Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak perputaran modal kerja, perputaran persediaan, dan margin laba bersih terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan diartikan sebagai variabel moderasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh skala usaha dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antarvariabel tersebut. Objek kajian meliputi perusahaan sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode 2021–2023. Sampel terdiri atas 23 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan bersifat sekunder dan dijelaskan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi moderasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja serta margin laba bersih secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. Sementara itu, perputaran persediaan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Ukuran perusahaan berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan dua variabel pertama terhadap kinerja keuangan, namun tidak memoderasi pengaruh perputaran persediaan.

Abstract

Disparity can be associated with the existence of differences or inconsistencies in the application of punishment in court decisions for similar or comparable cases. Disparity may be defined as unjustified differences in legal treatment, either in the type or severity of punishment, for cases with similar characteristics. This research aims to examine and analyze the legal considerations used by the panel of judges that led to the occurrence of disparities in decisions for the crime of domestic neglect, based on Decision Number 575/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Kpn and Decision Number 95/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tim. It also aims to assess whether the two decisions have fulfilled the principles of justice, utility, and legal certainty. The research method used is normative juridical, employing normative legal, conceptual, and case approaches. The legal research data consist of secondary data, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings of this thesis indicate that there is a disparity between Decision Number 575/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Kpn and Decision Number 95/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tim. This is because the conditions of “disparity in the same criminal act,” “disparity in sentencing by different judicial panels for the same crime,” “disparity in sentencing by the same judicial panel,” and “disparity in crimes of equal seriousness” have been met. Additionally, it was found that Decision Number 575/Pid.Sus/2017/PN Kpn satisfies the principles of justice, legal utility, and legal certainty. In contrast, Decision Number 95/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tim only ensures legal certainty for the interested party, failing to uphold the principles of justice and utility, particularly in relation to the victim.

Abstract

The increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital ecosystems has raised new legal challenges regarding data privacy violations. In Indonesia, the normative framework for personal data protection particularly the Personal Data Protection Act (Law No. 27 of 2022) remains inadequate in addressing the autonomous nature of AI systems that process and exploit personal data without direct human intervention. This research aims to reconstruct a legal accountability model for actors who misuse AI in ways that lead to personal data violations. The study employs a normative juridical method using a statutory, conceptual, and comparative approach, referencing the European Union’s GDPR as a benchmark. The findings reveal that Indonesia’s current legal framework lacks clarity in assigning responsibility among key actors, such as developers, data controllers, and platform providers. The absence of provisions concerning algorithmic profiling, training data legality, and automated decision-making weakens the protection of individuals' digital rights. In contrast, international models particularly the GDPR offer a multi-tiered responsibility structure, prohibit fully automated decisions affecting individuals, and impose strict liability for data misuse. This research also demonstrates that adopting principles such as vicarious liability, corporate accountability, and risk-based regulation would fill regulatory gaps and align Indonesian law with international standards. The practical value of this work lies in its proposed model for reconstructing Indonesia’s data protection regime. It introduces legal tools that anticipate the systemic risks of AI while ensuring that legal responsibility is clearly distributed across all entities involved in AI deployment. This framework supports the development of a more responsive and equitable legal system in the era of autonomous technologies

Abstract

Latar belakang: Salah satu sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang sangat efektif untuk menurunkan angka kematian bayi dan balita melalui imunisasi. Imunisasi adalah pemberian vaksin ke dalam tubuh seseorang yang berisi antigen aktif atau in-aktif yang berasal dari mikroorganisme atau racun yang dilemahkan. Berdasarkan data, ditemukan rendahnya cakupan imunisasi lengkap di Puskesmas Lawele berdampak pada tingginya angka kejadian Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah dengan Imunisasi (PD3I). Hal inilah menjadi dasar untuk mencari tahu apakah ada hubungan pengaruh sosial dengan kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengaruh sosial dengan kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Puskesmas Lawele Kabupaten Buton Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 ibu yang memiliki bayi berusia 12-23 bulan. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil bahwa dari 40 orang yang tidak puas terhadap pengaruh sosial dan 30 orang yang puas dengan pengaruh sosial. Hasil uji chi square diperoleh nilai P (0,364) lebih besar dari α (0,05) yang berarti bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengaruh sosial dengan kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lawele. Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh sosial yaitu sikap ibu dan dukungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Puskesmas Lawele Kabupaten Buton.

