Abstract

Pendidikan modern seringkali menekankan pengembangan nalar kritis sebagai tujuan utama, namun abai terhadap fondasi akhlak yang membimbingnya. Fenomena ini menghasilkan individu yang cerdas secara intelektual namun rentan menggunakan kemampuannya untuk tujuan destruktif, seperti penyebaran disinformasi dan perdebatan tanpa adab di era digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan kembali konsep nalar kritis yang tidak terpisah dari nilai-nilai moral, dengan menggunakan perspektif filsafat pendidikan Islam. Melalui metode studi pustaka kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis filosofis, penelitian ini menggali khazanah pemikiran Islam klasik, khususnya gagasan tentang ilmu, adab, dan penyucian jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam pandangan Islam, nalar kritis yang sejati adalah buah dari sinergi antara kemampuan analisis rasional (‘aql) dan kepekaan spiritual hati (qalb). Kesimpulannya, model pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan nalar dan akhlak secara inheren lebih unggul dalam membentuk insan kamil individu yang tidak hanya mampu berpikir kritis, tetapi juga bertanggung jawab secara moral atas pemikirannya.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh kuman TB (Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Salah satu aspek penting dalam memahami TB paru adalah perubahan parameter hematologi, khususnya kadar leukosit dan hemoglobin. Leukosit, berperan dalam respon imun tubuh terhadap infeksi, sedangkan hemoglobin adalah protein dalam sel darah merah yang bertanggung jawab mengangkut oksigen ke seluruh tubuh.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar leukosit dan hemoglobin pada pasien tuberkulosis lama dan baru di Puskesmas Poasia. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kompatarif study. Populasi adalah seluruh penderita TB Baru dan TB Lama di Puskesmas Poasia Kota Kendari berjumlah 22 responden. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi.  Pra analitik yang terdiri persiapan pasien hingga pengambilan sampel, tahap analitik yaitu pemeriksaan kadar leukosit dan hemoglobin dan terakhir tahap pasca analitik yaitu validasi dan pelaporan hasil pemeriksaan. Analisis data yaitu analisis independent t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil distribusi pemeriksaan kadar leukosit didapatkan hasil normal   berjumlah 11 pasien dengan persentase 50% dan hasil pemeriksaan leukositosis berjumlah 11 pasien dengan persentase 50%. Dan distribusi frekuensi pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin  didapatkan hasil rendah berjumlah 13 pasien dengan persentase 59,095 dan kadar hemoglobin normal berjumlah 1 pasien dengan persentase 4,54%, sedangkan hasil pemeriksaan hemoglobin tinggi berjumlah 8 pasien dengan persentase 36,36 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar leukosit pada pasien tuberkulosis paru lama dan baru   di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Poasia.Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar hemoglobin pada pasien tuberkulosis  paru lama dan  baru   di  wilayah  kerja UPTD  Puskesmas  Poasia.  Bagi  Peneliti selanjutnya perlu adanya pemeriksaan lanjutaan terkait parameter pemeriksaan lain yang berhubungan dengan kategori TB lama dan TB baru.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the Question-Answer Relationship (QAR) strategy on the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Kaliurang 1. The research was motivated by declining literacy trends, as evidenced by national assessment data and school-level reports, which indicated that only 35.7% of students met the Minimum Completeness Criteria in reading comprehension during the pretest phase. Using a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design, the study integrated quantitative data from pretest-posttest results with qualitative insights from observations, interviews, and documentation. Over three intervention sessions, students engaged in structured QAR phases concept introduction, modeling, independent practice, and reflection. The findings revealed a significant improvement in reading comprehension, with posttest results showing 78.6% of students achieving the minimum completeness criteria in. Qualitative analysis further highlighted enhanced metacognitive awareness, reduced reliance on teacher guidance, and improved collaborative discussion skills. These results confirm QAR’s effectiveness as a cognitive scaffold that systematically transforms students’ reading habits from passive reception to active, structured inquiry. The study contributes to literacy education by offering an evidence-based strategy aligned with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and the “8 Profil Lulusan” framework, while also suggesting the need for differentiated instruction and further research on QAR’s applicability to digital and multimodal texts.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial foundation in addressing moral degradation within the world of education. This study aims to identify the process of developing independence, responsibility, and self-confidence through the co-curricular activity of KUB chicken farming at SD IT Alam Nurul Islam. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving 4th-grade elementary students. The data analysis techniques followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that farming activities effectively foster student character through experiential learning. The character of responsibility was formed through the consistency of the daily duty roster; independence emerged as teacher supervision decreased by the fourth week; and self-confidence increased through the students' courage in overcoming sensory barriers (feelings of disgust and fear) when interacting with the animals. Furthermore, this activity stimulated critical thinking skills, empathy, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This study concludes that contextual learning based on farming activities is an effective instrument for internalizing character values in a real-world context, rather than just as a theory.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents new challenges in the formation of children's characters, including the use of digital technology, social media, and changes in social interaction patterns as well as access to negative content that has the potential to weaken religious values, manners, and morals. The research aims to analyze and formulate an effective home-school education integration model to build children's character in the Society 5.0 era based on the principles of Islamic education. The research uses a qualitative approach of the type of literature study, with data sources in the form of books on family and character education, home-school education integration, education in the digital era, journal articles of the last five years, as well as classical and contemporary Islamic literature on tarbiyah, adab, and moral formation. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, concept classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the family plays a role as the first madrasah in the cultivation of monotheism, worship, manners, and morals, while the school plays a role in strengthening these values formally and systematically through learning that is adaptive to technology. Children's character challenges in the Society 5.0 era such as cyberbullying, individualism, decreased empathy, and negative content consumption demand strengthening Islamic digital literacy. The integration model includes monotheism, worship, manners, social morals, and digital literacy through strategic, communicative, and sustainable collaboration between parents and schools. The integration of home and school education based on Islamic principles is able to strengthen the character of children who have faith, noble character, and are wise in utilizing technology in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

