Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Desain Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Aplikasi Canva dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Akidah Akhlak Peserta Didik Kelas VIII pada MTs Marhalim Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif dapat diartikan sebagai penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode ini juga digunakan untuk penelitian pada populasi dan sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data, bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan dipaparkan dengan mendeskripsikan hasil dari yang telah didapat melalui penelitian di lapangan. Lokasi yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah MTs Marhalim yang berada di Jalan Poros Kampung Baru Desa Padang Timur Kecamatan Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar Provinsi Sulawesi Barat Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak (2) Berdasarkan data statistik hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi adab bersosial media pada pandangan Islam, sebelum perlakuan (pretest) kelas VIII pada Mts Marhalim Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor pre test berada antara 40 sampai dengan 75, harga rata- rata (mean) sebesar 55,71, median 55,00, modus 55, dan standar deviasi 12,277. (3) Berdasarkan perhitungan pretest dan postest maka terlihat bahwa nilai postest mempunyai nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi, karena mempunyai selisih sebanyak 23,810. Hasil pretest adalah 85,71 > 61,90, ini berarti perbedaan dari hasil post test lebih besar dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi adab bersosial media pada pandangan Islam dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi canva pada materi adab bersosial media pada pandangan Islam di MTs Marhalim Kabupaten Polewali Mandar pada kelas VIII.

Abstract

Baitul kitab is a non-formal institution that has long been implemented in Islamic boarding schools, starting in 2015. This research is qualitative research using case study research, the data type uses subject data and the data sources are Baitul kitab teachers and students. The next stages of data collection used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. And the data validity testing techniques used are the credibility test and dependability test. The results of the research show that: 1) The strategy of the turats teacher in the process of implementing learning in Baitul kitab includes: Using the Sorogan, Bendongan, Mudzakarah, Question and answer, memorizing methods and the teacher prepares a learning plan according to the students' level of understanding, this is divided into three levels including level A (high), level B (medium) and level C (low). A teacher prepares several methods in order to understand the level of ability of the students, 2) the steps carried out by the teacher of the book of turats, the author has seen directly in the baitul kitab, he has carried out the study of the book of turats in accordance with established procedures in order to be able to improve the learning achievement of the students of the Baitul kitab. 3) factors that influence improving the learning achievement of students in Baitul kitab, time factors, students, teachers, environment and facilities and infrastructure in learning the turats book.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the make a match learning model to improve the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith students in class VIII MTs. PP Ganra Islamic College, Ganra District, Soppeng Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive model, namely research that intends to understand and explain phenomena about what research subjects experience such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions, etc. holistically, and descriptively in the form of words and language in a special natural contexts and by utilizing various natural models. This research shows that the Make A Match learning model applies to the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject in class VIII MTs. PP. Ganra Islamic College has proven effective in increasing student engagement and understanding. Through systematic and cooperative application, this model succeeds in creating a dynamic and participatory learning environment, in accordance with the principles of active learning recommended in modern education. The use of question and answer cards not only facilitates in-depth understanding of the material, but also encourages the development of students' social and collaborative skills. This success shows that teachers at MTs. PP. Ganra Islamic College is able to implement the Make A Match learning model well, as supported by Slavin's cooperative learning theory, thereby making a positive contribution to improving student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made smartphones an integral part of daily life, offering various benefits such as communication, information access, and educational support. However, excessive use of smartphones among students has raised concerns about its negative impact on academic performance and interpersonal skills. This study aims to analyze the effects of smartphone usage on students' academic achievement and learning interests by identifying both positive and negative implications. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining surveys and interviews with students to understand their smartphone usage patterns and their influence on their educational outcomes. Results indicate that while smartphones facilitate access to learning materials and foster peer collaboration, their overuse of social media and gaming negatively affects concentration and academic performance. The study concludes that balanced and purposeful use of smartphones can enhance learning experiences, while excessive reliance may hinder students' personal and academic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kemampuan Baca Al Qurán serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya di kalangan peserta didik pada Madrasah Aliyah DDI Attaufiq Padaelo. Kemampuan membaca Al Qurán merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam, yang mencakup pelafalan huruf-huruf hijaiyah dengan benar, tajwid dan kelancaran dalam membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui tes membaca, Al Qurän dan kuesioner kepada 26 peserta didik sebagai sampel. Metode wawancara serta melaksanakan tes digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang terkait dengan penelitian. Data-data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menurut Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan- tahapannya, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi tingkat kemampuan membaca Al Qurán di antara peserta didik, dengan sebagian besar peserta didik berada pada kategori cukup baik, namun masih ada peserta didik yang kurang lancar. Faktor -Faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca Al Qurán meliputi : latar belakang pendidikan agama dirumah, frekuensi latihan membaca, kualitas pembelajran di Madrasah dan dukungan orangtua. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, dukungan orangtua dan frekuensi latihan membaca memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan peserta didik dalam membaca Al Qurán.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Program Sekolah Penggerak di tiga sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan adalah campuran, mengombinasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh guru dan siswa, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata prestasi akademik siswa sebesar 20% dan perbaikan signifikan dalam kompetensi guru di bidang pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Program ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih aktif dan partisipatif. Meskipun ada beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi, hasilnya menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa intervensi yang terintegrasi dan berfokus pada kebutuhan lokal dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pendidikan dasar. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar pengambil kebijakan terus mendukung dan memperluas Program Sekolah Penggerak, dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan spesifik masing-masing sekolah serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program

