Abstract

The challenge of higher education today is how graduates can have good intellectual abilities, have skills and be independent so that they can be absorbed in the world of work or even be able to create their own jobs. BPS data in 2024 recorded that the unemployment rate for higher education reached 5.25% (147,841,991) of the total population of Indonesia in 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of the IMAM Model on understanding, skills, and independence in the context of entrepreneurship learning. The main issue raised was the effectiveness of the model in improving students' cognitive aspects, practical skills, and entrepreneurial attitudes. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that the IMAM Model has a significant effect on the understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 12.182 and a P Value of 0.000. In addition, this model also has a significant effect on practical skills in entrepreneurship with a tcal value of 5.866 and P Values of 0.000. Finally, the IMAM Model has been proven to have a significant effect on independence and entrepreneurial attitude with a tcal value of 13.833 and P Values of 0.000. These findings show that the application of the IMAM Model can improve students' entrepreneurial competence as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determinate the opmizating of the role the Village Deliberation Agency (BPD) in Supervising the performance of the Village Head in Buata Village, Botunpingge District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method used a qualitative research approach with a qualitative research design because it focuses on several aspect in the form of interviews, open data collection, and document collection. This research was carried out at yhe Buata Village Office, Botupinge District, Bone Bolango regency, for 2 moths and 2 weeks from Ari 17, 2023 – Juni 26, 2023. Optimizing the Role of the Village Deliberation Agency (BPD) in Supervising the Performance of the Village Head in Buata Village shows that its performance is quite good seen from the perspective of BPD in responding to serious matters such as complaints and aspirations from the community and also how to cooperate between the BPD, the Village Head, and also the Village Government in proposing the development of a Village Deliberation Agency in Buata Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency, is well implemented. However it still needs attention from the regional Government so that the performance of the BPD can be Improved.

Abstract

Corporate reputation plays a vital role in global marketing, influencing consumer preferences, investor trust, and relationships with business partners. In an increasingly connected digital era, public perception of companies is shaped by a variety of factors, including business ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and operational transparency. This study examines how corporate reputation contributes to the success of global marketing strategies, focusing on the influence of culture on business ethics and innovation in CSR to build a positive image. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, this study highlights that companies with strong reputations tend to be more valued by consumers and have higher competitiveness in international markets. The results of this study provide strategic insights for companies in managing their reputations to achieve business sustainability in a competitive environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of sales promotion and customer satisfaction on the intention to buy gadgets in Gorontalo. Gadgets have become an important part of everyday life, and sales promotions and customer satisfaction have a significant role in influencing consumer buying interest in gadgets. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who are gadget users. The sample of this study consisted of 127 respondents who were randomly selected from various regions in Gorontalo. The data collected was then analyzed using the linear regression method. The results of the study show that sales promotion has a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy gadgets. The more intensive the sales promotion carried out by the gadget company, the higher the consumer's buying interest in the gadget. In addition, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy gadgets. When customers are satisfied with the gadget products and services they use, they tend to have a higher purchase intention to acquire the gadget.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on the performance of auditors with emotional intelligence as a moderating variable at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. The population in this study includes the total number of auditors in the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province, as many as 49 auditors. In this study, the sample was taken using a census sampling technique in which the researcher took all pieces in the population. The data in this study used primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple correlations with the help of SmartPLS software; after all the data in this study is collected, then data analysis is carried out consisting of descriptive statistical analysis, measurement model tests, or outer models consisting of (convergent validity), discriminant validity, composite reliability) and structural model tests or inner models were evaluated using R-square for the dependent construct and direct and indirect hypothesis testing. The results showed that role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload negatively and significantly affected auditor performance. Meanwhile, emotional intelligence can moderate the relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on auditor performance.

Abstract

Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan ekonomi digital dan tingginya angka pengangguran di kalangan generasi muda, masih banyak anak muda yang belum memiliki keterampilan praktis dan pola pikir kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara potensi kreativitas generasi muda dengan kemampuan mereka dalam menciptakan dan mengelola bisnis secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bisnis kreatif berkelanjutan bagi generasi muda guna meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi dunia usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi penyusunan model bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep kewirausahaan, kemampuan mengembangkan ide bisnis, serta motivasi untuk memulai usaha secara mandiri berbasis potensi lokal dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Penyusunan peta proses bisnis menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan publik. Namun, masih banyak pegawai di lingkup OPD Provinsi Gorontalo yang belum memahami secara teknis langkah-langkah penyusunan peta proses bisnis yang sistematis dan sesuai standar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai OPD dalam menyusun peta proses bisnis yang terstruktur dan aplikatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemberian materi secara interaktif, pelatihan praktik penyusunan peta proses bisnis, serta pendampingan langsung kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam mengidentifikasi, memetakan, serta mendokumentasikan proses bisnis di unit kerja masing-masing. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat mendukung terwujudnya tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih baik di Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty on increasing the market share of Karawo Enterprises in Gorontalo. Consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty are im-portant factors in maintaining business continuity and growth. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 570 Karawo customer respondents in Gorontalo. Data was collected us-ing a questionnaire designed to measure the level of customer satis-faction, brand loyalty, and other factors that could potentially affect market share. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on increasing market share. Meanwhile, brand loyalty has no significant effect on increasing market share.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of service quality and price on the decision to use Grab services in Gorontalo. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling by determining 50 respondents. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The results of this research show that Service Quality and Price significantly influence the Decision to Use Grab Services with an F value of 22.528, with a total influence of 0.484 or 48.4%. Service Quality has a significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Services with a t-value of 4.021, Price has a significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Services with a t-value of 3.415.

Abstract

This study explores the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior (IWB) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 165 employees across various sectors. Constructs were measured using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that transformational leadership significantly influences both psychological empowerment and IWB. Furthermore, psychological empowerment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and IWB, highlighting its critical role in fostering innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership strategies that enhance psychological empowerment to drive innovation in the workplace. The study provides theoretical insights and practical recommendations for managers and policymakers aiming to cultivate innovative cultures within organizations.