This study critically examines the paradigm shift in educational research methodology in the digital era by elucidating the epistemological and methodological integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the stages of data collection and analysis. Employing a qualitative conceptual approach with a systematic library research design, this study synthesizes contemporary national and international scholarly literature through descriptive reflective analysis. Data were analyzed using an integrated framework combining content analysis and AI assisted thematic analysis to identify dominant methodological trends, conceptual frameworks, and emerging ethical concerns associated with AI-driven educational research. The findings reveal a fundamental transformation from linear, researcher centered methodologies toward a hybrid, data-driven paradigm characterized by intelligent analytics and algorithmic support. AI integration substantially enhances analytical efficiency, precision, and scalability, while simultaneously redefining the researcher’s role as an epistemic authority responsible for contextual interpretation, methodological reflexivity, and validation of algorithmic outputs. Nonetheless, the study highlights persistent challenges related to algorithmic bias, transparency, and ethical accountability, underscoring the necessity of human in the loop mechanisms to safeguard scientific rigor and contextual validity. This research contributes to the advancement of educational research methodology by proposing an AI-augmented epistemological framework that reconciles computational intelligence with human reflexivity, thereby reinforcing the integrity, adaptability, and scholarly relevance of educational research in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher examples and Islamic school culture on the formation of students' moral character in MTs Unggulan Tunas Bangsa. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The research population is all students of MTs Unggulan Tunas Bangsa which totals 80 students. The research sample was determined using the proportional random sampling technique and calculated with the Slovin formula at an error rate of 5%, so that 44 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through normality tests, simultaneous tests (F tests), and determination coefficients (R²) with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study show that Islamic school culture has a positive and significant effect on student morale. In addition, the example of teachers and Islamic school culture simultaneously had a significant effect on student morale with an F score of 16.384 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The value of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.444 showed that the two independent variables were able to explain 44.4% of the variation in student morale, while the remaining 55.6% were influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Biofouling is a collection of unwanted living organisms on surfaces submerged in water. Biofouling is a complex occurrence caused by various physical and environmental factors that can be overcome by regular hull cleaning. The main purpose of underwater hull cleaning is to remove dirt and restore propulsion efficiency. Another benefit of hull cleaning against biofouling is to restore or rejuvenate the effectiveness of antifouling paint. This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of periodic underwater hull cleaning, with results used to determine the most efficient time interval for performing periodic hull cleaning and the percentage of fuel that can be saved by performing periodic underwater cleaning. The methods used in this study included identifying biofouling growth through flat-plate experiments immersed in the waters of the Madura Strait and modeling surface roughness growth using regression simulations based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) on a three-dimensional tanker model. Simulations were conducted with speed variations of 10, 12, 14, and 16 knots, and biofouling growth periods of 7, 12, 18, and 24 months. The study's results show that biofouling increases ship resistance by an average of 2-3% per month compared to ships with clean hulls. Analysis of underwater hull-cleaning scenarios shows that cleaning at 18 months results in the lowest fuel consumption across all speed variations tested. At a speed of 10 knots, fuel savings reached 5.7% or 54.93 tons, at 12 knots 3.3% or 59.65 tons, at 14 knots 2.7% or 101.76 tons, and at 16 knots 9.3% or 1421.21 tons compared to ships without hull cleaning. In conclusion, the most efficient underwater hull cleaning period is every 18 months after sailing.

Abstract

Premarital screening checkup is a series of tests that couples must undergo before getting married. Prospective brides and grooms need to prepare reproductive health for both prospective brides and grooms, so that after marriage they can have good health status in order to produce a quality generation. Objective: To identify the factors that influence the willingness to undergo premarital screening tests among prospective married couples. Quantitative research type with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was prospective married couples at the Gayabaru Health Center, Central Lampung Regency, the sample used was 73 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. The study was conducted in May-June 2024. Data collection using questionnaire sheets, bivariate data analysis (chi square). The univariate analysis of 73 respondents showed that 50 respondents (68.5%) had good knowledge, 39 respondents (53.4%) had a positive attitude, and 64 respondents (87.7%) had no family relationship.The bivariate analysis revealed that knowledge (p-value = 0.001), attitude (p-value = 0.001), and family relationship (p-value = 0.025) were statistically significant, as the p-values were less than α = 0.05 (Ha accepted and Ho rejected). There is a relationship between knowledge, attitude and kinship on the willingness to take premarital screening tests.
