian, kepercayaan brand berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pembelian serta lokasi berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada ketentuan pebmbelian genset cummins pada PT. Aneka servis Indonesia.

Abstract

Background of the study: Google has become the most popular search engine worldwide and its name has its own merit within information search, as such when people are searching for information they would most often say ‘google it' rather than ‘look for it'. Purpose: The present research employs information experience perspective that investigates students of Universitas Diponegoro when they are using Google search to help complete their assignments. Method: The research method used to capture the information experience of Universitas Diponegoro students when using Google to look for information associated with their studies was the qualitative research method. Semi-structured interviews were used in this study to explore further information experience of students in exploring information using the Google search engine Findings: The findings revealed that undergraduate students have their own techniques when using Google search. They are well familiar with formulating search queries; the majority being able to take on this stage of task easily. However, students found it challenging when they have to start evaluating which of the search results would give the most relevant information to help with their assignments. Conclusions: Students' prior knowledge appeared to be the governing factor of how well they are able to determine which of the compiled information sources are best for their study. Every student has their own best approach and experience to optimize Google. Generally, it was found that the students within this study had similar ways in formulating keywords to search for information on Google and were only different in certain details of experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and job placement on the performance of daily freelance employees of the Banyuasin Regency Education and Culture Office. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics 27 program application. The analysis technique used is classical assumption analysis techniques such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 135 casual daily labor employees. Sampling using simple random sampling technique using the Yamane formula with a sample of 101 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously the Recruitment and Job Placement variables jointly influenced the performance variables of daily freelance employees of the education and culture office of the banyuasin district. As well as partially obtained the results that the recruitment and job placement variables have a significant effect on the performance variables of casual daily employees of the education and culture office of the banyuasin district. And the Recruitment and Job Placement variables together (simultaneously) affect the performance variable of daily freelance employees of the education and culture office of the banyuasin district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan data retensi berkas rekam medis di RS Hermina Grand Wisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sedangkan, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi staff rekam medis studi pustaka yang memiliki relevansi erat dengan pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan sebagai berikut (1). Proses pemilahan berkas rekam medis yang akan dilakukan pemusnahan memerlukan waktu yang lama, dan tenaga yang cukup banyak, sehingga pemilahan berkas menjadi tidak efektif, (2). Pencatatan data form ceklis dokumen yang diabadikan masih menggunakan metode manual, sehingga rentan kehilangan data, atau ketidak akuratan data, (3). Belum ada sistem laporan untuk kegiatan retensi. Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi adalah : (1). Koordinasi dengan pihak management terkait permasalahan yang dihapadi, (2). Dilakukan sosialisasi prosedur mengenai retensi berkas rekam medis, (3). Prancangan suatu software yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data retensi berkas rekam medis dengan menggunakan Visual Studio 2010.

Abstract

Abstract Jus Sandra, is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operates in the field of serving food and drinks which is currently developing in Pontianak. In this juice business, the problem lies in using inappropriate basic ingredients which can cause less than optimal profits. This research was conducted with the aim of formulating solutions to problems in optimizing profits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from the Sandra Juice business. The simplex method is a way to solve linear programming cases where repeated mathematical procedures are carried out to test corner points so that the optimal solution is found. The data used in this research are the results of Jus Sandra's business interviews. Based on the simplex linear method program, optimization calculation results were obtained including the amount of juice production being 25 glasses per day, so that a maximum profit of IDR 500,000 was obtained.