Abstract

Effective learning is learning that is able to condition students to have motivation and enthusiasm for learning, one of the obligations of educators is to use the media in learning activities. Among the media in question is audio visual media. But in reality the learning system at MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue that teachers still have minimal use of audio visual media for Fiqh learning material. The formulation of the problem in this study were: 1) What is the implementation of learning by using Audio Visual Media on Jurisprudence in class IX in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue? 2) How do you improve student learning outcomes in Jurisprudence in MTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue after using audio visual media? This research was a classroom action research. Data was collected through observation and tests, the object of this research was students of class IXMTs At-Taqwa DDI Jampue, amounting to 15 students. This research was conducted in two stages, namely the first cycle and second cycle. At the first cycle stage the results of observations of student activities have a percentage of 65% and in the second cycle increased by 19% and have been very effective at 84%. While for student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average final test was 78.7 with a percentage of classical completeness of 70%. After a reflection of the implementation of the action, in the second cycle the average final test increased by 85.8 with the percentage of classical completeness of 93%. The results of research conducted by researchers prove that there is an increase in learning outcomes of students in participating in Fiqh learning through the use of audio-visual media.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between academic stress and students' engagement among santri in Islamic Boarding Schools and explore the moderating role of social support in mitigating the negative impact of academic stress on learning engagement. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah Boarding School Palopo. The population consisted of 207 students from grades VII to IX. A sample of 136 students was selected using the stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring academic stress, social support, and student engagement, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that academic stress has a positive but not statistically significant effect on students' engagement. Conversely, social support has a positive and significant effect and is a considerable moderator that reduces the negative impact of academic stress on learning engagement. In other words, santri who receive strong social support tend to remain actively engaged in the learning process despite facing academic pressures. The limitation of this study lies in the small sample size and its focus on a single Islamic Boarding Schools. Therefore, the findings cannot be widely generalized.

Abstract

Living with other people requires communication and social skills, such as working in a team, having the determination to succeed, solving problems, communicating well, making decisions, managing oneself, and interacting with friends, so these need to be taught and trained from an early age. The development of social skills is not only related to academic aspects, but also equips students with social life skills. One way to improve social skills is through implementing the social inquiry development learning model. This learning model is designed and aims to create a learning experience that not only focuses on academic knowledge but also on developing social skills. This research approach is a Research and Development (R&D) approach using development design. The research and development procedure used is the 4-D (Four-D) model. The final product of this research is the development of an Inquiry Learning Model which has been evaluated by material experts, learning model experts, as well as limited testing. This research produces (1) The inquiry learning model can improve students' social skills. So that the inquiry learning model product is suitable for use as a learning model in the PGSD Department. (2) The Inquiry Learning Model is effectively used in social studies courses because it increases learning outcomes (Gain Score) between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas IV UPTD SDN 64 Parepare Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 yang terdiri dari 12 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 58,33% berada pada kategori cukup (C). Hasil penelitian pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar sebesar 83,33% yang berada pada kategori baik (B). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa Kelas IV di UPTD SDN 64 Parepare. Dengan hasil ini disarankan pada para guru untuk menggunakan model Project Based Learning baik pada mata pelajaran matematika maupun pada mata pelajaran lain.