Abstract

Psychological disorders during pregnancy, such as anxiety and stress, are common health issues experienced by pregnant women and can negatively impact both maternal and fetal well-being. One non-pharmacological approach that can help alleviate these disorders is prenatal yoga. This community service activity aimed to increase pregnant women’s knowledge about psychological disorders and the benefits of prenatal yoga as a safe relaxation method. The activity was conducted on May 30, 2025, in Paninggaran Village, Pekalongan Regency, involving 22 pregnant women and a village midwife. The methods used included active learning-based education, small group discussions, hands-on yoga practice, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed that the participants were able to perform prenatal yoga movements after the session. This program was found to be effective in enhancing pregnant women’s understanding and preparedness in facing pregnancy both physically and psychologically, and it is suitable to be replicated in ongoing maternal class activities.   Abstrak Gangguan psikologis selama kehamilan, seperti kecemasan dan stres, merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum dialami ibu hamil dan dapat berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan ibu dan janin. Salah satu pendekatan non-farmakologis yang dapat membantu meredakan gangguan tersebut adalah yoga prenatal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang gangguan psikologis dan manfaat yoga prenatal sebagai metode relaksasi yang aman. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 30 Mei 2025 di Desa Paninggaran, Kabupaten Pekalongan, dengan melibatkan 22 ibu hamil dan bidan desa. Metode yang digunakan mencakup edukasi berbasis active learning, diskusi kelompok kecil, praktik langsung yoga, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan ibu dapat mempraktekan gerakan prenatal yoga setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Program ini dinilai efektif dalam memperluas pemahaman dan kesiapan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi kehamilan secara fisik dan psikologis, serta layak untuk direplikasi dalam kegiatan kelas ibu hamil secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal gross motor development of 3-4 year-old children at the MAWAR II Jember Kindergarten, which risks hampering their independence and self-confidence. The focus of this study was to improve children's gross motor skills, including balance, strength, and flexibility, through the implementation of a large ball throwing and catching game. As a crucial step, this study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, implemented in two cycles with 20 children. Each cycle included planning, action, observation, and reflection, with data collected through observation sheets and performance tests. The main findings showed a very significant improvement. In the first cycle, the average achievement of indicators was still below 50%, but after improvements in the second cycle, there was a surge in achievement exceeding the 75% success target, with balance indicators reaching 81%, strength 93%, and flexibility 92%. In conclusion, implementing a structured ball throwing game has proven to be a highly effective strategy for improving gross motor skills in 3-4 year-old children by stimulating optimal physical development through enjoyable play activities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang optimalnya perkembangan motorik kasar pada anak usia 3-4 tahun di KB MAWAR II Jember, yang berisiko menghambat kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri mereka. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak, yang mencakup aspek keseimbangan, kekuatan, dan kelenturan, melalui implementasi permainan melempar dan menangkap bola besar. Sebagai langkah penting, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada 20 anak. Setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan tes kinerja. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Pada siklus I, rata-rata pencapaian indikator masih di bawah 50%, namun setelah perbaikan pada siklus II, terjadi lonjakan pencapaian yang melampaui target keberhasilan 75%, dengan indikator keseimbangan mencapai 81%, kekuatan 93%, dan kelenturan 92%. Kesimpulannya, penerapan permainan melempar bola secara terstruktur terbukti menjadi strategi yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar anak usia 3-4 tahun, dengan menstimulasi perkembangan fisik secara optimal melalui kegiatan bermain yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Mobile Legend Bang-Bang (MLBB) to support vocabulary learning, applying Notion’s (2001) framework of noticing, retrieval, and generation. Most studies focus on how MLBB functions to promote vocabulary outcomes; however; there is a gap in exploring the cognitive processes behind vocabulary acquisition hero quotes from the game. This research seeks to fill that gap by clarifying how hero quotes assist in vocabulary learning. With a qualitative case study design at at a vocational high school in Indonesia, data collected included classroom observations and interviews with thirty-three students and one English teacher. The results indicated that MLBB helps foster vocabulary noticing, remembering, and using words. Furthermore, students were more digitally interested as well as more imaginatively engaged cognitively with the material. Teachers reported improved student participation along with more creative lesson planning, greater digital engagement, and instructional flexibility tailored to learners’ levels. The study concludes that controlled usage of MLBB leads to purposeful vocabulary learning, indicating that game-centered media have positive impacts on language teaching and learning in classrooms designed for digital natives. Practical implementation may include quote-based noticing tasks, retrieval games, expressive production activities, and structured teacher mediation to optimize learning outcomes.

Abstract

Understanding the grammatical structures of sentences is fundamental for English learners. It concerns not only the forms, but also the meaning and usage. This comprehensive approach helps to transmit grammatical concepts effectively; thus, learners are directly influenced to communicate competently. This study aims to analyze the sentence structures and patterns, and the alignment of sentences in the texts with the targeted language features. The research employed a qualitative approach, especially textual analysis. Data were collected from five representative texts across five units of the textbook. This study differs from previous research by examining the alignment of sentence from the texts in a currently used curriculum-based textbook with targeted language features, and utilizing labeled bracketing to depict the structures more precisely. The findings reveal that the textbook uses a wide range of sentence structures to support different genres and text functions. From the five texts, the sentences show a wide range of pattern variations. There are complex declarative with complement or relative clauses, SVC patterns with prepositional elaborations, and verb-initial passive imperative complemented by temporal adjuncts, and so on. The most dominant phrase is complex noun phrase. Representative texts in Units 2, 3, and 4 fully align with the grammar and vocabulary outlined in the scope and sequence, while those in Units 1 and 5 show only partial alignment. This study contributes to the evaluation of EFL textbooks by examining the variation of sentence structures and patterns, and investigating their alignment with the targeted language features for supporting effective language acquisition.

Abstract

Listening comprehension is one of the most essential yet challenging skills in learning English as a Foreign Language (EFL). Despite its importance as a foundation for developing other language skills, listening often receives less instructional emphasis than grammar or vocabulary. Traditional listening instruction tends to be passive and lacks real-time feedback or learner control. This study reviews and explores the potential of Edpuzzle, an interactive video platform, to address these issues by offering pedagogical features aligned with multimedia learning principles. Grounded in Mayer's (2009) Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, this study employs an integrative literature review method to synthesize relevant research published between 2015 and 2025. Findings from previous studies show that Edpuzzle enhances students' engagement, listening comprehension, and learning autonomy through features like embedded quizzes, self-paced playback, and immediate feedback. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, teacher readiness, and familiarity with digital tools. The study concludes that Edpuzzle holds significant promise for transforming conventional listening instruction into a more interactive, reflective, and learner-centered process. This article contributes theoretically by reviewing and exploring how Edpuzzle aligns with current educational paradigms and suggests future empirical research and classroom application directions.

Abstract

The ability to pronounce words correctly is a crucial component of learning a language for those seeking to acquire proficiency in the language. Proper pronunciation is essential for ensuring your message is clear and comprehensible to listeners. Many Indonesian students have problems pronouncing English words. It was found that the words are pronounced as they are written in the text. This is because Indonesian and English have different pronunciation systems. The objective of this study is the investigation of the effectiveness of using Spotify for the improvement of students’ pronunciation by means of the teaching of receptive skills. The use of Spotify, with its features to support receptive skills, was implemented by the researchers. The features include sound for listening and lyrics for reading. The approach of this research is an experimental study, which means that it is a research study that uses an experimental design and is typically done in a laboratory setting.  An experimental study is a method used to investigate the effects of treatments under controlled conditions. The mean score of the pretest was 60.81, and the mean score of the posttest rose to 78.12 after using the Spotify application. The results show a marked improvement in pronunciation.
